A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me.

    Fraud people, they will had said our councelling is free but after the session they had started dimanding big amount force fully

    At the time of taking appointment i have been told that we are conducting free councelling for kids but when person had come the after the session he started demanding big amount forcefully.

    He was saying that he had came by flight from banglore so in any condition i have to pay him money

      I was told to pay full payment in advance & shown very rosy picture about Byjus. But it seems byjus is a fraud.

      They took full amount 10 days back, delivered the SD card but even after 50 odd calls no support for activation. My son exam is tomorrow & I bought the product urgently to support his studies. But byjus is interested only in taking money. It's a complete fraud

          Dear sir,
          We have enrolled for 5 yrs of baijus online card for my twin sons. For 2 yrs we received the cards for their online studies but this time we have received the card only for 1 son but the other has still not received. We called the customer care atleast 5 to 7 time but they always replied that it was a mistake from their side and on priority basis we will receive the card within a week. It's almost 2 months now, new session has already started but one of my child has still not received his card. This is very bad service from your side even when we have paid full amount for 5 yrs. We never expected this type of service from your side when both my twin sons got their cards on time last year also.
          Hope you will look into this matter or then we will have to complaint to consumer court.
          As we are now very upset and cannot be behind you calling and wasting our time. Pls send the card asap nd pls chk your records of our calls too.

            I signed up for their trial and the sales rep told me that he would only put a hold on my credit card for the amount. However, he started the emis for the same even before the trial period ended.

            Moreover, when i returned the product back before the trial ended, instead of withdrawing the emis, and refunding the amount that was already paid to them, they ended up paying me a portion of the entire amount.

            Now i am being charged interest on the amount every month along with gst and have also been told by the credit card company that even if i want to close the account i have to pay 3% foreclosure charges.

            Despite repeated communication with byju's, they have not resolved the matter yet. They have been giving assurances but no action. Their representatives keep on lying and each time a different person ends up talking and negating whatever was promised earlier.

            I have already paid more than half of their emis. I need quick help.

              Its been 6 months that we have been receiving calls from capital for emi as we got tablet and course from byjus we were not even told about capital and not even about the loan.
              They call us and abuse us. We had called and sent messages and mailed to byjus to cancel the tab within 15 days after getting tablet according to them tab should have been taken back but they didn't.
              And now capita float is calling us again and again and abusing us.
              Some strict action should be taken against them

                The byjus premium app needs update. I am fed up using it. While watching the video i can't go 2 or 3 minutes back it is taking me at some other time. Ex : vector algebra class 12 there is a practice set of 7 hours mobile watching the video let's just say it's 30 minutes i have watched it now i want to go back at 28 minutes but it is not taking me back it is taking me at some other time. I think the atmosphere a little like youtube where we can go 10 or 20 seconds forward or backward please solve this problem.

                  Byjus met me before my son going to attend 10 board exam in 20 days. We took byjus for only 11th and 12th.. After result we got humanities group from school, immediately i appilied for cancellation but no response and i spoke to them for 15 to 23 times explained about my reason. We are honest middle clad people. But byjus cheated ys 54000. Im so depressed. Totally fraud. Without teaching anything they are getting my money.

                  Harassment calls. Late delivery. Asked for loan cancellation but said not possible because of T&C of 15 days policy but I didn't knew about it. Because I didn't get the T&C.

                    We purchased byju's for tamil nadu state board course. They promised us a customized course, but they map to cbse videos. Makes no sense.

                    Not worth investing in byju's for tamilnadu syllabus.

                    My son is in 10th now. We had to contend with nothing during 9th and the trend repeats.

                    Byju's do not have a single worthy class for tamilnadu syllabus. State board parents - warning don't buy byjus

                    Pay a coaching center byju's not worth the bucks. Scammers. They rip off.

                      The delivery of the happened last evening we tried to use it today but i find it to have installation issue. The content is corrupt and the video stops after every 10 sec. The amount that we have invested on the product is huge and it is a direct lose for us. Please understand a middle class works very hard to make things available for their child. Kindly respond urgently.

                        Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment as the exams are 2 months away and i haven't received any proper guidance to as to how to go about writing my exams. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible or i would like to request for a refund if this case continues with no useful response from any staff at byjus.

                          I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!

                            My son waited for the product for about a month patiently and this is what i get for my patience. My son was very excited on the first day itself after the demo was conducted. The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. We have enrolled for 4 years course as i have received good feedback from my colleague about byjus. Hence i wanted my son to try it too.

                              My parents bought a course for for me. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

                                I have purchased upsc class from byjus sep 2018 and paid my first instalment on deck 2018 but the type of classes didn't seems to be fruit full so i request byjus for settlement on january 209. Settlement process is possible at any time which was informed by pratik chandrayan who is executive of byjus.

                                From february month capital float stop to send me message regarding emi.in the month of june they are coming and demanding 20000 for settlement.

                                Byjus and capital float both people are not listing vmy request from last 5 month and demanding like anything, behavior is so rude it's impossible to explain.

                                Could someone help me here.

                                  I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                                    I bought the app recently for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will lose interest in such things.

                                      I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list. Hope the brand ambassador mr shahrukh khan is also listening.

                                        I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
