Not giving my 10, 000 rs back even when I hadn't enrolled my child. Counsellor is forcing to enroll and byjus is asking to take lenovo tab.

    I have subscribed for byjus around 1 month ago but now as I am shifting my child to hostel I want to cancel my subscription also the emi procedure. Please help me with it.

      I am Sourabh Dalal, father of Souvira Dalal from Sodepur. I registered Byjus Course for my daughter for three years through your marketing executive Ms Namrata (Ph No. - [protected]).

      With all courses details and benefits, she informed that my daughter will receive exercise books for practice.
      But later we come to know exercise books will not be delivered.
      In addition she also told me that in this course all subjects will be taught by byjus, except language subjects.
      But later we have seen only maths and science courses has offered for class five.

      Till now only once Namrata has accepted my call, I have the call record.
      In this call she promised that my daughter will get those said benefits, as those are included in her package as add on benefit.
      Please follow the call details for details.
      During registration she also informed that after the course started we can cancel the subscription any time if we find it is not suitable for my toddler; no question will be asked.

      My child received Byjus class five course book on last Monday, i.e, on 25th April, 2022.
      We found that the books does not cover the syllabus of my daughter`s school syllabus.

      So the course will not fulfil my child school education requirement.

      That is why I want to cancel my daughter Byjus subscription.

      Please help me.

        I was purchased the product two months back i.e., 2nd week of February 2022. I faced a problem regarding Byju’s online classes and same conveyed to his representative for resolved the issues. But my issues are not resolved. Then I requested to cancel my product through text massaging (What’s app) to sales person (Mr. Mayur Sharma) on 1st March 2022 but it is not cancelled. Again, on 22nd March 2022, I requested to cancel my product but till date no action taken from Byju’s representative and on 07th April 2022 he deducts 1st EMI (Rs.8333) from my bank account and Rs.10, 000/- given to sales person at the time of admission. My child is not able attend any classes as no classes have been arranged for him about 1.5 months. Now I don't want above product because nobody will be responding. Please cancelled my courses (product) and refund the amount.

            I have enrolled my 2 kids under Byju’s learning program and paid full amount in advance before start of the training. There is a marketing guy called Subhrajit Mohapatra assured us many things but cheated at the end. Few issues are given below.

            1. Unprofessional service from marketing executives and Byju support team even after writing multiple emails.
            2. Didn’t receive complete list of books even after requesting over email and talking to mentor team.
            3. Still not received 8% cash back which was assured during the registration. Already three months passed.
            4. Still not received books for 3rd and 9th standard for my son and daughter. Already called to the Helpdesk multiple times but every time get different statements.
            5. I am really looking for help to resolve this issue. It is really unprofessional!

              Dear sir... shristi mishra came to our house and given a wrong information against study ..she told us online classes will be on tablet by a tutor daily.and i[censored] don't required the course pls tell me I will cancel whenever you want..in fifteen days you can cancel the course and after fifteen days you tell me I will cancel your course..when I called her my child is not not taking interst so pls cancel my course..then she told us no way you have to pay don't call me again..I want to file complaint against shristi mishra..and I want to cancel the course.

                I have cancelled Byju's Admission for my child in first week of the trial period and still 5 days are remaining of the 15 days trail period. I am not getting any acknowledgement email form Byju's to confirm that they accept the cancellation. Also i want them to provid me the refund of the advance 5000 rupees they have taken and cancel the EMS scheduled of 72000 from my bank.

                I have provided valid reason for cancellation which i don't want to discuss here in public portal.

                I have cancelled by sending email to [protected]@byjus.com and also by calling them over [protected].

                    My father's health is very bad and the doctor has said that the operation will have to be done, there is no one to earn in my house, so I do not have money. i want cancel the course please cancel my course. and refund my money.

