I bought the product recently for my son and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

    I have paid the full amount to byjus, i had been told that i would be provided a new sd card but they are not sending the replacement. They are simply giving reasons saying my phone is not reachable, they are delivering today and all that, it has already be more than 20 days since they are not doing anything regarding this. I need some resolution on the same. I think they do not want to send so are giving reasons.

      My name is sunil kumar d, mob no [protected]. I had enquired for byju's learning app for my ward ashvath divakar for 4th standard. Accordingly, rep of byju's app, mr. Mayank joshi, visited my home on 02 jun 19 for enrolling my ward in byju's learning app. He made me to transfer rs 7125 to his company and ensured delivery of the product post clearance of emi procedure for balance amount around rs 40000. The emi initiation was cleared by 05 jun 19 after a verification call from them. Since then there is no response and the rep is also not responding to my call.

        Byju's sales team (Bharat) had committed wrong promise that he will provide additional tab for free to me before purchasing the byju's material and tab.

        Now they are not fulfilling these promises. They are least bothered to reply back to my e-mail and not lifting the phones.

        Tried to escalate their manager and he is not looking into the issue and simply dragging the time.

        I have all the evidences (Email and voice recordings) about their commitments given to me before purchasing the app. Now, i want to file a case in customer consumer forum with all these details.

        Please let me know the procedure.

        The whole team want to grab money as quick as possible from the customers. Please do not fall into fowl. They play a very cheap marketing techniques to attract the customers.

        Finally, when you pay the amount, you are left clueless.

        Before purchasing the material, I discussed with BYJU's team about the negative reviews. They conveyed that in the past those things happened and now the management team has changed and they are customer centric..

          Hello,

          Very disappointing with your services i am trying to connect last ten days with you people for solution. But there is no satisfactory services.

          Tabs is not getting on last ten days i am trying to connect to provided all phone numbers are getting switched off.
          Request you to please take it back your tab and return my entire money within two working days.

          You people are doing fraud / cheating with public to earn money.

          Providing inferior quality tabs to student they didnt work.

            Sir,

            As intimated earlier on various dates over phone in july 18 to pick up your byjus material to refund my rs 9000 and in spite of assurance given by anshuman, you didn't do anything to pick up material (Tablet) with defective supplied charger.. As time passed away and no action in this regards was taken from your end then i asked through mails on sept 1, 7, 9 and 14 2018 and various several reminder mails to refund my rs 9000 and your subsequent in principle approval of refunding byjus material by anusuman and shakshi juyal, you have not refunded my amount of rs 9000.
            Even shakshi juyal offered me the discount of 20% and subscription of each class course for two years even with offline tablet which she promised to deliver even then i declined as the product is genuinely not up to the mark, costly and not suitable for studies as per the syllabus of ncert (This i informed to shakshi juyal in detail).
            Instead you initiated the process of granting loan of rs 70000 from the capital float to me without my consent, question of availment of which does not arise as i intimated to return the incompatible material of byjus and to refund rs 9000 immediately after i received the material and your subsequent approval for the same.
            I was in constant touch with official of byjus to refund the said amount and made several calls and email to them.

            Also i kept on intimating capital float over telephonic conversation as well as through emails not to deduct any emi as i have not taken any loan.
            Now recently one person named subham (So called from capital float) started calling me over phone to pay the amount of rs 70000 using abusive language even when i was either engaged in driving or in official meeting to threaten and harass me unnecessarily..
            Yesterday a call from a lady came on my no and she pertained as if she was speaking from tees hazari court to settle the loan amount which i have never taken.
            Under the circumstances, it is clear that both the companies (Byjus and capital float) have joined the hands together in conspiracy and practicing unethical business practices otherwise they could have refunded my rs 9000 after assurance of byjus"s shakshi madam
            As per the facts depicted above i have no option other than to move a legal action against you in order to receive justice from law of court to get my money of rs 9000.

              The delivery of the happened last evening we tried to use it today but i find it to have installation issue. The content is corrupt and the video stops after every 10 sec. The amount that we have invested on the product is huge and it is a direct lose for us. Please understand a middle class works very hard to make things available for their child.

