I took byju's last year for my child, it's a 4 year package. We fried it for a year but i did not see any improvement in my child's understanding of math.
I called the mentor few times for help regarding some math sums, they said they will have him call me back and the call never came. My daughter had her exam the next day and byjus could not help me.
I raised a cancellation request more than 20 days ago, but no one called me to resolve the issue. I ke pr calling them but no resolution till now.
This is the worst customer service and i did not expect this treatment from byjus. When we had to purchase the product they were so promotion and did continue is follow ups, once payment is received no body cared to respond to us.

    Not at all satisfied with byjus, so far they have not even submitted the original invoice to customer. All sales folks doing wrong promises, not worth for money at all. I told them to cancel my service, which is pending for months together, not even they are bothered to take a attendance in class to monitor whether kids are attending the class regularly or not...
    Worst service i never seen so far that too in the name of institute.
    What kids can learn from this irresponsible institute
    Other parents who read this please get rid of byjus

    I am totally frustated with the byjus experience. I see absolute lack of integrity from the sales team @ byju. I have been following up with them since july to withdraw my service, but there is no proper positive response, rather huge number of calls from different people without knowing head or tail about previous conversation which happened with customer . Again we need to explain them whole lot of history then later it falls without action for another few weeks time.
    Employees are speaking lies while selling the programs. They told 100% refund if we are not satisfied, whereas the things are different when we approach them to cancel the program. You all r cheating people and ur employees r telling lies... One day if they come to the trap of police they and will be beaten until to..
    Further he has never informed us about the loan. We will make payment to you i. E. Byjus and not to capitalfloat. Further he has taken signature of my spouse by mis-representing as person from byjus and he has never informed us that he is from capital float then how come documents of that financial institutions has been executed with his representives. Further he has committed that if we are satisfied with the product then only payment will be required. We have already informed him that product is not working in the manner he has committed, ...

      In my apartment at chennai, byju's conducted a promotional activity and my son was asked to write a test.
      After that their educational consultant mr. Deepak ss (Contact number in the business card: [protected] and the call received on 12th august from [protected].) asked my wife to enroll my son for their classes.
      He called me through my mobile number [protected] and asked about my decision to enroll my son to their classes on 13th august. I told him that we are not interested.
      On 14th august 1:59 pm he called my said number from another number[protected]To which incoming calls are barred) and argued with me when i told him that i am not interested.
      On the said phone call he abused me stating that "i am not a parent of caring about my son's education and i am not up to the mark to understand about my son's future'.
      I was totally insulted by the way he spoke and i am under a great mental agony.
      I want a strict action against the said deepak ss and a suitable remedy to the mental damages done to me.

Avinash that my cancellation will be procced soon and he said he procceded the issue thrice and its been resolved now he is stepping back from his statement he asked me to cointinue the course for 15 days over the phone i messged him that ok lets continue just for few days but will not be going long with this, told him to cancle it within a week, he asked me to have faith on him he never connected me with any mentor he said he can only do and solve this issue i trusted him but he cheated and now he is not at all replying or picking up the calls i contacted on support had words with adtiya prakash he asked me to wait and now its been seriously very long getting calls from the capital flot to make the payment i have paid 6k down paid but when i was promised to get my refund back and will stop the course soon then why is ther not at all a single effort from this useless department, unprofessionalism, and 2 orders are punchd on my address no clue who is the another person, no helping services no support no proffesionalism, person misbehaved i told him that i didnot got any call or msg thge person misbehaved i asked him provide me the details on which you called or mailed he gave me the wrong details and aftr an argument of 15 mints he apolozised as he was wrong, i am getting extra charge calls for the installments no response from the team...

          Dear sir,
          I was getting frequent calls from byju's marketing personnel about their product. On 22/04/2018 their employee mr. Sagnik sinha (Emp. Id tnl[protected] came to my home and speak about their product. I trust on him and purchased a product for class 8-10 for three years in 35, 000/- inr without tab. I had paid 3, 500/- cash to him and get receipt duly signed by him. About balance amount he told that it will deduct through ecs from my bank account @ 3, 500/- per month for 9 months. We have received their product through their courier dispatched on 4 may 2018 (Awb[protected]. My son started to read with their product and told me that it does not suits to me, so return it. I approached to mr. Sagnik sinha and he told me that speak with our customer care, so i speak with customer care and they strictly denied to me for any type of refund or adjustments. I urged them that you have to adjust in one year pack with paid amounts but they were not agreed. My ecs from bank are going on every month.             Mr. Ashish from byju's his employee id: tnl:[protected]. I have purchased byju's study material on 12 april 2018 for class 7-8 with a cost of about 41, 000 rs. Mr. Ashish informed us to pay 10, 000 rs in cash and remaining about will be converted into emi. As per his instruction, i have paid the 10, 000rs amount in cash and the remaining amount should be emi conversion. But mr. Ashish has cheated 10, 000rs cash and he made 60, 000r amount emi instead of 30, 000rs.
            Now his mobile is switched off.

