I purchased a package of p. C. B. From byju's. Before purchasing product they promised if i don't satisfied with that they will refund my amount within 30 days of receiving product. So i purchased that and i received it. And i am not satisfied with that so i mentioned a complaint of return and refund. One of them from their center told me that their refund team call me within 24-48 hours after that you will dispatch the product. But even today i don't receive the call from their refund team. I made calls repeatedly. Please help me and give refund me as soon as possible.

    I want to cancel my agreement bcoz my kids dropping down in their studies by using tablet. Because they are little and no one is there to stay with them in your official time to talk with mentor. The commitment at the time of agreement and the experience both are different. They are failed in half yearly exam result by using your app and also addicted for tablet. They don't want write anything in the copy. So they can get good marks in studies. If it is helpful for them so how it is beneficial for them. Please give me response as soon as possible.

      I have made one time payment of 45000 as agreed. Asked for cancellation of the order. But still emi got deducted. I want my money back and order to be cancelled. Also issue me no dues certificate on priority basis
      There was a huge follow up untill i made the payment. But still not received any confirmation about order cancellation. I am very upset because of this. This is inappropriate.

        Hi, I bought JEE crash course from byjus. First the guy started calling to take it for 12000 then agreed for 10000 and said pay 8000 for trail of 1 month after that if you like it pay another 2000. After 1 months a guy called and asked for 18000. But after confronting them what they asked is 11000 means I have to pay 3000 instead of 2000. What I think is they are a big fraud! Videos are normal nothing magical happening there! Any way I have to pay now 3000 and I did that also and now they are saying that they didn't got the money whereas i paid the whole amount.

          Hello team,

          On 3rd feb 2018, the school had approached by some mr prakash singh (Byju's academic counsellor) visited our house in the month of feb and offered the byju's course from the class 5th to 12th class course. Stating that use the product for a month and if you like it then we can go for the subscription of the course for the rest of the years.
          Or if you don't like the product, then you just let us know we will come and collect the device and refund the cash for the device or courier the device to our cooperate office and we will refund the cash via your account.

          A month after we received a kit and after a month we tried to reach out prakash, but there was no response from his side or nor he reverting back to text, somehow we finally manage to reach out the customer support and address our concern to cancel the course and stop deducting emi s and i am ready to return the study kit, also clearly told that my kid had not even using the kit for 30days and also clearly told not to initiate any funding from capital float as we are cancelling the byju's kit.

          Meanwhile, we are getting charged from the bank, stating that we have applied for capital floating loan and they are recovering the loan from my account. This was pure fraud activity from the byju's side there was no such communication held between us and prakash during his visit to our home. We address this concern to our support mentor, they said they will not cancel the capital float loan process.

          We raised this concern at month of june and we literally followed up with multiple people but there is no sign of solving this issue. Every time they give false promise and commitment. This is highly disappointing service from the byju's.

          Without having any hindrance they started looting the money. Trust us, the customer support always gives a false excuse. Its been 4 months still we are facing the same issue.
          Meanwhile, it was a clear case of misselling where customer was kept in dark regarding cancellation process & policy. Now we are getting collection calls from capital float & their rude behaviour & no. Of calls are harassing us.

          They are not taking responsibility for the misselling & refusing to cancel the product. We don't want to continue but they are forcing the product on us. But they are sending us payment reminders by the advocate of high court for the one time settlement of the loan account. Despite of repeated informing they are not collecting their tablet. We are suffering a lot due to all this harassment.

          If this problem is not resolving soon and continues to a few more days, then we are planning to go ahead with consumer court.

              My name is soumyajit bagchi .I receives byjus product few months ago . I complaints for refund into 15 days I say for it into my chancellor, my study helper person in byjus sangita Roy .
              But they can't completed my request
              After few 10days later they call me again says for payment then again I say that I was put a cancellation request they questioned me that is you put request for cancelations into 15 days
              I say yes
              After 1 month they again calls me and say for payment
              I again say same statement
              After another 2 month they calls me say that you can't put request for canceltion of product
              I said I put a call to a customer care of byjus and my chasellor into 15 days
              They say for prove
              Then say for voice record of call
              Sir it is you common sense
              We are a common people
              I can't understand why we goes to record call without any reason
              That mean that and also proofs that
              We have to diminished the believe on your company
              That's means you are a fraud
              So again say for I will tries for it
              They says it may possibles for complete your request
              But they again can't do it ...
              After all I am a sent up students of class 10
              Is your common sense is go to hell
              You makes suffers a sent up student
              I have to required make much up concentration on my study nor on you this sufferable work

                  I order byjus and got poor feedback from my known contact. I cancelled the order within 24 hours. The byjus' accept the cancellation and send a mail that money will be refunded in 7 days. Today 14 days have passed, the loan is getting approved even though. I told the person that i cancelled the order but they keep on calling and processing next steps.

                  Today i received a phone to take delivery of tablet.

                    We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.
                    Byjus team, you should understand these people represent your organization and no cx can take this harassment when there is no fault o[censored]s. Ideally the courier guy should have the change as per the requirement not as per his feasibility.
                    I want an action to be taken on the courier guy or courier company. I am not letting it go until resolved.

