Hello team,

One of your sales representative mr. M s vaishak (Senior academic counsellor) visited our house in the month of may and given the byju's tablet for the class 12th course. Stating that use the product for a month and if you like it then we can go for the subscription of the course for the rest of the year.
Or if you don't like the product, then you just let us know we will come and collect the device and refund the cash for the device or courier the device to our cooperate office and we will refund the cash via your account.

Post few days o[censored]sage we tried to reach out vaishak, but there was no response from his side or nor he reverting back to text, somehow we finally manage to reach out the customer centre and address our concern to return the device and refund the money, they asked us to return the product to there office address, somehow we have managed to return the device back to there office and they update within a week you will be getting the initial deposit for the device which is collected by the byju's.

Meanwhile, we are getting charged from the bank, stating that we have applied for capital floating loan and they are recovering the loan from my account. This was pure fraud activity from the biju's side there was no such communication held between us and vaishak during his visit to our home. We address this concern to our support mentor, they said they will cancel the capital floating loan and refund the all money within 10 days including the initial device deposit and the debited amount from our account.

We raised this concern on 3rd of august and we literally followed up with multiple people but there is no sign of solving this issue. Every time they give false promise and commitment. This is highly disappointing service from the byju's.

Without having any hindrance they started looting the money. Trust us, the customer support always gives a false excuse. Its been 4 months still we are facing the same issue.

If this problem is not resolving soon and continues to a few more days, then we are planning to go ahead with consumer court.

    Dear sir,
    I am registered to byjus for last 20 days and now i want to opt out of this programme and want my refund. Byjus salesperson came to my house and told us that we have a trail period of 1 month and also told that we can return it upto 02nd of nov. We gave her rs.4000 but now when we inform that i don't want to continue it they stopped the communication from us. We have already requested to return it on their emails also but we are not getting any response from them. So please registered our complaint against them.

      This is a mere fraud conducted by the byjus in the name of selling fraud useless tab and the learning programme in which their agent named as akash kumar, comes to our home saying that your child has been selected for a scholarship programme and is been giving discount for the course where he charged us 3000 rs and said which are refundable for 1 month and after that we can return the tab for the days of 15 days but will not be provided with the refund. We lured by his scheme took the product by paying rs 3000 cash and a cancelled cheque which he said will never be used without our permission.
      Now within 14 days i have mailed them, called akash several times but no response and their customer care services making you go marry go round for a month then sudden *poof* magic, amount of rs 6222.22 was deducted from my account in the name of capital float loan which i never took or was mentioned by the byjus agent.
      Now i have filed a police complaint against the company and the man akash kumar.
      Hoping that there frauds will be put down as i have here also read exactly same complaints about them.
      I hope these # will refund my money as soon as possible or else being a lawyer i have a lots of time to stick over the case file against them and take my money anyway back.
      BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      They should not be allowed to do business anymore. It's totally unethical to send someone to a student's house and extremely unsafe.

        Its been a horrible experience with this company because this company has not been refunding my money which i had paid to them... Its been almost a month that they have not refunded my money.
        Every other time i call the customer care there is a different person i am talking to and i have to always describe what had happened
        I need my money back or strict actions will be on the way
        BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I bought the byjus product with a term of 3 years
        i was not satisfied with product at all.
        when i called the agency for return they cancelled my request
        please stop my product charges as it is pinching me a lot

