Yesterday Byju's Consultant (Name - Raj, Mob +[protected] visited my home and described all details to us of Byju's Learning.
Post discussion, he told that my daughter (Disha Vishwakarma) is shortlisted for scholarship and there will be additional benefit given.
He also described details of Scholarship, duration, Fees, etc. but we needed some more time (a day or so) to decide whether to go ahead or not with advice from my other family members (Father, Brother, and all).
Since, Your consultant said that once he leaves my home, scholarship will not be given. He also suggested no payment EMI option where I will be given 10-15 days time to decide and I can decline participation and there will be no charge from Byju.
Since amount is deducted, I am concerned whether I will get back my money or not as we now wish to not to go ahead with consent of my other family members?
Kindly do not process the scholarship and repay my money back...

Nobody has reached out to me yet.
just now i([protected]) got a call from [protected].
he is asking for the feedback.
but i clearly told him that i am in meeting.
but he is continuously calling to me even though i disconnected and speaking non sense.
is it correct way to speak with customers.?
Please take action on him.
