I had taken byjus course for my son and he attended couple of classes and was of the view that it is useless and he was not willing to attend last time also I took this course and wasted around 60000 now again I don't want to waste my money so as per their policy I sent intimation to cancel within 15 days period as per their policy, however, even after constant follow ups regarding this, no response kindly help me stop this emi payment simply of no use...

    My name is pankaj kesharwani i have purchased ias tablet program with byjus with order I'd [protected] but they have given me product with different specifications so I request for cancellation then their senior manager Abhishek Balsingh talk to me and promised me to waive off 1 emi whose screen shot i am attaching below i have paid my 2nd last emi (11th) in previous month itself but till now they have not updated to emi waive off to avance team they are calling me every day for emi payment and i have charged 2 times penalty also resolve this issue as soon as possible .

      EMI deducted for 3 months till now.

      I am writing this to inform you that I want to cancel my daughter Byju's subscription to the class 9, and 10 tablet courses immediately.

      From Byju's team, Mr. Yasarapu Devarajulu (Mobile no: +91-[protected] because I don't know his ID number) visited our house for a product demo in the month of January 2022. He told us about the product and he put us under pressure and made us pay for 9 & 10 class fees (Rs. 5000 for admission and 50000 EMI).

      After a few days, I received the Byju's tablet course for my daughter on 5th March 2022 after that my daughter tried to attend classes but not even one class running on the tablet and she immediately told me that she do not want the Byju's product and she is not showing interest anymore to attend online classes.

      So, as per BYJUS Refund Policy,

      All Test Preparation course products (CAT/IAS/GATE/UGC-NET/CDS/NDA/CSIR-NET/STATE PSC) come with a trial period of 7 days and school learning products come with a trial period of 15 days. Within 15 days of delivery, you can refund the product in case you do not like it.

      I have requested for cancellation within 15 days, I called BYJUS Associate & I informed him to cancel the course and stop the auto EMI payment deduction immediately but he gave some excuses and didn’t respond properly, later he switched off his mobile phone and also, I even raised a complaint on customer helpline number within 15 days trial period through call regarding this but no proper response yet.

      When I contacted your representatives via your Byjus customer helpline number, I told them I want to cancel the course and stop this auto EMI payment deduction process immediately. To which they replied, “Is there any other query? No? Okay thanks” and disconnected the phone.

      Again, I called your Byju's customer helpline number, I told them the reasons why I want to cancel the course and stop this auto EMI payment deduction as soon as possible. This time your representatives accepted that it was their fault, and they said I will get a call back from the concerned person/manager within 24 to 48 hours but it’s more than two months Since then, I haven’t received any other call.

      As per your Byju's policy, Initially, I paid Rs.5000/- through my phone pay. After that EMI auto-debit process started on 5th March 2022 through my account. From that month for 3 months, automatically EMI payment of Rs.4119/- got deducted from my account but my daughter was not able to attend a single class because not even one class is running on Byju's tablet. So, I want to cancel the course and stop this EMI auto-debit process immediately. I don’t want your product anymore even if you say we will rectify the tablet.

      Several times, I have called your Byju's customer helpline number and all I was listening to was that I need to wait and I will get a call back from the concerned person/manager.

      For the past 4 months[protected] to the till date) I have been contacted by the Byju's cancellation team for product cancellation. But until now I have not received any confirmation for the cancellation of the product from BYJUS. There was no response from the customer service of Byju's when I tried to contact them.

      Please kindly help me to cancel the course and stop this EMI payment as soon as possible. Being a middle-class family, the amount of fees that I am paying in installments is not worth the services that you provided by BYJUS and it is bothering me. It is putting huge pressure on my family.

      I had so much trust and faith in BYJUS that no matter what, they will help their parents and students throughout. But instead, they are putting a huge burden on me. I would again request the concerned authority to please look through this matter and kindly help me to cancel the table course and stop EMI payment auto-deductions from my bank account. This process may not be a big deal for a reputed institution like BYJUS but for my daughter and me.

      I request you to send me a letter of acknowledgement for the cancellation of my subscription and to refund my money back into my account.

