I want to cancel my byjus subscription i wrote an email to [protected]@byjus.com regarding it they assured me that concerned team will reach me but didn't call me yet. No positive response from there side.
I want a refund and cancel the subscription and the councellor name is Ravi gokul.

    Hlo sir, i want you to inform that i have purchased a trial product for 15
    days through byjus emyloyee "Rishav Anand" whose employee ID is 21887275 on
    29/05/22. My order id is SS[protected]
    Registered email ID is [protected]@gmail.com
    Our concern is that he has misguided us and told that if i am
    dissatisfied with his product i can return it within 15 days and our money ₹5000
    will be refunded but if we want to continue then i have to pay for the full
    cource. He asked for my account information by saying this product is much
    more valuable and need something in security for this. Now my child was not
    understanding the things so i contacted the same executive within 7 days, he
    said try it more and after then he stopped picking our calls and never
    replied to our messages. I wrote the email to byjus company for product return
    but there was no satisfactory response from their side. Morever by using my
    account information they financed installments from some other company. Now i get regular calls for depositing EMI. I have tried a lot to convey them my problem but they say talk to company.
    my humble request please cancel my financed installments and take back their
    products and issue me with refund of ₹5000. Thank you

      I have taken live classes for BYJU's and think and learn premium content app too. My child didn't attend live classes and within 15 days we called to cancel the product. This is from Feb 2022 till Jul 29 2022 the issue is not resolved. No proper response and careless staff attitude from BYJU customer support.
      Instead of refund I requested to extend Think and Learn premium content app for 3 more grades which they agreed, and till now they didn't even do that as well. Please help.

        Registered for product which they dont have

        Dear Concern,

        On July 3, 2022, I signed up my daughter for a Byjus learning course under the pretence of what your consultant Mr. Pranav Mesharam had discussed with us. He was well aware that my daughter was taking the IGCSE board and that we were looking for an IGCSE course. But he prevented from telling us that Byju only offers study materials for SSS, CBSE, and ICSE at the time. He gave me a three-year cost breakdown, thankful...

        From Byjus team Mr. Trunal Adyalkar contacted us for product demo on 12.06.22. He told us about product and he put us pressure and made us to pay for class fees (5000 admission and 73000 emi). He told all lies and convinced us that proper care will be taken regarding student studies. but fact is after payments done by us, he is also not attending calls nor messages.

        I am contacting BYJUS cancellation team for product cancellation. some of their mentors contacted and assured for cancellation, but until now I have not received any confirmation for cancellation of product from byjus. now BYJUS team is not at all responding to our calls. byjus mentor told us that we can cancel product with in 15 days if we don't like it. You are requested to cancel this product as per your refund policy.

        Byjus Refund Policy

        All Test Preparation course products (CAT/IAS/GATE/UGC-NET/CDS/NDA/CSIR-NET/State PSC) come with a trial period of 7 days and school learning products come with a trial period of 15 days. Within the 15 days of delivery, you can refund the product in case you do not like it.

        I have requested for cancellation within trial period of 15 days.

          I have enrolled my nephew in Byjus on 15th July, 2022. Fees of the plan was Rs. 60, 000. I was told that they have 15 days cancellation policy and also, they will only link my credit card but no amount will get deducted at that time, I will have to pay rs. 2000 monthly after 2 months. But, the whole 60, 000 is deducted from my account. I sent multiple mails and called them multiple times regarding cancellation but everytime they say that they will revert back and I am not getting my money back.

            I have bought the byjus IAS tablet course in the month of June.When I contacted the helpline most of the time it was busy, so I couldn't give my product before 15 days.After that I contacted the team, they said we can't refund the amount.Before buying the courese, the byjus team contacted me more than 100 times a day and gave me pressure to buy the course.The byjus team said just 20 members per batch but now in my batch there are more than 1000+ members.After buying they didn't even contact me once asking if the course is really good or not.They only make fake promises .I want to stop my emi plan .Most of the times the byjus exam prep app is not working properly even after having good wifi connection.I want my money back .Please resolve this problem

              The byjus councellor name Animesh dey came and forced to take the subscription of iit jee class 11 12
              Of 108000/-
              He has done emi of 100000 and told that any time you can cancel the subscription
              But now we don't want the product . I have paid 32000/- and not done any class now I want to cancel but they are not responding.
              We are going in a much financial problem.

                Byjus Cancellation Request ID 35803272

                After suffering for a month, we informed the Byju’s Cancellation Team on 21st July that it has been a torture for us as parents and the child since we have taken the subscription for Byju’s.

                The subscription was taken on 19th June 2022.

                - To our first surprise, our child was put into altogether different slots from what we chose. Thereafter we had to call the customer care team (multiple times) just to get the timing changed to the required slots for Science and Maths.

                - Even then the timing for the elective subjects English and Social Studies were not corrected. So NUMEROUS requests were again made by us in July mid two weeks. Each time we were told that the change will happen in 2 days. We waited and then again nothing happened. At times we were also given incorrect options of Saturday Sunday and then again things didn’t happen.

