cancellation and refund request

Respected Madam /Sir,

I, Mr Faiyaz Q Mukri father of Miss Ayesha Mukri residing at Ebrahim mansion masjid mohalla uran 400702 raigad Maharashtra), who is an active subscriber of your Class 4 to 12 Byjus Self learning companion I would like to discontinue from all of its services by this month with immediate effect.

The sole reason for this particular discontinuation is that My ward requires all subjects to...

Dear Byjus Team,

we have ordered the Byjus Tablet learning program (order no[protected], but my ward is not able to understand the method and the language of the video. I wish to canel the order and surrender the TAB programme, kindly do the needful asap and refund the amount paid to you;

there is few reasons for this decision:

1. Video's are not useful, even after, watching the video and answer the questions of Byjus app, my ward is not able to solve the questions of the school book on the answer sheet.

2. at the time of meeting with Byjus representative, he told us if the child will not give the correct answer of the question, then a link will be automatically appear on the screen for the new video and after watching the new video a new set of question will be asked by the system, but the learning team at Byjus told me that the new video will be provided on the request of the member /parent.

3. the consular of Byjus told that the parent can track the child's progress at any time, parents can track that how many questions solved by child, how many correct and how many are wrong. But the learning team told that the data is available with Byjus at there control center and the same will be provided to parents after closing of a month, means next month of the activity.

there is few more concerns because of all of that we are not comfortable with your suggestions given at the time of counseling, so My humble request, please Cancel the order without any more cross question and suggestions and delay and refund the amount remitted to Byjus.

4. Byjus person's are just forcing to use the product irrespective of that the product is useful for the buyer or not. Byju's cancelation /refund policy said that the buyer can return the product within 15 days of trial period and the refund will be processed within next 10 days; but after talking with Mr. Rahul bist, he said that we will not process the cancelation as there is no defect in the product and suggest just keeping use the product.
I think the byjus team just want to pass the 15 day of trail period so that they will not be liable for cancellation or refund.

    I have booked your learning apps in last month. And given a token money 1000. But till date material not recd. I have already mail to your teacher regarding this matter. Now i am sorry to say i don't have any requirements of your apps. Kindly return my token money at earliest. I ordered this last month only and you said ill get it in 7 working days. 30 days have passed still no sign of delivery.

      I am gmat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

        I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

          I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help.

            I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab.

              Byjus is a very good app for maths and science. But and other subjects? It's too costly for two subjects. First the concern person came to our home and explain all. Ooh its ok super we are ready to buy. They told pay full amount and this is refund within a week. But several times we are following and then we. Got that huge amount. Person who came to our home explain that is totally different. Please avoid it whatever you have please explain that much. Now we are totally disappointed this app. Now we are decided to return but now also canvassing. They speak with my child then only cancelled. Please do not compel.

                The byju's online classes is not responding to my continuous complain about their defective app loaded tab which is not working. The tab was sent to me with class 6 sdcard in it and no class 7 app which they say will be sent to me next year. While i have ordered for class 7. Even the sd card that they have sent is not working. Either i want replacement or my hard earned money back.

                  A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me.

                    I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                      Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details

                        Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
                        I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help. After investing money this is the service i get. What else can we expect from such in-efficient team.

                          I was purchased the byjus learning app. On february -2019, for my ward E.Venkataesh Praveen at that time he is studied 5th std. Byju’s Senior Educational Consultant Mr.Bhupender Singh approached me, then he told, when my ward will face byju’s learning app difficulty, then cancell the course any time, the company will refund my payment. At that time I have no money. Then Bhupender Singh arranged me loan Rs. 31, 500, their company!s tieup finance concern zestmoney. He would give many fake promise to me.
                          My ward handel the tablet to learn byjus learning app, he is facing stress and tiredness. So, I fear the method of this learning is spoil my wards life.
                          Then I contact Mr. Bhupender Singh on[protected], and told cancell the coure. he answered me, call back two minutes. But he is not yet contact me in this time and swithced offf his cellphone. Byju’s learning app is not suitable my ward. So, Please cancel the course and my loan, refund my money with in a week. If do not refund the money I will take legal Action on byju’s and Mr. Bhupender Singh.

                            I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
                            Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

                              The content is not nice all the chapters are locked they are not teaching the basics
                              They cheated with me and i regularly register complaints which are not taken under consideration i will make sure that i am the last one to use the services provided by them from my family and relatives if my problems are not solved by them.                                 I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
                                Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.. Its just money making company by giving dummy tab.

                                    I purchased maharashtra ssc board 9th and 10th standard app for my daughter, mentor came to my home and explained the details, but he never said that we don't have ssc maharashtra board lessons, they sent tab and 2 sd cards too. Its working was perfect, but the problem, it was cbsc board, most of the cbsc and ssc board common chapter is same, but teaching and answer method is deferent. My daughter getting explanation from school is one type and byjus app lessons is another way, i called to byju and complained, around one month they were saying that this is ssc board only, but i take snap shot of book and tab and sent to byju customer care, finally they agree that there is mismatch and lessons also having changes. Finally that mentor agreed that byjus not providing ssc board books, but after one month it will be ready and give to u. And taken admission in near tuition center and told to cancel this product.

                                      Hi team,

                                      This product was solved by an iitan's around 2 yrs back. We have paid 1.1 lack for this product.

                                      From the last one year, we are requesting to provide the imo, nso level content, which were not delivered at all.

                                      Now, we have requesting to return our remaining money and now they are saying there policy has changed and now, cancellation can't be happen.

                                      In nut shell, no content, no cancellation. It means it is a case of cheating. So requesting this form, to help us in getting the refund.
