I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!

Hi the manager from byjus called us and assured us that my complaint would be solved in another two days. he assured that the corrected syllabus would be delivered soon and this will be sorted.

    I write this in disgust of byju's tablet course. To those who are unsure of byju's, treat this as an eye-opener. One month ago a woman badgered my into buying the tablet course with the usual last day to avail offer bull. I come from a middle class family but i rushed my parents and we tried paying online but their portal didn't work for three days. They asked us to go to their office which is about 25 km from my house, and we paid. Then the wait began. They said i should have my books and tablet in 7 days. The woman stopped answering my calls, my texts and emails. There was no way i could track my material. I reached to so many employees, each more unhelpful than the rest. I finally found one guy who sort of helped me. He tried contacting this woman several times, but in vain. This is how commercial they're. And i have called the sales person but i still haven't received my tablet. Each time, they have a new excuse. They don't even know where it is. It breaks my heart to see my parents worry about the money. While they draw fat paychecks, it's people like me who suffer. Our emi is getting cut every month. Who will compensate me for a month? I lost three weeks of preparation too. One of the worst staff, logistics and utterly disgusting organization i have had the misfortune to invest my money in.

      I am requesting all byjus teams (Cancellation, mentor) thru mail by phone call from 1st week of october 2018 to cancel my order, but they are just simply saying that sir approval pending from top management. I am fail to understand if your origination is offering 15 day trail then why you people are waiting for approval even why you send documents for loan process before clients or customers approval. Byjus sales team is lying and doing there sales by falls commitment and whole byjus team is just trying to make fool and fun of innocent people.
      I have sent mail with in 15 day and also we inform there mentor on 7th oct call received on my wife's mobile by there recorded phone numbers and now they are simply saying we are not getting records of that call but i am having all received call details...
      Even my lot of request reminders my 1st installments of rs 7233.33 is got debited from my accounts on 02.11.18. It is really ridiculous and unethical business practices from byju’s and capfloat financial services private ltd.

      I will go to any level to get my hard earned money from byjus pl make note of it..

        I enrolled my child bhumi pandey for the course. After abt a month we spoke to the counselor who came home for counseling to cancel the enrollment. But did not get proper guidance for cancellation. Then we mailed to byjus for cancellations of course but still getting no proper response from their side and we are getting continuous calls from capital float to pay the emi. I request you to do the needful.

        They are fake ... They do not provide any find of services they are just fake & fraud .. Do not trust them they will just waste ur time and money .. They take money on the purpose of education.

            Hi all, i too am a victim of byjus. I was enrolled in the course for 10th standard for rs. 22000/- plus rs. 5000/- advance. At the initial stage when byjus representative came in and i was being enrolled, later we have received the tablet and the course started it was not actually which was described to us, on the 8th day we surrendered and requested for cancellation...
            For my surprise the cancellation never happened the i m still being charged emi for the product.
            The entire team sits for the scam to happen. Please assist and close the issue,

            The counselor contacted me and informed me of the steps that needs to be followed. they have cancelled my tab from their end and not getting any EMIs. they also apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that the required steps would be taken for this type of mistake not happen again with anyone. i will do as i am told by the counselor and that would resolve my problem. my POC helped me through the entire process. and they contacted me within a day to resolve this issue.

              I am anurag. One month before one of the counselor from byju's game at my home and told me about the byju's course. Impressed by his words and we took the course. He said that you can cancel order if you don't like it in 2 weeks. Now after 2 weeks i call byju's to return my tab and cancel my order. He said that i will receive a call back in an hour. I receive the call back senior manager called me. I want to to cancel the course and refund my money. She said if you want to cancel then why did you take the course. She also said that take one week extension from me and try the app properly.
              I said that i am not interested in studying from byju's sources like we cannot cancel order like this we want a very strong reason to cancel order.
              This is forcing me to buy buy the full course. Why should i try and buy the course even if i am not interesting in studying from this app?

                I vivek joshi have taken tab for my son satvik joshi for trial period of 15 days and returned the same in due course of time and they have accepted that the tab has been received but it has been over 12 days since the tab was received by them but they have not cancelled my bajaj finance loan for which i am repeatedly getting calls. I also sending them the mails but they keep on saying that the same will be done in 4 to 5 days.