                I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. When they complain to us, it is difficult for us to deal with these as we don’t know what needs to be done. Students who are 15 years or old would know how to resolve these issues, but this is not the case with younger students. They should seriously look into this

                  We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

                    This is to inform you that i've been trying to contact with my mentor since a month or two. But even after repeated calling, all i listen is "press 1 for the call back". I've done it several times but got no calls back! The last time i talked to her was in the month ofoctober i don't understand the procedure for the queries and phone calls with the prescribed mentors. So it is my sincere request to you that please appoint new mentors for me or ask my mentor to contact with me as i have few questions about my studies in byju's. I hope i won't get to face this problem in future.

                      My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me. My studies stopped because of this.

                          I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
                          Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.

                            I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                            Please assist and close the same at earliest.

                                I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab.

                                  I wanted alternative to tuition for my daughter of 7th class and installed byju's mobile app, immediately from next day every day byjus representative use to call to take their product and tried convincing me. Finally they convinced me saying their representative will come to my home just meet and hear him and can decide if to take their product or not.
                                  A guy came to meet me was so sweet in speaking and convinced me to try their product for 15 days and said we can cancel the program with a single communication to them for cancellation if not satisfied within 15 days of receipt of product and they will not charge single rupee if cancelled within 15 days and took authorization of 24 months emi for rs. 60, 000 through my credit card.
                                  I tried but it was not to our requirement and informed byjus to cancel the subscription within 15 days. Every day i use to send email / call them to cancel the subscription and cancel my emis on card but their staff every time use to say internal approvals are pending, post this it will be cancelled (Their will be no update from the their end, everytime i have to approach them). They dragged like this for more than 20 days (After intimating about cancellation). Finally they asked to courier the product and courier charges will be refunded. By this time my credit card bank has debited two emis and i had to pay the amount. Byjus confirmed it will be refunded and they took my bank account details.
                                  I had returned back their product. Now smartly they paid rs. 51k to my bank account when i asked what is this, they said this is their program amount refunded but when i asked invoice / authorisation on credit card was for rs. 60k and why rs. 51k is refunded. They said the difference is the interest on their program of rs. 51k which i need to bear and pay to bank.
                                  When i asked i have given for emi on credit card and not cheque / dd / cash why they are paying cash to bank account they said it is their policy.
                                  I asked byjus to send cancellation request of emi on my credit card to my bank and no need to transfer amount to bank account now they said my credit card bank is not accepting their cancellation request. I had contacted my credit card bank and they said their is no request from byjus for any cancellation of emis, i called again byjus and asked to send the proof who rejected their emi cancellation request so that i can check with my credit card bank as my bank said it is ready to accept emi cancellation request of byjus, if received.
                                  Now they sent an email with all the charges and penalties that will be incurred if emi is cancelled when i asked for proof of emi cancellation rejected by bank (But proof of emi cancellation request is not sent in email).
                                  I again sent an email with the request to send below.
                                  - the guy visited and their documents said if trial program is cancelled in 15 days their will be no charges then when i cancelled in 15 days why i should bear all these charges.
                                  - there is no delay from my end, i had intimated within 15 days then why should i bear the charges.
                                  - i asked for their terms & conditions and proof of my acceptance where it is mentioned that even program is cancelled in 15 days i have to bear all these charges and penalties.
                                  - proof that byjus had contacted my credit card bank with emi cancellation request as they are repeating that their request is rejected by my credit card bank.
                                  Already 3 days have passed after request but their is no response from byjus end as usual. When asked for escalation team details they will not provide and these details are also not found on their portal
                                  I want total amount of rs. 60k to paid to me or cancel all emis and refund for already paid emis or provide proof in their terms and conditions that penalties and charges are applicable even if cancelled within 15 days. They are cheating with hidden charges and unfair practices.

                                    We received this product on 08 june 2019. Now we want to return this product because of the following points.
                                    1. As we got communication that, once we received the product we will get a call from a product specialist, who will inform us how to use it and the product will sink with parent mobile.
                                    Which not happened.
                                    2. One mentor will assign and he/she will talk with students.
                                    Which not happened.
                                    3. Someone will share the detail of forum and other helping hands for a student.
                                    Which not happened.
                                    4. Most important, grishma is not satisfied with this program/product. It is not fulfilling her expectations. She is saying this information is limited to the cbse class book only not beyond that.
                                    So i request you, initiate the return procedure of this product/program.

                                      Aakarshit pandey this side elder brother of shashwat pandey a student who enrolled for your program but now i don't see that zeal of studying in the student so i wanted to return the kit. Still it's not over 14 days but your executive and the lady who came for councelling is also not picking up the phone. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
