I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. They are no.1 cheaters. My 2000 rs. Has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. Rs.2000 may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Sad and let the lord bless them.

    Tablet is not working properly, videos are getting interrupted in between. Called 2-3 times at customer support, they said you will get a call back from tech team within 24 hours. But i haven't...

    From last 24 hrs i am struggling with this tablet. I have wasted a lot of time on this, moreover its weekend (The only time when you get extra hours to read). How will compensate for this?

      I ordered a 4 month gmat tablet course for 30k but for some reason had to cancel it. I shot out a mail within 24 hrs to their support team. I called their helpline numbers as well but was always provided with the stock reply: "concerned team is looking into the issue and we shall contact within 24 hrs". Any help? I am expecting a full refund of the amount as the product hasn't even been dispatched. I have contacted them through their online portal as well but to no avail.

        I bought a study package from byju's. During selling of product they said the package videos will be same as in app given by them for free trial. But many videos are different. I talked to mentor he said i got outdated package. But companies customers care not solving my problem. I bought it for 21600 rupees. Bought it on 31.3.2017. Sales order[protected].           I want return this product after 1 month o[censored]sage because of technical problem s arising. Too much of time consuming in resolving issues. Product costing 32000 financed through Bajaj finance service two installments of rs 6500 already debited. Now I want to return product, stop Emi and refund of debited amount. Company not maintained stadards as Assured.at the time of purchase. Frequent change of setting s and security tokens without prior information and confirmation to client.

            ByJu's sales executive are perfect in telling lie and their support team is one of the worst in the world. I was requested to subscribe for the test series and was assured that I shall get all the test papers and answer keys with explanation in text format which have been conducted before my subscription.(test series starts from September 2016 and I was subscribed in March 2017) but when I was not able to get the same from portal I dropped a mail for their support team and from here the story begins.
            Their support team says that they will get back to me in 24 working hours but neither anyone calls not they reply on mail and when I call them again they will ask apology (they are trained in it) and will ask 24 hrs time again to escalate the matter with concerned team and get back to me and again no reply no call. After several days of call and mails I was finally told that their sales executive lied to me and they can't provide me tests in text format and their support team member says "sir I am telling you what I was told by concerned team" when I ask her why they kept my request pending for 7 days to tell this she says that it the first time she is talking to me- she doesn't have common sense that I am talking to her on behalf of her team not personally, arrogant lady. I want to ask them that who is responsible for their sales executive lie, is it me ? Why the hell they don't pay me back my money and fire those support team member who doesn't know how to speak and sales guy who sales on lie and that concerned team which took several days to tell me just that they can't provide me for what I paid them.
            They are the robbers in the education industry.SHAME SHAME

            DO NOT BUY ANY COURSE FROM THESE GUYS.

                These guys are ready to take money alluring with a lot of good facilities.
                Neither they provide anything good nor do they refund incase you don't like their products.
                I had enrolled for a IAS Tablet program . I didn't like the materials and the program good. I returned the same within 2 days.
                And since the day I returned, I have started facing problems.
                1. Customer care representatives don't give legit details and give wrong deadlines.
                2. When asked about refund they give excuses of lack of Authority to sign cheque.
                3. They promise mail confirmations after they receive the items but they don't respond back.

                In these cases, the customer has no say after he/she has returned all the things in package.

                  Hi, I bought JEE crash course from byjus. First the guy started calling to take it for 12000 then agreed for 10000 and said pay 8000 for trail of 1 month after that if you like it pay another 2000. After 1 months a guy called and asked for 18000. But after confronting them what they asked is 11000 means I have to pay 3000 instead of 2000. What I think is they are a big fraud! Videos are normal nothing magical happening there! Any way I have to pay now 3000 and I did that also and now they are saying that they didn't got the money I have every proof of deduction of balance and screenshot of successful payment. I will say to others don't get fooled by them. If I would have read about this much negativity around these guys I wouldn't have invested in it! Because it seems it's all truth! BTW

                    I have not received the books till date despite payment. Your education counselor Ms Preeti, has no knowledge of whereabouts and has been speaking all random stuff to me, wasting my time.

                    I have called/texted/emailed more than 30 times now.

                      Hi,

                      I recently(last Saturday) joined BYJU's IAS coaching and has taken tablet course. I was promised that I'll be provided with table + study material within two days and I can come and collect the same. Now if I call my contact persons - Sristhy Sharma(srishty.[protected]@byjus.com) - she picks up and says she'll call me regrading the location to collect the material in 1 hour and she never calls. The other person is Rajath(mishra.[protected]@byjus.com) - he never picked up my call except while he was joining me and collecting the fee. The support itself is bad or rather I should say it's horrible. They don't reply when I ask sme question regarding the students.byjus.com website usage. I'm extremely disappointment with the staff behavior and wouldn't suggest this institute to any of my contacts or disapprove the same.

                        Hi, I purchased UPSC tablet with course validity for 2 years but Byju's claim that course was valid only for a year and they've blocked the content since jan 1, 2017..., I remember paying for 2 years as the executive had told me that there's discount offer going on when I purchased the tab. They are asking for additional renewal charges which I can't pay and UPSC preparation is disturbed.pls help.

