I bought the product recently for my younger brother and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

    Hi, i took these service for my child. He study in 8th standard for learning but even after that he did not show any progress. He failed in 2 subject and i tried to contact the byjus customer center for consulting and return their service. After lots of calls they told me you that you don't deposit money in account. And they were telling we will not cancel that service. After a month i shift my child to another coaching classes for further study. And still now they were not responding.. The problem is there.. I called capital float it is loan company where loan is issued from here.. Becoz it took by loan.. And i paid amount 2 or 3 months after that i stop it by these reason.. I want to tell you that.. U take your tablet and service everything.. I will not payable to more amount becoz i dont have that much amount to pay.. The problem is not resolve it now

      I would like to inform you that representative of byju company. He came to my home for free education counselling according toi news paper. But the representative sanctioned the loan from capital float and took cash 3000/- rupees. As like he is sell representative not counseller. Capital float also deducted 4444/- rupees on 22/06/2018 while byju closed my facility 11/02/18
      Please sir cancel my loan and refund amount.

        I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

          Capital float loan id 725113, byjus order number #[protected], we returned byjus content but capital float emi not yet stopped i requested many times, byjus cx service very pathetic, they said 15days observation period, in time i informed to byjus, they said cancelled but i got msgs from capital float my husband is scrolling on me, daily fighting in house, please understand situation do needful, on high priority basis

            As i bought a byjus course, and at the time of selling this product to me byjus team has promised me to provide all the possible services but as i am using there product, i am not getting a good service.
            I have raised this issue a no of times but no solution is coming from them. Thats why this is my last resort to make them listen to me.

            Its seems like they have taken my money and looted me, cheated me.

              Very unprofessional behaviour of the whole team. I got a call after i received my kit asking to speak to the kid. But as i am a working person i had told them to call on saturday on a specific time to speak to the kid. But i never received a call from them. The team had told me to return the kit if not interested within 15 days. Don't you think it is their duty to call on the 15th day or before that asking whether to continue or not. But no they never called, it seems it's not their policy. They called me last 15 days wherein i mentioned to cancel the subscription for which the executive asked me to write a mail. I did write a mail and i received a mail from the senior manager saying my phone is not reachable which is not right. They would have never called. Two days back when i spoke to the team raising my voice to speak to the manager. Then the manager called me and said that we cannot do anything. Your request was past 15 days. This is totally unprofessional. While selling the kit they were behind me continuously and now when i am telling to cancel it this is their behaviour. I would like to cancel this. Unnecessary i am paying for what i am not using. I posted the same in social media too and now when i want to see the comments it says the site is not reachable.

                Dear sir,
                My self vinay yelnoorkar purchased byju's learning app on dated 28 may 2018. After purchasing, the product was not delivered on time same was intimated to the team. After 2 months tab was not working & same was intimated to the team but no response from the team. Also i complaint them about the mentor that mentor is not doing his job or he is not taking care of status of learning of my daughter. But till date no response from them at last i told them i will not pay any more till my issues are not resolved. Why should i pay if i am not getting the service from mentor as well as from team even after continuous follow up. As per the consumer act 2015 i should get the service which i deserved. Hence at last i stopped the payment.
                I am ready to pay only after resolving the issues.
                Please look into the matter i resolve it. Because of this i suffer a lot.

                  My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her . they promised that the course will reach within 5 days.it has been 10 days since I ordered the course . I paid 14000 for the program! I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that Byjus takes action on this . we want the course to be delivered immediately.

                    Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for gmat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment as the exams are 2 months away and i haven't received any proper guidance to as to how to go about writing my exams. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible or i would like to request for a refund if this case continues with no useful response from any staff at byjus.

                      Byjus is a group of fraudster who have swindled me into paying for 4 years course. Their senior executive visited us and forced us to buy the course for 4 years. Although i told him i didn't have the card or cheque to pay he said we could pay through bajaj finance and asked me to immediately pay without delay. After that he said i can cancel if i didn't like it. Since i realised within 2 weeks that this is a complete fraud company, i have been repeatedly mailing them and asking them to cancel but there is no response. They have already charged me and i want a refund.