                - Even till 21st July the time slot for Social Studies was still NOT setup correctly even when we have done numerous requests and everytime false inputs have been shared.

                - Then as a shock, even the regular time slots for Science and Maths were changed all of a sudden back by backend team. We got to know only when our child was not able to join and different days were appearing in the app. When we called, we were told it’s a technical glitch. Really? Is this the way?

                - Not only the time slots impact was there; but even the subject for the sessions was something that was already done earlier in the Tuesday, Thursday slots.

                - We raised complaints in the past and nothing happened. Even as a last resort when we raised yet another request on 19th July then we were told that needful update will happen by 20th afternoon. But as expected – nothing happened. And our child was not able to again attend the classes.

                - During entire tenure even the assigned senior mentor never bothered to connect in spite of our requests

                - Essentially this subscription didn’t lead to any knowledge addition which was the primary aim for the same. In fact it has led to a lot of mental and emotional agony at our end. We even had to change all other classes like Karate etc which all went in vain.

                We have already requested Byjus Cancellation team multiple times but each time they state a senior manager will call in 24 hours and that never happens as expected. Also every time they give a new request id. (Request IDs shared till date are 35803272, 35616951 and[protected]

                Please arrange for a full refund of the 26, 600 INR amount. This has been already discussed with the counsellor as well on 21st July.

                  I want to cancel my byjus subscription

                  I don't want to study because of bad facilities and cash related problems but every our agent force me everyday daily call to my father phone he say to give us our loan if you are studying or not studying we don't want 😡 and tablet you give speaker was also not working I complaint many times but no action I also say to cancel but no one listen

                    I have taken Byju's on line course for my daughter on January, 2022. However, since after completing 10th standard my daughter joined off line classes, I wanted to cancel the on-line course. This was there in the document, when the product was purchases.
                    But, after several emails, the company is still to cancel the course and refund the amount.
                    This I am writing to make all aware of the facts before going into contract.

                      I have bought the byjus IAS course in the month of June .I opted for paying the fees through EMI.I changed my EMI plan from Rs4000 pm for 12 months to Rs2000 pmfor 24 months through the byjus team.But the EMI is done by the Avanse bank who are asking me to pay 4000 pm which I received in a message.I contacted Avanse bank many times but no one is taking the call .The byjus calls me more than 100 times a day before buying the course.After buying, they don't even pick our single call.I want to reduce the validity of the course .I am really stressed about this issue .Please resolve it.

                        I got Byjus Learning service for my daughter for 9 & 10 Class. Its about 4 months i am using the service but still i did'nt get the basic services what they romised at the time of sell. FIrst SD card was received in 3 months after continous follow. No live class happeing but the time of sell they promised 3 days live class in a week. No mentor assigned but at the time of sell they told dedicated mentor will be assigned to my daughter.

                          I had purchased the byjus IAS tablet course for myself on 24/07/22. I didn't attend any classes and as per their cancellation policy I called them to cancel the order well within the 15 days. But there hasn't been any positive response. I tried to reach out the customer service through mail and call, also tried the cancellation process through both mail and call as well. They haven't contacted me yet and there hasn't been any response. Kindly help me retrieve back my money. I was made to pay 5000 on the spot and 62000 was set up for a 2 year EMI.

                          Apart from the cancellation process, BYJU'S also sends their associates to the home's of their customers without prior Information and that is an illegal use of the Information provided by the customer which can turn out to be very unsafe.

                            This is to bring to your kind consideration that I have enrolled my brother under BYJU'S the learning app subscription course I took was for 8th and 10th standard.
                            My down-payment of 5K is already deducted also 1st month installment fees of rupees 4250 is also being given to them from my end.
                            As due ti some personal issue now I am not able to continue the clurse and regarding the same I am continuing calling and emailing the team for this since a month I have not received any call from them as I have raised my request for cancelation their team is delaying me by saying in 24 hours I will receive call but I have not got any call I am being scammed I am just fed up from the team and support i got from them BYJU'S is most biggest fraud company i have ever came accross I need help guys pls help me my financial condition is not that great I am the only bread earner in my family please help me.

                                    From BYJU i have taken 8th, 9th, 10th std Maharshtra Board subscription on April 2022, Initial payment have made to BYJUS (Rs.8000) and one EMI Rs.4750 up to May end classes are regularly done, but in June classes are not not only show Yet to be decided option so I complaint regarding this to BYJUs, every time i receive same answer it resolve 48Hr, but not done upto July, so my son education loss due to this purpose. I send mail to BYJU for cancelling my subscription purpose but they give attitude answer and not cancelled my subscription, when i stop to pay emi BYUJU and AVANSE persons calling and asking money for me and every time send lost of message to me for money and send ECS to my account in 2 to 3 times in a month, so I frustrated about this type service, please cancel my subscription and to stop give harassment
