We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

    I raised a request in june for refund of 6200.
    No action taken. Received tab and bag also 10 days back.
    Now bank is calling me constantly for payment of emi-3385 rupees.
    Please take back my tab, bag etc and refund 6200 rupees. Byju says refund not possible. I have called byju so many times. Actually my daughter is having strain on eyes so want a refund.

      We have ordered for byjus for class 5 to 8 by paying rs.65000/- after receiving money, there was no communication from the representative of the company and we had to call many a times for getting the status of dispatch. At last we received the packet today. Inside it was written that sd cards are kept in separate pouch. But nothing we was there except the the one inside the tablet which was for class 5. The sd cards for class 6 to 8 not received.

        Hi I am sushma kakade . We have ordered byjus product on August 2018 and that time sales person mr Menon explained all terms and conditions and he assured us that if product is not apt then you can claim for refund any time . It is now not even one year and we have requested byjus people for cancellation and refund our money for standard 9 and 10 so now they are denying.
        Kindly help us for refund as we are not asking for current year refund that is class 8 . Cancellation is for next two standards for which we don't have product from byjus . We paid 75000 in total . Out of which lenova tab was for 20000 which stopped working in 7 months only .still we didn't complained about it.

          1. Invoice no. Byjus[protected]. The things presented at
          the time of sale by jus different from actuals

          2 tab recd 11.6.2019 and first payment was made on 6-6-2019

          3. Day from receiving the tab, i m requesting to cancel it
          because it is not useful for my child.The question /answers
          in course r not according to books of my child hence
          useless

          4. But inspite of hearing my request for cancellation and
          refund, the exicutives are compalling and insisting me all
          the time to continue it

          5.But now i understand the intention of them that they only
          passed the time period. It is cheating. Now by jus forcing and
          insisting for all payment

          6 as i received the tab on 11.6.2019 and payment made on 6-6-
          2019, and also requesting on phone so many times, my
          purchase may kindly be cancelled immediately and refund my
          money at the earliest.

          7 kindly check my telephonic conversations regarding
          cancellation .Hence it is not time barred.

          8 i do not want this product so i have a right to cancel it
          kindly look into it and arrange to cancel it and refund
          money immediatlly

          nothing has been made by tehm. no msg is recieved from byju yesterday (3--319), they made lot of phone calls, but immediatly they(Byjus ) intentionaly disconnected the call as I picked up the call .

            On 23rd june your representative at trichy – mr. Godwin has met me in my residence and explained about byjus learning app. I have two sons studying in class 9th and 4th. Initially he has suggested to enroll my second son from 4th to 10th and to add my first son for 9th and 10th under siblings offer. As we were not ready to go for long term, we have enquired the procedure for enrolling two years for both my sons. Hence mr. Godwin has informed we can enroll my first son for 9th and 10th and after completing the joining formalities we will be getting some discount coupons and with that we can enroll my second son for class 4th and 5th. Last week we have received the tab and my first son has started to work on that. Now when we requested him to add my second son, he is saying this week that discount coupon offer is not available and i have to pay the full amount (Rs.33000) for two years. I can’t understand how suddenly the offer has vanished in a week and why your representative is not aware of that earlier. It clearly indicates either its a lack of knowledge of your representative or providing wrong information just for sake of selling a product. Due to the incorrect information provided, we have lost the trust and decided not to enroll my second son.

              I have booked your learning apps in last month. And given a token money 1000. But till date material not recd. I have already mail to your teacher regarding this matter. Now i am sorry to say i don't have any requirements of your apps. Kindly return my token money at earliest. I ordered this last month only and you said ill get it in 7 working days. 30 days have passed still no sign of delivery.

                  I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. When they complain to us, it is difficult for us to deal with these as we don’t know what needs to be done. Students who are 15 years or old would know how to resolve these issues, but this is not the case with younger students. They should seriously look into this

                    I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!

                      I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
                      Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
                      It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
                      The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

