    I requested for the cancellation of EMI, Rs 5368.94 towards loan A/C[protected] for Bijus product.Reason is I'm not using it since January 2022, but company is deducting EMI, though I'm not using the product.Now stop my EMI and no more calls.Its mental harassment for me.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I have purchased Byju's Education for my son who was in 4th std that time for five years and I have Paid Rs 1, 05, 000 for that. But there wasn't any development in my son. That's why I decided to quit from the byju's education program and tried several times to contact with Byju's Team to refund my money after deducting my 1 year fees and the Tablet given by Byju's Team or any other initial cost. But still I didn't get any thing. Every time when I mailed them, their mentor called me discussing about my problem and told me to cantact the sales person. But the sale person has not picked up my phone. Kindly help me to get my refunds and obliged.

      Dear Sir/Madam
      The Byju's Team refused to refund the rest. I have paid Rs 1, 05, 000/- but I told them to deduct the one year fees including the tablet and refund the rest. But the Byju's Team denied to refund the rest as 14 days trial period has been overed. I have taken the 5 year package but they gave only 14 days to cancel the package.
      14 days are too short time to judge the performance. I already told them to refund atleast 50% of my money. But their team still denying to refund. Kindly help me to get my refund.

            I want to desperately cancel my subscription.
            We took 8th, 9th and 10th grades live classes program with mentor. Last year (8th grade ) we attended live class but for this year (9th grade ) they are saying you r not having live classes program as well as for 10th grade also you are not eligible for live classes.
            When we took this subscription we ask for live program for 8tt, 9th and 10th class. The sales person how sell this to us he cheated with us even he didn't send us invoice copy of payment. He added 7th grade live classes in that program too. Which we not attend.
            From last 3 months I am in contact of your multiple mentor, representative, senior members etc but no one is having correct solution. I thought if you understand what happened exactly with us you will solve this problem. But no out put from last 3 months. Now I am fedup to talk every day same thing. So pls cancel my subscription and refund me my all money back. Because here we got cheated from byju's.

                Sir, The senior education counselor Aditya Verma, employee id- TN21890456 from BYJU did the counseling of my two brothers Manohar Kumar and Anurag Kumar at my home town Ara, Bihar pin code-802301.
                I registered my both brothers for the byju's courses initially by paying 10000 rs. But they asked for my bank details for applying auto pay service . I cancelled the subscription very next day and communicated the same with the counselor. i sent multiple mail regarding the refund and made calls to customer care of byju but they did not respond .                   I have just entered class 11. I had already bought the Byju's premium package from class 4th to 12th and have the SD card of class 11 PCMB and want the pin validation code for it. The team after n number of calls, says that since it's PCMB and I am studying PCM in live classes they are facing difficulty in creating an account. They said they will replace the card with latest version, since them I'm still waiting for the call which rarely...

                    I was misled by the counselor who came to my house, he told my daughter will get online course for Neet And JEE but later after 5 months I got to know that she won't get any live classes and he DIDNOT MENTION THAT SHE WON'T GET LIVE CLASSES. I was frauded by him. I already paid 81000 for just 5 mins of recorded lecture. And now they are telling we can't solve this matter and the counselor is also not picking up the phone. I can't bear a fraud of ₹81000. So pls help me get the refund, I can give the tab and books back cuz I was frauded and I have not harmed both the books ! and tab.

                        I had taken applied for an offline Tablet 3 year Learning Programme for my cousin ( Jiya Dabi ) from Byju's. Byju's executive Mr. Prashant Sharma ( +[protected] from Jaipur office visited my aunt's home in Kota on 25th April, 2022 for counseling and admission of Jiya. I clearly communicated to him that we will first take the demo of the product because the student is not that good in English medium and if found useful only then we shall continue it. He confirmed about the 15 days demo programme that we can raise a cancellation and refund request of 5000 if we are not satisfied. This is also mentioned in their return policy. The amount payable was Rs. 5000 as down payment and balance Rs. 62000 financed through third party Avanse in 12 of instalments of rs. 5167 each.

                        As the single mother of the student requested that if she continues using the course, she can't afford to pay 5167/- EMI, so the representative of the company promised that after loan verification he will get it reduced upto 1500/- approx per month. He asked us to say nothing to the verification call, that he will do what promised. Mother is not that literate and does not have pancard which was required.
                        So she finally asked me to pay an initial amount of 5000 on her behalf through the PayU link sent by Byju's on 25th April, 2022. Payment ID of 5000 is [protected].

                        Tablet was received on 28th April, 2022 and stydy material was also received the next week. Student started checking the demo classes but even trying very hard she was not able to understand the content. Reason 1 was that she was not good in English, Reason 2 the level of Neet was too high as per her level. The parent and decided to discontinue as it was far better to get her some affordable tuitions than this expensive course. We requested the sales person on 8th May (11th day after receiving the tablet ) and also wrote him on whatsapp initially that we would like to cancel the purchase due to so and so reason and wanted to know further process. Screenshots are attached.

