I had raised a complaint regarding for my cancellation for this courses every time you people are saying you will get the call today but every day you were default I am not satisfying for this things kindly unregister my ECS FORM .! I fact I got message from my bank that 5338/rupees will debit from your bank on 5th of July 2022 onwards
This product has sell by to me Mr Saurabh Kumar I am trying to call him every day but he is not responding the call since he sold me this unwanted product his contact no-[protected] .. !!

If any ECS gone then you people r responsible for this things otherwise I will take a necessary action with you guys REMEMBER

    Dear Team,

    I have already enrolled my kid for BYJU but still your marketing team keeps calling twice a day. It is very frustrating and annoying that these people don't have details of person who has already enrolled in the program.

    Concentrate on your Quality of service more than marketing. As an existing customer, I have observed many gaps and shared same with mentor but no improvement at all.

    I can see that you people are failing in providing quality service and definitely it would help your rivals.

      Byjus calling me everyday . I blocked them a lot of times now they call me from a new number. Trucaller shows that a byjus education Consultant with blue tick calls me . I am annoyed. Stop calling me. Otherwise I have to go to the police station.

        Mere bank account se muje inform kiye bina hi emi ka process chalu karva diya or jab muje pata chala to mene bola councellor ki ye kyu kiya to boli ki glitch ho gaya h kai logo ke saath 27000 ka emi karva liya hai or abhi koi ans nhi de rahe h

          Hi Team,

          My kid was enrolled for 1st grade in Byju's future school for online classes. Initially the representative from Byju's told us that we can cancel the enrolment at any time as our request is to continue the online classes only during the summer for 2-3 months.

          We have paid the amount 45000/- for the same and later on we got the call from instructor as they claimed that they would not roll back the enrollment after 14 days.
          Considering this two different details from the byju's representatives we decided to roll back my kid enrollment and requested the support team for cancellation on 17th May -2022.

          There onwards, we have been contacting the Byju's customer service regularly and exchanged some mails that my refund has been initiated. However, so far we haven't received my refund and every time we are calling to the customer service they are telling one new story and requesting us to wait for a while.

          There is no co-ordination with in the Byjus's teams and using their representatives giving false commitments until we join our kid. I am completely suffering from last 2 months by taking the decision to join the kids for online courses for couple of months to engage them in active learning.

          My case id details is CaseID[protected] and some one look into this urgently and contact me over the registered mail below for any further communication.

          We need swift action in this matter whoever involved from admitting the kids to organisation and delaying my refund requests.

                My byjus order I'd is Order I'd - SO-[protected]

                I trying to contact byjus for my cancellation but my problem is still didn't resolved they didn't cancell my product . I continuosly called their support team and continuosly emailed them but still my cancellation and refund didn't process. Please help me

                  On 27th May 2022, a sales executive by name Mr. VAIBHAV (Mobile No.:[protected] from BYJU'S had visited my home and explained me about my kid Maurya Vardhana (7 years) having been selected for Scholarship and the advantage of Byju's early learning app for usage from Class 2nd till Class 5th. He told that I can avail the 18 months installment payment scheme. He also assured me that if in case if your child or you are not satisfied with the product within 15 days of the product delivery, you can inform him and the company via email and phone call, for cancellation and refund of the full amount paid, and with no question asked they will refund the money.
                  The byjus product was delivered to us on 1st of June 2022, and on usage of the product, my kid was not showing any interest in the product, hence on consultation with the family, i sent a mail to byjus on 6th of June 2022 to cancel the subscription and refund the money paid, as we are not interested in the product. Whereas no reply came from Byjus. Then I contacted the sales executive Mr. Vaibhav, and he assured that the byjus team will initiate the process and within next 15 days i will get the refund. Whereas thereafter even after repeated requests are sent over the email none of them respond. When called on helpline, they only tell that they will get back to us asap, whereas then never call back. I have recieved the 2nd month EMI transfer notice from my bank. Iam in a lot of tension because of this. Please help me.

