I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. When they complain to us, it is difficult for us to deal with these as we don’t know what needs to be done. Students who are 15 years or old would know how to resolve these issues, but this is not the case with younger students. They should seriously look into this

the technical issue would get solved. the IT guys contacted me and told me the solution, they have also assured if this wont work they would get us a new tab and replace the old one.

    I got the product and within two days i requested for return and they accepted my request and i sent all items what i received and they received it after 6 days. I paid rs.20, 000/- through bajaj finance with their emi option but they have not refunded the money as of now. They are saying technical issues blah blah. I have called number times everyday but there is no progress. How many days it could take to cancel an emi? Its been more than 25 days. Totally fraud one

      I have applied for the study kit by remitting rs.3000/-. Since the product was not worthy I decided to return and applied for refund.I submitted the cancellation request on the 17th day of purchase because the other two days were leave, the cancellation team are not willing to accept my request beacause of the lapse of that two days.I am the only earning member since my husband passed away 5 years back. My son is studying in 12th class and this product is really a loss.We bought it only as a sample and the person who introduced the product said it is very easy to cancel and refund.It was not at all beneficial for him for the kvpy exam.I am really tensed because the remaining amount will be deducted from my account as emi.urgently resolve my issue

        I bought a byjus tab as they assured me to arrange a return of i am not satisfied. I have been calling customer care since a week but in vain and didn't got satisfactory response. It is a way of attracting customers and fetching more and more money from them and cheating them. They are only working to earn money not out provide education. It is only a way of earning money

          I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
          Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.

            Dear sir/maaam
            I received a call from byju’s regarding the confirmation of interview for the post of business development associate. I also got the additional information that interview will be held in my city. It was told that the venue and time of interview shall be sent to ur email. But i haven’t received any mails. Please do check into my doubt as i’m hoping for the best.

              I was purchased the product 15 days back (dtd 25 oct 18), and one product having issue to open the same. which is not rectify till 27 oct 18, and another is also having some issue. the customer helpline no. provided to me was not ok. it go through IVR OPTION WHICH ARE NOT PROPER. so that I could not connect to mentor of byjus till date. but on today 15/11/2018 I contacted to cancel the order, they say you have inform me after 15 days. while it is not working 5 - 10 days properly. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person Harshit Dwivedi. contact but she told refund is not possible because already 15 days is over but i don't want to go to pay emi. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. They are cheater. Please cancelled the application and refund the amount.

                My parents bought a course for 16, 000 bucks for me. Placed the order on april 20th. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

                  One of the counselors came to my house for a session and after the session i told him that i don't want to buy then he started forcing me to buy the plan. He took my details and asked me to give the otp. He said he is not registered the order but only filling in the details but he registered and turned the plan on emi. Cheaters! Byju is teaching them how to do fraud.

                    I bought the app recently, paying 15000, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will lose interest in such things.

                      Sorry to write this, but the byjus organization is pathetic, frauds and cheaters. I did enroll my daughter for classes from std 8 to 10 and gave advance of rs.2000/- in the month of june. It was communicated that delivery of tab will be done within a month. The delivery was done after more than a month with wrong tab which was not as per ssc curriculum. The delivery guy kept on telling this is a correct tab and insisted for full payment. I rejected and requested for revised one. The delivery was not made for next 1 month even after multiple calls to their customer care. When i finally made a call and sent a mail for refund, it was agreed and i was told the refund will be done in a weeks time by cheque, since i refused to share my account number for neft transfer. I called and mails again, when i did not receive refund for about a month. It was then told that they can refund only through neft and not by cheque. I shared my account number, but again the refund was not done for a month or so. When i called again, i was first told that the neft has been done as per update and i should check my account. I reverted that i already checked and no credit made in my account, the guy kept on hold for 5 minutes to revert that the refund is not done and will be done tomorrow. This is unethical and pathetic. Byju's should seriously closed their shutter down and should stop fooling people like this.

                        I had purchased the byjus app one month back and felt of no use to my son by which i had contacted them asking to stop the services as well as the emi being paid. I has paid the first emi which i am ready to sacrifice and even sent back the tab to them but they are not accepting the same and they they dont have a policy of cancelling this not a product we have purchased its a service which we had availed from them and dis con tuning the services how can they not allow its really not acceptable infact they are trapping little children by marketing in their schools and through the kids pressurize the parents to avail the scheme and give a tenure of 15 days but thats just not enough to understand the disadvantages of their service.

                          I have paid the amount of 5000 rs for gre coaching and due to some reasons i have to cancel it. I asked for a refund as it was refunded to my friends who has done the same. But they are not even ready to talk every time i call them they will tell some reason and cut the call, please help me to get my money back.

                            Byju's representative visited us on 28th oct. On pretext of some counselling and talked us into buying 6th-8th syllabus for 50, 000. He also took my adhar card, pan card and cancelled cheque details and sai rest of the payments will be made as emi from my direct account. Its 17 days and nothing received so far. Byju's kindly look into the matter and refund my money at the earliest.

                                Think and learn is fraud company. They took 20000 bucks from me and send me tablet and SD cards . After few months when one of my SD card was formated. Then they asked me to send all the SD cards they have provided me. They took that SD cards and don't send me any thing from last 1 month. I called them many times and send emails . But still I don't get any thing.

                                  I purchased the tablet course in december 2017 by paying rs. 20, 000. They informed me that the validity or course is 1 year. But now tablet is not working and it is blocked. They also informed me that they will provide me with mentors. Till now i couldn't get proper support from them. I am totally unsatisfied with your team. Every penny has a value it sent worth as what i thought. Please refund my money.

                                    I purchased IAS kit with order id[protected] in the name of Subba Lakshmi. I have not received the product and also I raised for cancellation of the order. Also I have paid EMI for 2 months. For the last 15 days I have been continuously calling Byju's customer care no proper response from them. I'm really frustrated and now they're asking for 3 month EMI. When I already asked for the cancellation and refund, how can they let this happen??.

                                      When i bought the tab course, i was told by the byjus employee if i take the emi option from capital float, they won't charge any interest on the amount; only the original price i have to pay. So i brought the tab from them using the emi option from capital float and they have charged interest on the first two installments which has been deducted from my account. I have been calling them and spoke to the poc but no help yet from them.

                                        Hi myself deepak jadhav,
                                        I want to cancel the product of byjus as we are not happy and requesting the team since last 3 weeks but the issue did not resolved. They have debited amount of 6875/- from my account without any confirmation on continuation of services. The representative mr sidhant who had come to our home has promised that the money will be refunded without any question asked but now he is not able to help in this regards and very smartly removing his hands from this mess. We always raised issue about the product long term reliability but very smartly they ignored and said that the mentor will call and resolve but it never resolved to our satisfaction. We feel like that we have been cheated. The byjus are cheating peoples by false promises. I would be happy if all the money debited to be refunded at the earliest.