              I have been requesting you from last 1 week and that too 15-20 times that please get me a call from your return team but your so irresponsible and careless team haven't call me because youbpeople just care for the money and not the career of the child. When I am asking for the return process I am getting the messages from the capital float for the payment of emi till the time my query is not resolved I am not going to pay the emi
              And if I don't get the call from the return team by 12 pm today I am going to lodge a complaint in the CONSUMER court

                I got sd cards by mail but the sd cards are not responding, i tried to contact and byju's support team to resolve this issue but no proper response from their team.

                I canceled my order by to-date no update from byju's team.

                I would personally request all not to fall prey to such fraudulent companies like byju's.

                  Product is not working in the manner rishab ojha have committed. Further he has never informed us about the loan. We will make payment to you i. E. Byjus and not to capitalfloat. Further he has committed that if we are satisfied with the product then only payment will be required. We have already informed him that product is not working in the manner he has committed, further mentor is neither calling on my no. Nor he is calling on the no. Of my spouse.
                  Various signature was obtaind by him saying along with rs. 2000, stating that for delivery of tablet it is required and not more than this. Further when we have asked for copy of documents then he has stated that it is office formality of byjus.
                  We are still on our words. Kindly make your product to perform as you have assured, when you have visited our house.
                  Then only we will make payment to byjus and not to anyone else. Further your company has provide the said product with defects. You have two option 1) to get the product function as you have promised i. E regular monitoring by mentor with feedback and checking of assignments and will make payment to byjus.
                  2) take back your product.
                  Any harm to us is any form will be legally challenged.
                  At last we are committed to our word, but you have ditched us by hiding the defect of your products and about the financial institutions.

                    But when I received this kit I was already informed to Mr Sidhant Jain through telephone or text message that I not want this kit due to financial problem.
                    And I’m not able to pay kit amount. Same thing inform My wife your another person name of Mr. Suk deep Singh.

                    Every ensure me that your return complaint has been logged and with 24 hour’s Kit will be return back from your side.

                    But Till date No any person come from your end to take back this Kit.

                    Find the attachment of text message and one mail from your support team, but no any resolution received.

                    I request to you please cancel this request and take back your product ASAP..

                    Yesterday afternoon I received call from Byjus company contact person name is Mr. Sumeet. He agree to refund back my money and cancel my order and also cancel my loan. But they want Byjus Kit for that refund process and he will provide me mail confirmation of order cancellation as well as address where I send the Byjus Kit.

                    But till date I'm not received any order cancellation mail or address for retrun back byjus Kit with Tab.

                    Please do the needful and close it on priority.

                      This is subhadra k, it's regarding the remaining fee payment which is 30000, when i started the program i paid 25000 and at that time only i told u so many times that i am in financial crisis and i don't know how the journey would be but u promised me that there will be no trouble from your end... At the same time i did not receive any calls from mentor till date... After speaking to ur executive i thought all over the night and made a decision that i can't go further due to my financial situations. I apologise for that, so i would like to quit your services at this point and don't want to continue your services any longer. And also yesterday the executive said i don't have any other option either i have to give my documents for loan process or i have to pay whole amount that is 30000, i said i can't do both the things right now but she forced me with her words to accept and send the documents online to this mail, which i cannot do and take some more burden on me. Kindly understand my situation and terminate my services from today. Further i don't want any disturbances from byju's as well. Thank you.

