I just received the Byjus product. Though I received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

    Not received my product till this date nor refunded my money back.

    Raised complaint from 16th august to till date, but no action taken till now, taken all necessary data but no response from 1 month.

    I will wait for 2 days after that i will take necessary action against you people for cheating me in the name of byju's.

    Hopefully you will take necessary action for resolving my problem with in this 2 days.

    Moreover the the Capital Float continuously pressuring to pay EMI.
    Whether apply for cancellation no question to Pay EMI.

      I have done payment for cat course and its been 20 days that i didnt get any response from byjus team. Before the payment they called me many times and promissed me that i will get tab within 2 days.
      In 2017 i have taken gmat course and then also tge case was the same. Tab had reached hyderabad office and when we call the person through whom i have done the payment says we didnt get the tab. They even wont check before answering the customer. Then we went to hyderabad office, make them check and then we had taken the tab. This is the response they give to customer they even dont give a proper response until tge customer go to their office.
      And recently i have done payment for cat course on 25 august 2018 and i said i will send my tab for cat course installation. Before the payment they said that once the tab had reached bangalore they will instal the course and send it back within two days but now its bwen 20 days i didnt get tab and even there is no proper response from the team or even from tge person through whom i have done the payment. They also say that not to call them regularly and wait patiently. Even i tried calling the customer care they recrd the call and say u will get a call but i didnt receive any call. I had called the customer care 4 days. This bad the service is and i dont understand whats tge issue in responding. They also say that this is the rare case where the shipping was late. Two times for cat and gmat the same situation and now i understood finally that it would take minimum a month to get the tab for any course and we dont get any response from byjus people after the payment.

        I subscribed for the byjus admission consulting services (Rs 60000, order with byjus [no.[protected]]) 10th july 2018, 20:16:22, for gmat by paying an initial amount of rs 20000 to the organisation and was seriously misguided by the byjus sales representative siddhant maurya on the installments scheme offered by byjus in tie up with a third party which resulted in me neither being offered the service from byjus nor getting my refund. Although as per the terms and conditions of the company i am totally eligible for a refund but now i am being refused for the same and being forced to make the remaining payment of the services.

        Company sales representative (Siddhant maurya) under discussion set false expectations with me regarding the loan being offered by the third party as he said i just need to pay the initial amount and rest will be paid by the third party itself to byjus and i could choose my installments scheme myself as whatever would be comfortable after i pay the initial amount.

        Later after payment of the initial amount by me to byjus, siddhant asked me to make the payment of another 15000 as i was not eligible to take a loan of rs 40000. I was surprised to this and asked him in turn why this was not advised to me before taking the services that i have to make a cash payment of rs 35000 to which he responded he did not know my compensation would not justify my eligibility for getting a loan of rs 40000. He suggested that he would offer me another option for payment for which he demanded my bank account number and aadhar details. I was not comfortable to share my bank account details and already being misguided by him i did not trust the company with my personal details any longer, due to which i requested the refund for rs 20000.

        Since the request for refund i was started to be ignored by the company, siddhant refused to pick my calls so i had to contact other colleagues of him which led me to speak with his manager (Varsha) who again set wrong expectations with me about the payment schemes and told me that she would do a research and would come back to me in the 24-48 hours of the call. They never came back to me in a month till now

        As per the company norms if the request for refund is made within 24 hours of the first cv critiquing call (If not happy with the cv that byjus has designed) the customers are eligible for total refund of the initial amount paid. I did not even reach the first cv critiquing call and at a very preliminary stage (First discussion) i expressed interest in withdrawing my services via an email, but turning a deaf ear to my grievances they are now refusing to refund my initial amount rs 20000.

        I am interested to get a total refund of my initial amount rs 20000 and an action on the company's representatives (Versha and siddhant maurya) for they set incorrect expectations with me at all times and did not respond whatsoever to me to unnecessary delay the refund process.

          Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment as the exams are 2 months away and i haven't received any proper guidance to as to how to go about writing my exams. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible or i would like to request for a refund if this case continues with no useful response from any staff at byjus.

            Mr pranav shah consullor with byju's offered the kit for pcmb for 11th and 12th science hsc board on 25 aug18 but when the kit was delivered it had only pcb and no math. Have made several call and complain but only tall claims that they will replace it with new sd card but till date nothing has been done. Even mr naval agarwal sr manager promised to do the replacement but has not done till date. They have been cheating people of their hard earned money

              Hello,
              I wanted to take a course for my son for the class 4. So we called Byju's and executive came to our home and started explaining about Byjus.
              We were satisfied with the explanation and wanted to buy for it. But she offered a way to get to know all the things for class 4 to class 10 and she said she will not take any money for 15 days, and if we dont like it we can cancel it and retain only class 4. So I took it, I gave all my documents so that she processes for a loan in Capitol float finance company.
              After 4 days we got the TAB and SD card for class 4, after week I called her again and asked about the other SD cards for class 5 to class 10, she told its in transit and it will reach soon. But it never reached and then capitol float finance guys started calling me for EMI deduction!!! Then I complained to bujys and they are telling the SD card sent to you in integrated !! what? They did not tell me this in advance and cheated me. And I immediately raised a concern and asked them to cancel it and loan, but they didnt do it. And capitol float guys are keep calling me.
              What should I do now?

