I bought the app recently, paying 15000, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will lose interest in such things.

they got us in the contact of a technician who told us what to do when the problem persists. if that doesnt work for a long run, they will look into the matter deeply. matter got solved. thanks for the quick action.

    Sorry to write this, but the byjus organization is pathetic, frauds and cheaters. I did enroll my daughter for classes from std 8 to 10 and gave advance of rs.2000/- in the month of june. It was communicated that delivery of tab will be done within a month. The delivery was done after more than a month with wrong tab which was not as per ssc curriculum. The delivery guy kept on telling this is a correct tab and insisted for full payment. I rejected and requested for revised one. The delivery was not made for next 1 month even after multiple calls to their customer care. When i finally made a call and sent a mail for refund, it was agreed and i was told the refund will be done in a weeks time by cheque, since i refused to share my account number for neft transfer. I called and mails again, when i did not receive refund for about a month. It was then told that they can refund only through neft and not by cheque. I shared my account number, but again the refund was not done for a month or so. When i called again, i was first told that the neft has been done as per update and i should check my account. I reverted that i already checked and no credit made in my account, the guy kept on hold for 5 minutes to revert that the refund is not done and will be done tomorrow. This is unethical and pathetic. Byju's should seriously closed their shutter down and should stop fooling people like this.

      I had purchased the byjus app one month back and felt of no use to my son by which i had contacted them asking to stop the services as well as the emi being paid. I has paid the first emi which i am ready to sacrifice and even sent back the tab to them but they are not accepting the same and they they dont have a policy of cancelling this not a product we have purchased its a service which we had availed from them and dis con tuning the services how can they not allow its really not acceptable infact they are trapping little children by marketing in their schools and through the kids pressurize the parents to avail the scheme and give a tenure of 15 days but thats just not enough to understand the disadvantages of their service.

        I have paid the amount of 5000 rs for gre coaching and due to some reasons i have to cancel it. I asked for a refund as it was refunded to my friends who has done the same. But they are not even ready to talk every time i call them they will tell some reason and cut the call, please help me to get my money back.

          Byju's representative visited us on 28th oct. On pretext of some counselling and talked us into buying 6th-8th syllabus for 50, 000. He also took my adhar card, pan card and cancelled cheque details and sai rest of the payments will be made as emi from my direct account. Its 17 days and nothing received so far. Byju's kindly look into the matter and refund my money at the earliest.

            I bought a byjus tab as they assured me to arrange a return of i am not satisfied. I have been calling customer care since a week but in vain and didn't got satisfactory response. It is a way of attracting customers and fetching more and more money from them and cheating them. They are only working to earn money not out provide education. It is only a way of earning money

              Think and learn is fraud company. They took 20000 bucks from me and send me tablet and SD cards . After few months when one of my SD card was formated. Then they asked me to send all the SD cards they have provided me. They took that SD cards and don't send me any thing from last 1 month. I called them many times and send emails . But still I don't get any thing.

                I purchased the tablet course in december 2017 by paying rs. 20, 000. They informed me that the validity or course is 1 year. But now tablet is not working and it is blocked. They also informed me that they will provide me with mentors. Till now i couldn't get proper support from them. I am totally unsatisfied with your team. Every penny has a value it sent worth as what i thought. Please refund my money.

                  Hi,
                  I purchased IAS kit with order id[protected] in the name of Subba Lakshmi. I have not received the product and also I raised for cancellation of the order. Also I have paid EMI for 2 months. For the last 15 days I have been continuously calling Byju's customer care no proper response from them. I'm really frustrated and now they're asking for 3 month EMI. When I already asked for the cancellation and refund, how can they let this happen??.

                  It's not been resolved yet. They point out different peoples and not giving any proper response. Didn't receive any confirmation for cancellation. CF guy is calling and threatening me.

                    When i bought the tab course, i was told by the byjus employee if i take the emi option from capital float, they won't charge any interest on the amount; only the original price i have to pay. So i brought the tab from them using the emi option from capital float and they have charged interest on the first two installments which has been deducted from my account. I have been calling them and spoke to the poc but no help yet from them.

                      Hi myself deepak jadhav,
                      I want to cancel the product of byjus as we are not happy and requesting the team since last 3 weeks but the issue did not resolved. They have debited amount of 6875/- from my account without any confirmation on continuation of services. The representative mr sidhant who had come to our home has promised that the money will be refunded without any question asked but now he is not able to help in this regards and very smartly removing his hands from this mess. We always raised issue about the product long term reliability but very smartly they ignored and said that the mentor will call and resolve but it never resolved to our satisfaction. We feel like that we have been cheated. The byjus are cheating peoples by false promises. I would be happy if all the money debited to be refunded at the earliest.

