I paid for 2 months trial for Byju's but since I am unsatisfied with the classes and the lessons learned in the classes do not match with my school lessons, I want to cancel my premium subscriptions. The books I received are kimd of hard to understand too. I have been wanting to cancel for the past months but they do not answer my calls or messages. Even after my complaint, no proper calls were given. My first payment is on 7.07.2022 and I want to stop my subscription before that. Please kindly look to it.

    With deep regret I would want to inform you that even after repeated requests to change batch time to your mentor support team, I didn't get any proper response.Every time I asked they said it it is changed and would reflect within 48 hrs but nothing happened.Of late they said that the batch isn't available.

    My son isn't able to attend Math and Science classes from 2 weeks.
    If you cannot alot the batches, kindly cancel the admission and intimate the refund.

      I have taken byju's IAS course on June 3rd. I was not sure about taking any course initially. But the byju's team convinced me to take the course. Later I realised that the product is not very helpful for me. So I have requested for the cancellation of product within 15 days trail period. The byju's team promised me that they will raise the issue and cancel the product. But after 15 days trail period they are not responding properly. Also the coordinator who enrolled me has been avoiding my calls and messages. Now it almost a month since I have purchased the product. We have been getting messages of EMI payment everyday.
      Even they are calling my father about EMI payment. All I need is to cancel the product immediately. I don't even have hopes on getting the refund. I just need cancellation.

        Its been 2 months since Byjus team has been taking time to clear my cancellation money. The customer service is pathetic and Sr. Managers make false promises to customers. They don't call back even if it is a mail confirmation stating that they will call back within 24hrs nor confirmation stated by the customer care executives. Even after the customer care team escalating the issue at the department level (Stated by the executives, not known to customers if it is really done) there is no seriousness been looked upon. I have got mails 2 weeks back stating the same and have been calling the customer care for the last 3 days. No call back received.

        I got the mail from the cancellation team requesting my bank details on 28th May 2022 and credited on Rs. 15000.00 against Rs. 105000.00 made on 15/04.2022.

        The cancellation request has been raised on 20th May with the Byjus cancellation team and on 18th May with the counsellor Seema Yadav who had given wrong information about the classes. When called her back on 29th June she clearly denied that she was not involved in such admissions and disconnected my call.

        The customer care team only assures the call back from the Sr. Manager every time called and have not received the calls from the Sr. Manager till date. Its really unfortunate and frustrating as there is no such team who can really take the concerns of the customers and solve things on priority. The channel is only customer care and which is of no use as they only talk the same repetitive dialogues and is of no help.

        I need my complete refund on priority as its been clear mentioned in emails to the cancellation team that the EMI's have started and I am not in a position to pay the EMI's. Request Byjus to also pay the interest charges incurred for the delayed days.

        Need an immediate resolution

            I bought a 1 month trial package on june 22 for my kid of 7 th class after making payment in instructions it was mentioned that you will receive a link on your registered email for registration but i didn't receive any mail or message. After making many calls to customer care also no complaint number or no response they always says that you will receive a call from academic counsellor in 15 mins but till now no calls or mails. Even i sent a mail to support team in reply i will receive a mail asking for few details like order number, mail id and mobile number, when i share all those details in reply mail again i will receive same mail for asking details they are just playing with kids education and customers. Dont trust Byju's its a fraud company playing with kids life .They always make fake promise dont register with them its waste of time and money.

              I have received product kit on 29.05.2022 from Byjus, after received the kit my daughter attend only two online classes, after that I have send mail for cancellation of subscription on 7th June'2022 to [protected]@byjus.com and [protected]@byjus.com and request for acknowledgement of cancellation, after 8 days on 15th June'2022 I have received reply from Byjus and they asked for Order ID, email Id, phone number, I replied same day with all details. in between my daughter not attend any classes and information was share with concern centre.
              As of now Byjus collection department is very active and send repeatedly reminder for EMI Payment.
              I request you to resolve the matter immediately and close the matter.

