tablet not working, mentor details not received

I bought this byju cat tablet this january. I opened it today. Date on tablet is of year 2010. So videos are locked. I am unable to access videos. Message is displayed that correct date by connecting to network. But since nothing can be done in this tablet, i cannot change date and hence videos are not working. I have been made wrong commitments and being cheated