                        On 13.04.2019, we were approached by mr. Akash g. Mangal from byju’s (Employee id:[protected]. Day before yesterday we had received a call from him regarding the same. Mr. Akash was very talkative and was quite smart. He approached us first saying that he wants to analyze my child. We allowed him for 4 hours at our house and in turn he convinced us that we should enroll our daughter nida battiwala in think and learn program of byju’s for 9th and 10th std. He has promised us a 1 to 1 conference call with our daughter by one of their mentors in a week, and regular test and exams.
                        The councilor mr. Akash assure us, we can cancel the program with a single communication to them for cancellation if not satisfied within 15 days of receipt of product and if we are not satisfied, we will get more 15 days that means total one month trial, so they will not charge single rupee if cancelled within one month. He did 4 hours brain-wash of parents and 8 family members too, so in that case anyone will sign the documents of various pages without reading. Finally he sent us a link and we made a payment of rs. 4100/- as advance. He has taken a cheque from my husband mr. Hussain battiwala for emi process too. (Receipt no. Tnl[protected] is attached)
                        We received the courier on 24.04.2019 at around 7.00 pm. We found from the first day to till date the entire system has made fool out o[censored]s. There is no assignments, no regular test, no 1 to 1 conference call with our daughter by mentor as committed by said councilor.
                        The question is, if byju’s have councilors like this, what they will be teaching to the child? And what if byju’s classes telling its employees to make impact on their customers by means of lies, cheating and fraud? We were really frustrated and decided not to put my kid in an institute that makes relationship based on fraud, cheating and lies.
                        After we called for return of the product on 20th may 2019, the company denied that and told that the product cannot be returned as 15 days from the delivery period is over. When i told the mentor mr. Suraj, it is your councilor’s false commitment that we will get one month trial, he said mr. Akash will can sort out all this, so he will charge mail to mr. Akash, or else mr. Akash will give us a call or we three will had a conference call. But none of these three things happen till date.
                        After that started a series of mental torture is begun. I have complained him so many times by our registered mobile numbers but every time they repeat the same sentence. They show much reluctance in cancelling the order. Actually they tried to make away their councilor mr. Akash from the issue and simply dragging the time and testing our patience.
                        After 20 days of regular calls for cancellation, surprisingly, they have processed emi without resolving the disputes. If the problem is not sort out yet and we cancelled our child admission, how can they charge us? Therefore, we were not prepared for this, so their emi claim returned from my bank account due to unsatisfactory balance. Now, the sales team of byju’s starting to call us rapidly on all of our 3 registered mobile numbers and force us to pay the emi. When we are trying to explain the whole matter, their executive was rudely replied that this is none of their business, they just want money. This is really beyond harassment.
                        Finally, i sent an e-mail to support team of byju’s on 27th june, and request him to sort-out the whole matter immediately and kindly advise their sales team to stop charging emi earliest. I got a routine reply from some monisha of byju’s; “we have taken note of your request and will have a call back arranged from the concerned team within 24-48 hours. For your kind reference, the ticket number is 2656951.” after 48 hours, when we got no response, again i asked for an update but no reply as usual from administrative or support team. However the mental torture over phone is continuing by sales team till date. It shows they are not interested to start the cancellation process. This is illegal and i don’t want to continue this and i need my money back. This is the case of cheating and they are doing this with a false commitment to sell the product.
                        We are struggling since last 45 days. If this issue will not sort-out immediately, we have right to move court of law and raising our voice in social media too for justice. Also, we are writing a letter to byju’s brand ambassador mr. Shahrukh khan for his kind co-operation regarding the same for the sake of his dignity which is misusing by this institute byju’s.

                        Me too facing same problem. Forcing me to pay the emi before 9 days. My first due date is 07/08/2021 but they are forcing to pay advance. from 30/07/2021 I receiving calls three to four times a day to both numbers separately.

                          Sir i enrolled with your ias tablet programme last month. Your education counselor told me you will get the order in 1to2 weeks after enrollment. But i did not receive it yet. I am trying to ask your counselor but he is not being responsive after my enrollment. Because of this reason i am not able to start my preparation. I am sure you will find time to resolve this problem in your busy schedule. Thanks

                            My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last week. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

                              I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab.

                                I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help.

                                  I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                                    I am subramaniyam from madurai purchased the byju's product for my son s mukhil velan. During their counselling they informed us at any time you can cancel product.

                                    My son used for two months it is waste and no feed back nothing, so we are decided and many times i called byjus for cancellation but they are not taken any action so far. Every month they are deducting emi from us through zestmony.

                                    So far (Till end of jun 2019) we made a payment of rs. 29, 000/-

                                    In view of above cancel the product and refund amount please.

                                      The way they are promoting product in market is very ridiculous and especially the telecallers making calls to parenst are very irritable with vulgur language and emotional black mailing conversations. The option of buying the product is upto parent and you are in no position to give statement to pressurise or blackmail statements.

                                      Dont buy this product this product, waste of money and fraud burgers in the system especially the sales calling team..

                                        First of all I nees to say this BYJU is the most fraud company I have ever come across.This is such a fraud company! It took only 4 hour's to register for admission now when I want to cancel it they are taking more than 50 hour's plus and they said me then will cancel within 24 hour's. I would request please take my complain and return my money back. Service is absolutely mind blowing when they take admission and it's extremely disastrous when it's about cancelling. I would request please take my complaint and please forward this to BYJU'S. The company is so bad when it's come to cancellation process. Everything has a limit but when the limit is crossed me a as normal India I need to take some legal action. Now I'm all relying in this consumer complaints cell to take some action against a fraud company.
