I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.Still video was not loading....

I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.

According to them they deliver there order with 7 days. Kindly assist on getting me the tab or if not then refund....

E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list....

I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Regret to inform u that i hv requested to cancel the byjus app within 15days of purchase by mail despite repeated mail still not approved.

I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. I placed an order for gmat course but i have received is not gmat but cat course. How can anyone goo[censored]p with gmat and cat. I am pretty sure you guys have different people for both the courses.

The byju's online classes is not responding to my continuous complain about their defective app loaded tab which is not working. The tab was sent to me with class 6 sdcard in it and no class 7 app which they say will be sent to me next year. Which i find weird since they are having the money for both the classes in advance then why they are holding up the sd card for class 7.