                  Raghav lohar named person visited us given demo we were unimpressed and informed him we have no interested for online learningstill he has insisted and asked to registered for it we had gone for this bcz he informed us that after tryinge 15 days you can cancel this and can return all the stuff we were fall in to his trap and gone for it after 15 days when we have mailed phoned there were no satisfactory reply from your sidend. Also deducted around 9 thousands rupees from our account and now loan people are troubling us. We are not capable to pay your money. Kindly cancel your subscription return back our money.
                  Hope this time we will get our satisfactory reply.

                    "a very happy & prospaerous deepavali".

                    I'm giridhar mc f/o sinchana gm from bengaluru, karnataka. Herwith i am requesting good selves that as your councellor came n took an order for above said product on 3rd oct-18 for ₹ 16000/- through icici credit card. But at the same time he told me that at any time you may cancel the order. Very next day i called him n confirmed to cancel the above said order, then he told that "don't worry your order will be cancelled & my payment, made through icici credit card will also be deleted before you only. But this will happen only after completion of observation period (I. E. 30 days)".

                    And i have not received the product also.in between im trying call your councellor but his cell is switched off.

                    Kindly n humbly requesting you that as i'm middle class man i m facing lot of financial problems. My credit card showing overdue n bank staff calling me to pay the overdue amount immediately other wise will send notice. Please refund the amount of ₹16000/- immediately. And i m not shared any otp with you, but you had taken the amount from my card. How it is posdible, even if im not shared otp to you.?
                    I have receieved 4 same messages which you have sent on[protected] "you have ordered for byju's icse class 9 to 12 on k-12 lenovo tablet (Add-on - byjus) (10 inch) for rs. 76000. Payment of rs. 16000 through payu and rs.60000 through capital float. To confirm order, please share the pin 9244 with the counsellor. Otp valid for 24 hrs.".
                    Kindly refund the amount of ₹ 16000/- to my credit card. Hope you will understand my problem & oblige.

                      The delivery of the happened last evening we tried to use it today but i find it to have installation issue. The content is corrupt and the video stops after every 10 sec. The amount that we have invested on the product is huge and it is a direct lose for us. Please understand a middle class works very hard to make things available for their child.

                        I bought their product on 22nd august 2018 and received the tablet almost 10 days after the initial payment of 2000 and as per their refund policy i informed them within 15 days that we do not want the product. There was no response from their side and i thought that it would be processed. But after some time they deducted 4000 as emi even though i didn't want the tablet and it was made clear to them. Listen to any of the calls that they claim they record. I talked to them for over 2 weeks and they had one excuse after another. Finally they gave an address to return the tablet and through our counsellor i couriered it to them. Even after receiving the package for over 7 days they gave me no confirmation. And when i finally called them they instead blamed me that i had not informed them. This is the kind of harassing they are doing to their customers. Finally today they said that your refund will be processed in 5 days. Instead what happens is they deduct 4000 again as 2nd emi without even having the decency to ask my permission. The very same day they said your money will be refunded they deduct more money and we don't even have the tablet anymore.
                        This is clear harrasing and they have been doing it for 3 months and now that i see it they are doing this with all of their customers. Is this how you are supposed to run a company by looting your customers. They never even give the number of their superiors. This is way too much now and if an action is not taken as soon as possible and my money is refunded i'll take up this case to the court. 3 months and they are still harassing. Have some shame byjus.

                          Hello team,

                          On 3rd feb 2018, the school had approached by some mr prakash singh (Byju's academic counsellor) visited our house in the month of feb and offered the byju's course from the class 5th to 12th class course. Stating that use the product for a month and if you like it then we can go for the subscription of the course for the rest of the years.
                          Or if you don't like the product, then you just let us know we will come and collect the device and refund the cash for the device or courier the device to our cooperate office and we will refund the cash via your account.

                          A month after we received a kit and after a month we tried to reach out prakash, but there was no response from his side or nor he reverting back to text, somehow we finally manage to reach out the customer support and address our concern to cancel the course and stop deducting emi s and i am ready to return the study kit, also clearly told that my kid had not even using the kit for 30days and also clearly told not to initiate any funding from capital float as we are cancelling the byju's kit.