                I have applied for cancellation of my first order of rs 37500/-, and it was also mailed on 28.8.18 by mr. Govind kumar panigrahi, whos is working for byju at bhubaneswar who has placed my order, through bajaj finsev, but it is not cancelled yet and emi for the said amount, is about to deducted by the bajaj finseve. Please send cancellation to bajaj finseve, as i have already received another order of rs 2500/- for sd card only.

                  As discussed a while ago here I am attaching the conversation with your representative Rajat Khandelwal regarding your product cancellation.

                  Request you to look into highest priority and start refund and material pickup process as Rajat is not responding my call since then.My wife Honey Khanna also tried so many times to reach him but he didn't pick the phone.
                  This recording is of 31st July 18 and last one is of 2nd August.

                  I have already mailed entire through mail on 31st aug 18 only at
                  [protected]@byjus.com as suggested by Rajat.

                  Also when I opted for your product in June at that time Rajat assured me on his behalf to discontinue the product even after 2 months if you are not satisfied.

                  I just want to cancel my order also refund of last deducted EMI from capital float and request you to not deduct further installments as I am not interested in above any more please.

                  I have already mailed receipt and capital float EMI details on 31st July as suggested by Rajat Khandelwal.

                    Hi,
                    We have opted a online course of BYJUS. We bought this course by paying 9000/- Rs advance and 36000/- were the EMI which we have to pay monthly (4000 Rs) till 9 months.As per them that they will refund the amount if you do not find the course suitable with in 15 days.They have also provided us the Lenovo Tab for the course.We called them and told that we are not happy with the course and we want to cancel this assignment. We sent them mails, we called @ [protected] so many times and every time they said we will contact you soon. But no one called us and now they are not reverting on mails or calls.

                    We need refund for the same. This is really a mental harassment and we need 9000 refund and mental harassment charges.

                      I have submitted a cancellation request for the product as suggested by the counselor who visited to my home,
                      With in 30 days
                      When i talk to the support team they are saying it should be done in 15 days.

                      Now i am at no ware and the counselor is not responding..

                      I also tried if they can settle the account with some deductions for that also they denying.

                      My main problem is ecs is enabled for 1.2 lacks with emily off 10k.

                      Please help is resolving it.

                          The byjus premium app needs update. I am fed up using it. While watching the video i can't go 2 or 3 minutes back it is taking me at some other time. Ex : vector algebra class 12 there is a practice set of 7 hours mobile watching the video let's just say it's 30 minutes i have watched it now i want to go back at 28 minutes but it is not taking me back it is taking me at some other time. I think the atmosphere a little like youtube where we can go 10 or 20 seconds forward or backward please solve this problem.

                            The undersigned is extremely disappointed & upset with your counselor anurag mishra – mumbai who seemed to be a fraudster whose only job seems to be compelling and taking undue advantage of customer’s weakness. Kindly refer so#[protected]
                            He gave us numerous calls and finally convinced us to see him along with my 2 kids. He gave us improper information about the product, took my signature and left abruptly. Despite informing him that we do no need the product within the stipulated time frame of 15 days. He retorted back that “once the tv is sold it cannot be returned”. He does not accept our calls anymore. He had told us that the monthly instalment of rs5300/- will be collected equally during the stipulated 4 year term of my kids (7th/8th/9th & 10th) (2019 – 2022). Now we have come to know that byjus is collecting the entire total amt of rs53000/- during the 1st year itself. How can you collect the full amt before the promised service tenure (4years) is completed as mentioned on the invoice.
                            He also told us that if in case the tablet is not working, they would do the necessary repairs or change the tablet free of cost even this seems to be a big lie. We are a mediocre family with financial constraints. The byju’s product is not useful to my kids and we feel we have been swindled of our hard earned money. We earnestly request you to immediately stop your services /take your product back and most importantly stop recovering your monthly instalment via capital float. Appreciate your assistance in this matter.

                              I took byju's last year for my child, it's a 4 year package. We fried it for a year but i did not see any improvement in my child's understanding of math.
                              I called the mentor few times for help regarding some math sums, they said they will have him call me back and the call never came. My daughter had her exam the next day and byjus could not help me.
                              I raised a cancellation request more than 20 days ago, but no one called me to resolve the issue. I ke pr calling them but no resolution till now.
                              This is the worst customer service and i did not expect this treatment from byjus. When we had to purchase the product they were so promotion and did continue is follow ups, once payment is received no body cared to respond to us.

