A student who not want to study online on byjus learning application and we want to cancel the admission from byjus.but byjus customer and mentors not cancel it .they say we have a policy of cancellation under 15 days of admission.but a counsellor of byjus, name is Shashank Suman they say to me on the day of counselling, that whenever you want to cancel the admission, so i not agree of byjus policies, they force me to pay emi but student not want to study then why we pay amount, . Please help me

    We bought Byjus Tuition package for my son paid 10000 and remaining 40K/12 monthly installment on insistance of the sales person.

    The sales person told us that if not satisfied the cancellation can be done anytme.

    We realized the coaching had deteriorated my son's perfomance in the School.

    When we requested a cancellation after 1 month they are saying we cannot do that and insisting to continue.

    Please help as they are threating us.

        I have already applied for Cancellation Of Course within 15 days as per cancellation policy, But Still It Was Not Closed and whenever making calls to customer care always same answer will arrange a call but no call at all.
        I have sent a mail also on [protected]@byjus.com id but received response "We have raised a priority request with the concerned department regarding your concern and they will resolve the same at the earliest" but nothing happens.

          Byjus Teachers guidance also very worst. Wast of money, even when i ask them to cancel the course. They refuse my words.

            I have registered cancellation request for refund of my money on[protected] but till the day i am not receiving my refund nor any response from Byjus.

            I have sent email to [protected]@byjus.com and cancellation team and every day calling to customer support but no one listening to me nor refunding my money.

            Request you to please refund my money as am not able to pay the EMI amount.

                I had bought byjus app for 45k for which I had paid initialamountvof 5k and rest 40k I had agreed to pay in 12 EMIof Rs.3333/- but I didnot like that app and applied for cancellation within 15days and that time there executives offered me a discount and informed me to pay only 28k. But as the EMI was fixed for Rs.3333/- they told me that after 9 months of payment they shall refund the excess amount of 1997 to me back ( 3333 * 9 = Rs. 29997/-) .

                My 9 months of EMI ended on Feb 2021 but in March also they tried to deduct amount and as I had not kept enough cash in that account the cheque bounced. So from theirfinance team executives called me. I showed the communication I recd from byjus but they were not accepting it. Due to their internal mismanagement their data were not updated and some of their executives were so harsh to me that the verbally abused me and talked in very harsh way. Later on after 15 to 20 days of many mails and calls to different departments and at last when I threatened them to take legal way they stopped calling but I have still not received my refund.

                For refund also I have written mails and made many calls to them Once they took my account number and ifsc code and told that they shall refund it that week but I have not yet received any amount I have written mails to them after that also but now they font even reply to my mails.

                Their finance team is very poor with no record management and have no general ethics to behave with others. Kindly help me to get my compensation

                  This is RAHUL KHARWAR, I've applied byjus cancellation department for cancellation since 22June 2022. Applied within 12 days of receiving the order.

                  The customer care team only assures the call back from the Sr. Manager every time called and have not received the calls from the Sr. Manager till date. Its really unfortunate and frustrating as there is no such team who can really take the concerns of the customers and solve things on priority. The channel is only customer care and which is of no use as they only talk the same repetitive dialogues and is of no help.

                  I'm mentally tortured by Byju's..MY BANK Account is also disturb by Byju's.

                  PLEASE HELP ME ASAP.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I was offered byju's class initally as free for my child but the teacher which came to my home told a diffreent story. I somehow agreed to purchase the course after they told me that I can cancel this order within 15 days, if you are not satisfied.

                    Now I am trying to cancel my order from the last 10 days but nobody is listening and they are insisting me to have these classes.

                    Please help me to cancel my order and refund of my money

                      Rohan Shet (rohan.[protected]@byjus.com) visited my home at 07:45PM on July 23, 2022 and wasn't leaving till I make the payment. So I made initial payment at 10:30 then he left. He assured it will be refunded if I cancel at any time. Once he left I checked about it online and I didnt like it so requested for cancellation immediately. Since then I am struggling between Customer care, support team, cancellation team, Rohan and his manager Arjun (arjun.[protected]@byjus.com). Rohan and Arjun wasn't responding to my calls or texts. Today Arjun answered my call and blamed me for making the payment rather providing status on request request. Support Team, Cancellation team is not responding to my emails, Every time I call Customer care, they ask me to wait for 24 to 48 Hrs.

                          Hi sir
                          This is S. Sai Hrithesh of class 11 taking the online classes from your online platform AAKASH BYJUS. I need to cancel my subscription that jee mains /advanced course for 2 years and they have charged me Rs. 1, 00, 000 through EMI process i already paid for two months that nearly 19K. But I am not anymore interested in thosr classes as well. Because I couldn't concentrate on my college studies. As I already study in a IIT academy there is no requirement of BYJUS classes anymore. So plz kindly cancel ❌ my subscription

                            Sir i want to cancel Byjus package. Even though it is a week, still they are not cancelling the package. It falls within 15 days as per byjus cancellation policy. The mentor Chandana from Byjus who forced us to buy the package is also not reachable on her number [protected]. Also Called customer care innumerable times and they say "please wait for the call back" that's all. Please help me Cancel the Byjus package and refund my amount.

                                I didn`t get any support from Byju's team- First 15 days ( trail periods) we got a proper follow up mentor and Byju's team .. After that they didn`t give any proper guidelines to my child.. While purchasing the course executive told, ByJus will provide online classes but now they are telling its all recorded sessions, no online classes will be provided.Now my child lost his interest from topics due to not understanding. So I request to cancel this subscription as soon as possible

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I'm trying for cancellation this package of byjus from march 22 but after many tries no one responding Byjus employee and system didn't help me for this after so many arguments i was told by one of them on 23/05/22 that whatever i paid 50000 it will be refund and you will get call from our team Cancellation department not responding after mail i am cheated by them also by your system which not resolved this issue aftet many complaints now they said you will get only 15000 rs I hope here I can get resolution of this issue. So please cancel immediately this package and revert my refunds as soon as possible. As you can see in attached images of mail and voice recording I have requested within trial period but this package didn't cancel.

