Byjus educational kit (TNL[protected] dtd 28/04/15 was delivered to my address vide order no.[protected] on 07/05/19. After going through the kit for next few days, request for cancellation was made at [protected]@ byjus.com on 11/05/19. I.e within 15 days. Your representatives at Bangalore had called upon to talk in this matter with my child. Meanwhile due to my very busy duty schedule I couldn't get the time to have him talk with your representative.
The problem is that, your representative didn't ever told me in the first interaction that my cancellation request will be ignored if the talk is not arranged with my child. Anything as such is also not mentioned in your refund terms and conditions. Now when when I am left with no option, I therefore plead before you to please cancel my son's Byjus educational kit. I shall ever remain thankful to team Byjus for your cooperation please. I hope to get your support.

    Hi

    Yesterday Byju's Consultant (Name - Raj, Mob +[protected] visited my home and described all details to us of Byju's Learning.
    Post discussion, he told that my daughter (Disha Vishwakarma) is shortlisted for scholarship and there will be additional benefit given.

    He also described details of Scholarship, duration, Fees, etc. but we needed some more time (a day or so) to decide whether to go ahead or not with advice from my other family members (Father, Brother, and all).

    Since, Your consultant said that once he leaves my home, scholarship will not be given. He also suggested no payment EMI option where I will be given 10-15 days time to decide and I can decline participation and there will be no charge from Byju.

    Since amount is deducted, I am concerned whether I will get back my money or not as we now wish to not to go ahead with consent of my other family members?

    Kindly do not process the scholarship and repay my money back...

    just now i([protected]) got a call from [protected].

    he is asking for the feedback.

    but i clearly told him that i am in meeting.

    but he is continuously calling to me even though i disconnected and speaking non sense.

    is it correct way to speak with customers.?

    Please take action on him.

      I have been approached by one of your marketing executive for my son who was appearing for class X final exam for a sitting .We agreed finally after persistent request, the executive told my son to solve some problems in his tab and told that I have to pay Rs. 65000/- for PCMB XI-XII course and class X ICSE course will be free with that. We were reluctant to buy it at that time because of his ICSE exam was few day left. He told that the products can be returned 15 days from 1st switching on the product if it is not useful. But after we called for return of the product the company denied that and told that the product cannot be returned as 15 days from the delivery period is over. They even donot provided us the bill/invoice either. After 4 months when the charger was not working we got in touch with three help line. They forwarded us the bill and told me to go to the nearest Lenovo service centre. In the bill an amount of Rs. 26250/- has been shown as course for class X which was not used at all by the student.This is a total fraudulent practice by the company or its marketing executive to sell their product by hook or by crook. I am demanding refund of that amount at the earliest.

        I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab.

          I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

            I am gmat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

              Education not satisfactory for the refund they are not giving response
              and madam avni is saying without her approval i am not get my refund and as she saying i need to talk with her. i have all recording of the communication.

              mr. byjus at the time of product demo your mr. anshul commited many things but i have not shown your staff working and nature is adjustable.

              your education system is also not adjustable to understand the child to how to improve our self by without teacher.

              madam avni which is she told me she is a head of byjus and she from banglore and wihtout her approval i cant get my refund.
              and she is saying she is not refund my amount with talk to my son. which i told her he is my son and how you say that you cant refund my amount without talking to him he is my child and for the bright future i know if it is not adjustable for my son thats why i am saying and i told him i was paid amount and it is my decision for the children but he is not adjustable so you should to refund amount without delay.

              i am requesting you with more activities from my end please refund my amount otherwise i should complaint to PM PORTAL that you are harresing the parents and the children for the business through education and your business promoter person's providing wrong information for the business.

                I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.According to them they deliver there order with 7 days. Kindly assist on getting me the tab or if not then refund.

                  I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
                  Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.Still video was not loading.

                    Dear byjus,

                    One of my nephew is cheated by byjus, you are not providing any correct solutions. Actually byjus sales person given tablet for 15 days trial and they had done all banking formality. They said if you will agree then we will continue after 15 days otherwise we will discontinued but within 10 days I have tried many times for discontinued but they didn't discontinued and not given proper answer as well and also they didn't received my call as well. Now bank is asking EMI for same. Please help how can i discontinued.

                      I have taken byjus product for my son & daughter for 7-8 -9-10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive are not proper guiedence .on today about 8a.m. my daughter do some worksheet.he want help so she call to byjus no provide by team byju. At it time 8p.m. i come back to office never single call dile by team byjus. So. I am surpriesd to buying it product. So i want to csncel my order imidete . And refund my fee.

                              I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                                I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

                                  Regret to inform u that i hv requested to cancel the byjus app within 15days of purchase by mail despite repeated mail still not approved.
                                  Request u to cancel my application & refund the amount Rs. 110000/= + interest paid on 3 installment.

                                  Everytime i have spoken with nos of your person who are so no longer capable of handling a genuine customer issue. also I demand to give direct no of Ms. DIKSHA (who is so irresponsible and done fraudulent and approve only 33000/= which is still not received in my account) or any of the Head of Department no or mail ID as i need to bring this kind of indifferent, and cheating false promises to his notice.

                                    I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help.

                                      I have never gone through such a bad service till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them. I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted the package thinking about the brand and services. But trust me it is good for nothing. After investing money this is the service i get.

                                        This is in regard with the tab i purchased last month from you guys. The tab i got has some issue which i am able to figure out. I could not reach out to your customer care for some reason. Kindly arrange for a call back asap for me to discuss the issues. The tab is not working and might have some hardware/software issue which you guys would be able to figure out better.
