The byju's online classes is not responding to my continuous complain about their defective app loaded tab which is not working. The tab was sent to me with class 6 sdcard in it and no class 7 app which they say will be sent to me next year. While i have ordered for class 7. Even the sd card that they have sent is not working. Either i want replacement or my hard earned money back....

A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me....

I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs....

I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4....

The content is not nice all the chapters are locked they are not teaching the basics
They cheated with me and i regularly register complaints which are not taken under consideration i will make sure that i am the last one to use the services provided by them from my family and relatives if my problems are not solved by them. The most important part that half the content is locked...

I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.

I have booked your learning apps in last month. And given a token money 1000. But till date material not recd. I have already mail to your teacher regarding this matter. I purchased maharashtra ssc board 9th and 10th standard app for my daughter, mentor came to my home and explained the details, but he never said that we don't have ssc maharashtra board lessons, they sent tab and 2 sd cards too. Its working was perfect, but the problem, it was cbsc board, most of the cbsc and ssc board common chapter is same, but teaching and answer method is deferent. This product was solved by an iitan's around 2 yrs back. We have paid 1.1 lack for this product.

From the last one year, we are requesting to provide the imo, nso level content, which were not delivered at all.

Now, we have requesting to return our remaining money and now they are saying there policy has changed and now, cancellation can't be happen.

The counselor (Raj sir) who sold us the product informed us that if we have any tech issue it would be resolved really quickly and for free of cost.
It has been 8 months now and nobody has given a proper response regarding the repair of the tech issue. The response goes like this:
1. You call them.
2. They call you back and you explain the problem.
3. They inform your mentor.

I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo.
