I sent a the mail to byjus support team to cancel the product and refund the amount but i was informed by one of their representative that the neither cancellation not refund is possible as 15 days return policy is over. But previously i was informed that the return policy is suppose to be 20 days. I cannot just take a loss of 26 k just for being by 1 day. This is not at all professional and not ethical too. What kind of mind set your firm is working with.
Please follow the process you have but help me getting this sorted.

WOW!! complaining on this platform worked. Within 15 hours the issue is resolved. The complaint team assured me over the refund of the product. I have also been informed that they have already instructed the logistic partner for RVP of the product. Team please assist and get it closed.It will be very helpful to us.

    Our email is for the byju's team,

    Yesterday i had a meeting with your personnel at my place. The demo meeting was all nice and we liked the product too. But real issue is pricing part. For class 7th and 8th i have been asked for 31 k which is too high for a middle class family which has ultimately understood that entire business model is fake and more of money making machine than assistance.
    The product is worth but with this high price we cannot afford it.

    Please help in getting it resolved.

    Byju's team gave me a call to understand the issue and offered me a discount so that we can avail the product. The team that called me was polite and understood the price grievances that was raised. The team also assisted me with other of my concerns. Not only the product but the team working for byjus is supportive too. I really hope it remains same.

    As per my understanding the price is legit.
    Please check the assistance provided by byjus for the cost.

        I have subscribed to their package wherein the emi rs 6750/month x12 months was agreed between me and byjus. However the 1st month rs 27000 was deducted upon enquiry they told me that the total loan of 81000 would be cleared in 3 months as against the agreed 12 months. I am not at all in a position to pay such a huge emi that too without my consent.

        Its now more than 2 months am following up with Byjus team for resolving my issue, however, no use.

        I have in all interacted with about 08 persons of Byjus team every time you call them they depute a new person to address your query and every time you have to repeat the story to this new person.

        The names of persons i have interacted till date their emails are mentioned below:

        Its now about 8 persons which I have interacted and counting... without any results.

        After all this ruckus created by Byjus they have destroyed my credit report due to cheque bounce due to excess EMI deducted without my consent...they said it was a 12 months EMI whereas they converted to 3 months EMI without my consent...2 EMI of 27000 are already deducted and when I found that they had tricked and cheated me...I put in a request for stop payment for the 3rd EMI which luckily I could get it done from my bank.

        Now as Byjus has cheated me and tarnished my credit records due to cheque bounce, I have decided to cancel the subscription however there is no reply or action from Byjus, hence am requested CONSUMER COMPLAINTS to kindly intervene and enable me to get back all the money which Byjus has taken from me.

        Request to kindly guide as to how to go ahead with getting back the full refund as BYJUS has cheated on me and I further don't wish to continue with their program as my child who had taken great interest in the program now due to this torture does not even take the TAB in his hands but has kept it in the box where he had opened the kit.

        I wish to bring to notice to all consumers out there who are going for the BYJUS program not to go for it as there is hardly any service from these guys. they are after you till you take the package and the moment the package is sold to you they quietly disappear.

        I would like to warn all the parents not to spend your hard earned money on BYJUS and lose your sleep pursuing them for service.

          One of byju's executive has visited our home on 18th aug 2018. His name was abhishek kumar singh.

          Initially he was very polite and offered us money back withing 15 days if we don't like the course. But when i made the payment of 5000/- through online link (Sent by karthik reddy from byju) he asked me to provide my finger print on the device he was carrying. I decline to do that as it is not safe. Though i provided him my pan and aadhar card data.

          Then he turn very rude and said that neither i will get course content nor i will get 5000/- rs back.

          After complaining to byju, someone has called me and asked account details but money has not been returned to my account.

          I am first reaching out to byju organisation for refund/ resolution. If you will not agree then i need to put same in social media (Facbook, linkedin, consumer complaint board, twitter etc)

          Kindly take strong action against such person who do not provide full information to customer and then create issues after initial payment made.

          Request you to refund the payment asap.

          No response from Byju.. It is cheating.. Forgery.. If I don't get any response on my cellphone [protected] so I will file FIR. Beware of these Cheaters.. I am not going to leave such a forgery.. Planning to write Sharukh Kahn that he should withdraw himself from doing Advertisement from such a bad organisation.
          Many time I try to call Byju's team they given me 1 hrs. time to call back from Cancellation team but I've never received call from them. I m even not understand to whom I send my complain and how to go further. I suggest to every one Don't plan to Purchase this. Their follow up is very poor. VERY BED EXPERIENCE

            I signed for cat tablet course 12 days back. I only received tablets but however physical course material is still not delivered.

            I have not received the books till date despite payment. Your education counselor mr. Aditya, has no knowledge of whereabouts and has been speaking all random stuff to me, wasting my time.
            We have already waited long and now frustrated. Help us out at earliest.

