I bought the product recently for my son and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

    I placed an order for gmat course but i have received is not gmat but cat course. How can anyone goo[censored]p with gmat and cat. I am pretty sure you guys have different people for both the courses.

    This has to be sorted with utmost priority that you could give. Time is running out and i dont want to bear the burnt of your goo[censored]p.

    Kindly exchange and send the correct product.

    I had ordered a tablet with K12 plan which got delivered to me with a delay of 4 days from the due date. I had to do multiple follow ups and have also written a complaint to the CEO but still no revert. I am expecting a penalty to be charged to the logistics co and a compensation of 30000 to me for the poor service

      The byju's online classes is not responding to my continuous complain about their defective app loaded tab which is not working. The tab was sent to me with class 6 sdcard in it and no class 7 app which they say will be sent to me next year. Which i find weird since they are having the money for both the classes in advance then why they are holding up the sd card for class 7.
      Tab + sd crad was sent to my with payment mode as cash on delivery but on invoice it is written prepaid which makes the thing more weird and doubtful though i still have the invoice but there is no mention of byju's classes on it. The only proof i have is their sd card. Please help me to get back at least half of the money of class 7. I dont want to continue with their classes.

        cannot connect the tab to wifi

        Byjus customer support line never connects. I bought the product almost a week back and i have not received it yet. Due to some reasons i have not been able to call and check the status. But i have called them 3 times in the last 24 hours. Everytime im put to wait. Such questions should be answered at the right time and not callback after day or two. They should not make people wait like this and treat issues like this as priority. I have a mail which says it is dispatched. But it has not reached till now. How do we track it if the calls don’t connect immediately?

          Attached below are all the email details. Even after we received ticket no. and we discussed the entire scenario over the call; there was no cancellation and settlement done and we have been harrassed by BYJU and Capital Float team, their financial partner constantly.

          In India where a middle class works so hard to provide good education to their child, there are some education partners like this who do business in name of education. Harrassed and Tortured by BYJU.

          Does that mean that it was all false commitments during the time when we met Shubhankar (BYJU representative) and the focus was only on selling the BYJU learning program and not on building market trust and featuring the qualities and what BYJU had to offer in education front??
          Please cancel the BYJU program subscription with immediate effect. As per the discussions with Shubhankar, we were told we can cancel the program until March'19 end and no ECS will be deducted until we confirm. Also, we were told that we will be refunded 7000 INR that was paid in cash.

            I had paid for Baiju 10th standard course for my son on 12th May... I was made paid immediately to get course in 3-4 days.

            After 1 month also, I haven't got the course for no reason given to me. I am following up using all channels, but no one is interested in solving the problems..

            It is extremely frustrating and totally unacceptable. I am really surprised with unprofessional behaviour and response from all stakeholders.

            I hope this feedback will reach to highest level.

              We have ordered the Byjus Tablet learning program, but my ward is not able to understand the method of teaching of the video. I wish to cancel the order and surrender the TAB program, :

              I have mailed twice to Cancellation team and support team of Byjus, and a token no-2479145 also given by prioritysupport team. but the byjus team is not interested to cancel the order and Mr. Rahul Dikshit from Byjus is called-up and try to conveyance/force us to use the TAB.

              I am trying to cancel the order within Trial Period of 15 days, but Byjus team trying to pass the trial period so that they will not be liable for cancellation of order.

              there is few reasons for this decision:

              1. Video's are not useful, even after, watching the video and answer the questions of Byjus app, my ward is not able to solve the questions of the school book on the answer sheet.

              2. at the time of meeting with Byjus representative, he told us if the child will not give the correct answer of the question, then a link will be automatically appear on the screen for the new video and after watching the new video a new set of question will be asked by the system, but the learning team at Byjus told me that the new video will be provided on the request of the member.

              3. the consular of Byjus told that the parent can track the child's progress at any time, parents can track that how many questions solved by child, how many correct and how many are wrong. But the learning team told that the data is available with Byjus at there control center and the same will be provided to parents after closing of a month, means next month of the activity.

              there is few more concerns because of all of that we are not comfortable with your suggestions given at the time of counseling, so My humble request, please Cancel the order without any more cross question and suggestions and delay and refund the amount remitted to Byjus.

                I have received byjus product last week. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort. I have almost spent 18 k for the product but do not find it useful.

                  Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
                  I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help. After investing money this is the service i get. What else can we expect from such in-efficient team.

                    Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details

                      I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                        A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me.

                          I have already cancelled my order that ive ordered from byjus.. i have called the cancellation team they said that they have done the cancellation process .. but i am so worried now because i didnt get any cancellation msgs or mail yet and no refund made to my bajaj finance EMI yet..
                          Can i trust the corporate or not..???? Will they be able to do the refund as soon as possible.?? And confirm me through mail or msgs into my registered phone number

                          Return my loan amount of 50k to the bajaj finance and after doing that do me a favour...sent me an email of cancellation as to confirm me that the loan taken by you was refundes to my bajaj account.

                            I had subscribed for BYJUS – The learning app for my niece on 3rd Dec 2018 for 3 years. Mr. Salman visited our home to show benefits and how it works. We informed him that my niece studies in IG board and raised concern for syllabus coverage. To which he assured that 80% of the syllabus will be covered and for remaining they will provide notes and worksheets.
                            After using it we realized that the syllabus we were promised (to cover 80% of the syllabus) was not covered and the portion which was covered lacked in depth. We also sent them mail demonstrating the difference in portion as per academic of IG board (D.G. Kethan International School) and as per BYJU’s Learning App on 2nd Jan 2019. However no response was received after that.
                            Few days after the display of tablet went off and we struggled to get it repaired. It is only after regular follow this was replaced on 30th March 2019, but not before my niece exams were started and BYJU’s was of no help.
                            Later, during conversation with one of your executive, we were informed that BYJU’s don’t provide subscription for IG board. And then we realized the mismatch in the syllabus. Also when we checked, your website there was no option for IG board.
                            I request you to kindly refund my money and take back the tablet and subscription.

                              I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.

                              According to them they deliver there order with 7 days. Kindly assist on getting me the tab or if not then refund.

                                Please note that i enrolled my daughter for 8th std package and i paid the fees in full. We got to know after 4 classes that the portions are not icse but cbse. We sent a note to byjus to withdraw. No one got back to us for 3 months and they were very rude in the conversation. Every area manager needs to check with superiors for refund. It's been a year and no refund so far

                                    This is to inform you that i've been trying to contact with my mentor since a month or two. But even after repeated calling, all i listen is "press 1 for the call back". I've done it several times but got no calls back! i don't understand the procedure for the queries and phone calls with the prescribed mentors. So it is my sincere request to you that please appoint new mentors for me or ask my mentor to contact with me as i have few questions about my studies in byju's. I hope i won't get to face this problem in future.

                                      We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.
