My name is hitesh chimwal and my parents bought a course for rs.16, 000 for me. Placed the order on april 20th. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

    Yesterday i received a call from byju’s regarding the confirmation of interview for the post of business development associate. I also got the additional information that interview will be held in coimbatore on 28th and 29th of april. It was told that the venue and time of interview shall be sent to ur email. But i haven’t received any mails. Please do check into my doubt as i’m hoping for the best.

      In the month of march 2017 mr dhruv & aditya joshi (Councellor) from called me that they done survey in sharadashram school dadar, mumbai & they found that my son is lagging behind in school exam/study. So he called me & urged me to see the free demo of byju's learning app /lenova tab although i was not interested. Accordingly counselor mr aadhar mishra came to me for free demo of tab. I was not interested to buy product & i had not so much money. But he begged/urged shamelesly again and again give me 5000 rs then asked for 4000 /then 3000 /and then rs 2000.in frustration i gave him 2000. He did not told me about capital float loan. Did not give idea about return of product. He gave me wrong no.[protected] which is not exists) i also called mentors but they gave useless answers. Sometimes they gave miss call. I have raised ticke no 346208. They send me bill about capital float. I am very frustrated.

        I am a student of class 11. I have just started my mathematics subject. I had a doubt in the 1st chapter 'sets'. I thought of chatting with the subject matter expert for help. First of all there were many delays in replies which i can understand might be due to connection problem. But the expert named rohit didn't answered correctly in the beginning even once. He gave answers on other things. Even before i had asked the doubts, he was ready to send me the links related to my doubts as if he had read my mind before only. After much suffering he gave me the answer of my doubt. The answer he gave me contradicted what was written in the book and i told this to him. He said the book has been printed wrong i asked him once more if he was sure that the book was wrong and he said yes. Then i rated him good and closed the chat because i thought how could subject matter experts be wrong but today it turned out that he was wrong as some other subject matter expert explained me how the book was right.

        My doubt was if a and b are two disjoint sets then is their union null?
        Because if it was null then this formula didn't hold true:
        N (A u b)=n (A) + n (B) - n (A n b)

        To this rohit told me that union of disjoint sets is null and so the book is wrote if it says that the formula is true for disjoint sets also.

        Today another expert explained me that the book is right as the union of disjoint sets is not null.

        This incidence has truly removed my trust over byjus' experts which i thought would help me in 11th. Please take some action against this.

          We have very disappointed with byju's. We are coordinate with byju's from the month of March. I want to take a two-year package for my girl. They send one executive to explain about terms and details. I paid full payment against that. He promises about the classes are very good in condition and also provide transportation but after I paid they neglect to give transportation even the classes are very dirty and bad conditions. they also have to give me a tab for my child but still not getting a single call from byju's side. Even I coordination with customer care. My complaint no is 350367 but still not getting any action from their side. they told me to resolve my issue in 24 hours but still no response.
          The person who came to explain cannot pick our phone calls not even reply to messages. His card is attached to this complaint. All the commitments he promises to give my child are totally fake. Its totally waste of time and it also impacts on my child study. It's totally unprofessional behavior that the byju's are not as per their word. Now I don't want to connect with byju's. I want my full payment back.

          Byjus is a fraud company,

          They make false promise that they will refund your money if you cancel the order within 15 days,

          but don't return money once debited from your account and you cancel the order.

          Don't arrange the reverse pickup.

          Don't close the loan with Capital Float which they insist to take while taking booking the spot order.

            I m nagavalli purchased the tablet course in november 2017 by paying 20, 000. They informed me that the validity or course is 1year. But now tablet is not working and is blocked. They also informed me that they will provide d mentors. Till now i couldn't get proper support from them. I m totally unsatisfied with your team. Every penny has a value it sent worth as what i thought. Please refund my money.

              I bought this byju cat tablet this january. I opened it today. Date on tablet is of year 2010. So videos are locked. I am unable to access videos. Message is displayed that correct date by connecting to network. But since nothing can be done in this tablet, i cannot change date and hence videos are not working. Mentor details are not provided by salesperson even after multiple follow ups.

                    When we said to sales person that we don't want the session.. That guy has spoken to us very badly and rude. His mobile number is [protected]. He said he will come home inspite of we are telling we are not interested.. We will give complaint against him to police. Very bad attitude of byjus team. Being a educational institution how they should talk. Here they are acting like a roadies.. Very bad byjus..

                    One of the worst company I have ever seen.
                    They haven’t mentioned about the correct address. I searched allmost for 1.5 hours to get it.

                    They mentioned the skill sets as something and conducted the interview process something else.