            I have received the physical study material this morning. The delay occurred due to logistics issue. The courier was misplaced during in transit which led to the delay of the study material. Byju's has sent new study material all together and has ensured it shall not occur in future.

              Hi, I bought JEE crash course from byjus. First the guy started calling to take it for 12000 then agreed for 10000 and said pay 8000 for trail of 1 month after that if you like it pay another 2000. After 1 months a guy called and asked for 18000. But after confronting them what they asked is 11000 means I have to pay 3000 instead of 2000. What I think is they are a big fraud! Videos are normal nothing magical happening there! Any way I have to pay now 3000 and I did that also and now they are saying that they didn't got the money I have every proof of deduction of balance and screenshot of successful...

              The technical team from byjus resolved the issue. The videos were not working because of the sd card installed were not burned properly while installation. They have replaced the entire software with additional validity of 2 of two months as compensation. Team please work on these small issues which will ultimately help you to reach a new land mark.

                Sir/madam,

                I have purchased byjus product appx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible...
                I really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue which has to be taken care of. Please check you inventory. I have been calling cx support for a while but to my disappointment nobody is willing to take the responsibility.

                  I feel cheated. A employee from byjus came for the product demo. The product seemed to be nice and my son was interested so the enrollment for class 7 was done. The amount quoted for the product by the counselor was 18 k for which i agreed. I asked the counselor to come back in 2 days for rest of the process. But to my surprise on 20th sept i got notification stating 4k has been debited as emi from my bajaj card. Since then i have been calling the counselor but have received no update.

                  This is highly unprofessional from byju's end. Being such a big firm the transparency level is zero. No one has the right to fool their customers.
                  I was anyways planning to go for 7th and 8th but this has made me skeptical and i doubt the intention of the company.
                  Please help me in getting resolved.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I, mrs rebecca d'souza, hereby beg for immediate cancellation o[censored]nauthorized loan by byju's from capital float on my name towards unwanted byju's coaching for my son jeremie d'souza.

                    I have never agreed for a full term coaching and have never consented for the loan from capital float as i am a single parent struggling with finance for the upkeep of my 3 college going children. My problems were explained very clearly verbally and by my mail sent to miss shradha and nomaan ellahi on 24.6.18 against which they have proceeded with the loan without my consent.

                    I sincerely appeal to you sir/madam, to please act immediately and save me from any further unauthorized deductions from my account which would lead to my financial loss.

                      We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.
                      Byjus team, you should understand these people represent your organization and no cx can take this harassment when there is no fault o[censored]s. Ideally the courier guy should have the change as per the requirement not as per his feasibility.
                      I want an action to be taken on the courier guy or courier company. I am not letting it go until resolved.

                      I am glad to inform that the complaint filed against the filed executive has been taken care of. The communication received from both end i.e logistics and Byjus confirms that the F.E has been grounded for 6 weeks wherein he will not be allowed to resume until grounding period is over. Both the teams were proactive enough to respond and close the same in just 48 hrs. It is genuine feedback to both parties i.e-local logistics n byjus to hire the employee who atleast has a basic etiquette's to deal with people because these people directly represent your company. For long run please get the basics fixed. Rest I am satisfied with resolution hence closing the complain filed.                         I have been following byjus team for refund since last 2 weeks but i have not heard from the team till date. Each time i call i get consoled by the team stating i shall receive a call back but till date i have received none. The product is already given back and as per the process the amount should have been reflecting in my a/c but still i am here waiting for the call back from the concerned team. Please understand calling back does not serve my purpose but refund do.
                        We cannot expect such a lapse from brand like "byjus" this is one of the worst services industry i have gone through in recent times.

                        CC forum has helped me getting the issue closed. The team called today morning and as per them the initiation of the refund is already done yesterday evening. They has also helped me with the Transaction id. Since the issue has got resolved hence we are closing the complain with the organization. .

                          Hello team,

                          My name is avinash singh. I placed an order with byjus on 15th aug 2019. It was already delayed delivery. The product was delivered to me this afternoon. To my surprise when i unpacked it i found the product to be in damaged condition.
                          My son waited for the product for about a month patiently and this is what i get for my patience. My son was very excited on the first day itself after the demo was conducted. The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. We have enrolled for 4 years course as i have received good feedback from my colleague about byjus. Hence i wanted my son to try it too.
                          Please help us in resolving it asap.

                          I had a word with local courier personnel. The product was damaged because of manhandling. The delivery boy confirmed the same. Received a call from byjus customer service team. I have been assured the replacement of the product will be done in next 4 days. Byjus team I hope you shall fulfill the promises made and get it resolved.

                            2nd Sept 18 we had meeting with Bjyus Sales person who has given a confirmation about cancellation policy available until 15 days from the receipt of product.

                            6th Sept 18 we have received the product. After using the product we found that it is not that useful as compared to the presentation given to us.

