I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab.

    I wanted alternative to tuition for my daughter of 7th class and installed byju's mobile app, immediately from next day every day byjus representative use to call to take their product and tried convincing me. Finally they convinced me saying their representative will come to my home just meet and hear him and can decide if to take their product or not.
    A guy came to meet me was so sweet in speaking and convinced me to try their product for 15 days and said we can cancel the program with a single communication to them for cancellation if not satisfied within 15 days of receipt of product and they will not charge single rupee if cancelled within 15 days and took authorization of 24 months emi for rs. 60, 000 through my credit card.
    I tried but it was not to our requirement and informed byjus to cancel the subscription within 15 days. Every day i use to send email / call them to cancel the subscription and cancel my emis on card but their staff every time use to say internal approvals are pending, post this it will be cancelled (Their will be no update from the their end, everytime i have to approach them). They dragged like this for more than 20 days (After intimating about cancellation). Finally they asked to courier the product and courier charges will be refunded. By this time my credit card bank has debited two emis and i had to pay the amount. Byjus confirmed it will be refunded and they took my bank account details.
    I had returned back their product. Now smartly they paid rs. 51k to my bank account when i asked what is this, they said this is their program amount refunded but when i asked invoice / authorisation on credit card was for rs. 60k and why rs. 51k is refunded. They said the difference is the interest on their program of rs. 51k which i need to bear and pay to bank.
    When i asked i have given for emi on credit card and not cheque / dd / cash why they are paying cash to bank account they said it is their policy.
    I asked byjus to send cancellation request of emi on my credit card to my bank and no need to transfer amount to bank account now they said my credit card bank is not accepting their cancellation request. I had contacted my credit card bank and they said their is no request from byjus for any cancellation of emis, i called again byjus and asked to send the proof who rejected their emi cancellation request so that i can check with my credit card bank as my bank said it is ready to accept emi cancellation request of byjus, if received.
    Now they sent an email with all the charges and penalties that will be incurred if emi is cancelled when i asked for proof of emi cancellation rejected by bank (But proof of emi cancellation request is not sent in email).
    I again sent an email with the request to send below.
    - the guy visited and their documents said if trial program is cancelled in 15 days their will be no charges then when i cancelled in 15 days why i should bear all these charges.
    - there is no delay from my end, i had intimated within 15 days then why should i bear the charges.
    - i asked for their terms & conditions and proof of my acceptance where it is mentioned that even program is cancelled in 15 days i have to bear all these charges and penalties.
    - proof that byjus had contacted my credit card bank with emi cancellation request as they are repeating that their request is rejected by my credit card bank.
    Already 3 days have passed after request but their is no response from byjus end as usual. When asked for escalation team details they will not provide and these details are also not found on their portal
    I want total amount of rs. 60k to paid to me or cancel all emis and refund for already paid emis or provide proof in their terms and conditions that penalties and charges are applicable even if cancelled within 15 days. They are cheating with hidden charges and unfair practices.

      We received this product on 08 june 2019. Now we want to return this product because of the following points.
      1. As we got communication that, once we received the product we will get a call from a product specialist, who will inform us how to use it and the product will sink with parent mobile.
      Which not happened.
      2. One mentor will assign and he/she will talk with students.
      Which not happened.
      3. Someone will share the detail of forum and other helping hands for a student.
      Which not happened.
      4. Most important, grishma is not satisfied with this program/product. It is not fulfilling her expectations. She is saying this information is limited to the cbse class book only not beyond that.
      So i request you, initiate the return procedure of this product/program.

        Aakarshit pandey this side elder brother of shashwat pandey a student who enrolled for your program but now i don't see that zeal of studying in the student so i wanted to return the kit. Still it's not over 14 days but your executive and the lady who came for councelling is also not picking up the phone. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

          A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me.

            I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

              They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details

                I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help. After investing money this is the service i get. What else can we expect from such in-efficient team.