                    There was only one round was took that is GD. And after which only 3 people were interviwed .
                    Very disappointed with sales official Mr Anurag Mishra who didn't even had courtesy to call me to inform about cancellation of appointment fixed other than one liner message after 2 hours appointment timing fixed. WAS VERY RUDE ON HIS REPLY...Looking at such arrogant team...I would never go for it

                      On 25 th feb 18 byju education counsellor shawshank pandeji came to our house. He convinced us to purchase course material of std 4 to 12th for my younger child. Free for another child who is studying in 9 th. It would cost me around 90000 rs. H e suggested me to lock they offer today only by giving cheque 20000rs/-and arrange credit of 70000 rs from capital float. I will finalised only when i will discussion with my both children. He assured me that he will deposited cheque once i will confirm. Within 24 hours i had contacted him for cancellation of product on ph & whatsapp. He assured me the same. Meanwhile i had given application to bank for stop payment. Still he had deposited cheque i contacted him again for cancellation of product. He assured me it is already cancel.
                      On 2nd april i received sms from capital float that emi is pending. Contaced byjus & capital float. Every time that assured me but both r not coordinating.
                      Capital float demanding emi continuesly sms & doing calls for payment. I m getting heavy penalties from bank for insufficient balance. It also affects my cibil score in bank.
                      My complaint against both companies that they r doing syndicate loot of indian people, harassing them, severe action must taken against them by the concerned authorities. They must apologize to me & my banker. They should do their business in more transparent way.

                        We have purchased the biju app on[protected] and the product includes tab + sd card. Initially, we were planning to purchase the subscription for xstd only, however, mr. Arun (Education counsellor) from biju insist us to go for the complete package which covers xii std + jee/neet. He didn't give us chance to think further and with his marketing skill, he persuades us to buy the complete package. He promised our family members that any point of time, we can go for cancellation and the remaining amount would be refunded. He has not shared any other information regarding cancellation. Though we were continuously asking him what and how we would get the amount if we decided not to continue the service. He assured, i (Mr. Arun) would be available and provided his contact number to reach out for any concern. After a year of service, we decided not to continue the subscription with biju app, as all the promise made by education counselor arun are false and which shows only for his marketing skill and but in practice, we didn't get any support from mentor or any other staff members. Now we are trying to reach the mr. Arun for last 25 days, as usual he is not lifting the phone calls from us. Thrice spoke to customer service executive of biju app, each and every time they assured me, they will arrange call back from sales team to deal this case. I have not received a single from them. This is strange as a parent, we were struggling to get the money back from this company.
                        For reference, i am providing the sales order number[protected].
                        Today before compiling this message, i went through many forums and so many parents have the same concern. Kindly note down, we won't let this company loot parents money. Based on their reaction, we will consult with lawmakers and take it up further.

                          I have following issues:-
                          (1) no parental locks in tablets.
                          (2) sd cards not running.
                          (3) no support from mentor and sales person.
                          (4) the pdf sheets not printed
                          (5) sales person told me return policy of 3 months
                          Overall i am not satisfied with ur product for primary classes. So i want to return it back. Your sales person made very high commitments but the product is not 10 % of what i was promised. It is not possible to assess the software product in one meeting. I met him only to purchase for higher class but he only insisted me to purchase the product for primary class also. I think my hard earned money has been wasted.

                            I would like to bring to everyone's notice my dissatisfaction and disappointment with byjus services and specially sales man mr. Pratik guha,
                            I have already paid in full for class 6 and class 9 course for one year on 3rd april and as per mr. Prathik the course should have been delivered with-in 18 to 24 hours.
                            Its been more than 48 hours now.
                            I have constantly following up with him and there is no proper response and when i raise the issue a ticket is generated by itself and emailed to me.

                            I haven't received any invoice and payment receipt for my payments made. Can some one look into this seriously as i need the app and videos activated for my kids and also payment received voucher or confirmation.

                            I strongly recommend not to use such services. Fake people

                              I would like to express my deep anguish about BYJU ONLINE LEARNING and cautioned you to never purchase BYJU ONLINE LEARNING tablet from them. They are just making fake promises about that their app. That Contents in app. is just only 20 to 30 per cent and Tablet will contain 100 percent material.

                              By coming in their fake promises I purchased BYJU tablet of Class-9 and 10 of Rs.25000/-. When I got the Tablet it contains the same video etc. materials as it was in their free App. The only differences was that it can be used in offline mode also and their validity was of one year.

                              I would like to tell you that I had given him Rs.5000/ as down payment and remaining amount to paid through CAPITAL FLOAT in EMI @2222/-. Since I was not satisfied, at all, with the contents of Tablet so I wished to return the same. But their representatives behaved very badly and not willing to get their tablet and return of down payment Rs.5000/- . I send at least 10 to 15 mails but all in vain. One more thing I would like to mention that CAPITAL FLOAT, BANGALORE was also not agreed to the cancellation of Loan Agreement with me. I also sent at least 10 mails to them. But they were not willing to return my down payment as well. Finally I lodged online complaint against BYJU in CPGRAM and Department of Consumer Affairs. Only then, after about two months, I got my Rs.5000/- and loan agreement was cancelled. I would like to express many many thanks to CPGRAM and Department of Consumer Affairs for that. Both Buju and Capital float are just looting the money of innocent people like me.