                            10th Sept 18 we have raised cancellation. till today I have exchanged more than 10 mail to know about further process however Byjus is responding with standard reply saying Sr Manager will call you.

                            Couple of time Sr Manager called and extended the cancellation period for another 15 days.

                            on 17th we made up our decision and would like to go for cancellation. Same is informed to Bjyu's.

                            Now I am not getting proper response and feels that I am helpless.

                            I seek help to cancel the product, ready to return the product at the local office of Byju's (don't want to take risk of saying TAB is tampered).

                            Request you to please intervene and arrange the refund.

                              I was trying to place an order for the product online. Finally after some time i realized the amount got deducted from my bank a/c but when i tried to track the shipment i was informed that the transaction got cancelled and the amount is not with byjus. I tried multiple followups but yet of no use.

                              Team please help me and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                              The transaction is of about 37k.
                              I am too annoyed as well as out of patience.

                              The byjus team was very proactive in checking the details and reverting. Actually the amount was stuck with bank itself at payment gateway. The representative from bank confirmed the same this evening. Since I have already been assured from the bank about amount reversal hence want to close the complaint with Byjus.

                                I just received the Byjus product. Though I received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
                                Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
                                It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
                                The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

                                    I have done payment for cat course and its been 20 days that i didnt get any response from byjus team. Before the payment they called me many times and promissed me that i will get tab within 2 days.
                                    In 2017 i have taken gmat course and then also tge case was the same. Tab had reached hyderabad office and when we call the person through whom i have done the payment says we didnt get the tab. They even wont check before answering the customer. Then we went to hyderabad office, make them check and then we had taken the tab. This is the response they give to customer they even dont give a proper response until tge customer go to their office.
                                    And recently i have done payment for cat course on 25 august 2018 and i said i will send my tab for cat course installation. Before the payment they said that once the tab had reached bangalore they will instal the course and send it back within two days but now its bwen 20 days i didnt get tab and even there is no proper response from the team or even from tge person through whom i have done the payment. They also say that not to call them regularly and wait patiently. Even i tried calling the customer care they recrd the call and say u will get a call but i didnt receive any call. I had called the customer care 4 days. This bad the service is and i dont understand whats tge issue in responding. They also say that this is the rare case where the shipping was late. Two times for cat and gmat the same situation and now i understood finally that it would take minimum a month to get the tab for any course and we dont get any response from byjus people after the payment.

                                      I subscribed for the byjus admission consulting services (Rs 60000, order with byjus [no.[protected]]) 10th july 2018, 20:16:22, for gmat by paying an initial amount of rs 20000 to the organisation and was seriously misguided by the byjus sales representative siddhant maurya on the installments scheme offered by byjus in tie up with a third party which resulted in me neither being offered the service from byjus nor getting my refund. Although as per the terms and conditions of the company i am totally eligible for a refund but now i am being refused for the same and being forced to make the remaining payment of the services.

                                      Company sales representative (Siddhant maurya) under discussion set false expectations with me regarding the loan being offered by the third party as he said i just need to pay the initial amount and rest will be paid by the third party itself to byjus and i could choose my installments scheme myself as whatever would be comfortable after i pay the initial amount.

                                      Later after payment of the initial amount by me to byjus, siddhant asked me to make the payment of another 15000 as i was not eligible to take a loan of rs 40000. I was surprised to this and asked him in turn why this was not advised to me before taking the services that i have to make a cash payment of rs 35000 to which he responded he did not know my compensation would not justify my eligibility for getting a loan of rs 40000. He suggested that he would offer me another option for payment for which he demanded my bank account number and aadhar details. I was not comfortable to share my bank account details and already being misguided by him i did not trust the company with my personal details any longer, due to which i requested the refund for rs 20000.

                                      Since the request for refund i was started to be ignored by the company, siddhant refused to pick my calls so i had to contact other colleagues of him which led me to speak with his manager (Varsha) who again set wrong expectations with me about the payment schemes and told me that she would do a research and would come back to me in the 24-48 hours of the call. They never came back to me in a month till now

                                      As per the company norms if the request for refund is made within 24 hours of the first cv critiquing call (If not happy with the cv that byjus has designed) the customers are eligible for total refund of the initial amount paid. I did not even reach the first cv critiquing call and at a very preliminary stage (First discussion) i expressed interest in withdrawing my services via an email, but turning a deaf ear to my grievances they are now refusing to refund my initial amount rs 20000.

                                      I am interested to get a total refund of my initial amount rs 20000 and an action on the company's representatives (Versha and siddhant maurya) for they set incorrect expectations with me at all times and did not respond whatsoever to me to unnecessary delay the refund process.

                                      This is unethical from companies end.

                                        Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment as the exams are 2 months away and i haven't received any proper guidance to as to how to go about writing my exams. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible or i would like to request for a refund if this case continues with no useful response from any staff at byjus.