                          I recently ordered a byjus monthly trail pack for std.10th cbse and the invoice no. TNLPAYU066422 and the order date is[protected].
                          When i got the delivery, the product I got was 10th icse, which means that I ordered for cbse and i got icse . i called the customer care and they just kept arguing with me that cbse and icse are same and it is a foundation and the portions would be there in it. I said them that the portions are not same then also they just kept arguing with me about the same. Are the customer care people illiterate that they cannot even differ between cbse and icse . Then the customer care people said me to talk with my mentor[name: Baba Rohit and phone no.[protected]] .
                          I called my mentor and explained him everything . He said he will see what he can do. Its been nearly 15 days since i explained him. I called my mentor everyday reminding him about my complain. Once he said that the package is now opened so nothing much can be done. Now if I dont open the package then how will I know about the product I ordered.
                          Day before yesterday when I called the mentor he said that I should again order another one in cash on delivery and he will return the transaction that I made earlier .
                          How can I trust your system that you will return the money.It is clearly mentioned in the invoice details that the product I ordered is of 10th cbse. It is not about 1000 rupees, it is about that I am a child of std 10th and you are mentally harassing me rather than immediately replacing my ordered product.
                          Yesterday when I called my mentor he said me to call customer care again. After this much 15 days of mental harassment, I should call customer care again. Then also I called the customer care and they have already told me to call my mentor and say him to replace my product[a few days earlier] and I said my mentor about this and he has done nothing till now.
                          Please solve the problem by replacing the product as early as possible as it is affecting my studies.

                            We havent ordered for Byju's product but still one of the executives from Koramangala branch has applied for loan (Loan No. 404REM[protected] in Bajaj Finance behalf of my name. We havent got any product and we dont want too. I am getting EMI charges on my bank account which is very illegal from Byju's side without my authentication and approval. I am not sure how Bajaj finance has approved this loan without my approval. Please resolve this asap.

                                Hi,
                                As you have been unable to solve my problem i am listing it down point by point -

                                1. i bought a cat lenovo tab course on july 16 2016.

                                2. the delivery of the tab itself took 15 days. despite of delay, i continued using it...in 2 days i realized i am not able to access videos more than 3 times (which was not told by the executive despite of asking again and again).

                                3. further, the books were delivered post 1 month after rigorous follow ups and no response from the byju team. to compensate the same the manager extended the validity from january to feb (i really dont know what i am going to do with the course after the exam).

                                4. 15 days back i started having problems again in logging in; again i called up the authorities and they told the tab would be picked up and delivered back to me once the problem is rectified (which never happened). after 2 days i had to take the tab to the byju koramnagala office where the problem was rectified.

                                5. 6 days back it started having the same problem again. its been 4 days since i have shared my address but no one is bothered to pick it up and follow up. i have to call again and again and explain the entire thing to an entirely person on crm.

                                6. i have wasted my rs. 22000 in buying this tab and now i am wasting my time as well. kindly take the tab back and refund my money. i did not pay this much amount for such a service. kindly refund my money. please do not provide any other alternative as i am not interested any further in your services. if the pick up is not possible from your end, let me know i'll drop it post the refund.

                                  I got the tablet + SD card for pcmb content for XI and XII std science for my son. The content seems okay. But the app had lots of niggles. The questions pop up randomly unrelated to the video lecture and then jump to a latter part of the video.
                                  Called the cs number given to us. It was dead. Mailed to the mentor who was to call back immediately. That didn't work either. The number to sell the product was prompt to respond. Took my complain and was to forward my call to the technical team... Which as it turned out was busy and would call back in 24h. Not good enough if student needs immediate support. Overall not a very satisfying and trustworthy experience. Still in look in period. Very inclined to give it up.

                                    I totally concur with many of the other complaints submitted here. Byju's is a money minting machine. They promise you the world but fail to deliver to their commitments. I received close to 20 calls in a span of 10 days from Aishwarya at Byju's in the later half of August 2016. They were running a discount scheme on their GMAT prep packages. Last date to avail was 31 August. I was told the SD card with all the study material will reach me in 3-4 working days after making the payment. I was already 1.5 months into preparation and wanted continuity in my studies to keep the momentum. I still agreed to wait 3-4 days and made the payment online on 31-Aug. After that the story reversed. Byju's stopped responding to my emails. I was initially told tracking info will be shared within 24 hours of making the payment. Later I was told that their accounts team takes 48 hours to verify the payment! I had a bad feeling about this so I immediately raised a cancellation request via email and asked them not to ship the material and refund my money. However study material reached me on 8-Sep. I refused to accept the courier and immediately emailed Byju's support and Aishwarya that I have returned the courier. I have sent multiple reminders since then but team Byju's has gone completely cold on me. Didn't know what else to do but to turn to this forum. Hoping for a swift resolution.

                                      I have joined for IAS 2017 tablet course of byjus in august 2017 the details are below.

                                      As part of the course I am supposed to receive a log in Id credentials for current affairs. I have called them more than 20 times . they keep on telling me it will be resolved in 24 hours. But till date i didn't get my log in credentials. Now a days when I call and tell my details immediately they cut the call. I have sent 5-6 emails to their customer care. But they didn't replay. They have worst customer care team. They took the money and cheated me. I am planning to register a complaint with consumer court.
