I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list......

My parents bought a course bucks for me. Placed the order last night the product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet......

After many discussions and investigation, I was promised for a fresh sd card as the existing one is not functioning properly.
This issue is nearing to a month now.
People spoken in the regard: anubhav- mentor, HO logistics, adhiraj-who did the counselling and markerting

Overall I am pissed off !! Seems people are very casual in their approach.
PLEASE REFUND THE WHOLE AMOUNT ASAP....

Tablet is not working properly, videos are getting interrupted in between. Called 2-3 times at customer support, they said you will get a call back from tech team within 24 hours. But i haven't...

From last 24 hrs i am struggling with this tablet. I have wasted a lot of time on this, moreover its weekend (The only time when you get extra hours to read). How will compensate for this?...

The delivery of the happened last evening we tried to use it today but i find it to have installation issue. The content is corrupt and the video stops after every 10 sec. The amount that we have invested on the product is huge and it is a direct lose for us. Please understand a middle class works very hard to make things available for their child. Kindly respond urgently....

I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.

Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment...

I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. They are not refunding the money anfld are also not paying much attention to it . They are totally fraud. I have mailed them but they did not reply. I also called them thrice a day for 3 consecutive days but they are not telling that you will get a call from our manager but I am receiving no call . Byjus educational kit (TNL[protected] dtd 28/04/15 was delivered to my address vide order no.[protected] on 07/05/19. Yesterday Byju's Consultant (Name - Raj, Mob +[protected] visited my home and described all details to us of Byju's Learning.
Post discussion, he told that my daughter (Disha Vishwakarma) is shortlisted for scholarship and there will be additional benefit given.

He also described details of Scholarship, duration, Fees, etc. but we needed some more time (a day or so) to decide whether to go ahead...

I have been approached by one of your marketing executive for my son who was appearing for class X final exam for a sitting .We agreed finally after persistent request, the executive told my son to solve some problems in his tab and told that I have to pay Rs. 65000/- for PCMB XI-XII course and class X ICSE course will be free with that. We were reluctant to buy it at that time because of his ICSE exam was few day left. He told that the products...

I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab....

I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as...

I am gmat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying....

Education not satisfactory for the refund they are not giving response
and madam avni is saying without her approval i am not get my refund and as she saying i need to talk with her. i have all recording of the communication.

mr. byjus at the time of product demo your mr. anshul commited many things but i have not shown your staff working and nature is adjustable.

your education system is also not adjustable...

I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.According to them they deliver there order with 7 days. Kindly assist on getting me the tab or if not then refund....

I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.Still video was not loading....
