One of the salespeople from Byjus app had informed us over the phone that he will come for a demo on the product at home. After doing continuous calls we have agreed for the demo. He came to the home and had a demonstration on the product. Informed us that they are giving a trial version to test whether this product is useful or not. He had taken a cheque from us by saying that they need an advance during the trial period. The product reached at home on Feb **th afternoon and my son has viewed the product for *-* days and due to Xth board exam schedule, he did not get the time to review the product and give feedback. He was having an exam on Mar *nd. After that, he had reviewed the product and informed me on March **th the product is not looking feasible for him hence we have informed the seller to take back the product. But they hesitate to take it back and even they have not turned to us for further assistance. At the time of the demo, the seller informed me that if the product is not feasible you can return the product and the amount which I have paid id *****/- will get refunded. He has not informed me of the time period in which I have to return.
We have received a response from the team that you have contacted only on the **th day and it is not refundable and asked to continue the product. I informed the person, Mr Abrar, I don’t require this product but they continuously hesitate to take back the product. These people are cheating customers with false commitments. During the time of the demo, he has taken a cheque from me, if the product is feasible for continuing the product they need an advance. For that, he has taken from me a cheque for EMI process. As I have already informed the team if I don’t want to continue the product they have to discontinue the product with the refund on advance i.e Rs.*****/-. Without my knowledge, they have processed my EMI as well.

I found this is a fraud practice they usually do. Yesterday I found that they have processed EMI and taken **** Rs from my account without my knowledge. Even they have not intimated me that they are going to continue the product and processing my loan. This is illegal and I don’t want to continue this and I need my money back. This is the case of cheating and they are doing this with a false commitment to sell the product. Request you to please do the needful.

We had purchased a product from BYJUS, vide receipt no. TNL[protected] dated June 08th, 2019. We requested for cancellation of the order on June 10th, 2019. Till date no action is taken by them to cancel this order and pass instructions to bank for the refund.

We have received on 2 june by us, , after receiving my son had saw only byjus learning app and after few days he will be not interested for this app and not progress by this app.. So we request to you.pls cancelation ur learning app product. and return ur learning app product...

    The delivery of the happened last evening we tried to use it today but i find it to have installation issue. The content is corrupt and the video stops after every 10 sec. The amount that we have invested on the product is huge and it is a direct lose for us. Please understand a middle class works very hard to make things available for their child. Kindly respond urgently.

      My parents bought a course for for me. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

        I bought this byju cat tablet this january. I opened it today. The date is old. So videos are locked. I am unable to access videos. Message is displayed that correct date by connecting to network. But since nothing can be done in this tablet, i cannot change date and hence videos are not working. Mentor details are not provided by salesperson even after multiple follow ups.

          I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list...

              After many discussions and investigation, I was promised for a fresh sd card as the existing one is not functioning properly.
              This issue is nearing to a month now.
              People spoken in the regard: anubhav- mentor, HO logistics, adhiraj-who did the counselling and markerting

              Overall I am pissed off !! Seems people are very casual in their approach.
              PLEASE REFUND THE WHOLE AMOUNT ASAP.

                Tablet is not working properly, videos are getting interrupted in between. Called 2-3 times at customer support, they said you will get a call back from tech team within 24 hours. But i haven't...

                From last 24 hrs i am struggling with this tablet. I have wasted a lot of time on this, moreover its weekend (The only time when you get extra hours to read). How will compensate for this?

                    I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
                    Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
                    It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
                    The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

                      Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment as the exams are 2 months away and i haven't received any proper guidance to as to how to go about writing my exams. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible or i would like to request for a refund if this case continues with no useful response from any staff at byjus.

                        I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!

                          They are not refunding the money anfld are also not paying much attention to it . They are totally fraud. I have mailed them but they did not reply. I also called them thrice a day for 3 consecutive days but they are not telling that you will get a call from our manager but I am receiving no call . This is seriously frustrating me and is not acceptable at all from such a reputed company I received my order on 8 June and the cancellation period is 15 days and I am regularly trying to cancel but they are trying to pass the days . I have paid 9000 in advance and I want refund as my child is not showing interest in studing from the tab. But this irresponsible behaviour is acceptable and I have to take some serious action.

                          A byjus representative named Pranav came to my house and told that after delivery we 15 days to initiate refund but now they are showing no interest in it. I initiated a cancellation mail on 12 June and from then I am regularly calling them but no positive response is there .The registered mobile no. Is [protected] and they are really a fraud company and they have also initiated emi on my Bajaj Finserv and I am really fed up of the ignorance and I just want to get my refund otherwise I have to take other steps.

                              Byjus educational kit (TNL[protected] dtd 28/04/15 was delivered to my address vide order no.[protected] on 07/05/19. After going through the kit for next few days, request for cancellation was made at [protected]@ byjus.com on 11/05/19. I.e within 15 days. Your representatives at Bangalore had called upon to talk in this matter with my child. Meanwhile due to my very busy duty schedule I couldn't get the time to have him talk with your representative.
                              The problem is that, your representative didn't ever told me in the first interaction that my cancellation request will be ignored if the talk is not arranged with my child. Anything as such is also not mentioned in your refund terms and conditions. Now when when I am left with no option, I therefore plead before you to please cancel my son's Byjus educational kit. I shall ever remain thankful to team Byjus for your cooperation please. I hope to get your support.

                                Yesterday Byju's Consultant (Name - Raj, Mob +[protected] visited my home and described all details to us of Byju's Learning.
                                Post discussion, he told that my daughter (Disha Vishwakarma) is shortlisted for scholarship and there will be additional benefit given.

                                He also described details of Scholarship, duration, Fees, etc. but we needed some more time (a day or so) to decide whether to go ahead or not with advice from my other family members (Father, Brother, and all).

                                Since, Your consultant said that once he leaves my home, scholarship will not be given. He also suggested no payment EMI option where I will be given 10-15 days time to decide and I can decline participation and there will be no charge from Byju.

                                Since amount is deducted, I am concerned whether I will get back my money or not as we now wish to not to go ahead with consent of my other family members?

                                Kindly do not process the scholarship and repay my money back...

                                he is asking for the feedback.

                                but i clearly told him that i am in meeting.

                                but he is continuously calling to me even though i disconnected and speaking non sense.

                                is it correct way to speak with customers.?

                                  I have been approached by one of your marketing executive for my son who was appearing for class X final exam for a sitting .We agreed finally after persistent request, the executive told my son to solve some problems in his tab and told that I have to pay Rs. 65000/- for PCMB XI-XII course and class X ICSE course will be free with that. We were reluctant to buy it at that time because of his ICSE exam was few day left. He told that the products can be returned 15 days from 1st switching on the product if it is not useful. But after we called for return of the product the company denied that and told that the product cannot be returned as 15 days from the delivery period is over. They even donot provided us the bill/invoice either. After 4 months when the charger was not working we got in touch with three help line. They forwarded us the bill and told me to go to the nearest Lenovo service centre. In the bill an amount of Rs. 26250/- has been shown as course for class X which was not used at all by the student.This is a total fraudulent practice by the company or its marketing executive to sell their product by hook or by crook. I am demanding refund of that amount at the earliest.

                                    I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab.

                                      I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                                        I am gmat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.
