Byju's agent sathish gave fake promises and didn't explained clearly about emi-loan and took loan for my cousin's son and sold byju's memory card for ₹25000 and emi around ₹2500 per month. My cousin is not educated and this byju's agent gave fake promises and not explained about the emi properly. He got signature in loan form and applied loan himself. Now without my cousin's knowledge ₹2500 for debited and he is very poor and earning...

I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
Kindly check and see what is to be done....

I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company....

I have taken byjus product for my son for 10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list. Hope the brand ambassador...

Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice....

I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.

Byjus customer support line never connects. I bought the product almost a week back and i have not received it yet. Due to some reasons i have not been able to call and check the status. I have purchased byjus product appx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible...

We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Their customer service is not good. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet...

I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab last month. They claimed that they take only 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed from the date of delivery then also i didn't got my order. Every time i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes. I have also made the entire payment at the time of placing the order, now i have lost all the hopes and i feel duped by them....

The byju's online classes is not responding to my continuous complain about their defective app loaded tab which is not working. The tab was sent to me with class 6 sdcard in it and no class 7 app which they say will be sent to me next year. While i have ordered for class 7. Even the sd card that they have sent is not working. Fraud people, they will had said our councelling is free but after the session they had started dimanding big amount force fully

At the time of taking appointment i have been told that we are conducting free councelling for kids but when person had come the after the session he started demanding big amount forcefully.

He was saying that he had came by flight from banglore so in any condition i have to pay him...

I was told to pay full payment in advance & shown very rosy picture about Byjus. But it seems byjus is a fraud.

They took full amount 10 days back, delivered the SD card but even after 50 odd calls no support for activation. My son exam is tomorrow & I bought the product urgently to support his studies. But byjus is interested only in taking money. It's a complete fraud...

I want return byjus tablet with sd card.
Because my son gouranshgehlot join allen kota classroom program for neet preparation. So i return tablet with sd card.
Please return tablet with sd card and refund mony by neft in my account.
