I got sd cards by mail but the sd cards are not responding, i tried to contact and byju's support team to resolve this issue but no proper response from their team.

I canceled my order by to-date no update from byju's team.

I would personally request all not to fall prey to such fraudulent companies like byju's....

Very unprofessional behaviour of the whole team. I got a call after i received my kit asking to speak to the kid. But as i am a working person i had told them to call on saturday on a specific time to speak to the kid. But i never received a call from them. Overview:
Byjus promised for summer classes when we enrolled for 2 years neet coaching package in 2017 accordingly payments were made.

Issue:
Surprisingly neither summer classes in may 2018 were conducted and nor special classes planned in this academic year till now.

Solution:
Better byjus payback their fee, so we can go to some other better coaching classes. Their tab contents are not...

Actually the matter is still hang on I have already given my bank details for transfer my refund money. But no one willing to resolve my issues. There is no proper selection process for the profile of Business Development Program. The freshers and experienced are getting same treatment.
1. No provision to place near the home, so that to ease work of employee.
2. Same initial training give to freshers and experience holders.
3. HR is no way employee supportive.

I would like to inform you that repersntative of byju compnay. he came to my home for free education councelling according TOI news paper. but he(repersntativer ) sanctioned the loan from Capital float and took cash 3000/- rupees. as like he is sell repersntative not councellor . capital float also deducted 4444/- rupees on 22/06/2018 while byju closed my facility 11/02/18
please sir cancel my loan and refund amount....
