Respected sir/mam,
I asked to cancel my byju's subscription of 11 + 12 JEE course. I wanted immediate response for my email and cancellation as soon as possible.
The reason for cancellation is my financial issues and my studies. I dont want to continue learning JEE so I'm stopping the course too. I'm trying to contact them from the last month I.e. immediately after I received the tablet. You have given 15 days return policy but I got no response from their side. I mean from the person who got me appointed into this program.
Your team member didn't even attened my calls and messages. He did not tell me about cancellation mail too. He told that he'll change my emi option to 24 months I.e. ₹2, 500 per month + ₹600 discount. So he said we just had to pay ₹1, 900 each month. But now we get calls from Aditya Birla finance, which was unknown to me, asking us to pay ₹5, 172 immediately. We tried saying that we want to discontinue but no response from their side. I fall silent if we take the word ' cancellation '
So kindly remove my subscription and guide me the procedure tp return the tablet and books which were purchased. I request you to send me a letter of acknowledgment for the cancellation for my subscription.

Even if I contact the person who got me into the problem I just get one word reply ' OK ' or ' pls wait '.

Please give me a solution.

It looks like the way they do advertisement, they are not like that.I had taken a subscription for my daughter for 3 years(LKG, UKG, Standard1) for 60K for my 4.5 years old daughter.However i thought of cancelling this due to some personal reason.Now the game started.I sent mail to cancell, after that somebody called and they are saying you have to use the tablet, then call them and then we will help.God knows what help they will do.One day another lady called her name something "Anshu", during the discussion on cancellation I told my daughter is not doing well, may be in future i will take.But that lady is saying you have to provide medical certificate bla bla...I asked is byju's a government company or what.Long story short after a long argument, can u send the mail whatever you are saying.She is saying I can not send mail.It has been almost a month still they are not cancelling my plan.I found some people are so rude while discussing on the cancellation

I have taken the subscription of Byju’s, and I wish to cancel it now. I have been receiving calls from the bank for the remainder of the EMI. I have been mailing and calling you for the last one month but still didn’t get a proper reply. My next EMI date is approaching soon and I am not at all in a financial condition to pay the EMI.
I request you to please understand the concern and cancel my subscription and send me the confirmation as soon as possible.

I've been through it for over a month. We are distraught and these business people have kept them very upset. Biju's. is neither answering calls nor answering emails? Somehow these people fraudulently asked me to take a subscription and said that it would also be canceled but it has not been canceled yet.
RS. 5000 which I deposited was also not returned, and my due date of 7 Sep also arrived. Has bothered me a lot.
Please cancel, I don't want to go to court but I will be forced to file a case against Biju's.
And I will have to cancel, apart from this, I will also file a case against the Bijus who harassed me. And if there is a significant loss in the middle then it will not be right.

मैं पिछले एक महीने से ज्यादा हो गया। हम काफी परेशान है और ये ब्युजस वाले काफी परेशान कर के रख दिए है। बीजूस वाले न कॉल्स का जवाब दे रहे है न कोई इमेल्स का जवाब दे रहे है। किसी तरह धोके से ये लोगो ने मुझे सब्सक्रिप्शन लेने को कहा और कहा की कैंसिल भी हो जायगा लेकिन कैंसिल नहीं किया गया अभी तक।
रस. ५००० जो जमा किये उसे भी वापस नहीं किया, और मेरा ७ सेप को इंस्टमेन्ट का डेट भी आ गया। मुझे काफी परेशान कर दिया है.
प्लीज कैंसिल कर दे मैं कोर्ट जाना नहीं चाहता हु पर मजबूर होके बीजूस पर केस करना होगा।
और कैंसिल तो करना ही होगा उसके अलावा मुझे जो बीजूस वाले ने परेशान किया उसका भी केस करूंगा। और बिच में कोई भरी नुकसान होता है तो सही नहीं होगा

प्लीज कैंसिल कर दीजिये अगर पैसा वापस नहीं करना है न करे लेकिन कैंसिल कर दीजिये मैं इन्सटॉलमेंट नहीं दे पाउँगा मेरा सिविल स्कोर खराब हो जायेगा

    I am father of Student Harshit. My registered number is [protected]. I purchase a plan of BYJU's. I paid advance Rs. 5000/- . But when i cancelled their agent said to me i have to purchase full plan then i cancel . I did but now they are not responding to me. They did not attend my call . They did not respond to me on email properly.

    I purchsed on[protected] . I received there products on[protected]. According to their policies i cancel plan within 15 days after product received. I cancelled on[protected] and[protected] i mailed.
    I need my money back . I have mailed them many times . Many times i called.

    They are fraud.

              I don't want any of your coaching because I don't have enough time for it and it doesn't work out the way as one of your counsellor explained to me. So it's a request from me to please cancel my daughters admission from this byjus coaching . I don't want any further explanation.

