We agreed to try the trial period of time for a month Byjus subscription for my son 8th standard. With in the period of trial time we decided to cancel the subscription but byjus does not showing interest to cancel and keep giving counselling for us and dragging and irritating to asking again and again "what is the reason for the cancellation?". It is just killing our time and getting more irritation to answer everyone about the same reason and at the end not cancelling the subscription till now.

      My self pradeep asnani, I have brought 3 years course from Bujha. The study material received on 4/6/2021. according to terms and conditions, I have requested for cancellation of program and refund of fee with in 15 days. The mail was sent on 14/6/2021. Byjus authority has not cancelled program and not refunded the amount till date. Many executives call me in this regard but solution of my grievances has not been addressed and solution not provided.

        This is in continuation to my various mails and whats app messages to the education counselor and customer service of Byjus.

        They have expressed that they will not be refunding the amount, instead they have come with an alternate solution.

        Till date there is no action on the solution they have given. Neither have i received the syllabus not the refund amount.

        This is a very embarrassing situation from an organisation like BYJUS.

        Still waiting for the alternate option suggested by Byjus. not yet received any call for the same. it is 15 days since they had promised a TLP for my daughter and an independent monitor (as per syllabus was not in sync with that taught at Byjus)
        We are already in the end of the first term where the exams will start in a month...
        Or is it only after we put customer complaints, that Byjus' responds?????

          I want to cancel my education loan for my economic problems and dissatisfaction. My child didn't like this products and they're not cancelling my products and they're not responding to my problems. They gave a trial of 15 days we connected with them within this period but they're not concerned about it

Aaj yaani 21 Aug 22 ko maine byjus ke customer care Mai bhi call kiya uske regarding but fruitful reply nahi mila uske baad ek byjus ke mentor Piyush ne muje [protected] se call kiya aur maine unko bhi cancellation regarding aur refund amount issue discussion kiya, woh baar baar muje force kar raha tha ki product cancel nahi hota hai aur ye keh kar phone rakh diya ki main aapka phone senior manager se arranged karwa dunga baad main

              I have not yet received my salary for working in Byjus as BDT. It was said that it will be credited on or before 20th Aug but still nothing. Even after sending several mail there was no response from them. What should I do now.

                I have purchased a course for my younger brother, but after taking 2 classes he did not feel okay with the course. Soon after, within 15 days from the delivery of their first item, on 2nd August I have requested for cancellation. Since then I am just receiving multiple calls from multiple departments but not getting the money back.

                This is pure harassment. I want my money back as soon as possible.

                    Requested for registration cancellation and not getting any proper response even after multiple mails and multiple calls to helpline. It's been 50 days now I have raised the complaint but no proper response from byjus and amount got debitted without any prior notification. The lady who did registration is not responding even when tried to call. I need an immediate response from byjus to confirm my registration cancellation.

                    Each time they will tell to wait for 24hrs and will get call back. But no response from them yet and it's really very annoying.

                      Dear sir I have purchase a course from byjus, due to medical issue in my family, I have raise a mail to cancel my purchase and refund . This is done as per company policy within the 15 Days .
                      Company share with me a request I'd 36039369. But still now not cancel confirmation given by company. Kindly help to resolve my issue as soon as posible.

                        Byju's employee had visited my residence to sell us on the app learning program. I was not persuaded. Then he told me that I could cancel the program at any period if it was detrimental to my kid's education. Then I thought, let me see what happens. So I signed up with Byju's for my son. This package cost a total of Rs/- 86000/. Then I made an rs - 8600 /- down payment. The remaining rs-6000/- should be paid by EMI only through my account! He also misled me here! I seemed to have no idea a so-called agency was also involved!!!

                        I do handwork and earn money; why do I require the services of an agency? So your employee defrauded me while concealing numerous facts.

                        He didn't inform us that the cancellation period is 15 days after receipt of the product. So those 15 days passed, but then I noticed my son had an eye problem while using the tablet. My doctor advised me not to give my son any tablet or mobile phone. My son never used it, and your team members' phones were unreachable!!

                        Without using the product, they deducted the five month emi's via iifl, which I will never tolerate because I had no idea he kept one agency in between! I'm getting calls to clear the debt, but my son isn't using the app. Why should I pay if my son is not using it? I've never received such poor service before. Byju's learning app is a huge scam, and they aren't responding to emails. I'm not sure who gave permission to run a fraudulent company.

                        So, please come pick up your product and refund my money. I'd like to respond as soon as possible. Otherwise, I'll proceed to the next step!! I will contact the media and inform them of the truth, as well as send a message through my Whatsapp and Facebook accounts. You have no idea what that will do!

                          My brother get admisssion in byjus classes and a counseller of byjus that take admission in 5, 6, 7 and 8 grade and attach a loan to it for fees of byjus.but my brother not want to study on byjus, so we call to counseller for cancel it but counseller not pickup my phone .then i call to byjus helpline no.then byjus senior manager monami datta say we are cancel only 6, 7and 8 grade and you have to pay 20000 for cancellation but i want to free cancellation because, my brother not want to study then why we pay 20000.but i paid 20000 on given link by byjus.then no response from byjus for cancellation approval .they not cancel it . i provide attachment of admiision counseller and byjus admisson record.

                          please help in cancellation and refund mymoney

                            I have sent a request for cancellation process within 15 days of trial period, but no one has responded except the automated mail. Even the number mentioned in the automated mail is not responding for my request when I called to them.

                            Almost 8 days before sent an email for cancellation but still no response. The person forced us to use the trial period is also not responding properly, still asking 1 or two days time for speaking with customer care person.

                              Hi Sir,
                              I want to cancel the Byjus package. we have started cancellation processed within 15 days but still, they are not canceling the package. It falls within 15 days as per the byjus cancellation policy.
                              The mentor Sakshi Karmankar Byjus forced us to buy the package but now she is not accepting our phone calls. Also Called customer care innumerable times and they say "please wait for the call back" that's all.

                              Please help me Cancel the Byjus package and refund my amount.

                                Sir, I had purchased byjus tab in the year 2018-19 for my son for class 7th to 12th. I was provided with two SD cards with a tab. One card had the recorded videos of class 7th and another had recorded videos of class 8th to 10th. For class 11th and 12th SD
                                Card I was told that it will be provided when my son reaches class 11th according to the stream he would opt for. Now my son is in class 11th and when I called byjus
                                mentor they said my plan has already expired in the month of march this year.
                                I told them that I have plan till class 12th and have the receipt I was provided with on the time of purchase. They asked me to mail them to their support and also to their personal ID. I mailed them every day so that my mail doesn't get ignored. I am doing this for last three months and all in Vain. Upasana Kumari, Mallika Pandey, mansi Kumari, Rohit Tiwari are the seniors I had been in touch. They assured me that it will be delivered in week every time I called them, .I have all the calls recorded and mails sent to them. I was already not settisfied with the service they provided in last four years and now this kind of attitude is not acceptable.

                                  Byjus company not solve my problem.they force me through call to pay 20000 for cancellation.but i say byjus that student not want to study then why we pay you 20000.but byjus cancellation department not agree with my opinion.they force to pay money and say that if you not pay money then you can not cancel.and they provide me link for payment but they do not provide me bank account number of byjus.and the counseller of byjus who came in my house for counselling, they do not pickpup my phone and not talk to me. please help me

                                  company call me.the phone number of company is 9243500459.and an email came from company, the company email.id is [email protected] senior manager of byjus call me and say about cancellation, that you have to pay 20000 rupees on given link that is send by me .then after we cancel your loan and classes, then i paid 20000 on link but no cancellation approved by company.please help me for cancellation and refund my money