                                  Please stop EMI immediately, I don't need any educational loan or any byjus services so please do the needful do asap and refund cash.
                                  I send email to them but till now not cancel. They try to convince me.
                                  Iam not satisfy them service.

                                    Hello,
                                    My name is Milind Dhakre,
                                    I purchased Byjus learning program for Preschool for Rs 60 thousand fully paid (converted to EMI) and received the Learning TAB with some other learning stuff on 9th July.
                                    Trial Period was of 15 Days and I raised Cancellation request on 16th July i.e. after 7 days and well withing Trial Period.

                                    BYJU”s has purposefully led me to exhaust the trial period and now avoiding calls and not responding over the refund process,

                                    More details are a follows,

                                    Byjus’ Sale executive Kashif Rahim visited my place on 3rd July, He explained the program to me and made some fake claims and promises.
                                    He told us that Byju’s will collect the syllabus from her school, They will create/design content as per her school syllabus and upload it in the TAB, These contents will be specially curated that as per what is being and will be taught at my kids school.

                                    My kid started Nursery 2 months back and I was doubtful about her ability to use the Learning station and learn, but Sales executive Kashif told me that the product will help her with the basic learning stuff with the help of cartons.

                                    However I was reluctant to purchase, because My kid is having issues with linguistics and other growth issues, She is 3 yr old but still can’t speak and facing trouble executing day-to-day living and playing activities that can and are easily done by any normal 2-2.5 year-old Kid).

                                    Kashif saw my kid with his own eyes and still he pushed us to buy it by saying “APne bacche ke liye itna b nai karsakte kya aap.. baad me cancel kardena sab hassel free process hai..!
                                    Here Kashif had started giving us lots of false promises and misguided us regarding the program and policies.

                                    Believing what Kashif said and wanted to see if this digital mode would help my kid start learning something + the Program can be cancelled if contents turn out to be not helpful for my kid, I decided to give it a try with the promise from Kashif that the cancellation will be hassle free and quick.

                                    I made payment of 60, 000 (late to be converted to monthly EMI) through link sent by Kashif.

                                    I received the TAB and some study material on 9th July, There were some mails sent by Byju’s giving information about the product. BUT NO Terms and Conditions and Cancellation process details were shared.

                                    Everything came out as a lie and Tab came equipped with LKG+ stuff and nothing from my kids school syllabus. My kid is in Nursery that comes BEFORE LKG so the contents differs here.
                                    My kid have got NO HELP in learning using this TAB and Byjus contents.

                                    I shared the concern via Mentor helpline, No further response received from Byju’s on this apart from collecting feedback for the tab and Contents quality.

                                    So I have raised requests for cancellation during TRIAL period on 16th July by calling and requesting cancellation using Mentor helpline number and discussing the same with Mentor connected (Seetha Jayapraksha). She specifically told me that I have few more days of TRIA Period left, The Cancellation request is raised, and I should keep using the trail period till then.

                                    Also even the Mentors connected and Mentor Helpline executives also haven’t informed us about the steps to cancel the subscription but instead they inform that the cancellation request has been raised from their side.

                                    I received few calls collecting feedback on my kids experience with the TAB and course content but After that I have received NO response or confirmation about the cancellation and refund.
                                    I sent mail to them asking for same, then only after that I got confirmation on cancellation and Refund on mail.

                                    On 1st AUG Buju’s executive visited my place and informed me that as per his system info my cancellation request isn’t raised by Mentor helpline and now I am not eligible for refund.. shocking..!

                                    I dropped the mail to the Support team and called Mentor helpline again to cross check, They said they can see the request, so I requested everything on mail then only I received the confirmation on cancellation and refund.

                                    Since then, I have called multiple times to check the status and ask for further process of refund, Everytime I got the response that Senior Manager will call me. However No One has called me so far.

                                    It's been more than 3 weeks since the cancellation request raised, NO ONE is helping me with the further process of refund and Byju's asset submission.

                                    In last one week only, I requested call back multiple times by reaching out to Mentor's Helpline but to my surprise, i didn't receive a single call from Byju's so far.

                                    I am starting to feel helpless, Cheated and humiliated the way I am being treated, There was NO Transparency being maintained by anyone I got in touch with so far, especially the Sale Executive because of whom I got into this trap and all those Mentors I spoken to till now.

                                    Sad part is that I have already been charged with 1st EMI and have to pay for the content which is not at all useful for my kid until this issue gets resolved.

                                    Now I started going through the complaint portals, Twitter and realized that I am just another victim being one of thousands of those were cheated by BYJUS, While the Byju’s is doing and dodging this flawlessly with almost everyone who is subscribing for their program.

                                    Couldn't attach the emails here due to attachment restrictions / limitations

                                        Hi,

                                        I have paid Rs.5000 refundable fee for 15 days trail. Now when I expected class to start I have been asked to make entire payment to block EMIs. When I asked to cancel the admission and refund amount, executive started about me having common sense to understand the process.

                                        I guess Byju's train their resources to be rude when parents take time to take admission or ask for refund. After Demo as well, an executive was upset when I denied taking admission and did not agree until I agreed to pay initial Rs.5000.

                                        I have only one compliant that I want my amount refund and do not wish to continue the class.