                        He called and tried to convince and delay our request first. He told us to speak to mentors from parents number. Mother tried to contact the mentors but then again they were just trying to convince us to use it.
                        Mr. Prashant wrote me a mail from his official mail on 18th May that the company will be sending an alternate mix language tablet with a sim card facility, and we are still not satisfied, they shall cancel it. He clearly wrote us that the cancellation policy will be extended till then as they want us to try alternative first. But the parent was not agree and insisted on cancellation as she understood that the student can not cope up with the content and it would be hard for her to afford this unnecessary course.
                        She was rigid on this so Mr. Prashant called us that he will be visiting Kota on 23rd and and we can finalize the cancellation process.
                        We both visited him at Ortus Kota, he told us to write a cancellation mail and said that now the process is all done you will get your refund soon. He added that company won't ask for the products back, so we can keep the tablet or we can give it to him, in return he will pay 5000 to the mother. At first I could not digest how come the company is too liberate on this. But as Byju's is a big name and mother could not give a second thought on that. She handed over the tablet to him and he promised to pay for that personally.

                        Within next week I started receiving mails and sms from finance company regarding 1st Emi deduction on 7th June.
                        Mr. Prashant still gave us sweet words that nothing will be deducted.
                        We are continuously making phone calls and emails to the company to complete the procedure of cancellation and refund the amount paid. But they are not responding. We are getting reminders from bank end even after requesting cancellation. On a safe side, I transferred my funds and blocked both my debit cards to avoid the inconvenience but today on 7th June I was charged 295/- from bank for ECS dishonor and insufficient funds. It will happen on every EMI due date.
                        Student's mother is a single hard working parent and only earns 9000 per month. She is so depressed about the loan. We are trying to contact all day in order to avoid the inconvenience. I wait for hours to get the mentor's call connected . If it gets connected by chance they either transfer the calls or they argue to speak to the student. They are not even synced with each other. The mother is not that literate so she completely relied on the sales representative Mr. Prashant and now the support team is saying why did u rely on sales person commitments. If we were supposed to listen to him then why did they even sent him to give admission on the first place. They are denying to cancel the loan application nd insisting to convince the student even if the issue is regarding content and fee. They are just avoiding the concern nd delaying it.

                        Please help in this regard.

                          I Subscribed Byjus plan around 65 days ago and raised cancellation request within15 days due to some various reasons. I sent more than 20 mails to [protected]@byjus.com and called to Byju's call center more than 50 times, they are not responding and not saying anything about my cancel request.Your counselor name Keshav Kaushik came to our house for a demo and commit we will refund your amount within 15days if you are not satisfied with it.

                            Byjus counsellor told me that trial period was 30 days that was recorded in zoom meeting and that Counselor also don't let me cancel the course within 15 days and keep me waiting for the expirations trial period. Then senior manager only told that was only 15 days there is fault by themselves. I was trying to cancel my course for morethan 2 months . But they dont do me a favor and they indirectly force me to take the course.

                              My kid school end at 3.30 PM, he will comeback by 4.10 to home. Byjus has given him batch of 3.30 class on there own without consulting suitable timing to us. When i ask them to change they are not even doing that.
                              when i ask for refund my money they are not even doing that.

                              Worst experience i have seen. There is no escalation matrix. No employee is bothered.

                                Am trying to talk to costumer care of Byjus for cancellation but after picking up the call when the hear about cancellation, they said will call but afterwards nobody responds this is happening to me. So many times I informed and still not attend any classes. Already I said I'm jobless so I can't pay but last month I paid the emi for afraid to spam calls. Now should I do my work or keep on phone all the day for their response even for my own hard earned money also I sent many mails to them but nobody bothered to respond the mail or show any curtesy to reply even I kept in cc Mr.Byju himself but very sorry to see such kind of shameful behaviour of a so called big company, now if I don’t get any positive response from Byjus within 1-2 days regarding my cancellation and refund and the loan I will be left with no option but legal action only.

                                    As we were interested to taking your classes for my child NAksh goyal for all subjects but we got misguidance from both of your coordinators Ms SHRUTI TAPARE and MS NEELAM. They just did miselling by misguiding the people. With your misguiders we are thinking Byjus app is totally just fake and fraud. They were giving counselling us on 1st June, 2022 and we paid Rs. 5000/- on same day and still we didn’t get any tab or books as she said we will get but we didn’t get. We called them on daily basis but still no respond or any guidance properly. And today she said to start first EMI but she guide us on 1st June that after paid Rs. 5000/- we will get books and tab or demo classes for 15 days but yet no class start. So today we asked to cancel it but she ( Ms SHRUTI TAPARE) forced us to start EMI.

                                      5 years subscription that too registered in the month of dec. from jan the program started. When i asked how my child will complete the current grade content because only 4 months left to finish the year. They mentioned it can be extended 2months summer holidays time can be utilised.problem started with the device lot o[censored]x content the provided device not supporting hangs every time. I calked customer care everytime i m given with different answers and new device not yet received.1person say order raised, next time they say order not raised they raise now. Next time they say it will come in few days. Next time they told still order not raised.if they know this is the known issue with the device y it should be sold tocustomers like this.now again asking for video tech support assistance etc. this is my 3rd month the device is on sleep mode. Who is responsible to solve this even we com forward and check everytime the status the consistent answer is not given. There were so many tried with tech support team too before raising the request for new device. They too agreed but still its the same status. Only time n unnecessaryily head ache for us only.