                        I had purchasd byju's tablet when i was in class 10 for 3 years till i pass classs12 (I am currently in 11). Tablet offers study of science and mathematics subject. I had taken up humanities in class 11 and i will not be studying science and mathematics anymore. I request them to take back tablet since it is not useful to me anymore but they denied. I have no use of tab now and wished for a easy refund. Kindly help

                          I purchased a package of p. C. B. From byju's. Before purchasing product they promised if i don't satisfied with that they will refund my amount within 30 days of receiving product. So i purchased that and i received it. And i am not satisfied with that so i mentioned a complaint of return and refund. One of them from their center told me that their refund team call me within 24-48 hours after that you will dispatch the product. But even today i don't receive the call from their refund team. I made calls repeatedly. Please help me and give refund me as soon as possible.

                            I want to cancel my agreement bcoz my kids dropping down in their studies by using tablet. Because they are little and no one is there to stay with them in your official time to talk with mentor. The commitment at the time of agreement and the experience both are different. They are failed in half yearly exam result by using your app and also addicted for tablet. They don't want write anything in the copy. So they can get good marks in studies. If it is helpful for them so how it is beneficial for them. Please give me response as soon as possible.

                              I have made one time payment of 45000 as agreed. Asked for cancellation of the order. But still emi got deducted. I want my money back and order to be cancelled. Also issue me no dues certificate on priority basis
                              There was a huge follow up untill i made the payment. But still not received any confirmation about order cancellation. I am very upset because of this. This is inappropriate.

                                Hi, I bought JEE crash course from byjus. First the guy started calling to take it for 12000 then agreed for 10000 and said pay 8000 for trail of 1 month after that if you like it pay another 2000. After 1 months a guy called and asked for 18000. But after confronting them what they asked is 11000 means I have to pay 3000 instead of 2000. What I think is they are a big fraud! Videos are normal nothing magical happening there! Any way I have to pay now 3000 and I did that also and now they are saying that they didn't got the money whereas i paid the whole amount.

                                  On 3rd feb 2018, the school had approached by some mr prakash singh (Byju's academic counsellor) visited our house in the month of feb and offered the byju's course from the class 5th to 12th class course. Stating that use the product for a month and if you like it then we can go for the subscription of the course for the rest of the years.
                                  Or if you don't like the product, then you just let us know we will come and collect the device and refund the cash for the device or courier the device to our cooperate office and we will refund the cash via your account.

                                  A month after we received a kit and after a month we tried to reach out prakash, but there was no response from his side or nor he reverting back to text, somehow we finally manage to reach out the customer support and address our concern to cancel the course and stop deducting emi s and i am ready to return the study kit, also clearly told that my kid had not even using the kit for 30days and also clearly told not to initiate any funding from capital float as we are cancelling the byju's kit.

                                  Meanwhile, we are getting charged from the bank, stating that we have applied for capital floating loan and they are recovering the loan from my account. This was pure fraud activity from the byju's side there was no such communication held between us and prakash during his visit to our home. We address this concern to our support mentor, they said they will not cancel the capital float loan process.

                                  We raised this concern at month of june and we literally followed up with multiple people but there is no sign of solving this issue. Every time they give false promise and commitment. This is highly disappointing service from the byju's.

                                  Without having any hindrance they started looting the money. Trust us, the customer support always gives a false excuse. Its been 4 months still we are facing the same issue.
                                  Meanwhile, it was a clear case of misselling where customer was kept in dark regarding cancellation process & policy. Now we are getting collection calls from capital float & their rude behaviour & no. Of calls are harassing us.

                                  They are not taking responsibility for the misselling & refusing to cancel the product. We don't want to continue but they are forcing the product on us. But they are sending us payment reminders by the advocate of high court for the one time settlement of the loan account. Despite of repeated informing they are not collecting their tablet. We are suffering a lot due to all this harassment.

                                  If this problem is not resolving soon and continues to a few more days, then we are planning to go ahead with consumer court.

                                        Want to return the product of byjus. Bcoz my son is not understanding the byjus learning process.. It's difficult to understand for him so please accept my cancellation request. He cannot understand the learning process of byjus. I did not understand the english language so please take this product back as soon as possible it will be helpful to us...
