Dear sir,

I m Vinodkumar Rohit, father of Malav Rohit, my bayju's registered no is [protected].
We have purchased your 11-12 maths su het package with Tablet through equal installments as per your policy.
My monthly installment of month July-19 has been already through direct bank as pet NASH. I already shown my bank statement for confirmation of deduction of said amount but still you people and your customer care people are calling me continued, and sending me lots messages everyday on my Mobile.
Every time I told you that my installment has been deducted by you on 15th July right time.
But you people near by 30nos of call from your customer care of finance dept. have been coming on my mobile everyday.
I don't understand why you people are not updating my payment in your system and also deducted same installment Rs.5912 today 31 July 19.
I don't understand why you people deducted same installment two time in same month.
It may be possible that Rs.5912 has been deducted on 15 July19 but you people has not updated it in your system and again same installment has been deducted in 31st July 19 same month.
Kindly you reverse deposit my wrongly deducted amount Rs.5912 in my saving account pls.

    I want byju's to take the tab back and the material too. I paid for maharashtra board, instead of that they have sent cbse board. The materials are of no use anymore to me and my son. I have also called the customer care and the guy who came for the demo class, but no help yet. Lets just be very clear and take your tab back, and give me my money back since you guys are not interested in replacing it with the right product.

      Sir i enrolled with your cat tablet programme. Your education counselor told me you will get the order in 1 to 2 days after enrollment. But i did not receive it yet. I am trying to ask your counselor but he is not being responsive after my enrollment. Because of this reason i am not able to start my preparation. I am sure you will find time to resolve this problem in your busy schedule. Thanks

        The product was delivered to me this afternoon. To my surprise when i unpacked it i found the product to be in damaged condition.
        My son waited for the product for about a month patiently and this is what i get for my patience. My son was very excited on the first day itself after the demo was conducted. The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. We have enrolled for 4 years course as i have received good feedback from my colleague about byjus. Hence i wanted my son to try it too.
        Please help us in resolving it asap.

          We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. It was a partial cod order. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

            I have purchased byjus product appx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge... Please check you inventory. I have been calling customer support for a while but to my disappointment nobody is willing to take the responsibility. Pleasse assist

              I have ordered the byju's product order id[protected]. They given trial period of 15 days.in between they did emi and promised that i[censored] will return the product within 15 days then initial amount will be refund.
              We canceled the product with in 15 days and mail sent to byju support team. They asked for the product details. We sent all the details asked by them.
              No one came to picked the device after 15 days of cancelation.
              Now we received messages from banks thats your emi is approaching please maintain balance.

              No one is working for cancelation process.
              They have there hidden policies.
              There behavior of talking is too rude.

              I request if anyone faced the same issue and what action taken by you to solve this issue plz let me know at [protected]

                number not reachable

                I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as...

                I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo. I have called the mentor but there is no response.in fact the app is also not working properly on the tablet. The same thing happened few months ago one i have ordered for my sister but at that time the tablet was replaced but this time no one is correctly responding. I don't know why the same the same thing happened twice and no one is correctly explaining what to do next. It had been huge inconvenience.

                  I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                    I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab last month. They claimed that they take only 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed from the date of delivery then also i didn't got my order. Every time i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes. I have also made the entire payment at the time of placing the order, now i have lost all the hopes and i feel duped by them.

                        Due to some financial problem in my house i am returning my byju's learning kit.
                        I send them a return request within 15 days of trial, i have screenshot also but their customer service is not returning and they are delaying the request so that the trial period will end and they will cancel my return request. No one is responsing from their side. Very bad experience with them.

                          I already cancel my order within just 2 day after order... and write all mail to cancel the product and cancel my loan... they cancel my order but still i received my pending loan amt😡😡😡 plz resolve it ...its called totally fraud... shame on big brand name

                          byju education counsellor came to our house. He convinced us to purchase course material of std 8 to 10th for my younger child. Free for another child who is studying...

                          I bought 3 study packages from the byjus but i wasn't satisfied with the service. So, after that i called them and told them many times that i want to return the 3 packages, time went on and no action was taken and now they are saying that the policy of returning back is of only 15 days after you have buyied the product, so, what should i do as they are not taking any action.

                            I raised a request to refund my money from byjus 15 days back till date i have received no update from byjus team. See how irresponsible they are. I spent rs 52000 and refund is pending. Customer care is pathetic every day they linger on with excuses not resolution so far. Help to please resolve this issue asap.

                              Like other customer and parent i was eager to purchase byjus device for my son who is studying in class-x after watching some of the demo videos of byjus on youtube. However, my excitement and joy was shortlived after purchasing your device and service. I would say very big disappointment and pathetic service which i didnt expected from byjus.

                              Coming straight to point. I purchased this services on 12th may 2019 as per date on my receipt. Before i purchased one of your execute has visited our home and given the demonstration. While discussing, he has convinced and told us so many things and one thing which got really impressed is the services of mentor to students. However, this looks to be just marketing gimmick from byjus to sell there products. Till date i have not received any call nor i know who is the mentor who will be tracking and helping my sun with his doubts and clarifications.

                              I feel cheated by byjus and taken for ride. I have purchased this subscription for three academic years class x, xi & x!! Thinking good service and mentorship from byjus mentors. But all in vain.

                              We feel cheated and our hard earned money which i am willing to pay looks like gone for a toss.

                              The most disappointing is your executive who sold this (Byjus emp id:[protected] never picks the phone and always give reason that he is in meeting.

                              I am going to share & escalate my experience with my contacts in government and all social media to expose your worst services.

                              If possible, escalate this or show this to byju ravindran.

                              I have requested for cancellation of course. But initial they said keep this course for few days. But later they refuse after 15 days that you cannot unsubscribe now. I dont want to cut monthly subscription from next months. I have already mail to [protected]@byjus.com. But they refused through phone call.

                                I had paid rs 15000 to byju's for the purchase of 2 courses for class 8th and class 11th for my children aditya mishra and riya mishra respectively. Subsequently we did not find the product fulfilling our requirement so we asked for the refund of my money. We also asked them to take their tablets from us and start the refund process. We informed them about our decision over phone and via e-mail too. They somehow passed the time and at the end informed us that your money can not be refunded. After lot of followups we were offered some other products but we denied and simply asked our money back. Now for last 1 month nobody has contacted us and we have no information about our money. We are asking them to refund our money first and take back their tablets which are kept in packed condition.

                                Please resolve my complain.

                                  I have taken gre trail course but i didn't like it and cancelled the course and i have paid 37, 900. But till now 4 months completed money is not refunded and they are still saying wait for few days. If this is how it is u guys are the worst money is not refunded till now plzz process my refund. I have submitted all things included tab and everything so please refund my money. If it is not done i'll directly go to court

                                    Their customer service is bad quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work there must be some technical issue because of which the tab is not working.