          Cheating by Byjus company and Saleperson.
          This is regarding cheating by Byjus Mr.Rameshwar Harshit.We had demo by Rameshwar Harshit on 12th Aug 2018 in Pune.
          During demo he indicated that we can use the product for trial basis for one and half month and if we like it then we can purchase. We paid Rs 3000/-cash.for the tab.Mr.Harshit misguided us and took signs on important documents and a cancelled cheque.Told these forms will not be processed until we confirm to buy the product.
          He not at all mentioned or informed us about the loan of capital float loan agency.
          After 9 days, we sent Mr Rameshwar Harshit a message about delay of product delivery then he told us that it will be delivered.We got product that is tab on 23rd Aug 2018.Within 2 weeks of receipt of product we informed Mr Harshit on 4th of Sep.we are not interested in purcasing(though he told trial period will be of one month/ One and half month.)
          Mr Harshit is denying the same and says he cannot do anything as the product is already sold to you and loan ecs is processed. We are getting mesaages and calls from capital float which we never interacted or informed.
          In view of above cheating and loss of trust I have been sending mails to Byjus team to cancel study package and cancel loan revoked against me.
          1st message to cancel product sent to Mr Harshit on 4th sep 2018
          30th sep2018 1st mail
          4th oct 2018 2nd mail
          5th Oct 2018 3rd mail
          Since then we are in continuous touch with Byjus team on mail and call.
          Till date not getting proper response or confirmation of cancellation
          Request to kindly take necessary action at the earliest.

            On 13th october 2018, we were approached by some mr sandeep vendrathi from byjus (Sandeep. [protected]@byjus.com) and explained about the byju’s product and offered us a package for 5th class to 10th class and told that this offer is applicable only if we agree to sign up now and pay 7650 rs for enrolment and rest can be paid via emi installments from capfloat financial services private ltd. He also assured that this amount 7650 rs can be refunded if kid doesn’t like the byjus course for trail period of 15 days and if we opt out from this program.

            So, we trusted sandeep and paid amount 7650 rs on 13th october 2018. Based on the discussions with kid and my family we have decided to cancel the order and i have immediately sent a mail for cancelling this order and sent a mail to sandeep vendarthi and byju’s support team to cancel the order and initiate a refund of 7650 rs on 14th october 2018 itself. Also clearly told not to initiate any funding from capital float as we are canceling the byju's order
            I got a customer service call from byju’s and explained the justification for cancelling the order and they confirmed that the order is cancelled and amount will be refunded in next 10 to 15 days.

            To my surprise, on 16th october, i got a mail from my bank customer service saying that “our nach mandate for capfloat financial services private ltd has been setup under the mandate no. Xxxxxxxxxx on 16-oct-18” this is ridiculous and unethical business practices from byju’s and capfloat financial services private ltd.

              Im very much satisfied with the study which is done by byju's in there videks. They made my concepts really clear. But i want that yjus must introduce s. St in the course which inchlude history, geography, political science and economics). Specially the lines written in the book of history is very boring and hard to learn and if byju's will introduce the same all o[censored]s will really be benifitted.
              If my request is taken in consideration then our nation will do more good as sst is a major problem of students of ncert.

                This complaint is regarding cheating by byjus company and it’s sales person, Ms Apoorva Trapathi while selling the byjus study package on the Name of Eerav Bhardwaj - Mobile-[protected].

                When Ms. Apoorva came to meet us, he told us that officially trial period for the byjus education package is for 15 days(However, we request to her it is difficult for a child or his/her parents to decide the of the product in just 15 days) and She clearly told us I have power to extend this period to 2 month till your EMI will not start .
                W revived this product in Mid of august 2018 and we have called to executive within 3-4 days, she told us don't worry I will process your request after some time and again we called her she said we will not process your request our policy is not 15 days but you send a mail to custmer care.

                She said with my confirmation that you alrearedy informed within 2-3 day your request will process.

                after my mail customer care want some profes I sent all the whatsapp chat and call history.

                Than somebody call me your cancellation request is excepted wait for returning courier help.

                but we received continuous call from capital floating for loan EMI.

                Dates on which mails are sent to byjus team for cancellation are as follows:

                1. 1st mail sent on 1st of oct 2018
                2. 2nd mail send on 2nd of oct 2018
                3. 3rd mail sent on 3rd of october 2018
                4. 4th mail sent on 10th of Nov2018
                5. 4th mail sent on 16th of Nov[protected]
                and many more

                However, till date i. E. 16th of Nov2018 neither anyone from byjus team has come to pick up the said lenovo tablet and not cancel my loan.

                Rather, byjus team has been continuously harassing me by repeated calls and messages regarding payment of the emi, to the extent that today on 13th of october mr. Surender sharma from capital float finance company even came to my residence to collect the emi.
                I am requesting Please help us to close my loan.

