Hi. Actually my brother taken the by just IAS course. At the time of applying they are convenient. After he taken the product, within no time he told the representative about his dissatisfaction on course. He said he will help in cancellation process and he suggested that to pay 2 emi’s. But now his mobile is turned off and we are trying to approach byjus since 2 months. The funny thing is they can’t able to find the course even we are providing details. If they can’t find, then why they are going torturing about emi’s.

We approached the representative for cancellation and his name is Vignesh. After we told him about the cancellation he insisted us to pay 2 emi’s. We did as he said. After that we asked him about the cancellation process. He told us that it is completed. But we got emi reminder. We tried approach him but his mobile is turned off from that moment. We approached a female staff in finance department of byjus who helped us in getting the course. But she is also doing the same. She is not at all responding. We even visited branch in Chennai. For the first moment they said they will help us in the process. But after that they are like we are not responsible for that, they said we have to contact through call. We did that too. Me and my brother raised a query multiple times. Every time they are like within 24 hours byjus customer service will contact you. But till now we didn’t get any type of response from byjus. We had conversation with avance team. They are demanding us to pay the emi’s. we clearly told to them that we didn’t even attend classes properly, then how can we pay the amount. But their response is we have to pay the amount.

    My name is Anitha.
    The byjus councellor came and forced to take the subscription of LKG-3
    Of Rs.75000.
    I have already paid Rs.24000 and told that any time you can cancel the subscription
    But now we don't want the product . As they promised we didn't get mentor support too. not done any class now I want to cancel but they are not responding.
    I want to cancel the subscription immediately

        We have receuved study material for class 2 in first week of july. After receiving the material we found that it is not of my kids level and is too boring for him. We immediately placed refund request in 7 days. Now its almost 1 month and there is no hearing. Byjus is asking us to return the study material. since last 1 week we are calling customer care and asking for address to send the study material and we are not getting any reply from them. Without sending back the books they wont start with the refund. Also we asked them to drop the study material in their study center in delhi but they rigidly said no to it. We want our refund amount and get the EMI Cancelled. They are not ready to pay the interest amount now. saying that whatever interest is there you have to pay. We don want to drag the EMI to next month also.

          I purchased the byjus IA S home learning program in the month of June for 2.5 yrs.Actually my emi plan is 4000 pm for 12 months which my counselor suggested me to change to 2000pm for 24 months.But they actually didn't .Now the bank is asking me to pay 4000 pm.I contacted byjus team continuously but they are giving different numbers.If I ask any question simply they are cutting the call.I am really stressed.I want my money back.I belong to a poor family.Byjus just make false promises.I want to return the product.

            Hi complaint resolution team, I have taken the two teacher package for Grade 9 and 10 for my daughter from dinesh.[protected]@byjus.com on 12th Jul 2022. My subscription was not activated, communication stopped from Dinesh and till date I have neither received the activation mail/call nor received any information about the status. Its more than a week that I have requested for a cancellation and still no confirmation or communication regarding the same. It was internally forwarded to Ashish Anand and Mr. Gandhi but no further action was taken.

            May I request someone to look into matter and refund my money at the earliest. Thanks.

              I started byjus for my daughter. The initial part their approach is good, after 15 days they started showing their poor mentor support, so far it's been many mentors calling at the time of 7 or 8 pm when my daughter is not available. It's been 40 days as of now, we are not interested in continuing as my daughter is not showing any interest on the product as she was only at age of 9, I don't want to make more burden on her apart from regular school syllabus.
              I am calling them for cancel the subscription and I am ready to return the kit.

                  As discussed over phone, the previous enrollment with Byjus 11+12 PCM/JEE with order id SO-[protected] can be continued as per 2023 validity and the EMI for the same is completed and no EMI will be taken then on. The new enrollment SO-[protected] for AKASH classes will continue as per the communication and the EMI for the same starts from next month.

                      I bought the 4 year package and I'm not satisfied with it. There is a 15 days refund policy. My 15 days weren't over yet and I wanted to cancel it. The counsellors are very cunning, I never wanted to buy it, they manipulated me, they kept on saying atleast give it a try and that I can cancel it within 15 days from delivery. I have recorded my coversation with him. I called the counsellors who made me buy this but they never respond to any calls or text messages. I called on the customer care number of BYJU'S and even emailed them for 8 days staright and everytime they said that I'll receive a call back within 24hr, but I never did. Now there is like 1-2 days left. I just want to cancel it and get a refund. It is very disappointing. Didn't expect this kind if sevice from Byju's.

                        I want to cancel my byjus subscription i wrote an email to [protected]@byjus.com regarding it they assured me that concerned team will reach me but didn't call me yet. No positive response from there side.
                        I want a refund and cancel the subscription and the councellor name is Ravi gokul.