                              So, I would like to cautioned you that You never ever purchase their TABLET otherwise you will also feel horrifying experience like me.

                              Further, self study along with coaching is the best but if you want to get video lectures then a lot of video lectures are free available on the you tube.

                              Shahrukh Khan is their brand ambassador. But I don’t think he has ever used their tablet. So Just If you want to waste your money then go to purchase their Tablet and fool by their advertisement and false promising.

                                Dear mr. Byjus,
                                I had a big integrity issue with byjus program, where i had enrolled my kids a week back. My daughter was enrolled for a package for classes 6-8.
                                To start with the sales & marketing team, gave the following incorrect information at the time of sale, which was clarified as incorrect and not as per the company or program policies, post enrollment:
                                1. Mentor sessions shall be hosted in skype at a calls notice as and when a student has a doubt, within a window of 11 am to 11 pm, however the mentor told us that the window available is till 8 pm. Not sure if the skype sessions is a true fact, didn't get a chance to try it as of now.
                                2. It was told that few references of parents from. Other schools (Same curriculum/same class) shall be provided to understand the feedback of similar parents on the experience they are facing. However, later it was communicated that it shall not be possible.

                                The box sent to us, was broken. All seals were broken. Both of the byjus box as well as the tab inside. As soon as i received it, i spoke with the mentor, madhumanti mandal, and she said it is because they had inserted the sd card of class 6 inside.
                                However, there was no explanation when i asked why would the external box seal be broken. Further, the external box clearly indicated that the box has been ripped apart, by some unprofessional way, definitely not from byjus. Next, after checking video in youtube on unboxing byjus, realized that box didn't have one of the badge. Finally, when we opened the tab, we realized the tab has been enrolled under a different child's name. I have taken a note of the phone no. Of the prior child for which the product was registered against as well.
                                I had reported the issues over to customer care and mentor, and no one ever calls, even though they promised everytime that some one shall call us back. To end with they said, logistics team has closed the ticket considering we have received the box.
                                Am really skeptical about the program, as if this is how you work with customer within the 1st 5 days of the enrollment, what shall happen after 8 months after the entire payment has been made.
                                I have decided to quit and shall share the feedback to all possible review forum.
                                Good luck mr. Byjus, hope you take these feedback seriously and take some necessary actions, to ensure company reputation.

                                  I had purchasd byju's tablet when i was in class 10 for 3 years till i pass classs12 (I am currently in 11). Tablet offers study of science and mathematics subject. I had taken up humanities in class 11 and i will not be studying science and mathematics anymore. I request them to take back tablet since it is not useful to me anymore but they denied. I have no use of tab now and wished for a easy refund

                                    Here are the issues:

                                    1) during purchase of the sd card i wasn't informed that i would not be able to use an sd card reader. I was informed of this only once i emailed you saying i was awaiting the delivery of one (Separately purchased online)

                                    2) once i requested you to let me know if a tablet was available, i was informed a week later that there wasn't one. And that i should check the next week.

                                    3) i called back and was told to understand touch the next day. When i did, i was informed a tablet would be sent to me.

                                    4) a day after this i was told i needed to ship the card back to you at my own expense since you were concerned i might damage your tablet.

                                    I am a working individual with a busy schedule, as are a lot of your other customers. The above is an example of shabby customer experience.

                                    I am willing to accept a refund of 35, 000 and have you keep the sd card and not send me tablet, or, an extension of 45 days (Keeping in mind delays i'm experiencing even as i send these emails to you).

                                      I had paid rs 130000/- in may 2017 towards the combo package for classes 11 & 12 in the indiranagar center @bangalore for my daughter. The center manager had promised that i could get a refund if i didn’t want to continue the course in class 12. When i approached the center for a refund, the byjus manager is refusing to provide a refund. This is really ridiculous as their class 12 classes haven’t even commenced. Please ensure that i get a refund. Else, i will be constrained to approach the consumer court. Thanks! Deepak naganna

                                        Dear sir, as per test conducted and counselling after test, my daughter had shortlisted for learning app. Mr. Pradyumna from byju's team had taken this counselling session. He also signed documents from us. Also he told that byju's team will confirm for final confirmation before approval to continue
                                        The learning app. I have received tab for class 6/7/8 for trial basis.
                                        But before final approval, no one from byju's team called us for starting to deduct emi for entire package. Also no call from byju team members regarding continuiation.
                                        They directly deducted rs 2917 as a first installment against entire system.
                                        Considering their entire systeme objective, to forcefully buy of tab,
                                        I do not want to continue with byju.

                                        Plz help us to get refund of remaining amount asap.

                                        In my Byju'S premium app, some topics can't be learnt. This is because when I select some topics then it leads o to the very same page. So the next topic also can't be learnt. Please provide a solution for this problem.
