exchange products

I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list....

didn't get my order

I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab last month. They claimed that they take only 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed from the date of delivery then also i didn't got my order. Every time i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes. I have also made the entire payment at the time of placing the order, now i have lost all the hopes and i feel duped by them....

arrange for a call back asap

This is in regard with the tab i purchased last month from you guys. The tab i got has some issue which i am able to figure out. I could not reach out to your customer care for some reason. Kindly arrange for a call back asap for me to discuss the issues. The tab is not working and might have some hardware/software issue which you guys would be able to figure out better....

asked for replacement

I bought the product recently for my son and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved...

byjus sd card not working

I have paid the full amount to byjus, i had been told that i would be provided a new sd card but they are not sending the replacement. They are simply giving reasons saying my phone is not reachable, they are delivering today and all that, it has already be more than 20 days since they are not doing anything regarding this. I need some resolution on the same. I think they do not want to send so are giving reasons....

regarding byju's sales team

Byju's sales team (Bharat) had committed wrong promise that he will provide additional tab for free to me before purchasing the byju's material and tab.

Now they are not fulfilling these promises. They are least bothered to reply back to my e-mail and not lifting the phones.

Tried to escalate their manager and he is not looking into the issue and simply dragging the time.

I have all the evidences...

tabs is not working (poor services)

Tabs is not getting on last ten days i am trying to connect to provided all phone numbers are getting switched off.

the video stops after every 10 sec

The delivery of the happened last evening we tried to use it today but i find it to have installation issue. The content is corrupt and the video stops after every 10 sec. The amount that we have invested on the product is huge and it is a direct lose for us. Please understand a middle class works very hard to make things available for their child....

brain power suddenly reduces to zero

I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. lost all the data

My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me. My studies stopped because of this....

does not load the videos

I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working....

does not work properly

I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab....

I wanted alternative to tuition for my daughter of 7th class and installed byju's mobile app, immediately from next day every day byjus representative use to call to take their product and tried convincing me. Finally they convinced me saying their representative will come to my home just meet and hear him and can decide if to take their product or not.
A guy came to meet me was so sweet in speaking and convinced me to try their product...