                          Hlo sir, i want you to inform that i have purchased a trial product for 15
                          days through byjus emyloyee "Rishav Anand" whose employee ID is 21887275 on
                          29/05/22. My order id is SS[protected]
                          Registered email ID is [protected]@gmail.com
                          Our concern is that he has misguided us and told that if i am
                          dissatisfied with his product i can return it within 15 days and our money ₹5000
                          will be refunded but if we want to continue then i have to pay for the full
                          cource. He asked for my account information by saying this product is much
                          more valuable and need something in security for this. Now my child was not
                          understanding the things so i contacted the same executive within 7 days, he
                          said try it more and after then he stopped picking our calls and never
                          replied to our messages. I wrote the email to byjus company for product return
                          but there was no satisfactory response from their side. Morever by using my
                          account information they financed installments from some other company. Now i get regular calls for depositing EMI. I have tried a lot to convey them my problem but they say talk to company.
                          my humble request please cancel my financed installments and take back their
                          products and issue me with refund of ₹5000. Thank you

                            I have taken live classes for BYJU's and think and learn premium content app too. My child didn't attend live classes and within 15 days we called to cancel the product. This is from Feb 2022 till Jul 29 2022 the issue is not resolved. No proper response and careless staff attitude from BYJU customer support.
                            Instead of refund I requested to extend Think and Learn premium content app for 3 more grades which they agreed, and till now they didn't even do that as well. Please help.

                              Registered for product which they dont have

                              Dear Concern,

                              On July 3, 2022, I signed up my daughter for a Byjus learning course under the pretence of what your consultant Mr. Pranav Mesharam had discussed with us. He was well aware that my daughter was taking the IGCSE board and that we were looking for an IGCSE course. But he prevented from telling us that Byju only offers study materials for SSS, CBSE, and ICSE at the time. He gave me a three-year cost breakdown, thankful...

                              From Byjus team Mr. Trunal Adyalkar contacted us for product demo on 12.06.22. He told us about product and he put us pressure and made us to pay for class fees (5000 admission and 73000 emi). He told all lies and convinced us that proper care will be taken regarding student studies. but fact is after payments done by us, he is also not attending calls nor messages.

                              I am contacting BYJUS cancellation team for product cancellation. some of their mentors contacted and assured for cancellation, but until now I have not received any confirmation for cancellation of product from byjus. now BYJUS team is not at all responding to our calls. byjus mentor told us that we can cancel product with in 15 days if we don't like it. You are requested to cancel this product as per your refund policy.

                              Byjus Refund Policy

                              All Test Preparation course products (CAT/IAS/GATE/UGC-NET/CDS/NDA/CSIR-NET/State PSC) come with a trial period of 7 days and school learning products come with a trial period of 15 days. Within the 15 days of delivery, you can refund the product in case you do not like it.

                              I have requested for cancellation within trial period of 15 days.

                                I have enrolled my nephew in Byjus on 15th July, 2022. Fees of the plan was Rs. 60, 000. I was told that they have 15 days cancellation policy and also, they will only link my credit card but no amount will get deducted at that time, I will have to pay rs. 2000 monthly after 2 months. But, the whole 60, 000 is deducted from my account. I sent multiple mails and called them multiple times regarding cancellation but everytime they say that they will revert back and I am not getting my money back.

                                  I have bought the byjus IAS tablet course in the month of June.When I contacted the helpline most of the time it was busy, so I couldn't give my product before 15 days.After that I contacted the team, they said we can't refund the amount.Before buying the courese, the byjus team contacted me more than 100 times a day and gave me pressure to buy the course.The byjus team said just 20 members per batch but now in my batch there are more than 1000+ members.After buying they didn't even contact me once asking if the course is really good or not.They only make fake promises .I want to stop my emi plan .Most of the times the byjus exam prep app is not working properly even after having good wifi connection.I want my money back .Please resolve this problem

                                    He has done emi of 100000 and told that any time you can cancel the subscription

                                      After suffering for a month, we informed the Byju’s Cancellation Team on 21st July that it has been a torture for us as parents and the child since we have taken the subscription for Byju’s.

                                      The subscription was taken on 19th June 2022.

                                      - To our first surprise, our child was put into altogether different slots from what we chose. Thereafter we had to call the customer care team (multiple times) just to get the timing changed to the required slots for Science and Maths.

                                      - Even then the timing for the elective subjects English and Social Studies were not corrected. So NUMEROUS requests were again made by us in July mid two weeks. Each time we were told that the change will happen in 2 days. We waited and then again nothing happened. At times we were also given incorrect options of Saturday Sunday and then again things didn’t happen.

                                      - Even till 21st July the time slot for Social Studies was still NOT setup correctly even when we have done numerous requests and everytime false inputs have been shared.

                                      - Then as a shock, even the regular time slots for Science and Maths were changed all of a sudden back by backend team. We got to know only when our child was not able to join and different days were appearing in the app. When we called, we were told it’s a technical glitch. Really? Is this the way?

                                      - Not only the time slots impact was there; but even the subject for the sessions was something that was already done earlier in the Tuesday, Thursday slots.

                                      - We raised complaints in the past and nothing happened. Even as a last resort when we raised yet another request on 19th July then we were told that needful update will happen by 20th afternoon. But as expected – nothing happened. And our child was not able to again attend the classes.

                                      - During entire tenure even the assigned senior mentor never bothered to connect in spite of our requests

                                      - Essentially this subscription didn’t lead to any knowledge addition which was the primary aim for the same. In fact it has led to a lot of mental and emotional agony at our end. We even had to change all other classes like Karate etc which all went in vain.

                                      We have already requested Byjus Cancellation team multiple times but each time they state a senior manager will call in 24 hours and that never happens as expected. Also every time they give a new request id. (Request IDs shared till date are 35803272, 35616951 and[protected]

                                      Please arrange for a full refund of the 26, 600 INR amount. This has been already discussed with the counsellor as well on 21st July.