                  I paid fee of 1.6Lakhs for my cousin’s IAS coaching at BYJU’S Hyderabad centre. While making the payment they told that my payment which ever i do with my credit card will be converted to zero percent EMI. Whatever the bank charges on EMI conversation will be refunded by BYJU’s. But since the payment, which was on 11th march2019, there was no proper response from the concerned team. I sent many emails regarding this but no one seem to respond properly. Sometimes no response at all, completely ignoring my mails. Its annoying how they treat the customer. Its been more than 3 months and there was no refund.

                    I had bought learning tab for my kids with 15 days 100% refund and return policy if in case not satisfied by students. We got first delivery on 22-5-19 with wrong chapters preloaded by byju's. When i have called to customer care and infirmed the same issue about wrong product delivered, mentor and sales person told me that no need to worry about 15 days return and refund policy and will start new time limit after right product delivered. New product delivered on 2-6-19 and i have also confirmed mail from byju's sales team. I have given cancel request within time limit and mailed but they are have not given response in the mail after many times asking. But in the same time customer care through telephonic conversation, every day telling about in process for cancellation and giving update but not yet given any update on it.

                      I have purchased a sd card for 11-12 jee. After inserting the sd card, i install the app file. After submitting the registered mobile number i. E [protected], i got an otp. After giving otp, i got the error missing sd card error no 2002. I called to customer care several times but no call received from the technical team. Please refund my money or resolve my problem. Otherwise i will force to knock the door of consumer court.

                          On 11 may i had purchased a learning kit of BYJU'S. After using it for 5 days i found that i was not abled to learn from it. So i decided to return it, i called the clients of BYJU's but they told me to use it for 5 days more and after that they would call me. I used it but after also i was not able to understand and also they didn't called me. As i had told them in between the period of trial of 15 days. So please send your representative to take it back and also refund our money as soon as possible.

                            I received a product from Byju's and it came in a very dilapidated package. the outer package was soggy and torn as if it was tossed a puddle. I was very apprehensive while accepting it, but i guess i went with the brand. but the kind of packaging it was in was not acceptable from a company like Byju's. Please look at these small things also while the product is good but the customer care is not that good.

                              Seems like there is some technical issue with the tab because i have been getting trouble using it. Firstly the tab does not connect to the wifi. Secondly, the tab hangs mid way while working which disturbs the flow of study. I need some solution to my problem. They should keep this on priority and address this issue. this is disrupting the studies and having a hard time to go about it.

                                Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for 12th classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment and i haven't received any proper guidance to as to how to go about studying through the tab.

                                  We have brought a course for our son for class 7th, the customer sales executive who came to our place said it will only take 5 working days for the tab to reach us but its been a week now and it has not been delivered yet. Follow up on my complaint and let me know the status of my order as when it will be delivered. I have also tried contacting the sales guy and he assured me that this will happen soon but no word after that.

                                    I had ordered for an ICSE syllabus course for Std. 6, and have received another CBSE syllabus. I connected with the customer care but they are not being very helpful about it. Either i would like a refund for the same or i would like the product to be replaced by the correct product. More so, I would like the customer care to respond on time. Kindly help me with this issue.

                                      Byjus totally waste of our money. they are cheating in the name of EDUCATION.
                                      we have been trying, i should not use that word trying because i have been fighting with them for the past 45 days to cancell. they are calling with N number of people to convince me. the counsellor Mr, vikranth who is working in byjus is an expert in cheating customers. he blocked my phone number and whatsapp too. if i speak with the byjus people they are supporting that guy vikranth. they have tasted our money so, they will not cancell it seems. but i am not going to leave this just like that. i am going to lodge a complaint on CONSUMER COURT ON BYJUS AND THAT GUY VIKRANTH. AND ALSO TO THE MEDIA WITH ALL MY PROOFS.

                                        I was purchased the product two months but till the date mentors or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person smt. Swetha contact but she told refund is not possible because already 15days is over. But I'm paying rs. 5500/- in advance and per Emi. Now i don't want above product because nobody will responding. They are cheater .please cancel the application and refund the amount.