                        I was contacted by Byju's salesperson on Apr 8 for a session on their learning portal. After the session, we asked for a day's time to decide on our enrollment. However, this person kept saying that there won't be any discounted price later and we can cancel it within 15 days after enrollment. We were lured into enrolling their 3 year couse for Rs.56000 and went ahead with EMI option. The next day we decided to cancel the subscription and raised a cancellation request 29279637. Since then, I've been following up everyday but to no avail. Their so called mentor called me randomly later and was insisting on talking with my kid to proceed with cancellation. Not sure why they require feedback from a 5 year old kid. Despite raising the cancellation request, they kept sending their learning materials. On top of this, we are being pushed to accept their course by their long winding stories. What's more frustrating is they are asking me to courier back the learning materials rather than collecting them. I've been telling them everyday not to dispatch any of their materials. I want this subscription to be cancelled immediately and my loan reimbursed to the bank. Byju's is becoming another scamster organization with their poor support and luring people into losing their hard earned money

                          Sir I purchased Byjus premium product on line live class course on 12 mar 22 through councelling Mr koutsav Sarkar. I paid down payment through Bajaj finance Rs 15000/-. I cancelled my Byjus premium product on 12 mar 22 through councelling Mr koutsav Sarkar and inform Byjus care, Byjus cancellation through email. I receive email from cancellation and update account number. But not received money from Byjus premium in my account as on date 22 Apr.

                              1 ) I am a premium Byjus student enrolled in JEE(11+12) since 2021(for JEE 2023) and am a student of Byjus since 2019. The enrollment is on number: [protected]

                              2 ) Due to an issue with my class 12 part of the program I first reached out to Byjus support on 26th March 2022. Today is the 22nd of April, and my issue, after hours of deliberation & numerous assurance of redressal (evidence of which I hold in form of emails and call recording admissible in a court of law under Article 65B of the Indian Evidence Act) my issue to date still stands completely unresolved severely affecting my preparations. Here are the facts of the case and course of events wherein it is established that my rights as a consumer are infringed :

                              3 ) On the 26th of March I sent my first email to BYJU’s support This email contains all the information about my request. ------- https://imgur.com/a/Z0hWMaQ


                              4 ) On receiving no response whatsoever within 24 hours, I sent a reminder to byjus on the 27th of march.

                              5 ) The reminder email was acknowledged by BYJUS after 18 hours with assigned request number 28555109.

                              6 ) 10 hours after the acknowledgment, I received a call from BYJU'S. After a brief talk, she assured me she'd call me back. I was hence telephoned the next day i.e: 29th of March, assuring me of redressal and fulfillment and my request and that it has been transferred to the appropriate authority for doing it.
                              7 ) After the second call, I received another acknowledgment assuring of redress within 24 hours.
                              8 ) I received no response whatsoever in 24 hours, and hence after 28 hours I sent another email as a reminder of the delay and the “deficiency in service”.

                              9 ) On 31st March(5 days since the first email for service) I sent a detailed course of events(Similar to the above 8 points) and demanded redressal: Detailed Reminder of 31st March. This was subsequently acknowledged by BYJUS the next day.

                              10 ) Even after assurance of contact within 24 hours, no such contact was established. On 5th April, I again received an automated email to inform me a “priority request has been raised”.


                              11 ) Still there was complete silence from the BYJUS side . So, I again sent a reminder on 7th of April which was subsequently acknowledged on 8th April .


                              12 ) Finally, on 8th of April I received a call from BYJUS . I explained him the legitimacy of my request and he said he will look into it and let me know . I have the call recording

                              13 ) Once again, dead silence from BYJUS side and once again, I had to take a step, I requested a call back through the mentor helpline number .

                              14 ) This time, I received a response from BYJUS on 12th April. She informed me (after 16 wasted days since the request was first made) that a fresh batch is NOT available and that no such batch will be available in the coming days as BYJUS has discontinued the ‘Byjus classes’ program and has shifted to Aakash teachers. Please note that this is in contradiction with BYJUS's promise in the brochure given during admission that a batch will start every week and the mentors will change the batch after more than 10 classes are missed. This clearly comes in the domain of “misleading advertisement” under section 2{28} of the CPA, 2019. Still, I ignored it and agreed on a non-fresh batch. This “most recent batch” had 2 chapters of chemistry and math finished and Physics was supposed to start on 19th April.