                    This is jaganmohank .Student name is tanvi.I purchased the byjus course on 28 may 2022 .I got delivery of tab on 6th june 2022 .. I placed the request for cancellation of byjus course on 14 june 2022 by writing to your mail [protected]@byjus.Com.I got confirmation from your side on 16 june and providing request no. 33198547.From then i have been contacting you on phone regarding cancellation of byjus course .But still i havent get any confirmation regarding the cancellation of the course . For the past one week i called several times regarding the cancellation issue i was told that senior manager call to you..But i haven't get any call from senior manager i got the message from the iifl finance company regarding the emi deduction of 5588 on 6th of july.. Please cancel the couse course immediately and send the information to iifl finance company to stop deducting my emi . Please refund my initial payment of 5000 which was debited in my bank on 28 june 2022.If anything happens wrong i will go lodge a complaint in consumer court.

                        I have joined my daughter in Byjus online but it is not conducting classes regularly .It is not on track as per school. So not helpful at for my daughter and many time repeated same classes. So I want to cancel the registration and need my money back .As it not at all helping my kid.They are cheating people.

                              My parents paid for 1 year Byju's premium subscription. The total loan amount is Rs 50000 and I paid Rs 5000 for the down payment. But since I am unsatisfied with the classes and the lessons learned in the classes do not match with my school lessons, I want to cancel my premium subscriptions. The books I received are kind of hard to understand too. I have been wanting to cancel for the past months, but they told me to finish the two months trial first. After the trial ended, I tried contacting them but they do not answer my calls or messages. Even after my complaint, no proper calls or verification were given. My first payment is on 7.07.2022 and I want to stop my subscription before that. I don't expect refund but please stop my Emi payment. Please kindly look to it.

                                    With deep regret I would want to inform you that even after repeated requests to change batch time to your mentor support team, I didn't get any proper response.Every time I asked they said it it is changed and would reflect within 48 hrs but nothing happened.Of late they said that the batch isn't available.

                                    My son isn't able to attend Math and Science classes from 2 weeks.
                                    If you cannot alot the batches, kindly cancel the admission and intimate the refund.

                                      I have taken byju's IAS course on June 3rd. I was not sure about taking any course initially. But the byju's team convinced me to take the course. Later I realised that the product is not very helpful for me. So I have requested for the cancellation of product within 15 days trail period. The byju's team promised me that they will raise the issue and cancel the product. But after 15 days trail period they are not responding properly. Also the coordinator who enrolled me has been avoiding my calls and messages. Now it almost a month since I have purchased the product. We have been getting messages of EMI payment everyday.
                                      Even they are calling my father about EMI payment. All I need is to cancel the product immediately. I don't even have hopes on getting the refund. I just need cancellation.

                                        Its been 2 months since Byjus team has been taking time to clear my cancellation money. The customer service is pathetic and Sr. Managers make false promises to customers. They don't call back even if it is a mail confirmation stating that they will call back within 24hrs nor confirmation stated by the customer care executives. Even after the customer care team escalating the issue at the department level (Stated by the executives, not known to customers if it is really done) there is no seriousness been looked upon. I have got mails 2 weeks back stating the same and have been calling the customer care for the last 3 days. No call back received.

                                        I got the mail from the cancellation team requesting my bank details on 28th May 2022 and credited on Rs. 15000.00 against Rs. 105000.00 made on 15/04.2022.

                                        The cancellation request has been raised on 20th May with the Byjus cancellation team and on 18th May with the counsellor Seema Yadav who had given wrong information about the classes. When called her back on 29th June she clearly denied that she was not involved in such admissions and disconnected my call.

                                        The customer care team only assures the call back from the Sr. Manager every time called and have not received the calls from the Sr. Manager till date. Its really unfortunate and frustrating as there is no such team who can really take the concerns of the customers and solve things on priority. The channel is only customer care and which is of no use as they only talk the same repetitive dialogues and is of no help.

                                        I need my complete refund on priority as its been clear mentioned in emails to the cancellation team that the EMI's have started and I am not in a position to pay the EMI's. Request Byjus to also pay the interest charges incurred for the delayed days.

                                        Need an immediate resolution