                          Meanwhile, we are getting charged from the bank, stating that we have applied for capital floating loan and they are recovering the loan from my account. This was pure fraud activity from the byju's side there was no such communication held between us and prakash during his visit to our home. We address this concern to our support mentor, they said they will not cancel the capital float loan process.

                          We raised this concern at month of june and we literally followed up with multiple people but there is no sign of solving this issue. Every time they give false promise and commitment. This is highly disappointing service from the byju's.

                          Without having any hindrance they started looting the money. Trust us, the customer support always gives a false excuse. Its been 4 months still we are facing the same issue.
                          Meanwhile, it was a clear case of misselling where customer was kept in dark regarding cancellation process & policy. Now we are getting collection calls from capital float & their rude behaviour & no. Of calls are harassing us.

                          They are not taking responsibility for the misselling & refusing to cancel the product. We don't want to continue but they are forcing the product on us. But they are sending us payment reminders by the advocate of high court for the one time settlement of the loan account. Despite of repeated informing they are not collecting their tablet. We are suffering a lot due to all this harassment.

                          If this problem is not resolving soon and continues to a few more days, then we are planning to go ahead with consumer court.

                            As per policy if you not like the byju's produt you can refund and money will be transferred to your account. I have return the byju's tab on 13.10.18 (Address asked by customer care) and they have received the product and also send the confirmation mail. Many days left. But no refund made by their end. They always says it takes 5 working days, it takes 2 working days. But no refund and cancellation has been made. The emi deduction date is coming i. E 2 nov. Please cancel the deal and refund my amount (Trail fee-1000 and courier charges 1140) immediately.

                              Why do your executives promise a lot and have pathetic after sales service. Once you build your brand you seem to be least interested in customer satisfaction. I’m yet to get a replacement of my tab inspite of repeated complaints.
                              I 've been studying from last 18 yrs and i 've never come across such a poor institute. It is worst of all i 've been studied into.

                                  We took byjus's learning app tablet for my son on a trial plan after being convinced by their marketing executive. Mr. Sudhanshu (Marketing representative of byju's) told us about the product, initially we were not sure about the suitability of product but he convinced us to take the trial plan for 15 days and then make up our mind. He got the required forms signed & assured us that nothing will be done till we confirm. He didn't mention that we have to inform regarding cancellation within those 15 days.

                                  We received a welcome call but here also the executive didn't mention about the clause period of 15 days. When we told him that we have not finally accepted the product but has just taken it on trial period then he told us to inform 10-15 days prior to the presentation of the installment (I. E. 2 oct) in order to get the payment stopped from capital float (Financial partner for byju's)

                                  We received the product on 23 aug'18 (Date confirmed by them) and after trying it we found that it is not suitable for our son. We decided not to continue with the product. We informed the byju's team on 12 sept'18., well in advance as per their stated time (10-15 days prior to presentation of installment). They told us that they will get back to us. No communication happened from their side. We wrote them a mail stating the same on 16 sept'18. After repeated reminders they told us that because we informed after the trial period, they can't cancel the product & we have to continue with the same.

                                  We didn't receive communication from their side (Neither any physical mail nor any email) mentioning the details about the product or trial period. We had no clue that we were supposed to inform them within period of 15 days regarding the cancellation. It was a clear case of misselling where customer was kept in dark regarding cancellation process & policy. Now we are getting collection calls from capital float & their rude behaviour & no. Of calls are harassing us.

                                  They are not taking responsibility for the misselling & refusing to cancel the product. We don't want to continue but they are forcing the product on us. Despite of repeated informing they are not collecting their tablet. We are suffering a lot due to all this harassment.

                                    Byju's sales executive mr aadarsh nair from byjus visited us and compelled us to take the product for my son. He also told us we can return the product within 15 days. He also arranged loan from bajaj finservice, which they linked to my inactive bank account. As i am not happy with the normal product with very high price and also bajaj is going to take a month to change my linked bank account. Also there is no proper mentoring of my son. So i decided to return back my product under 15 days return policy. When called customer care they offered alternate loan offer from capital float and cancel loan from bajaj finservice. Soon they changed loan to capital float, but even after a month they did not cancelled bajaj loan. I am getting daily threatening calls from bajaj. I request byju's to act immediately so that i will not end up paying bajaj finservice and capital float. Also i request byju's not to do any false promises.