                              Call recording 2 of 12th April -- https://sndup.net/h6rb/ -- I was offered an Aakash batch which I subsequently rejected and was told to inform me about the chapter progress of the last ‘Byjus classes’ 12th batch available if not fresh.

                              Call recording 3 of 12th April -- https://sndup.net/rynd/ -- She gives me details of the latest batch assignable and gave a choice to choose between Byjus classes non-fresh batch and an Aakash Batch, I rejected the offer of Aakash and chose Byjus classes because that is for what I joined Byjus for JEE.The executive agreed and told me that it would be assigned and updated the same day or the next day and I would be able to attend classes( 13th April)


                              15 ) Now when everything seems sorted and I thought I will finally be assigned a batch which unfortunately is not a fresh one, BYJUS again sank into dead silence and neither updated the batch as was clearly acknowledged by byjus irrefutable evidence of which I hold nor called or updated me with anything despite my detailed reminders to customer service and the Head of Byjus IIT JEE program that I have to approach consumer protection sources if I am not updated. Dead silence from byjus side and response whatsoever as if I am being deliberately ignored.

                              16 ) Whereas, it is to highlight and noted that the legitimacy of my request is established beyond doubt and acknowledged by BYJUS multiple times evidence of which I hold.

                              17 ) Today, on the 22nd of April 2022, after 26 days of rigorous requests, no change has still been reflected.

                              18 ) Such an edict, unnecessary delays, lack of coordination, and infringing right to Consumer information is severely hindering my preparations.

                              19 ) Whereas, the edicts, as undertaken by BYJU as a service provider in the Indian subcontinent, are prima facie "Deficiency in service" and "breach of contract" under the law as applicable . Where “Deficiency in service" is defined by the Consumer protection act 2019 - as -- “any fault, imperfection, shortcoming or inadequacy in the quality, nature, and manner of performance which is required to be maintained by or under any law for the time being in force or has been undertaken to be performed by a person in pursuance of a contract or otherwise in relation to any service and includes (a) any act of negligence or omission or commission by such person to the consumer and (b) deliberate withholding of relevant information by such person to the consumer.” .

                              20 ) Whereas the edict is cognizable under 2(11) of the consumer protection act 2019.

                              21 ) Whereas the misleading advertisement during the time of admission is cognizable under section 89 of the consumer protection act 2019.

                              22 ) Whereas BYJU's as an authority, team, group prima facie infringes my rights as a consumer of being correctly informed and accordingly remedied.

                              23 ) A momento with a 36-hour ultimatum was given to byjus before this complaint. I, as a consumer, demand that BYJUS provide appropriate consumer services by retorting to my demand for information and fulfilling all promises made before admission(fresh batch) OR
                              what was assured by BYJUS on call.(Latest batch)

                              24 ) I hereby declare that the details furnished above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and I undertake to inform you of any changes therein, immediately.

                                Sir I am a student of byjus classes sir my request is please cancel my course and refund my money because sir I am not able to pay because my financial condition was not to go to pay every month fee of byjus and I am also try to solve this problem on byju's customer care I also mail on byju's complaint site but no one help me on this matter so I am requesting you sir please help me

                                  Hello team,

                                  I got a call from BYJU's regarding classes and a conversation between us has become very heated as the caller from BYJUI's is using irrespective words...whenever we are talking to customer it should be in a professional way how come they use such a words ?
                                  How a customer will be interested if they use such words?

                                    I got their product 1 month back and I didn't ge any calls from any of their mentors. Even I have called for cancelation but they are not at all responding and they are telling that I can't cancel it now because 1 month over. I'm paying 6.8k per month, I can't pay that much and it is not worth also. It's just cheating, they are just running their business. I need to cancel it immediately. I don't have any other options and even they don't have any other option, need to cancel that's it. It is not fair to force the students to pay fees

                                        I have cancelled the product by mail at [protected]@byjus.com, but still not getting sure that the product has been cancelled or not but my EMI is still showing active and showing that on coming 2nd of May there are going to amount.
                                        This is really not done inspit of cancelling order I have to pay.
                                        They are simply cheater please help me out.
