I have call them several time but no response they are just taking my days I haven't even activated class but they are just taking my days and not giving me refund...

I took byjus course for my kid on Apr 3rd via my debit card emi. The salesperson Subhathri talked very nicely and assured me refund of in not satisfied with the product. Mentor called only twice after taking the course and after that there were no follow-ups. Immediately on Apr 9th i sent message to salesperson that i want to cancel my course immediately. She told i will recive call back from cancellation dept but I'm yet to get any calls....

[protected].we have not received any confirmation from your side for cancellation processing.today once again we have msg received from loan department for paying installment we already requested you we are unable to pay installment. We had enrolled our son Master Shivam with Byju. We have been trying to get the registration cancelled for the last 21 days. For the reasons mentioned below,

Reasons
1. No personal touch during live classes.
2. Forget about two teachers not even one is available.
3. Mentor not available.
4. No clue guidance or registration available for competative exams.
5. No performance review no tracking...

As discussed with your Manager, ECS will not stop and ecs is being deducted continuously.

I have submitted a cancellation request in byju's and my my order Id
registered contact number [protected] [protected]. They said that my cancellation is in progress and would get a call from byju's soon. I have not received the call or any messages from them. I want to make sure that my product is cancelled. IIFL loan department is disturbing me by calling me daily...

3 days ago, I got a notification saying that I had to set up the SD card. And then when I setup the SD card, I opened the BYJUS application it was asking for my pin validation of 10th grade. Please provide me with pin validation of 10th grade. Also I had tried calling byjus helpline but no one responded back to the call. please provide it fast my studies are disturbed too.