              I get cancellation confirmation and refund approval after getting back the product kit. but still now Byjus financial partner and Byjus send reminder for EMI payment continuously and make call and harass me everyday for make payment.

                Byjus is totally fraud company. They are only cheating and making money.in 15 days observation they are not cancelling registration no cancellation of loan, and refund. They are never reply mails.

                  Its been 5days im following up for the return request of the byjus course. Also, im calling the customer number but no positive response.
                  I think Byjus Team is intentionally delaying the return / cancel process so that 15days policy gets over.

                    Sir,
                    I am writing this get the attention of concern authority of cancellation team to complain about the thoughtless behaviour of the support team, and acknowledgement request for the cancellation of my subscription. I have been trying to reach my mentor for cancellation process but the support team is not helping me, and keep telling that he is busy. My Mentor was suppose to help me in every aspect, but he is busy for last one week for helping me.
                    I am a subscriber of Aakash BYJU'S Grade 11 12 NEET course and wish to discontinue the service before the end of my 15 days trail period. I have mentioned the reasons below
                    1: Your executive has told that I will be able complete my board syllabus along with neet preparation which is absolutely a false statements.
                    2: The concept are difficult to understand in the online classes or recorded video.
                    3: I don't like the teaching techniques and speed and had complain about it so many time but no improvement is seen.
                    4: My family financial status is also a reason for my decision. As it is very expensive and overpriced for me.
                    So, I would like to cancel the subscription provided BYJU'S. I am hereby requesting for the full refund of 15000 which I had paid to access the service

                    Therefore, I request for guidance of cancellation of my subscription and the procedure to return the Tab. Please send me an mail for acknowledgement for the cancellation of my subscription. If I don't receive any acknowledgement of my request mentioned above, then I am forced by you to complain against the harrassing behaviour of BYJU'S team to the higher authority or police. For any query you can contact me in my registered mobile number.

                        I have taken byju's IAS course. And within 15 days trail period I have requested for course cancellation. And the team informed me that they will raise the issue and cancel the course. But it's been more than 15 days they are not responding properly and not giving any confirmation mail. I'm afraid of EMI payment next month. So please I need a speedy approval of cancellation.

                          Mr. Saravanan Student councellor of Byju's attended my son M. Rishhikesh on 15thJune 2022 and asked Rs.10, 000 for registration. We gave a cheque and he told we will receive the Byju's Kit in 2 to 3 days but till now (30.06.2022) we didn't receive, and also he is responding to our calls. We tried in branch office and they are replying that they will check and update us, but still we didn't receive any update on it. So kindly pls take any action and solve our issue as soon as possible or else a strict action will be taken from our side .

                            I took the Byjus product March 2022 and took loan from IIFL for the same. While taking the product i was informed that they have 15 days refund policy i.e id we dont like the product it will be cancelled and loan will be stopped and they will collect the product from me.i have returned the product but I had below problems.

                            1) Initially they did not collect the product they told me to courier to Bangalore address inspite of there presence in Hyderabad. After requesting a lot they agreed to submit it in Hyderabad office.

                            2) Refund took lot of time.

                            3) Now even after 3 months laon is not yet cancelled and i got message saying if i don't pay immediately my credit score will be spoilt.

                            Both IIFL and BYJUS are torchering me. Kindly help me.

                              Hi Shivam and Byjus Team,

                              We would not like to move forward with Byjus, hence, this request for immediate cancellation of the product for my son (for 11th and 12th NEET preparation) through Byjus.

                              We have called lot of times, sent over email and made multiple phone call requests but there is no response.

                              Please initiate the refund on an urgent basis and process the cancellation.

                              i am astonished to see that despite the request for cancellation of the product and confirmation by Byjus the EMI has been deducted from my account. Seems the entire team is fraud and they are just there to deceive and extract money from the end customer. There is absolutely no process system at the Byjus end. You just keep calling them and every new person on the phone call would keep giving you assurance of the resolution but they would do, what they have to do ..take money ..that's all. IS THIS IS HOW THE COMPLAINTS ARE GETTING RESOLVED ?? If it doesn't get resolved immediately, am going to file a police complaint now.
