From byjus theyre contact me whether i was selected by 1000 people and they told to buy the courses then i'm also bought that my family was not so rich. So i used to pay emi and the time of the emi was 9 months but they take the money for 10 months and they didn't response to me...
So plz kindly make my refund money as soon as possible...
Otherwise i go to consumer court...

    I paid amount of 9800/- on 13/5/18 for my son studying in 7, before getting the kit i requested for cancellation and refund of amount, as i received lots of negative feed back.
    Today i received call from representative to send the account statement where the amount 9800/- is debited as they couldn't track the same,
    Ridiculous...
    Need the exact refund to be done to the account no. Shared on priority.

    It is okay to make mistakes but not okay to try to conceal them!

      Hi, i have taken admission of byjus for foundation course 8th class chennai. I could see that this new trend started for doing business, this is my experiance with byjus.
      This study center is full business motive, advertising and enrolling 40/45 students for batch for each standard which is again like class room session that too just for 5 hrs per week.in this 5 hrs per week nothing can be teached.
      Last year they gave workbook but never did any activity, waste of money.
      We are wasting the money and time puting our children to such business motive coorporate.
      They speak very well in sales, once you enrolled, they is no communication or interaction with parents. Infact there is no interaction happening with students in classroom session.
      Even if log complaint or give feedback, they never resolve or contact the parents.
      This again new mass education and good business

      I am khushal muley. I study in 11th standard. I have had this problem for quite a while now. I have opted for home learning and the app on the device they sent me keeps crashing after every few models I finish. I request byjus to resolve this problem as quickly as possible as I am missing out on rather important topics.

        My registered mobb no is [protected]. I have made one time payment of 45000 as agreed. Asked for cancellation of ecs. But still emi hot deducted.

        I want my money back and eve to be cancelled. Also issue me no dues certificate on priority basis

        There was a huge follow up untill i make the payment. But still not received any confirmation about ecs cancellation.

        I am very much upset because of this

        How can i recommend to others to purchase byjus

          I order byjus and got poor feedback from my known contact. I cancelled the order within 24 hours. The byjus' accept the cancellation and send a mail that money will be refunded in 7 days. Today 14 days have passed, the loan is getting approved even though. I told the person that i cancelled the order but they keep on calling and processing next steps.

          Today i received a phone to take delivery of tablet.

            Byjus has an arrangement with capital float for auto-deduction of loans in the form of emis. The same has not yet started auto deduction. They say that it will take 45 days, which are already over. The loan account no is ban18e0005364.

            Byjus representative rahul thaware who had interacted with me is not responding to my calls which is very unprofessional.

            Kindly resolve the issue.

            The only thing that has happenned till now is that I got a call from CF. But today, as the date of EMI has got close, I have again started getting messages to pay the EMI on my own.
            The complaint about autodebit has not yet been resolved.

              I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. When they complain to us, it is difficult for us to deal with these as we don’t know what needs to be done. Students who are 15 years or old would know how to resolve these issues, but this is not the case with younger students. They should seriously look into this

                My name is gunjan. I bought the app recently, paying 15000, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will lose interest in such things.

                  I had placed an order with bjyu's for study materials of 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th on 22-4-18. On 30th apr they delivered the tab with 7th std materials only. Now i find that i do not have an order id, nor is my mobile number or email id registered with them. I am not able to get any positive replies from the various persons that i spoke with.

                  They keep telling that the matter will be resolved but nothing seems to be happening. The counsellor who came to meet us is not responding to our calls, messages or emails. It has been a thoroughly disgusting experience with byjus and would not recommend to anyone.

                  They have taken my approval for ecs from the bank and also taken 20% advance. But all i have in hand is a tab with 7th standard materials which is actually of no use for my son who is in 9th cbse.

                  I would appreciate if anyone could help me in getting this sorted out.

                    I enrolled in byju's cat preparation course. I was assured by the team of byjus that there will be total support regarding all your subjectial queries. But their customer servants manuplated me.
                    I got the product on 4th of may. According to their refund policy (15 days trial period) i still have 5 days remaining. I want to get refund of my total fees 35000 rs. As soon as possible.

                      I have cancelled the order of byju upsc tablet program the very next day when i placed it, due to financial issues, the product has not been dispatched yet, i have paid 25000rs through card and now they are not making refund of my money, everytime there executives are saying different things, i am asking for my money, and they are behaving in such way, 4 times they have called to ask if i want to cancel the order and and i have said that repeatedly, bt no-one said till now that u will get ur refund within this many days, all are just disturbing the mind

                        I am cat 2018 student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

                          After so much follow up, no proper response form their side. Anyone can check the result of their janakpuri (Delhi) centre. They got all the fees in advance & no response to the complaints.

                          Any one can check the results of janakpuri centre.

                          Byju people are now money minded, tehy just sell their franchise and never bother after that.

