Hi, i am already inform the yours mentors also one month back, but mentors not give good results, please help me, please cancel the byjus education app, and my son not uses the tab because no time for study, he is busy other activity, so not give time for byjus. So get back to your education tab please, please help me. I request you and humble request you please cancel it. I am not pay the next month amount. I will complaint you last month, please read this complaint give the result, and cancel it

Hi, I am already inform the yours mentors also one month back, but mentors not give good results, please help me, please cancel the byjus education app, and my son not uses the tab because no time for study, he is busy other activity, so not give time for byjus.so get back to your education tab please, please help me.i request you and humble request you please cancel it.

    I’ve purchased byju’s tablet at 40000/- for 2 years course in 9 and 10 commerce. The councillor came at my home and we discussed about my studies and future plans. We were interested in joining the byjus but the problem is the councillor told that he will provide me with 9 and 10 icse commerce subjects and we accepted. As we told him to give commerce subjects for me in 9 -10 icse. When the tablet came and i checked that the subjects were science instead of commerce so i tried to call the councillor many times but he didn’t recieve any of my calls and this problem has affected my studies alot and i need an proper answer and help for this situation in i am. Please help me out with the subjects and if you cannot then i want to cancel this subscription and want my money back asap. Please understand my situation and help me out really quick if you really care about child’s education.

      I have informed the byju’s team within the time span of 15 days as told by their employee yet they are not providing me the refund saying that my 15 days started when the tablet arrived but their employee told me that my 15 days started when my books arrived i.e. on 3rd of july. After having called for more than 10 times i do not get a call nack from their cancellation team. My father had to go to its office and then they called me then too talked very rudely. And they are stating me wrong and saying no my employee wouldn’t have said that, so i am attaching the proof along with the complaint of their employee as to what have they said. The lady in the cancellation department is saying that no i cannot get a refund even if its their mistake and not mine.
      Please ask them to return my money as it is not a small amount.

      On 24.05.2019, we were approached by some Mr Sushant Anand from Byjus. Day before yesterday we had received a call from Byjus regarding the same. The person called Mr Sushant anand was very talkative and was quite smart. He approached us first saying that he wants to first motivate me ragarding the exam. We being gentleman allowed him for 3 hours at our house and in turn he convinced us that we should take this program and enroll our child in think and learn programme of Byjus. We agreed. He sent us a link and we made a payment of Rs 59500 towards that and before that he took an amount of 10500.
      First of all he told that he was a B TECH and that i’ll be getting my personal mentor who will be assisting me on daily basis, But i found that after 10 days also no call from bjyu’s was made instead i had to call them for assistance. He lied to us and did so to make an initial impact on us.
      Secondly he told that he had come from Banglore and on the same day he had to return also.
      We were quite impressed but later on we found out that he was still in lko when my father went to bjyu’s office in lucknow he was there and this also he was lying to make an initial impact on us.
      The question is, if Byjus classes has teachers like this and they don’t care to ask or assist what they will be teaching to the child. And is Byjus Classes telling it's employees to make impact on their customers by means of lies, cheating and fraud.

      In the starting only i told them that because of my high power i might not be able to continue the course then he said yes we will return and now the bjyu’s team is making excuses for refund.
      A request was made for refund on 16.06.2019 but they did not respond properly, anthough i had already called them 5 times before since 14.06.2019 but they had not register my complaint. After that started a series of torcher. They show so much reluctance in cancelling your order.

      On their website it is written that if the request is made within 15 days of arrival of product then the refund is initiated but again they are saying that 15 days started from 29th june instead their employee told me they started from 3rd july.It seems they want to make me tired so that I stop following them up and they eat my money.
      It seems that they have captured the entire education business on the basis of fraud and cheating.
      In my whatsapp chat i also have the proof regarding the initiation of my 15 days trial pack as told by their employee yet they are not providing me the refund. Instead they are now sending me their refund policies on my mail and asking me to read them.

          As we all know about the byjus app its good for learning but for refunding they are not co-operative they said taht cancellation can only doje within 15 days but the counceler who came home for registration he said that u can cancel the subscription any time you want and now they are refusing for the cancelation and in finale i just wanted to cancel the subscription.

            I have purchased a sibling account in respect to byjus. I was convinced at the point the councillor came but later after receiving my products i doesn't find it helpful enough. Instead of raising a complaint the product cancellation is not taking place. The senior manager contacted us but still i don't see any procedure going on. The councillor is not replying with messages and is not answering the phone call. I request you to please forward the process and cancel it because the whole amount is not small.

              Hi,

              I am not satisfied with the product, i do not want to continue it for such a longer period, i was not informed of the shorter duration, the counselor who had come only talked about the entire package, i want to continue with a shorter duration at the moment and continue if there is any improvement in my child's learning, so far my son does not even get to use it and there is minimal mentor assistance, please cancel it and refund my money.

                Tablet is not working properly, videos are getting interrupted in between. Called 2-3 times at customer support, they said you will get a call back from tech team within 24 hours. But i haven't...

                From last 24 hrs i am struggling with this tablet. I have wasted a lot of time on this, moreover its weekend (The only time when you get extra hours to read). How will compensate for this?

                  I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!

                    The delivery of the happened last evening we tried to use it today but i find it to have installation issue. The content is corrupt and the video stops after every 10 sec. The amount that we have invested on the product is huge and it is a direct lose for us. Please understand a middle class works very hard to make things available for their child. Kindly respond urgently.

                      I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
                      Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
                      It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
                      The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

                        Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment as the exams are 2 months away and i haven't received any proper guidance to as to how to go about writing my exams. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible or i would like to request for a refund if this case continues with no useful response from any staff at byjus.

                            Please respond against the trailing mail. The EMI for July 2019 has also not been deducted yet. Please let me know your plan for deduction of balance amount of Rs. 23208/-.

                            Dear Madam,

                            This has reference to the discussion I had with you yesterday regarding deduction of excess payment in lieu of loan amounting to Rs. 35250.00. Kindly convert my loan repayment tenure to 6 months. Out of total Rs. 48000/- (package cost for 3 years from class 8 to 10), I paid Rs. 12750.00 vide cheque on 15.04.2019. Thereafter two installments of Rs. 6021/- have been deducted on 13.05.2019 and 15.06.2019 total amounting to Rs. 12042/-. So, till 15.06.2019, total Rs. 24792.00 have been paid by me. Therefore, Rs. 23208/- is balance to be paid on my part. Accordingly, please advise your finance to deduction the total balance i.e. Rs. 23208/- in another 4 months i.e. July to September 2019.

                            The bank statements are attached herewith wherein you can see the total deductions till 15.06.2019.

                              I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.

                                I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                                  I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                                    I have received byjus product since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort. I have spent for the product but do not find it useful.

                                        I was purchased the product two months back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person ajitesh srivastav contact but she told refund is not possible because already two months is over but i am paying 5400 per month emi. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. They told me that if your ward is represent byjus from his city then only he gives his product to me and give this information to me within 15 days. But no one call me.
                                        They also not given me any information about the loan which had taken from the bank by using my documents. Now if i am calling the mentor ajitesh srivastav they avoid all my callls give no response at all.
                                        So please cancelle the application and refund the amount.
