We are not satisfied with byju education system this is only pre recorded videos system and my child is not able to learn from this tablet(videos). byju product(course) to received me at 30 July. Before purchasing byju course. Executive said to me that if you will be not satisfied with in 15 days of receiving course then we will return your money. Now I am trying to call them and costumer care number showing me always unavailable and I sent many mails for cancellation but byju team are trying to force to me for keeping this product.

      Team,

      The patience of mine has crossed its limits
      I have talked to nearly 15 customer care executives and with utter respect and patience.

      Byjus told me that my concern has been raised with priority. I got no response from their side since last week. Is this the way to tackle with priority requests?

      On Monday the mentor told me that I will be getting the call from one of the senior managers before EOD(20:00 IST). 3 days have passed and every single day I followed up. The response I got was to wait for call that I shall be receiving before EOD on the respective days. Today before EOD I called to check on the status of the request...Customer executive heard my concern and told me to wait for few minutes
      I called around 7:52 and attaching screenshot for reference that the few minutes for which I was told to wait did not come to an end.

      Do let me know if the progress will be made if things are dealt in a different manner. Should I proceed to legal action or take it to social media platforms to make my concern heard and also resolved.

        A Byjus agent visited my house to sell a course for my son. He promised few benefits like online face to face teaching etc if not I was allowed to discontinue from the course within 15 days. Later after I enrolled for the course, nothing as such happened, only materials were sent and no tutoring was done. EMI was also started for my loan by the company. After knowing that the sold us their course by giving false statements I immediately called Byjus and asked them to cancel my course. Its been more than a month and I have made 100s of calls and wrote many emails but I am not getting any proper response from them. My admission charges are yet not refunded also I am getting many calls and messages throughout the day to make the EMI payment. Even after further calling all they are asking me to wait and they will call me back but nothing is happening. I want my refund and a strict action against this looting and liar company.

            My daughter C.Rhema Grace was enrolled in BYJUS last year for online classes and we have paid the fee of RS.1, 40, 000/- [Rupees One Lakh and Forty Thousand] from our hard earned money.

            Her 9th standard was started in the month of APRIL 2022 itself. But the online classes in BYJUS was not activated till date, I have given repeated calls and reminders to all the mentors from the month of APRIL 2022 and I even begged them to activate the class. Some of the names I remember are Maria, Divya, Pavithra, Aslum, Pradeep, Jancy, Uma etc. But there is no activation till date. Her 9th standard will be over in the month of February.

            Each time when I was making the calls, it would be attended by various persons calling themselves as mentors and they are saying the same words

            "we understand your problem; there are some technical issues to activate the online classes; It is our fault only; Give us 2 days time and you will be receiving a mail for activation".

            But till date the online classes are not activated.

            The service of Byjus is NEGLIGENT and there is DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE.

            the Executive Mr.Jason Richard who came initially to canvass us for the enrollment MISREPRESENTED and he made us all to BELIEVE all his MISREPRESENTATIONS and made us to pay RS.1, 40, 000/- [Rupees One Lakh and Forty Thousand] from our hard earned money. He committed BREACH OF TRUST.

            When I called his phone no.[protected] on 28.07.2022 he also said that it was their fault and he said within that evening the classes will be activated. But no result. Then whenever we called his number he just would not pick up my call.

            Please take notice to activate the online classes immediately without any delay or to return the money I have paid with interest of 2% per annum.

                As I have already complaint against misconduct and abusive behaviour of Zain Agha, one of the counsellor at Bhavya complex(Phone-[protected] Id- Zain.[protected]@Byjus.com). I am writing this concern in response to the byjus and its working scenario as not only Zain Agha but today I faced the misbehavior of Rahil Hasan (Senior Manager, sales Dep., Phone- [protected]) when I called to Shubham Goswami, phone- [protected]), Reg. admission process and the responsibility of safety after admission, but they make me totally despaired with their rude behaviour as they are not ready to assume their mistakes and conduct of Zain Agha. me and my family is very disappointed by the offensive conduct of Byju's emplayees. after so many complaints we did not get any response.
                I would like to re elaborate about the concern, that it was Zain Agha who used abusive and terrific language to me on call and even they tried to mentally harass me with their so called wrongful way of talking. they called me many times on 30 july to 31 july via whatsapp and and phone. I have attached screenshots of his messages in which he tried to torture me by his abnormal way of interaction.

