Who will help in cancelling the subscription here.. this is ridiculous.. complete cheating

Hi Shivani,

As per the conversation, I am looking for the cancellation of pending EMI's as it is not helpful to us anymore. Manaswi is not even attending the classes from April month and no one informed us about this as well. The sessions are completely different from her curriculum. There is no advantage of having classes. In fact we see our kids are going negative with all those sessions as she is not able to relate it.
We cannot burn our hard earned money like this. This is ridiculous to get such a response from your team that cancellation cannot be done. Is it really an education industry?. We cannot commit crimes or beg around to pay byju's fees. This is pure mis-selling of your services and product to us unnecessarily. It was even told to us that we can cancel the EMI's at any time and even seek a refund if it doesn't go with our expectation. The person who sold us the scheme is not even picking up or responding to our calls[protected]. I have never seen any education industry make payment mandatory if a student doesn't want to continue with it. If you forcefully want us to pay for the EMI's thent that is not going to happen, I am looking to get some help from you and not to create any unnecessary troubles to both o[censored]s. Please help to get this matter solved amicably.
My kids' education has already impacted post joining your classes and I just simply want to cancel the subscription and pending EMI's.

      Respected Sir/Madam,

      I want to cancel my subscription of class XI + class XII JEE course which was taken on June 8, 2022. The reason for cancellation is my dissatisfaction with the classes.

      I did send an email previously to [protected]@byjus.com, pinning the same request for which, I received an email from [protected]@byjus.com demanding for Order ID, Registered Mobile number, Registered Email ID and needful documents. And I had send the required details. But my subscription has not yet been cancelled.

      According to your refund policy, within the 15 days of delivery, we can return the product in case we don't like it. And we have been trying to contact you since June 17, 2022 but haven't got any response from your end.

      So kindly remove my subscription and refund my money immediately. I request you to send
      me a letter of acknowledgement for the cancellation of my subscription.

          I have purchased Byjus class for my child before 75 days. During product explanation time, if not interested we can cancel the order like that they told. past two months I'm following Byjus Team for cancellation and refund. But they are not cancelling and refund the money. Please support and do the needful.

            We joined 2 years live classes course in Byju's at the end of September 2021 and will ending may2023. I discontinued 31st June and mailed 1st july 2022. After my request session link not given. EMI 80% paid. After discontinued they balance 20%payment and refused for refund. Yesterday byjus staff called and asked order copy for refund policy. We sent to him. It is clearly given for refund eligible when discontinued the course any time. Refund given based on session attended. Instead of refund they harnessing to do balance payment. I need Justice for it

              My biggest mistake is to trust "B*Y*J*U*S". The sale person "Councillor" who has arrived at my home and tell us by his sweeter mouth about byju's course. He said that after 45 days company will automatically stop the course if the student is not upto the grade but according to his words there is nothing going on. I have purchased the course in January and he said that within a week my classes will start but after that there is no information about the live classes I have emailed about it, told the so called mentor but everyone said that there is nothing like 45 days policy and we are not able to cancel this course. And tha auto debit is continuously going on. I have emailed many time but there is no response. Now in the month of July at least the classes are going to start but I am not satisfied with it at all if the classes will have to start from July then he should told me about that, why should I pay them free for 5 months. Not at all satisfied. Want to cancel this course and cancel the auto debit.
              I will never suggest anyone to buy thr byju's products.

                I had called them 2weeks ago about cancellation and they confirmed that it would be done and I would get a callback but after a few calls nothing has been done these people are just scamming money. Telling lies about the courses and convincing people into buying their courses. Blantant false advertising is being done. I am the only one calling them everyday to get my money back. Please do something about it.

                  I had purchased byjus Examprep subscription for my brother for NDA course(on 11 June 2022 for Rs. 16, 000/-) in which I was promised to have hard copy Booklets with notes, test papers and other important stuffs to be delivered in time, which is yet not fulfilled and when contacted, they said it will take atleast 15 more days. Even if I receive it by then, My brother will get less than one month to prepare for the exam for which I had purchased this course 2.5 months before. Also, many classes are getting cancelled by the Byjus teachers which are scheduled to happen.

                  When I talk to their executive, their response is: can't help, won't cancel subscription and do whatever you want...

                  I request the authority to please help me refund my fees and cancel my subscription as this course is a waste for us without the service it was supposed to provide like Booklets and online classes.

