Classes are not running in tablet.
If I have any problem but no discuss any mentor...

I have taken byju's IAS course. And within 15 days trail period I have requested for course cancellation. And the team informed me that they will raise the issue and cancel the course. But it's been more than 15 days they are not responding properly and not giving any confirmation mail. I'm afraid of EMI payment next month. So please I need a speedy approval of cancellation....

Mr. Saravanan Student councellor of Byju's attended my son M. Rishhikesh on 15thJune 2022 and asked Rs.10, 000 for registration. I took the Byjus product March 2022 and took loan from IIFL for the same. While taking the product i was informed that they have 15 days refund policy i.e id we dont like the product it will be cancelled and loan will be stopped and they will collect the product from me.i have returned the product but I had below problems.

We would not like to move forward with Byjus, hence, this request for immediate cancellation of the product for my son (for 11th and 12th NEET preparation) through Byjus.

We have called lot of times, sent over email and made multiple phone call requests but there is no response.

Please initiate the refund on an urgent basis and process the cancellation....

I buy byjus course for my son, i observe my son is not understanding proper course and mentor also not supporting properly, thats why i want quit from the byjus course....

I want to cancel my IAS subscription, I'm telling so many times to the company employee but they do not reply anything. Please cancel my subscription. And stop my emi. I'm very upset. Last month one of your persons has came to my home and gave demo class for my kid. End of the session she forced us to join in Byjus. I don't have any choice to reject that. Without any option I have join in Byjus and she gave us a study materials to my kid. But later on I was not interested so I have given the cancellation message to byjus. Then 2 days back I have received a message regarding EMI. And I have called to...

We subscribed 3 year course in last November. We are now unable to
continue the same as we have decided to join the child in Hostel and
there's no flexibility to carry laptop/ phones.
Hence I request you're team to consider this case and arrange to permit

I ordered a byjus product for 15 day trial. I wanted to cancel the order and sent mail regarding it within 10 days .
I also received a call that my account was cancelled. My wards classes should have begun from june . As my account was cancelled, my emi was not deducted on 6 june as specified. I was not able return the product as there was no further response from byjus and I have still not got the refund of rs.5000 .

I just want to cancell my emi and cancel my access to all materials which I am not gonna need any more.
