Due to the faulty Byju’s product received, followed by horrible service, mis-communication and UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR of ByJu’s team compelled my decision to cancel the product bought under fancy schemes offered to us which proved to be ALL FAKE upon receiving the product. I am now unable to take this harassment further and writing on this customer board for a REFUND ASAP.

We (Rohit Saxena EMP I'd[protected] and I got into a deal on 29th Jul’18 for a for 11TH and 12th Standard PCM (2 years subscription) replacing JEE with IAS. Instead, I RECEIVED 8th and 11th standard PCM WITH JEE .

Post chasing, received tab with 8th & 11th standard content. In this series, Mr. Shelin-Mentor confirmed that subscription according to him is only for 1 year vs our deal of 2 years. How can a child appear for 11th, 12th and IAS all in span of one year? When he never called back, I called customer service and explained the whole thing to new executive who also never respond back. WE WASTED TIME BUT COULD NOT EVEN USE THE PRODUCT TO CONFIRM, IF IT’S WORTH MONEY OR NO? but I guess ByJu’s team incompetence in handling customer and unethical behaviour helped us firm up our decision and I cancelled the product on call and thru email (SMS AND EMAILS AVAILABLE ON RECORD)

Height of audacity, after cancelling, they sent welcome email instead cancellation. I wrote again but they never reverted. Meanwhile, I started receiving calls for IAS coaching for my 11th class daughter. If Byju’s is really an EDUCATION company then I think they know when an individual require preparation for IAS entrance?.

Last but not the least, I called customer care multiple times, chased frantically, and wrote emails to Byju’s team till date, they did not reply. Shows they do not want to create evidence of cancellation.

My humble request – KINDLY PROCESS REFUND ASAP without further delay. Don’t force customer to make your EARNINGS – work hard, show ethics, be polite, quick and Respect Customer. After all, what message are you giving to young generations?

    I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
    Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
    It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
    The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

    App is not working from last 2 months and also is of no use fory daughter who is in class 8. I have paid entire money and have this concern going on with u from last 8-9 months. I thought my son who is in class 2 can use the service and I can put my money in use. But your people are rude and doesn't even want to give ear to customer

      I had placed an order with bjyu's for study materials of 10th. They delivered the tab with 7th std materials. Now i find that i do not have an order id, nor is my mobile number or email id registered with them. I am not able to get any positive replies from the various persons that i spoke with. But all i have in hand is a tab with 7th standard materials which is actually of no use for my son who is in 9th cbse. I would appreciate if anyone could help me in getting this sorted out.

        Byjus customer support line never connects. I bought the product almost a week back and i have not received it yet. Due to some reasons i have not been able to call and check the status. But i have called them 3 times in the last 24 hours. Everytime im put to wait. Such questions should be answered at the right time and not callback after day or two. They should not make people wait like this and treat issues like this as priority. I have a mail which says it is dispatched. But it has not reached till now. How do we track it if the calls don’t connect immediately?

          I bought byjus app. I tried a lot of times, but the tab would not switch on. Initially i thought this was because of low/zero battery charge. I charged the tablet overnight and tried switching it on, the next day. Even then it would not switch on. I spoke to one of the senior managers and asked for refund. He is insisting on replacing the tablet and is telling me not to go for refund without actually using the app. To replace i’d have to send this back and wait for the new one. He couldn’t give me a proper answer as to why it does not work. He said sorry and told me this was not supposed to happen. If such things are not taken care of before sending, our valuable time is actually wasted getting things sorted. I have not yet decided what to do.

            I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help.

              Good morning
              My name is rakesh patel and my registered mobile no is. [protected], we bought byjus product std.4 to std.12. We made payment of 12000/- at that time when we bought this product and they approved iifl loan for remaining amount of 108000/-. And installment of 9000/- will be deduct on 10th of june, but before 10th june we made full payment of rs.108000/- in one short and all the formality done for loan closure.

              If our loan is closed by iifl than why they deduct installment of 9000/- rs. On 10th june 2019.
              When we made complaint at iifl cust. Care, they told your refund will be done within 20 days, but one month completed of complaint but still no any updates from iifl team. I already discussed all this matter to megha paliwal, who came to our home to explain product, but still no any solution

                Hi team, this is lokanadham parent of p. Gunasree. I paid full amount and took a product from you (Byjus). There is no due from my end. Eventhough every month emi is detecting from my account from zustmoney.

                I am following up regarding the same from last 2months with my mentor monika and there is no proper information i got from her. I am really disappointed with her response everytime.

                Please get it resolve my issue on priority basis. I am not ready to pay next month emi at any cost. It is over bardeen to my monthly finance plan.

                  I have applied for cancellation of my wards registration under order no.[protected] with byjus on 08/06/2019 due to extreme financial problems my family is facing at this time and not received the byjus product for the same reason. I have also requested for cancellation of mandate registration - umrn sbin[protected] issued to india infoline finan.
                  Now i am receiving threatening calls from iifl bank regarding non payment of emi, registration of complaint against me under banking rules and per day penalty charges etc. I am not in a position to pay the emi to the bank due to which i applied for cancellation of my wards registration. Please do a favour and process my request at the earliest.

                    I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. When they complain to us, it is difficult for us to deal with these as we don’t know what needs to be done. Students who are 15 years or old would know how to resolve these issues, but this is not the case with younger students. They should seriously look into this

                      I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
                      Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.

                        I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab.

                            I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                              Byju's agent sathish gave fake promises and didn't explained clearly about emi-loan and took loan for my cousin's son and sold byju's memory card for ₹25000 and emi around ₹2500 per month. My cousin is not educated and this byju's agent gave fake promises and not explained about the emi properly. He got signature in loan form and applied loan himself. Now without my cousin's knowledge ₹2500 for debited and he is very poor and earning 10000 a month. I have contacted them many times regarding cancelling the account but they not agreeing and saying like 15 days trial period was over. This product is worst and no proper customer service. Now my cousin have no idea other than a suicide or lodging complaint. I hope you will look into it and ask byju's to cancel the subscription and loan immediately. We don't want refund just cancel the subscription as it is. Byju's agent and byju's is purely responsible for this misconduct from their side. They are just brainwashing the parents to sell their products. Please help to cancel the subscription and make sure not to debit any emis further.

                                I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
                                Kindly check and see what is to be done.

                                  I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                                    I have taken byjus product for my son for 10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list. Hope the brand ambassador mr shahrukh khan is also listening.

                                      Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice.
