As we all know about the byjus app its good for learning but for refunding they are not co-operative they said taht cancellation can only doje within 15 days but the counceler who came home for registration he said that u can cancel the subscription any time you want and now they are refusing for the cancelation and in finale i just wanted to cancel the subscription....

I have purchased a sibling account in respect to byjus. I was convinced at the point the councillor came but later after receiving my products i doesn't find it helpful enough. I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. The delivery of the happened last evening we tried to use it today but i find it to have installation issue. The content is corrupt and the video stops after every 10 sec. The amount that we have invested on the product is huge and it is a direct lose for us. Please understand a middle class works very hard to make things available for their child. I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.

Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment...

I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.

I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have received byjus product since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last week. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive?