                                Not at all satisfied with byjus, so far they have not even submitted the original invoice to customer. All sales folks doing wrong promises, not worth for money at all. I told them to cancel my service, which is pending for months together, not even they are bothered to take a attendance in class to monitor whether kids are attending the class regularly or not...
                                Worst service i never seen so far that too in the name of institute.
                                What kids can learn from this irresponsible institute

                                I am totally frustated with the byjus experience. I see absolute lack of integrity from the sales team @ byju. I have been following up with them since july to withdraw my service, but there is no proper positive response, rather huge number of calls from different people without knowing head or tail about previous conversation which happened with customer . Again we need to explain them whole lot of history then later it falls without action for another few weeks time.
                                Employees are speaking lies while selling the programs. They told 100% refund if we are not satisfied, whereas the things are different when we approach them to cancel the program. You all r cheating people and ur employees r telling lies... One day if they come to the trap of police they and will be beaten until to..
                                Further he has never informed us about the loan. We will make payment to you i. E. Byjus and not to capitalfloat. Further he has taken signature of my spouse by mis-representing as person from byjus and he has never informed us that he is from capital float then how come documents of that financial institutions has been executed with his representives. Further he has committed that if we are satisfied with the product then only payment will be required. We have already informed him that product is not working in the manner he has committed, ...

                                  In my apartment at chennai, byju's conducted a promotional activity and my son was asked to write a test.
                                  After that their educational consultant mr. Deepak ss (Contact number in the business card: [protected] and the call received on 12th august from [protected].) asked my wife to enroll my son for their classes.
                                  He called me through my mobile number [protected] and asked about my decision to enroll my son to their classes on 13th august. I told him that we are not interested.
                                  On 14th august 1:59 pm he called my said number from another number[protected]To which incoming calls are barred) and argued with me when i told him that i am not interested.
                                  On the said phone call he abused me stating that "i am not a parent of caring about my son's education and i am not up to the mark to understand about my son's future'.
                                  I was totally insulted by the way he spoke and i am under a great mental agony.
                                  I want a strict action against the said deepak ss and a suitable remedy to the mental damages done to me.

Avinash that my cancellation will be procced soon and he said he procceded the issue thrice and its been resolved now he is stepping back from his statement he asked me to cointinue the course for 15 days over the phone i messged him that ok lets continue just for few days but will not be going long with this, told him to cancle it within a week, he asked me to have faith on him he never connected me with any mentor he said he can only do and solve this issue i trusted him but he cheated and now he is not at all replying or picking up the calls i contacted on support had words with adtiya prakash he asked me to wait and now its been seriously very long getting calls from the capital flot to make the payment i have paid 6k down paid but when i was promised to get my refund back and will stop the course soon then why is ther not at all a single effort from this useless department, unprofessionalism, and 2 orders are punchd on my address no clue who is the another person, no helping services no support no proffesionalism, person misbehaved i told him that i didnot got any call or msg thge person misbehaved i asked him provide me the details on which you called or mailed he gave me the wrong details and aftr an argument of 15 mints he apolozised as he was wrong, i am getting extra charge calls for the installments no response from the team...

                                      I was getting frequent calls from byju's marketing personnel about their product. On 22/04/2018 their employee mr. Sagnik sinha (Emp. Id tnl[protected] came to my home and speak about their product. I trust on him and purchased a product for class 8-10 for three years in 35, 000/- inr without tab. I had paid 3, 500/- cash to him and get receipt duly signed by him. About balance amount he told that it will deduct through ecs from my bank account @ 3, 500/- per month for 9 months. We have received their product through their courier dispatched on 4 may 2018 (Awb[protected]. My son started to read with their product and told me that it does not suits to me, so return it. I approached to mr. Sagnik sinha and he told me that speak with our customer care, so i speak with customer care and they strictly denied to me for any type of refund or adjustments. I urged them that you have to adjust in one year pack with paid amounts but they were not agreed. My ecs from bank are going on every month.                                         Mr. Ashish from byju's his employee id: tnl:[protected]. I have purchased byju's study material on 12 april 2018 for class 7-8 with a cost of about 41, 000 rs. Mr. Ashish informed us to pay 10, 000 rs in cash and remaining about will be converted into emi. As per his instruction, i have paid the 10, 000rs amount in cash and the remaining amount should be emi conversion. But mr. Ashish has cheated 10, 000rs cash and he made 60, 000r amount emi instead of 30, 000rs.
                                        Now his mobile is switched off.