                  This is my continued 5th reminder mail to you to collect/pickup your course material/device (7”leveno tablet) from my home.
                  As per your last mail (Confirmation of cancellation of course), you had confirmed to send your counsellor (Noida branch) to pick the device but as of today no one has came to collect. And non of the communi-cation/ reply has been rcvd from byju’s after my last 4-5 mails.

                    This complaint is regarding cheating by byjus company and it’s sales person, mr. Prateek sharma (Phone number: [protected]) while selling the byjus study package with invoice number byjus[protected] in the name of dhruv jha, registered phone number [protected] / [protected].

                    When mr. Prateek came to meet us, he told us that officially trial period for the byjus education package is for 15 days. However, it is difficult for a child or his/her parents to decide the usefulness of the product in just 15 days. Therefore, trial period can extend for 1 to 1.5 months and few customers have returned the product even after trying the product for 1.5 months.

                    Further, while registering for the trial period of the services, i had clearly communicated to mr. Prateek sharma that if we decide to purchase byjus services, i will make complete and one time payment of rs. 53000 by cheque and no automatic deduction of emi should be done from my bank account. After speaking to another executive of byjus, mr. Prateek agreed to the same and asked for a cancelled cheque just for completion of the registration of study package.

                    After necessary procedures, we started a trial period on 21st of july 2018 when lenovo tablet was delivered to our residence.

                    In spite of the above communication, we did not receive any prior notification from byjus regarding end of trial period and debit of emi from the account. On 3rd of september 2018, i received a message from bank that rs.5, 888.90 has been debited from my bank account.

                    In view of above cheating and loss of trust i have been sending mails to byjus team to cancel the study package, pick up the lenovo tablet delivered on 21st of july 2018 and refund rs. 5, 888.90 that was illegally debited as first emi, contrary to the agreement.

                    Dates on which mails are sent to byjus team for cancellation are as follows:

                    1. 1st mail sent on 4th of september 2018
                    2. 2nd mail send on 15th of september 2018
                    3. 3rd mail sent on 2nd of october 2018
                    4. 4th mail sent on 13th of october 2018

                    However, till date i. E. 13th of october 2018 neither anyone from byjus team has come to pick up the said lenovo tablet nor i have received the refund of rs. 5, 888.90.

                    Rather, byjus team has been continuously harassing me by repeated calls and messages regarding payment of the emi, to the extent that today on 13th of october mr. Surender sharma from capital float finance company even came to my residence to collect the emi of rs. 5, 904.59.

                        Hi, i have purchased tab against order id[protected], after sale no support has been provided to my child, as there representative told me to give support and help my child in her studies.
                        No follow up has been taken by concerns. When i inquired and ask for cancellation the order no gentlemen reply came from there side.
                        I have mailed for the same several times but till date no cancellation has been processed.
                        Instead of doing cancellation we have received several phone calls from them but till date no resolution provided.
                        No steps has been taken from your side, not you have updated me what action you are taking. This is totally misguidance and negligence being done by you.
                        Also i found absence of customer support and satisfaction.
                        Kindly resolve it till monday eod on top priority.
                        Now i am being suffering from mentally tension.
                        Harassment done by byjus, my experience is pathetic

                          We were forced in trying a training laptop with promise that if we didnt like we can return. But later their bda came begging and very emotional appeal that if we return it will impact his sales target and he may be fired. He told his life challenges and forced us to keep the useless tab and pay full amount.
                          Later we got absolutely zero support. We made all attempts to explain them problems with tab and its learning content but was not helpful at all.
                          BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                            Well, i was so impressed after watching your commercials & getting known about your methods of teaching, that i purchased immediately the course for mba-cat preparation. But, as soon as i started preparing by that tab provided by byju's, i get to know that it is nothing different from the normal teaching classes. Actually worse than that.
                            The following points i wanna say abt byju's
                            1) there was no visually animated lessons given as it shown in the commercial.
                            2) the video lectures recorded in the tab was 5-6 years old.
                            3) the helpline system, which i was told that will respond in next 24 hrs after contacting them, hasn't contacted me even after more than 7 days.
                            4) the marketing expert who contacted me & convinced me to go for byju's, after contacting him several times & complaining about few things, told me that he no more works at that place. (And didn't even rectify a single problem before giving this excuse.)
                            5) now, just a month remaining for my exam & the mentors are becoming more & more irresponsive.
                            Byju's, i think if you would've spent even one third of what you spend on marketing, on your services, it would've been a pleasant experience learning from your coaching.
                            I would suggest everyone who are planning to go for byju's, please don't