                  I purchased BHLP course on IAS from Byjus on 20th June and after that i also paid 5000/- for the registration which was completed and as per my counsellor i will be getting links for the classes and everything i will getting on the same day but i didn't received anything and i complained about this to my counsellor to which he said that he is not in Delhi so he can't do anything but he gave me a number so that my issue get resolved..
                  When i called that person he told he will look into the matter and for that I just have to share my order ID and email id and registered phone number to him and to which I have shared my all the details on the message but he didn't replied me and he didn't get back to me after that day. And I was regularly contacting to their nonacad meeting to my counselor that please resolve the issue please resolve the issue and anyhow there resolve the issue after 10 days. And I got the link for the classes for 2 days or I guess 3 days and after that also after these 2 to 3 days there was again issue in my tablet that I was not able to login to my classes for which I complained about this to their team, technical team, non academic team, to my counselor also.
                  I am from that day it is now second of August that I am just complaining either on mail or on call to resolve my issue and cancel my program and it has been more than a month now that I am asking them to cancel but they are not responding to me by anyway they do not give an appropriate answer they do not respond on mails they do not respond on calls properly.
                  Even though I told them that I have to pay the EMI if they will not cancel my program and which I am not going to pay so please look into the matter.
                  But they do not respond on any thing which is the worst part.

                      Of Rs.75000.
                      I have already paid Rs.24000 and told that any time you can cancel the subscription
                      But now we don't want the product . As they promised we didn't get mentor support too. not done any class now I want to cancel but they are not responding. Not at all giving response.

                        Sir i want to cancel Byjus class because they are not teaching me forcing me to pay the amount telling that your cibil score will be impacted (and they are threatening that you can't get any new job or any loan for in future) I'm unable to pay the money too and byjus policy for cancellation in 15 days they didn't mention me about the cancellation process I contacted them multiple times but now there is not positive response so kindly help me I want refund my amount. Thanks.

                          I am shruti bharti. i join online class for neet but i was not satisfied with byjus product and teaching .so i appied for cancellation within 15 days in trail preriod . I am mailing for last two months and husna.taj call me and asked information .But she never process my cancellation . currently they are calling and messeging me for money .they are threatening me . I did not attend any classses and i also mailed for cancellation in trail period . I have proof . they are giving me mentally tension for last two months . I am facing issue beacause of saurav (byjus agent) and husna (byjus mentor) . I am not able to focus on my study because byjus are responsible for my mental harassment . please cancelled my enrollment and return my money .

                              Hi. Actually my brother taken the by just IAS course. At the time of applying they are convenient. After he taken the product, within no time he told the representative about his dissatisfaction on course. He said he will help in cancellation process and he suggested that to pay 2 emi’s. But now his mobile is turned off and we are trying to approach byjus since 2 months. The funny thing is they can’t able to find the course even we are providing details. If they can’t find, then why they are going torturing about emi’s.

                              We approached the representative for cancellation and his name is Vignesh. After we told him about the cancellation he insisted us to pay 2 emi’s. We did as he said. After that we asked him about the cancellation process. He told us that it is completed. But we got emi reminder. We tried approach him but his mobile is turned off from that moment. We approached a female staff in finance department of byjus who helped us in getting the course. But she is also doing the same. She is not at all responding. We even visited branch in Chennai. For the first moment they said they will help us in the process. But after that they are like we are not responsible for that, they said we have to contact through call. We did that too. Me and my brother raised a query multiple times. Every time they are like within 24 hours byjus customer service will contact you. But till now we didn’t get any type of response from byjus. We had conversation with avance team. They are demanding us to pay the emi’s. we clearly told to them that we didn’t even attend classes properly, then how can we pay the amount. But their response is we have to pay the amount.

                                    We have receuved study material for class 2 in first week of july. After receiving the material we found that it is not of my kids level and is too boring for him. We immediately placed refund request in 7 days. Now its almost 1 month and there is no hearing. Byjus is asking us to return the study material. since last 1 week we are calling customer care and asking for address to send the study material and we are not getting any reply from them. Without sending back the books they wont start with the refund. Also we asked them to drop the study material in their study center in delhi but they rigidly said no to it. We want our refund amount and get the EMI Cancelled. They are not ready to pay the interest amount now. saying that whatever interest is there you have to pay. We don want to drag the EMI to next month also.

                                      I purchased the byjus IA S home learning program in the month of June for 2.5 yrs.Actually my emi plan is 4000 pm for 12 months which my counselor suggested me to change to 2000pm for 24 months.But they actually didn't .Now the bank is asking me to pay 4000 pm.I contacted byjus team continuously but they are giving different numbers.If I ask any question simply they are cutting the call.I am really stressed.I want my money back.I belong to a poor family.Byjus just make false promises.I want to return the product.

                                        Hi complaint resolution team, I have taken the two teacher package for Grade 9 and 10 for my daughter from dinesh.[protected]@byjus.com on 12th Jul 2022. My subscription was not activated, communication stopped from Dinesh and till date I have neither received the activation mail/call nor received any information about the status. Its more than a week that I have requested for a cancellation and still no confirmation or communication regarding the same. It was internally forwarded to Ashish Anand and Mr. Gandhi but no further action was taken.

                                        May I request someone to look into matter and refund my money at the earliest. Thanks.