                        I purchased ias tablet learning programme from byjus last month and received the tablet on 7 july after paying an initial amount of 20000. However, i received the set of books (Called as companion kit on 12 july). After receiving the tab (Only tab) i waited a lot to be contacted by any of the team members from byjus but now nobody contacted me despite making number of calls to my counsellor as well as at mentorship number. Even before this i texted at live chat session to discontinue my course and they told me to contact at mentorship number ending 333666. But i didn't get any response neither my counsellor told me anything about the refund policy before and after selling the product.
                        I wasn't even able to pay the money at that time but i was told that i m already late as batch has started so it is my loss. As it was my need to join some course especially online so that i could prepare while being at home and also reading a lot about byjus on the hindu and watching ads on television i thought to join byjus, thinkin its a good platform to learn online but contrary to my believe they are a group of frauds. They never came forward to help me (Amentor once called me just to tell how to plan ur time after that nobody was abvailable to solve my queries after watching the video)
                        So i called them regularly on the above mentioned mentorship number but it never got connected however i waited and even once changed my mind to not to discontinue classes after talking to ms arti (From byjus) but problem still existed.. Whenever i tried to called to byjus regarding any query mentorship number never got connected even when i wanted to ask for a refund it was not been connected even after countless attempts.
                        So now their refund team called me today evening after having a long discussion with mentors regarding all the complaints.
                        However their behavior and services had never been satisfactory but today what they told and the way they behaved was completely unexpectable,,, they said i never had any chat with byjus on live chat (So i might hav just dreamt about it) neither i made any calls to mentors or my counsellor... Or you should have reached out to us if you wanted the refund... Des[ite of yelling again and again that i tried your mentorship number a lot many times but i couldn't connected... Neither i was aware of any refund policy... So what is my fault here? Byjus is really fraud there policies their services everything is made for their own favour. I know how i arranged that money which i paid to byjus infact when i got informed about new mentorship number i called them instantly (26 july2018) and asked for refund, which was 16th day (Howewver i asked for the refund in live chat after receiving the tablet and before receiving the books as well) so tell me where i am wrong if your number was not being connected if my counsellor didn't tell about the refund policy if your team could not meet with the expectation of their clients and could not keep their words. Kindly refund the amount i paid to byjus as soon as possible.

                          I have enrolled for byjus tablet course for ias.
                          When i heard that byjus also provide teaching for ias, i was very excited for it. Being a topper at my school and my college, my dream was to become an all india topper for ias itself and serve the country. Knowing that i am from a commerce background and i ll need guidance, i had to join a coaching institute. But as soon as i discovered the prices of tuition fees, i was disappointed. I never wanted to burden my family who are currently struggling with money. But after i got to know that a reputed institution like byjus is providing ias coaching that too at a fee which can be affordable, i was really excited for it.
                          So, i enrolled for it as soon as i could.

                          While i was continuously waiting for my tablet to come and start studying, it took so long for it to reach my home.
                          However, when it reached, i didnt receive the books. Also, no call came from byju's side to guide the student.
                          When i had a talk with their counselor he promised to give us the following:

                          1) reputed mentors to guide me all the time
                          2) proper material and guidance for optional subject as well

                          But much to my expectations, i didnt receive those services. Even till now, after 1.5 months, no mentor is assigned to me.

                          When i watched a lecture on tablet, it became so hard for me to study a topic thoroughly because i need books.
                          After so many calls, i got to know that the books are out of stock. My time was being wasted. Morever, they didnt call me to guide me in making a strategy for ias study.

                          Finally, after so many days and end number of calls, books were received and so was a call.
                          But even after that, no mentor was provided
                          To guide me and help me throughout.
                          I felt disheartened. Being a good student, i was not able to study well which was making my moral down. Paying high amount of fees was troubling me and my parents too.

                          The counselor didnt inform us anything related to refund and cancellation policy. It is now that i am getting to know about their 15 day policy.
                          I received the books and a call for strategy to study ias after 15 days of the arrival of tablet. How could i have possibly judge and decide whether i want to use it further or not within 15 days if you are providing me the books and a call after 15 days?
                          I want to cancel the course and get my refund as soon as i could. Being from a middle class family, the amount of fees which i am paying is not worth the services provided by them and it is bothering me. It is putting a huge pressure on me and my fanily.
                          I called and emailed several times at their helpline number, while your representatives accepted that it was their fault, they were not helping me out.
                          All i was listening that i need to wait and i ll get a call back from the concerned person.
                          When the person called, they asked me my problem. I told them i want to cancel the course and want my refund back. To which they replied, ” is there any other query? No? Okay thanks” and disconnected the phone. Since then, i haven’t received any other call.

                          I had so much trust and faith on byjus that no matter what, they will help a their student throughout. But instead, they are putting a huge burden on me. I would again request the concerned authority to please look through this matter and kindly help me get my refund. The refund won’t be a big deal for reputed institution like byjus but for me, it can help my career grow.