                        I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!

                          I write this in disgust of byju's tablet course. To those who are unsure of byju's, treat this as an eye-opener. One month ago a woman badgered my into buying the tablet course with the usual last day to avail offer bull. I come from a middle class family but i rushed my parents and we tried paying online but their portal didn't work for three days. They asked us to go to their office which is about 25 km from my house, and we paid. Then the wait began. They said i should have my books and tablet in 7 days. The woman stopped answering my calls, my texts and emails. There was no way i could track my material. I reached to so many employees, each more unhelpful than the rest. I finally found one guy who sort of helped me. He tried contacting this woman several times, but in vain. This is how commercial they're. And i have called the sales person but i still haven't received my tablet. Each time, they have a new excuse. They don't even know where it is. It breaks my heart to see my parents worry about the money. While they draw fat paychecks, it's people like me who suffer. Our emi is getting cut every month. Who will compensate me for a month? I lost three weeks of preparation too. One of the worst staff, logistics and utterly disgusting organization i have had the misfortune to invest my money in.

                            I am requesting all byjus teams (Cancellation, mentor) thru mail by phone call from 1st week of october 2018 to cancel my order, but they are just simply saying that sir approval pending from top management. I am fail to understand if your origination is offering 15 day trail then why you people are waiting for approval even why you send documents for loan process before clients or customers approval. Byjus sales team is lying and doing there sales by falls commitment and whole byjus team is just trying to make fool and fun of innocent people.
                            I have sent mail with in 15 day and also we inform there mentor on 7th oct call received on my wife's mobile by there recorded phone numbers and now they are simply saying we are not getting records of that call but i am having all received call details...
                            Even my lot of request reminders my 1st installments of rs 7233.33 is got debited from my accounts on 02.11.18. It is really ridiculous and unethical business practices from byju’s and capfloat financial services private ltd.

                            I will go to any level to get my hard earned money from byjus pl make note of it..

                              I enrolled my child bhumi pandey for the course. After abt a month we spoke to the counselor who came home for counseling to cancel the enrollment. But did not get proper guidance for cancellation. Then we mailed to byjus for cancellations of course but still getting no proper response from their side and we are getting continuous calls from capital float to pay the emi. I request you to do the needful.

                                  Hi all, i too am a victim of byjus. I was enrolled in the course for 10th standard for rs. 22000/- plus rs. 5000/- advance. At the initial stage when byjus representative came in and i was being enrolled, later we have received the tablet and the course started it was not actually which was described to us, on the 8th day we surrendered and requested for cancellation...
                                  For my surprise the cancellation never happened the i m still being charged emi for the product.
                                  The entire team sits for the scam to happen. Please assist and close the issue,

                                  The counselor contacted me and informed me of the steps that needs to be followed. they have cancelled my tab from their end and not getting any EMIs. they also apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that the required steps would be taken for this type of mistake not happen again with anyone. i will do as i am told by the counselor and that would resolve my problem. my POC helped me through the entire process. and they contacted me within a day to resolve this issue.

                                    I am anurag. One month before one of the counselor from byju's game at my home and told me about the byju's course. Impressed by his words and we took the course. He said that you can cancel order if you don't like it in 2 weeks. Now after 2 weeks i call byju's to return my tab and cancel my order. He said that i will receive a call back in an hour. I receive the call back senior manager called me. I want to to cancel the course and refund my money. She said if you want to cancel then why did you take the course. She also said that take one week extension from me and try the app properly.
                                    I said that i am not interested in studying from byju's sources like we cannot cancel order like this we want a very strong reason to cancel order.
                                    This is forcing me to buy buy the full course. Why should i try and buy the course even if i am not interesting in studying from this app?

                                      I vivek joshi have taken tab for my son satvik joshi for trial period of 15 days and returned the same in due course of time and they have accepted that the tab has been received but it has been over 12 days since the tab was received by them but they have not cancelled my bajaj finance loan for which i am repeatedly getting calls. I also sending them the mails but they keep on saying that the same will be done in 4 to 5 days.

                                        Raghav lohar named person visited us given demo we were unimpressed and informed him we have no interested for online learningstill he has insisted and asked to registered for it we had gone for this bcz he informed us that after tryinge 15 days you can cancel this and can return all the stuff we were fall in to his trap and gone for it after 15 days when we have mailed phoned there were no satisfactory reply from your sidend. Also deducted around 9 thousands rupees from our account and now loan people are troubling us. We are not capable to pay your money. Kindly cancel your subscription return back our money.
                                        Hope this time we will get our satisfactory reply.