                Sir/Madam My name is Kumbagiri Madhu Priya I opted a Byju's IAS course. But present am not studying the course but EMI's are going on still. I have one doubt that these many months i am not studying the course no one contacted me about the studies what i am studying how much it completed or what is my present status but they always contacted about i am not paying the EMI. I don't want any refund but i just want cancel my subscription to byju's IAS. First they didn't say about the 15 days return policy after that no return and refund now they are saying that you have to read the guidelines we are not responsible for that what it mean for that answer. The Senior Councilor name is Harshitha her contact number is [protected]. I really don't need any refund but cancel my subscription .I didn't have money to pay those EMI's even throught am not studying. One thing is if a person lose interest in something you people won't ask for what's the problem you the BYJU'S simply ask for EMI payment. if you cancel a single subcription is that much your economy will go down not right understand the reality. If the they won't cancel my subscription i will proceed legally.

                    I am a student of class 11 attending Byju's Aakash online classes for JEE. I get to attend the classes in bilingual (hindi) mode. I found the teachers not appropriate to the standard of Byju's, which was the reason I chose this coaching.

                    So, I request to get the mode changed to english with good standard of teachers.

                    Also, there should some criteria for the selection of batches which would ensure some uniformity in the group of students studying together so that all the students can go with the tutor at the same pace.

                    One more thing, in the counselling session, my counsellors focussed on to the online mode and convinced us that online is better as it saves time and it will have 15-20 students, through which every student gets better attention.

                    I have these 3 major concers:

                    1. Standard of teachers

                    2. Batch mates level

                    3. No. of students in a batch

                    I have called many times and explained my problem 10-12 times. 5-6 people have assured me saying it will be done in 1-2 days, but mlre than 2 weeks have passed and it is not resolved. It is very difficult and frustating to attend the classes in bilingual (hindi) mode. A good beginning is half done but the beginning of my coaching has proved very problematic.

                    Resolve my issue asap, going unresponsive should not be an option. Only after filing a complaint, I get a call!

                        On 24th April, one counsellor came to my house and did the crash course admission in which i had pay Rs 5000 downpayment(in cash) +Rs 1000 in gpay 2 days later.The counsellor told me it was free till 6th June and after 6th june onwards, if i don't wanna continue i can cancel it anytime.So on 6th june i told him i want the cancellation, he told me to sent email and customer care.I did as he told me, but when calling the customer care several times all they said was the mentor will call back, but the mentor rarely call back, they did call back one or two times, but instead of hearing my problems, they keep convincing me not to cancel and said they will call back next time in which they never did.on 17 june i got a reply from the mail saying that there will be call back from the concern team but no calls till today.Dear byjus, i want to make it very clear that i don't want the refund amount, i just want to cancel the courses and end the emi, because we are suffering from financials problems.The counsellor clearly told me i can cancel anytime without any problems .

                        I will be very glad if you take actions fast regarding my cancellations

                              Dear Concern,

                              I have purchased the package for my son by discussing with your executive and i was denied to take the same but unfortunately he forcefully convinced me to taken the package in condition that if my son unable to use the same will be returned.
                              Unfortunately the package was not feasible to use and till today no return and my payment is also not refund.
                              Sales representative is not at all attending the call however over all approaches is giving the feeling that BYJUS is not a educational firm but purely business oriented.
                              Please solve my issue as soon as possible

                                I would like to bring into your notice that I Dhruv Gupta belonging from a middle class family have opted for byjus two year plan for which they have given me 15 days trial for cancellation. But now the time has exceeded and they are not accepting my cancellation.

                                  Please cancel the IIFL Loan A/c No.[protected] of the BYJU'S Product sanctioned in favour of my Son named "RUDRA PRATAP SINGH" as I did not even opt for this course and at the start only i cancelled this course, but even then every month some amount is deducted in the name of coaching institute.

                                  An early action is requested for cancellation of the same.

                                    I purchased the ssc je course from byjus exam prep on 5 june 2022. I attend first class and the class was recorded and i can't get any link of live classes. On 7th of june i spoke to mentor and tell the issues and he said wait few days then i am waiting few days after days i can't see any changes so i have mailed again and again but they refuse me

                                      I was purchased the product on 6th June 2022 Vishal Chhabra

I send tha mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount and cancel my product but one of tha person mr .. contact but they doesn't give any clear response and they say refund is not possible because you will not given tha proper reason for cancellations . When I purchased tha product I will pay Rs- 5000 and now in July I will pay Rs- 4250 per month emi . Now I doesn't want tha product because they will not give proper response from her counselor her id is TNL21899117 Mr. SachinRaj he was say me if you do your kyc then after automatically cancel you product now it's 17 June still my courses not cancel and my refund not given

                                        The company has very poor service. My daughter is in 9th and they sent SD card for 10th. Even after 100s of calls, this issue is not resolved. They dont respond to the emails, calls come after 48 hours . It is only a missed call, then you have to calla again and wait for 48 hours. This cycle repeats. Fed up!! How frustrating can it be!!

                                        I have requested many times to change the mentor Hina Mattoo, I don’t want her anymore handling my calls . Please assign other mentor immediately.

                                        She is worthless women, keeps lying . Many times I told my daughter is in 9th, your systems shows 10th.

                                        I was sent SD card of class 10th, I asked it to be returned and send for 9th, I was told it is in high priority, but today the support staff said priority is in medium.

                                        I am fed up with her. She is a brainless women, She is also too lazy to reply to my emails.