        I purchased byjus IAS tablet course product 3 months before and they promised me to provide mentorship program according to my requirements.But till today there is no response from their side.I was asking for malayali mentor from last 2 weeks bt the coordinator Ishara was not responding.Then I put a request for cancellation of course, they called me and said there is no option for cancellation because its been 3 months.I had to give my details each time I call to coustomer care and they all have different answers for my course cancellation request, some say it is possible to cancel and they will put on a request for that, some says that I am not even their coustomer, they can't find my details in the system.Its been a 7, 8 days. In beginning coordinator told me that you can drop the course if you are not satisfied with it, but now they are not cancelling it.I am not satisfied with their service and not able to pay 8417 rupees per month.But they told me the amount is already prepaid and I have to pay this amount every month.I don't want to deduct any amount from my account from next month onwards.So I am cancelling the course and i request to refund my money ASAP.

            Hi,

            BYJUS team contact us for scholership for my cousin(Preet Saini). On 1 JUN 2022 BYJUS team person(Saamir Rehman EMP ID[protected] came to home and explain everthing. It is 3 year course. Therefore I asked him again and again that is it possbile to cancel course if exceptional circustance happen like BYJUS teaching service not well, mishapping with child or child's father not able to pay EMI?
            Then BYJUS team member confirmed that we can cancel anytime. I asked him same again and again beacuse of loand amout is big 93000 rs. I paid 5000 rs using google pay and wintin 2 week I recieved tablet.
            My brother got only 2 lecture for one week and same on next week. After that he did not able to catch teacher teaching stylye(Some teacher speak very fast and some not explain welL. I also see same lecture). Then child and his parent decided cancel course.
            I contact multiple time to same person (BYJUS team memeber) who came to my home. He is not replying my message on chat and call also. It was very frustating and Cheap behavious.
            On 16 July i drop mail to BYJUS team for cancel course. Couple of days later they call me and exlain BYJUS policy that Course can not cancel and threaten if EMI not pay then CIBIL score will drop and asked proof what BYJUS team said to me for cancel of course.
            If we alreday know about BYJUS first we never purchase same course and second we record everything that person explain in first meeting.
            How customer know what is loan process behinde?

            Same on that person who came to home and explain wrong data/information/policy of BYJU's and now he is not replying message or call. BYJUS team not connecting to that person just call to customer. Please check your organisation person first what they are sharing to public. They are working like fraud organization who just want to anyhow product deliver and 15 days passed. Then for future they are not responsible even they will not pic your call.

              Hi
              I enroll IAS tab study material from byjus in April 10th 2022. Paying initial amount 5000rs. After 20 days my father health is not well so take care about my work and my father business to facing financial problem so I discussed with my Counselor he was an medical leave so once back I will do the cancellation he told after a month's my counselor back and send all the reports to support team but they would not consider now still 4 months done no action taking kindly please support me for the course deactivate. I don't have time to study now. Also facing financial problem so give your hand of support .

                    I have purchased the class 9-10 course from Byju's on 9th July 2022 for my daughter Himadri Saikia, which was of total Rs 60000 in which I have made a down payment of 5000 and loan was of 55000. My registered mobile number is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. The sales representative (Rejan Zafree Jamil, EMP ID No. TNL[protected] told me that once you will purchase the course you can cancel the course within 15 days of the delivery of the product with just one phone call or mail. I have received the product on 18th July 2022. However, we do not want to continue this course due to financial issues. Now in order to cancel, I have already called the customer care and mentor helpline number several times, but no one is listening nor responding. They just provide me different Request IDs, telling me that senior manager or cancellation team will talk to you. But I have not received any call, nor any action. I have also mailed previously but no response received. I need an immediate action and want my money back on priority. Also, I want you to stop the loan amount and stop deducting any EMI. This is a fraud/scam activity of Byju's. So I need this to be CANCELLED on an immediate basis.

                        A councellor visited my home and sold the course of class 7-12th. But within 15 days of the refund period i informed the councellor, mentor regarding this and also wrote to [protected]@byjus.com [protected]@byjus.com shahruk.[protected]@gmail.com [protected]@byjus.com regarding the cancellation of my course. But I didn't get any response from the cancellation team. After some days I recieved a call from SHAHRUKH MALIK but he was continuously forcing me to not cancel the course I told him the reasons to cancel which were financial problems and my daughter didn't like the classes but he was not cancelling the course. Please please please help me in cancelling the loan of 1, 56, 000 and refund of 5000 from this fraud company please. I wrote many mails and called hundred of times daily but they just arrange a call back but I don't get any call.