                              I have written complaint lots of time, but no any single reply from byus :
                              That why i am interested to return this package.
                              They are lying from the very first day
                              Even i have told them to see in court, but no reply.
                              Please help me if anybody hellp me to take refund
                              Below mail in written to byus so many reminders.

                              Dear sir,
                              I want to return it back due to lots of problems with your company :
                              1) why your executive promised 30000 price for tablet.
                              2) specification as offer from company is different from your executive.

                              3) your executive told us to use your package for 1 month as trial (15 days before receiving your package and 15 days after that, but your company said only for 15 days).

                              4) executive not pickup the phone.

                              5) executive told me byjus branches already opened in abroad or worldwide.

                              6) executive yajun chopra and ankush baboria told me i[censored] returned this package at mohali office without any question but its totally fake. No one receive the package.

                              Finally i have decided to return your package, i request you to please process my request as early as possible.

                                As i bought a byjus course, and at the time of selling this product to me byjus team has promised me to provide all the possible services but as i am using there product, i am not getting a good service.
                                I have raised this issue a no of times but no solution is coming from them.

                                Its seems like they have taken my money and looted me, cheated me.

                                    Your sales executive has visit our home & recommended the course and asked that try the course and if you don't like the course then it can be returned within 15 days (trail period) without any additional charges. I have already paid Rs. 1000 of trail period fee which is refunded said by your executive.

                                    As the policy matter I have called customer care for return the course within 15 days of the delivery of the product. But no action has been taken then again i called back then C.C executive told me our manager will call u back on the same day i got a call from manager but she not done a needful help. Again i e-mailed to C.C mailed ID for return the course then again i got a call from same manager and she presure me to purchase this course.

                                    Till date there is no action taken on it.

                                    Please Cancel the order and refund my money.

                                    I have return the Byju's tab on 13.10.18 and they have received the product and also send the confirmation mail. Many days left. But no refund made by their end. Please look into the matter and refund my amount.

                                    The same fraud is done with me and they are not listening even.

                                      Dear all, i priya parent of lakshit raj had availed the byjus facility in the month of august, initially till the time we had take the facility's response was amazing, however once the processing was complete and we were not been informed that there is a loan going to be availed from capital float and the packet took very long time and the same was delivered to us only by end of august, after that we had issues in my child'health as he was affected by a eye disease and was strictly told not to use electronic devices for certain period of time, post which i was continuously calling to cancel - medha rani, rounak who had initially was helping us outfollowing with us, on 15th sep i had put in a what's app msg to both for cancellations but no one responded, post which i had to reach the mentor helpline number to cancel and got to know from mentor that we need to cancel within 15 days, and the same was not told to us by - medha rani, and i am getting messages from capital float for cancelling the same, however we had also been told that at any point of time we can cancel the facility's and the money will be refunded to us, however that unprofessional - medha rani is left the job and mentor within r is completely assuring us that he will respond in 2days time, whenever we call as he is waiting from sales team confirmation, the way it's going ridiculous, i request you to cancel and refund my money as the same is towards for non usage of facility for my son. Pls call me on [protected], i want the facility's of byjus to be cancelled, money deposited to be refunded and ecs to be cancelled, and should not affect any of my cibil score.

                                        BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Subscribed for Byju's learning App on a trial basis with a refundable deposit of Rs.5000/- . Even after cancellation Byju's is using the ECS tool to threaten CIBIL score without cancelling the subscription. Have not given any instruction for ECS.