                    I have purchased one course in byjus . Now i want to do cancel the product immediately . I have been trying to do cancellation for last 3 weeks . No one did the cancellation. i am still try to do cancellation . They wouldn't consider my situation . I have tried lot of times to do cancellation . Even though i have paid this month of EMI RS 2586. They are all cheaters . I want the reason for why they won't provide the cancellation after 15 days. This is called as cheating . This is my course and i purchased this course i can do cancellation when i got inconvenient or unnecessary for my future . I will going to send a lawer notice to byjus team if the product won't cancel immediately . This my second complaint . Universities also give the discontinue for students .

                      I have called byju's support a lot of time saying that byju's is not helping anymore, and also I can't afford the emi payments. Deactivate my loan account, I'm not using byju's anymore and when I called them they are behaving so rudely I told him to cancel the EMI loan but he didn't not cancel it. Then I sent a email to cancel as a request that also they didn't respond anything.

                        I had opted for cancellation within the stipulated time. I recieved Byjus products on May 27, 2022 and I raised cancellation on Jun 2, 2022. Many people from Byjus spoked with us regarding this some said we had cancelled the plan but some said you want to take the plan for sure and we will deduct money from your account on EMI date. I want Byjus to cancel the plan and take back all the products from us. It's not fair to be acting being nice and scratching our money with our knowledge even we cancelled the plan

                            I have been trying to cancel my byjus product through both call and email they have been rejecting my voice and pushing me into another way .They never consider the customer feelings and intend . They are all cheater . They said after 2 months cancellation isn't possible . Why i want cancellation because i won't able to pay EMI and preparation in my course . Whenever i called byjus collection department they cut the call immediately and without telling any reason. its happened today morning. They always said concern tem will call you with 24 hrs.

                              Hi Sir/Ma'am,

                              I am complaining on behalf on my sister Anushka Sengar for whom we tried the BYJU's services for class 11th-12th.
                              On 26th Feb, we were contacted by Mr. Mayank Vishwakarma[[protected]] for the services provided by BYJU's about the course they provide for 60, 000 and we were told that we need to pay 5000 as a down payment for trial purpose of 15 days and if we were not satisfied with the material then the money will be returned. So we paid 5000 on the same day for trying out the course 11+12 PCM_JEE, and we received the tablet and study material in the next few days but we were not satisfied with the study material provided to us. So we tried contacting Mr. Mayank within 15 days only to opt out of the course and to return the material that was provided to us and thus we have been trying to contact him ever since. Seems like Mayank has left his job for BYJU's and Shantanu Mathur[shantanu.[protected]@byjus.com] was the mentor. We tried reaching out to him as well but no response. We have raised this concern many times in the past month but haven't got any response. This is very disappointing. And now they keep on deducting our money on monthly basis. Till now they have taken 10, 042 rupees{including the registration charges} and now most probably they are going to deduct 5042 again tomorrow. We never wanted to continue with their services but no-one is responding. We still have their material in the same condition completely untouched. I have tried reaching out to customer care and have dropped various mails time to time but haven't got any response. I tried contacting Mr. Ashish Dixit[[protected]]. I am attaching the screenshots of all the communication and the mails that I have sent.
                              The services from BYJU's have been extremely disappointing. We request you to please help us here. We are so tensed because of this and our money is being deducted for no good reason and no one is helping us out here. Please do help.

                                  I had raised a complaint regarding for my cancellation for this courses every time you people are saying you will get the call today but every day you were default I am not satisfying for this things kindly unregister my ECS FORM .! I fact I got message from my bank that 5338/rupees will debit from your bank on 5th of July 2022 onwards
                                  This product has sell by to me Mr Saurabh Kumar I am trying to call him every day but he is not responding the call since he sold me this unwanted product his contact no-[protected] .. !!

                                    Dear Team,

                                    I have already enrolled my kid for BYJU but still your marketing team keeps calling twice a day. It is very frustrating and annoying that these people don't have details of person who has already enrolled in the program.

                                    Concentrate on your Quality of service more than marketing. As an existing customer, I have observed many gaps and shared same with mentor but no improvement at all.

                                    I can see that you people are failing in providing quality service and definitely it would help your rivals.

                                      Byjus calling me everyday . I blocked them a lot of times now they call me from a new number. Trucaller shows that a byjus education Consultant with blue tick calls me . I am annoyed. Stop calling me. Otherwise I have to go to the police station.