                          Janakpuri centre coaching is very worst, when i approached Byju Head delhi mr. Abhishek awasthi for the same. He assured me to look out the matter but only false commitments.
                          When i approached him with results of my ward & contact him on whatsapp with pics, he blocked me .

                          I have complained him so many times by sms, emails but no proper follow ups for their janakpuri centre ( delhi).

                          They are just selling their franchisee of byju, after that they are not bothered about coaching at centres.

                          Even they can check the result of 7th class for last year coaching students. Getting "C" grade of students not expected from them.

                          I have purchased a month back its still not delivered.. Byjus Helpdesk does not resolved even after repeated follow up..
                          byjus is big cheater they sold product to me saying one month trial basis and without my knowledge they applied laon on my behalf. no reply to mail and no picking up calls ... its a big fraud company.
                          I registered in Byjus learning app for 9-12 standard exam preparation.I was asked to pay Rupees 66, 000. Rs. 32, 000 through bajaj finserv on EMI for 12 months paying 2, 667 rupees on monthly basis and the rest 34000 from my account After knowing it is less beneficial compared to other apps I cancelled it. I didn't get any learning materials from Byjus'.I have unsubscribed it.My name has been delisted. Yet I'm asked to pay Rs. 32000 to the finserv as they have paid the amount to byjus team.I have submitted my complaint on PGPORTAL. Please do mail me at [protected]@gmail.com if there is better solution to prevent this. It is a utter waste product and the guys coming to homes to advertise Byjus are so meek and smart that customers keep 100% trust on them. He said that he studied in CIT Coimbatore and he has to depart that evening to bangalore. I have mailed several times to the team but it ended in vain.

                                A byju's representative came to our house on 18/03/18 to give a presentation for byju's course to my daughter. His name is venkat and he spoke in a very convincing way and impressed us abt the course. So we purchased the course for 7th to 10th std in emi from bajaj finserv for 45000 rs. He asked us to pay only rs 2000 and said bajaj finserv will pay them 9000 rs every month and for that we have to pay rs 3000/month to them. He promised us that we can return the product within 2 days if we dont like or we can cancel the course within 15 days and we can get full refund. So we said ok.
                                But then we changed our mind to cancel the course so we personally went to byju's office in mount road 3 days later. The representatives over there said the course was cancelled and a mail will be sent to bajaj finserv and a full refund was promised. Then we also personally went bajaj finserv and informed the cancellation but they said once they get mail from byju the loan will be cancelled. One week later some one came to deliver the product/tablet but we didn't accepted and we said we already cancelled the course. So they took back the product with them.
                                But now bajaj finserv has asked us to pay rs 3000/month as they transferred rs 9000 to byju. When i told them the course was already cancelled they said they never received any mail from byju regarding cancellation. So we went personally to byjus office for complaining but there is no proper response they are just giving fake promises that cancellation will be done. Its been a month till they are not confirming the cancellation and also they are not giving any order id as order id is needed to mail to byjus cancellation dept. We have went more then 10 times to byjus office sitll no proper response and venkat gorbachev is not reachable. So i dont know what to do no. If you can assist us in this pls help us. I like to tell again that we didn't took the product when came to deliver

                                  Recently i have taken the gmat course 23 months back after a long conversation with miss rakshita bhatt correspondent of byju ([protected] and [protected]).. Thay have approved my appeal for submitiitng the money in emi.. That is very good for them.. But unfortunately they for the sack of business gave me false assurance that i can get avail of one mentor for checking my performance and doubt clearing in addition with tab classes and webinar classes.. But today a call came form a lady representative ([protected]) that for that facility i need to pay more fees as it was not part of that course. Completely shocked by this unprofessional behaviour.. Even she told me that i am misunderstood earlier though i am no deaf and dumb person... I convey my deep concern over this type o[censored]nprofessional approach of byju...

                                    I bought the product recently for my younger brother mukesh and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                                      Byjus customer support line never connects. I bought the product almost a week back and i have not received it yet. Due to some reasons i have not been able to call and check the status. But i have called them 3 times in the last 24 hours. Everytime im put to wait. Such questions should be answered at the right time and not callback after day or two. They should not make people wait like this and treat issues like this as priority. I have a mail which says it is dispatched. But it has not reached till now. How do we track it if the calls don’t connect immediately?

                                        I bought byjus app for 15k. I tried a lot of times, but the tab would not switch on. Initially i thought this was because of low/zero battery charge. I charged the tablet overnight and tried switching it on, the next day. Even then it would not switch on. I spoke to one of the senior managers and asked for refund. He is insisting on replacing the tablet and is telling me not to go for refund without actually using the app. To replace i’d have to send this back and wait for the new one. He couldn’t give me a proper answer as to why it does not work. He said sorry and told me this was not supposed to happen. If such things are not taken care of before sending, our valuable time is actually wasted getting things sorted. I have not yet decided what to do.