                                      With reference to above noted subject, i would like to inform you that on being allured by your advertisement came across by me on website and thereafter by the misrepresentation and inducement given by your authorized representative mr. Raunak jaiswal, i opted for registration of my kids namely 1) akshita garg 2) yuvraj garg in byju's learning programme. It is noteworthy that at the time of paying registration fees and signing the documents, i was made aware of my right to recall the registration at any point of time on being dissatisfied by the mode of learning programme.

                                      After being registered, i alongwith my kids found the learning mode and style to be unsatisfactory and hence i approached raunak jaiswal within a week, and after [protected]@byjus.com, [protected]@byjus.com to get the registration cancelled.

                                      In the meantime, i have received an sms from hdfc bank that an ach mandate has been attached to my account. On coming to know about this, i was shocked and surprised.

                                      In view of above, i had sent email cum request letter to you the addressees to suspend the process of ach already instituted and redress my grievances in a proper manner as i am completely dissatisfied by your learning programme and had informed you about it.

                                      I have been repeatedly requesting and reminding you to cancel my ward's registration with byju's e-learning programme bit till today my request has been left unheard and unredressed. I have further requested you to suspend the process of ach already instituted but the same has also not been paid any need.

                                      Sir/madam, by not cancelling the said registration of my kids with you and by initiating the process of pulling funds from my account by ach transfer mode, despite my repeated requests to stopping so, you are misusing the authorization taken from me for the said transfer which is not fare enough and is a monopoly being practised by use.
                                      By this email, i would like to again request you to cancel the registration of my kids with byju's learning programme within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of this email, failing which i shall be constrained to initiate legal resources against you the persons responsible. I further request you to stop the misuse of my authorization for automatic money transfer from my account with immediate effect as the said authorization is hereby withdrawn from the date when i firstly approached you to cancel the registration.

                                      As my authorization for such money transfer stands withdrawn, if any amount is pulled out from my account or any charges for declined transaction is levelled against me, it shall be treated as unauthorized money transfer and hence you the peesons/officials of byju's shall be held responsible for such monetary loss and other damages.

                                      In anticipation of cancellation of registration of my kids namely alkshita gary and yuvraj garg in byju's learning programme within 7 days of receipt of this email, i am hereby tendering my thanks.

                                      With reference I have received one message that - your refund process is approved - but yesterday an amount of Rs. 6417.67 is deducted remarks-ACH D-TP ACH Zenlefin[protected].

                                      Requested you to please correct it and refund my deducted amount.

                                        Please find below a background:

                                        I had enrolled for the upsc 2019 weekend batch by making an online transfer of inr 25, 000/- against study materials and tablet on april 5, 2018 as stated by shivam singhal (Sales person). A tablet with upsc 2018 memory card was also provided as part of the course.

                                        I started attending classes during mid april and continued for hardly one (1) month excluding leave of absence as the classes were not helpful in any manner.

                                        On june 17, 2018, as per mr. Aayush's (Course coordinator) request, i shared my bank statement for credit facility amounting to inr 60, 000/- (Auto debit) owing to compulsion after which i did not attend classes.

                                        The emi's were due to start during 16th august, 2017.

                                        I had a telephonic discussion well in advance expressing my intention to discontinue the course before commencement of emi with representatives of byju's including mr. Aayush. However, my request was conveniently ignored.

                                        Subsequently, between august and september, 2018, i had several telephonic conversations requesting for cancellation of emi cycle as i had already discontinued the course. However, the requests were conveniently ignored in spite of escalating the issue to shivam singal.

                                        I triggered my first email on september 10, 2018 to aayush saxena as umpteen number of telephonic requests between july, 2018 to september, 2018 yielded no results. Subsequently, i also forwarded the mail to shivam to find that no action was taken (Mail trail attached herewith).

                                        Further, shivam singhal ignores my calls and has never reverted to me in spite of multiple calls and messages. This is highly unprofessional and not expected from an institution like yours.

                                        Request to cancel the emi cycle and make a refund of inr 15, 000/- that was deducted in the absence of services being availed, is being ignored and causing mental stress.