I have been following up with them since march since i subscribed to the learning app. I got the package for my son who is in class 4 which was supposed to have a validity till class 10 as was the condition. On receipt i saw the validity was only for a few months. I had asked them to cancel the order on day 1 of receipt as this was supposed to be in the free view period for first month and refund the money. I am still following up for the last 5 months for both the content and the validity. Few calls happened but no one addresses, does not even escalate or connect with the higher authorities for a resolution. And no interest in customer concerns. Very very poor organization and lack of integrity

                              Very unprofessional behaviour of the whole team. I got a call after i received my kit asking to speak to the kid. But as i am a working person i had told them to call on saturday on a specific time to speak to the kid. But i never received a call from them. The team had told me to return the kit if not interested within 15 days. Don't you think it is their duty to call on the 15th day or before that asking whether to continue or not. But no they never called, it seems it's not their policy. They called me last 15 days wherein i mentioned to cancel the subscription for which the executive asked me to write a mail. I did write a mail and i received a mail from the senior manager saying my phone is not reachable which is not right. They would have never called. Two days back when i spoke to the team raising my voice to speak to the manager. Then the manager called me and said that we cannot do anything. Your request was past 15 days. This is totally unprofessional. While selling the kit they were behind me continuously and now when i am telling to cancel it this is their behaviour. I would like to cancel this. Unnecessary i am paying for what i am not using. I posted the same in social media too and now when i want to see the comments it says the site is not reachable.

                              Very very unprofessional. I request everyone not to fall prey to this learning app.

                              You are absolutely correct, they are doing the same practice and their ultimate aim is to collect the amount in advance without giving any written commitment for their service.

                                Your employees are speaking lies while selling the programs. They told us the online version is 30 % but after purchasing the advance learning program for 1 lakh 30 thousand we saw there is no difference between offline n online version. Saurav parashar who came to convince us told that the online app is a demo app n will not work after few days but for ur kind information i have been using online versions for various classes for months and there is no difference. You all r cheating people and ur employees r telling lies... One day if they come to the trap of police they will be beaten until to death for cheating public

                                  Dear sir/ madam,

                                  This has reference to our discussion with mr. Natraj on 4 - 5 days back and it was requested by mr. Natraj that my case will be escalated to higher authority and a written response will be provided within 48 hours. Till now there is no response from your side on refund of payment, i am continuously calling since 8th july on helpline no. And refund team on refund of payment against cancellation of my order but i am not getting any response.

                                  Your order confirmation and apple invoice are already provided many times, same are forwarding now also.
                                  .
                                  Requesting again for refund of payment because this is not a matter of small amount, it is rs. 44900/-.

                                  This is a great example of harassment of customer.

                                    Overview:
                                    Byjus promised for summer classes when we enrolled for 2 years neet coaching package in 2017 accordingly payments were made.

                                    Issue:
                                    Surprisingly neither summer classes in may 2018 were conducted and nor special classes planned in this academic year till now.

                                    Solution:
                                    Better byjus payback their fee, so we can go to some other better coaching classes. Their tab contents are not really useful for syllabus towards neet preparation by the students.

                                      Byjus executive mr abhishek awasthi visited my delhi house i impressed from his convensing power a
                                      We asked for convence as per abhishek we provide you cab facility so we agreed to apply same day and paid 12000/- same day date is 14/04/2018 but janakpuri centre did not give me cab facility we tried many time and continously asked to mr tiwari for cab but he always gave asurence for cab three months have passed we didn't fined any cab facility we both are working and not able to pick and drop my daughter to janakpuri centre and she attend only twelve classes my daughter and her studies is suffered we asked to tiwari for quite but didn't get any response from his side and my loan instalment hit my account every 2nd of month emi is 5335/- i want to quit my recipet number - tnl[protected]

                                      Nothing positive will happen with you, even I had faced the same problem. I had paid my full amount inr 70000/-. When I requested for refund they are only ready for 35000. They have deducting 25000 for tab however when I enrolled they said INR 18000 & the INR 27000 they are deducting for my foolishness as we had trusted him. They are not running their education hub they simply running shop. They are far away from ethics. So beware & spread it so that no one bcom their victim.
                                      Iam unable to watch the new topics
                                      The app says that you are allowed to learn new topics only after 7 days
                                      I cant wait such long time without learning anything.So I request the app managers to respond to my problem

                                        Byjus exec rima visited my bangalore residence for my sons 9th grade enrolment on mid june 18, took 79500/ odd for 4 years till 12th std, never mentioned they have yearly subscription. Paid upfront but realised after pre term exams after 2 weeks that my son failed miserably as he couldn’t adapt to the module. Meanwhile i had messaged & spoken to rima & several other execs by end of june regarding the refund and why was i not informed about yearly subscription, which they never responded to till date. Despite me writing to you & speaking to you all, you have not been responding forcing me to now file a legal case against you.
