We have given request for deactivation of class eight course and deduction of monthly fees amounting to Rs.9844/ (Rupees Nine thousand eight hundred forty fiur only) .we have sent many correspondence to email to [protected]@byjus.com for cancelation of subscription. But till today the amounts were deducted. Kindly refund the deductions from the month of Feb2022. As we have initiated the unsubscribtion from the month of feb 2022. Course code SL3039485.

    We purchased this course on January 2022 .My name is suhani thawkar. Actually I want to cancel my byjus subscription. I am trying to reach their customers and cancellations team since 2 month but they are not responding to us. And one more person that ABHIRAM DESHPANDE (contact no-[protected]) he was the counsellor of mine but he is not responding as well. they are just taking our money through EMI . But we don't want to spend more money but they are not taking any action in this. And I want refund. So please help us to solve this issue.

      Dear Sir,

      I have ordered a course for my daughter NITYA CHAUHAN for 1st class against which I received the course on 9th May, 22 with 15 days of trial period, which I no longer wants to continue.
      The aforementioned has been escalated to the team as well over phone. Kindly initiate the process of cancellation and refund of deposited money Rs. 5000/- also kindly cancel my loan amount of Rs. 48000/- as well.

        Inspite of repeated folloups and sending emails to [protected]@byjus.com, we have not received the grade 3 books for my daughter.

        Its really dishertening and frustrating that for every small things for which you should take care proactively . rather we are reminding you by running behind you.

        In the attached screen shot its mentioned that Books are dispatched from 7th April 2022. Today we are on 15th May 2022. Is this delay justified ?

          Inspite of repeated email to '[protected]@byjus.com' to receive the Book for my Daughter AADHYA KRISHNA PATRA for Grade III, we are really frustrated and disheartedned. Can you please let us know why such discrepancy is there. We have purchased the 5 years subscription
          .

          My daughter wants to effectively use the summer vacation time, if we could receive the Books and materials on time. But this is really shamefull and un-professional that inspite of tepeated follow-ups and sending emails no response from youe side. If you really care for the future of our children, then do the deliveries ontime otherwise stop this farce of fake branding and do not cheat the common people. Doing such delays you are just ruining your image among the existing subscriber and loosing cinfidence for your new prospects aswell.

            Hi,
            This year on 9th April 2022, I registered my ward Zaina Aslam Ahmad for “ Aakash BYJU’S Live - Online Classes for Class 11/12th, NEET 2024”.

            With this course, study material for 10th grade was also promised which not delivered at my Indian address so far.

            I have following up with sales man Rohit for the same but today he confirmed that now delivery of 10th study material is difficult rather you can go for cancellation. I am shocked the way Byju is handling this matter, after wasting my time, money and most importantly study material which could have played an important role in 10th exam, your sales man is offering cancellation option. If this is the only options left with you then I would seek full refund with compensation of my time, mental stress and the opportunity which my kid lost by not receiving study material on time.

                I take byju's subscribition. When i got product my daughter can't understand anything. So complain many time in email and by call. But they can't give any responce. Please take action this cheating method.

                  I am trying to talk to costumer care of Byjus for cancellation but after picking up the call when the hear about cancellation they put call on hold but afterwards nobody responds this is happening to me every time for 10-12 times now should I do my work or keep on phone all the day for their response even for my own hard earned money also I sent two mails to them but nobody bothered to respond the mail or show any curtesy to reply even I kept in cc Mr.Byju himself but very sorry to see such kind of shameful behaviour of a so called big company, now if I don’t get any positive response from Byjus within 1-2 days regarding my cancellation and refund I will be left with no option but legal action only.

                  The matter has been sorted out now thanks for the consumer support for their kind act and attention I have received my full refund back and also posted complaint against Rohan Bajaj the bluff player who enrolled me in the false EMIs.

                  I took a trial of Baiju's Premium Learning Companion class on April 1 st week . and I paid Rs.5000 as advance for booking . After 2 two classes we decided to cancel and inform the related person she said i have to pay Rs.5000 again for Tab, which i got from baijus. Now i paid first EMI Rs.6167 also. I am trying to talk to costumer care of Byjus for cancellation updates but they were not picking up my call.now please proceed my cancellation and refund my extra money Rs. 1167 asap.

                    It’s been more than 14 days since i am trying to follow up through customer support, and finally we have sent a mail on 28/04/2022 for cancellation of enrollment and refund request.
                    This is a fraudulent service cheating customers and making money. I will never recommend BJYUS to anybody. This company has a horrible customer support nobody even answers. After trying sometime customer support team blocking the parents phone numbers.

                      Its been 10 days since i am trying to follow up, firstly i havent received the complete product before buying the course you guys call us 100 times and take the details after purchasing the product neither i have received the books nor there has been reply to my emails. This is a fraudulent service cheating customers and making money. I will never recommend BJYUS to anybody. This company has a horrible customer support nobody even answers our calls. Every time we call they leave a message that we will get a call back in 15 mins and never ever have i received any call from them. In the name of education this company is minting money.

                      I regret of making a choice to availing BYJUS.

                                Byju's policy: "Within the 15 days of delivery, you can refund the product in case you do not like it."

                                My daughter - Sanvi Devang Patel (M: [protected], [protected]) is enrolled for UKG, STD 1 and STD 2 in Byju's. Our 15 days trial is on going. We have requested for cancellation of enrollment on 04/May/2022 and refund request.

                                Byju's team (email, customer care and councellor - Mr Urvishumar Soni) are not answering for cancellation and refund.

                                Still our trial period is not over. Byju's team should respond and refund Rs 56000.

                                Please do the needful for getting our refund.

                                  Counseling person told for within the trial period of 15 days, you can cancel or refund your subscription if you are not satisfied. Actually Im not satisfied with their product and put request for cancellation via email within 15 days. They are not at all replying the mail and not do the cancellation process. They are called me but not listening what I'm telling and automatically cut the call after that no response from them. I realised and came to know like me so many parents are facing the same issue all over India with BYJUs. How they are operating educational courses like this manner?? If customer not liking your product you have to adhere their requirements.

                                    I have purchased byju's classroom programme for my two child under sibling scheme. The counsellor who visited my home had assured to provide online classroom programme for Class 8 to 10 (3 years) for my son and class 9 to 10 (2 years) for my daughter. But when they were promoted to their next higher class, their class has not been started and on calling the Byju's representative refused to continue the online classroom any more. It is notable that My instalment of 7 month already deducted and i don't want to continue such fraud study programme further. So I need to stop the further deduction as EMI and cancel the programme given to me.

                                      A byju's salesman trapped us by saying so many good things about byju's courses which in fact can't be true and didn't give us time to think. After getting byju's IAS tablet course within a month i realised so many flaws and mistakes in the course, and contacted to the team for cancellation but after so many emails and calls i didn't get any satisfactory solution and they refused for my cancellation, now it's been 5 months getting this course and i am forced to pay emis every month which is very difficult for me to pay and hopeless...