                      The education counsellor of byjus visited my place and i refused at the last moment to take their product. Even he has refund my 2000. But he has taken my account details and told me that they just want to check my cibil score and so they are taking this. Although after my refusal they sent me the product and now i came to know that i will be auto debit for the same. This is completely fraud and giving the wrong information to the customers. I am trying for the cancellation process but no one is replying properly and if i will be charged for this i will definitely take legal action against the company and the counsellor who misguided and misused my information.

                        I enrolled for the ms consultancy program, caught by their aggressive enrollment program, providing fake information by their bd's. I will complete my graduation in 2019 (Mba). I was unsatisfied by the current mba, what it offers currently and i was looking for a double mba degree abroad.

                        I was assured of good chances of getting mba abroad, if i make my profile up to the level beforehand and they told me about thousands of the recommendations they will be pouring in to enhance my profile.

                        I enrolled seeing the prospects of what they were offering by mere speech. Later, after first month of enrolling, i came to know, i have little chance of getting shortlisted to a mba profile as outside they look for candidates, who have 4-5 years of experience at least and double mba back to back would have visa clearance issue.

                        On finding this, i asked for the refund from them and they said to refund 50% of the total cost rs.60, 000. Seeing the loss, i kept to on go with the services, until this november, when they called to quit my services, as i was looking for next year shift to 'target 2020 batch' saying "seats are full".

                        Now, i am looking for refund, they are not doing so, and nothing on profile building was done. Here are the accounts on this:
                        1. Every monthly, profile building call, they asked, same thing that when i am giving my gre and toefl exam. Mere that, nothing so useful and was discussed to build my profile.
                        2. They themselves have internal coordination issues, because they don't keep trail of message or conversation shared through phone and would at last, some other person would put blame on you for not informing.
                        3. False promises are made.
                        4. They are unprofessional and money - minded business people, who are just looking for new clients. That's it.

                        Except calls, none has been done. Even, my resume is also not built till now.

                        I want my full refund of money.

                          I signed up for cat tablet course 12 days back. I only received tablets but however physical course material is still not delivered.

                          I have not received the books till date despite payment. Your education counselor has no knowledge of whereabouts and has been speaking all random stuff to me, wasting my time.
                          We have already waited long and now frustrated. Help us out at earliest.

                            Inspite of my several correspondence since sept'18, nothing is happening till date. My all emails regarding the complaints automatically marked as resolved. Actually the matter is still hang on i have already given my bank details for transfer my refund money. But no one willing to resolve my issues. My so called mentor also asked 24 hour time & vanished.

                              I am a cat aspirant with byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries.                                 Byjus sales person name ashik ashok had visited us and introduced the byjus app.

                                We had a demo of the product for my son richard vinod in 4th. Std.
                                Using the product we found it is not helpful, hence we had raised cancellation.

                                Now the situation is byjus is not allowing us to progress with cancellation and not even letting us to know the process.
                                They are calling everyday to fund in byjus app.
                                If we go by this logic not sure to trust such organization.

                                I am looking for help to come out of from this trap.

                                  I was purchased the product 05 days back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. This product is not a useful for my kid. They do not give us demo of this product that's why we are not take this product. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount. Now i don't want above product.                                     I am Rajya Lakshmi Devi, Mother of Srivyshnavi Rapaka. (Mobile Number: [protected]) . I purchased your product, ‘Online Learning app’on 11/10/2018, for my IX std. studying kid. At the time of purchase, your team assured me that, if am not interested in the product, I can cancel my sale within 15 days of time by calling / informing to your team. I can cancel my sale by calling to any of your Byju’s team member.

                                    After my purchase of the product, Ms. Ahmadi called me and told me that she is the ‘Mentor’ and she is single point of contact between Byju’s and me. I intimated her, I am not interested in this product and cancel the sale.

                                    On the 03/11/2018 one of your Byju’s team member called me and informed me that the trail period is over, so he is confirming the sale. I was shocked and I explained him that I was cancelled my sale on day 1 only. But he said as per record, nothing is mentioned about the cancellation of the sale. With the help of one of my relative, cancellation request has raised on 04 November 2018. But your people saying that, the request has raised on 04 November 2018, i.e., after 15 days of the sale, cancellation is not possible.

                                    I raised a ticket, vide ticket number : 1003969 on 05 Nov 2018 & 1012900 on 12 Nov 2018 seeking the help of higher management to resolve my issue. But the relevant call is answered by ‘Mentor Team’. My single point of contact, Ms. Ahmadi madam answering my call and she is accepting I informed her about the cancellation with in the trail period.But she didn’t raised a cancellation request. I requested her to connect the call to some higher authorities or to cancellation department. But she is refusing and disconnecting the call. I didn’t receive any written communication from ‘Cancellation’ team till now. And they are not informing me the status of the ‘Tickets’ raised by me.


                                    As I informed to cancel the purchase of the product to my single point of contact much earlier to this assigned cancellation period, Please cancel the sale.

                                    I am after your Byju’s team for last 10-15 days for the cancellation of my purchase. Please do the formalities at the earliest and relieve me from mental strain.

                                      I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                                      Please assist and close the same at earliest.

                                      i got the right product, there was some issue with the courier company and it had got stuck midway.
                                      BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details. If this does not resolve the problem, i will post details after two months. Exams are due in 2 months & they are sitting relaxed as if they have no responsibility. This company is a cheat.