                            I have purchased Akash Byju's Course for JEE 12th. Now i want cancellation this course. because I won't able to do preparation anymore because of my Marriage is fixed. so the course is no use to me.In such a situation I will not even be able to Pay EMI. Because the cost of marriage is very high so my parents can't afford all this.
                            I requested to cancel Byju's course your Counsellor but he is not receiving our call. He agreed to cancel and refund . He said he will come to meet us.But He's not responding. Kindly cancel Byju's Course and EMI Process as soon as possible.

                              I came across the article in Business Line on "Mis-selling being done by Edtech companies" and i would like to add my complaint to the forum.

                              I had done admissions for my daughter for Byju's classes (order no. P1-SS03-[protected]) on assurance that admission will be cancelled if not satisfied with product after trial period of 15-30 days for which i had taken a written e-mail, but once we called up the Advisor/ Counsellor (Miss Simran Kousar) she never replied to our calls and purposely delayed the process of cancellations beyond the trial period and after which she told us to mail our cancellation requests, we had been mailing the cancellation team since November 2021 (Complaint Reference ID:[protected] with regular email follow-ups and were replied back saying the request is being processed and whenever we tried calling the helpline numbers we were kept on hold for hours, this had been going on very long and i got a call from Mr. Dinesh Hosmani who represented himself as Senior Manager for cancellations and stated that we were denied refund as we delayed in applying for the cancellation and when i told him that we were in contact with the counsellor Miss. Simran Kousar he asked to show the proof of .

                              Miss. Simran also mislead us by making us go in for and 0% EMI Scheme and made us take a loan from the Bank, but when we later checked we realized that we were being charged Interest on the same.

                              We request you to please provide us with a solution and also contact number of any Whatsapp group or parents forum who have been facing similar issues.

                                Dear sir/ma'am,

                                This is Anisha Chowdhury, I've applied byjus cancellation department for cancellation since last month 29 June, since then I still didnt get any proper response there, Refund is not possible it's ok, but if a person wants to cancel they said that is even not possible. After writing so many mails and calls they said they'll try and it is in process but Yesterday I came to know that it is still not in process.

                                I don't want to continue it because 1stly I want to focus upon the graduation degree of BBA, 2ndly I have many responsibilities to serve, i.e my parents are too old to work and upon that one of them is sick from a long period of time, so being their only child I have to look out of them and to support that I do part time job as well.

                                Now I want to cancel this course with byjus and claim refund as panalty because they put me into suffering for so long.

                                Kind please help by knowing me what to do in my next step, have little empathy. Please pay serious attention to this.

                                  I have been associated with offline class of Byjus since 2018 for my son. In 2022; enrolled in live online classes program for 10 th class; Ikjot Singh. Have been trying to resolve class timings by speaking with innumerable mentors... As every time new one is nominated; explain the same thing and in response get the reply: your query is raised to next level. But the resolution is not provided till date. Fed up with the horrible experience. Don't know how to proceed further. My son's 10th class crucial time is getting spoiled.. need immediate intervention..

                                    I have registered for online classes (from Class 7th to 9th). During registration I was communicated that I will be given four INTERACTIVE ONLINE CLASSES . Further it was also communicated that each batch will be of maximum size 10 and registered students interested for offline classes will get preference when BYJU's starts the offline class in the city. The online classes started as per commitment for few months but when I changed from ICSE to CBSE I was put in a RECORDED SESSION in a larger batch (25 odd students). These classes were never interactive and when I tried to reach to the customer care they tried convincing me that the classes on ONLINE and this was the only class being offered. SInce I have opted for INTERACTIVE ONLINE CLASSES and the services offered are not matching with what was offered to me at the time of registration, I have asked for refund. As on date I haven't received any information on cancellation from BYJU's.

                                        I have purchased a course for my Sister, Kirti Himirika .

                                        which include class 8th, 9th and 10th. But the product and tablet device received is not as my expectation. And also I told them about my financial situation and want my sister to join in a boarding school near my locality but they crossed the line asking for proofs as “if it’s mentioned in their policy that when we need to cancel a product we need to provide proofs of reasons and our personal choices and information”.
                                        They lied that if I don’t like it it will be a smooth cancel process. Everyday there is a stress and thought of will This cancelled or not, it’s draining my energy
                                        And more of Byjus never reply me over mail.
                                        I need this to be cancelled immediately.
