I have a financial problem please cancel my subscription emi and my order Id - P1-SSO4-[protected]. I have not received the call or any messages from them. I want to make sure that my product is cancelled. IIFL loan department is disturbing me by calling me daily for emi. Please help me. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. I was purchase the 2 tablets for my children, now i was return this products and refund my money, but byju's company not pick my phone and not reply of emails, its a very poor and shameless behavior from this company staff. i humbly request to you please refund my money and take yours products.

Byju's policy: "Within the 15 days of delivery, you can refund the product in case you do not like it."

My daughter - Sanvi Devang Patel (M: [protected], [protected]) is enrolled for UKG, STD 1 and STD 2 in Byju's. Our 15 days trial is on going. We have requested for cancellation of enrollment on 04/May/2022 and refund request.

Byju's team (email, customer care and councellor - Mr Urvishumar Soni) are not answering for cancellation and refund.

Still our trial period is not over. Byju's team should respond and refund Rs 56000.

Please do the needful for getting our refund.

Counseling person told for within the trial period of 15 days, you can cancel or refund your subscription if you are not satisfied. Actually Im not satisfied with their product and put request for cancellation via email within 15 days. They are not at all replying the mail and not do the cancellation process. They are called me but not listening what I'm telling and automatically cut the call after that no response from them. I realised and came to know like me so many parents are facing the same issue all over India with BYJUs. How they are operating educational courses like this manner?? If customer not liking your product you have to adhere their requirements.

I have purchased byju's classroom programme for my two child under sibling scheme. The counsellor who visited my home had assured to provide online classroom programme for Class 8 to 10 (3 years) for my son and class 9 to 10 (2 years) for my daughter. But when they were promoted to their next higher class, their class has not been started and on calling the Byju's representative refused to continue the online classroom any more. It is notable that My instalment of 7 month already deducted and i don't want to continue such fraud study programme further. So I need to stop the further deduction as EMI and cancel the programme given to me.

A byju's salesman trapped us by saying so many good things about byju's courses which in fact can't be true and didn't give us time to think. After getting byju's IAS tablet course within a month i realised so many flaws and mistakes in the course, and contacted to the team for cancellation but after so many emails and calls i didn't get any satisfactory solution and they refused for my cancellation, now it's been 5 months getting this course and i am forced to pay emis every month which is very difficult for me to pay and hopeless...

We are unable to continue this tuition due to study load.So we do not want byju's IPAD. So get this product back.

I admitted my child in byju with lots of hope but all fake, there is no one to take responsibility of my child s education, about a one month before they message to provide next books but still nothing is happening, I requested them to cancel admition because child is not interested in their course, he is feeling burden with this, but they didn't. I was sold the 2 year NEET online course (a tab, books and videos basically) by BYJUs making a promise that if we don't like it, you can cancel at any time. And then they also kind of forced me into getting loan from Fullerton for INR 120, 000. After about a month we realized it is not that great to have online mode and wanted to send my son for offline coaching.
When I requested the cancellation by calling the sales guy who sold me, he asked me to send an email regarding that to his official ID. It's been 2 months now, we did not get any response and he does not answer our calls either. So I was misled into buying the product.
I have stopped paying the EMIs now, only to get threatening calls from Fullerton.

I want to cancel the product because of no proper updating and also not satisfied.

One say one of the Salesman from byju's came to my home and then explained why should we buy byju's classes even though we were not convinced he pressured us to do so and after we done that just after 1 day of that we filled a email saying we don't want this byju's course for my son(he is in class 8) but just after writing that email the salesman(Abhijeet kumar singh) contacted us and said that we should contact him if want refund and not directly go to company and if in future we want refund we should ask him and he again said to use product and if can't afford then after trial we can get refund but when we said we want refund he started to ignore us we sent many mails to the company regarding this and many phone calls too but still no refund was given to us.

Sir my counceller said if you are not interested after 15 you can cancel the course and get refund but when I say that in company they say no sir cancellation is not done and I have to pay every month and this every month deduction of amount create a probleme in financially

I Have Purchased Biju's Product U.kg to 3rd, Date_10march 2022 By the Ekta Yadav(ekta.[protected]@byjus.com) I have already sended cancellation product request on 22march 2022 on the WhatsApp chat for Ekta Yadav she said your cancellation mail forward to the process. When i didn't get any information then i have putted one mail from my registered id ([protected]@gmail.com) but no response till now I have called many times but no response. that is not good Really I feel why did I take admission here. I subscribed Byju online learning for class 7 to 9 for my daughter with the promise to cancel any time before 15 days in case if it is not liked or worth by my daughter but after so many times I requested for cancellation on phone there is no any positive response received by Byju subsequently I mailed for the cancellation 3 times and follow through I got reply that your cancellation request accepted but not any further course of action prescribed by them rather my registered mobile number is blocked by them. Request no. 30213482 for registration cancellation before 2 weeks ago, confirm pending and payment refund 5000/ pending, but no answer from Byju s side, continue call and follow up for more payment

After my repeated requests the course has been cancelled and also emi deducted. Please stop it with immediate effect and raise my refund.

I want to tell you that I have purchased Aakash Byju Onlime Course Of JEE On January. After some days I didn't get comfortable while doing online classes so I decided to switch course to Offline Classroom Program.
So I requested them for offline Classroom program.
It's been a 2-3 month but I didn't get any response from them.
It's been 20 days and my online classes also not running, I'm very upset with them.
I only want them to kindly cancel my online course or either switch it to offline Classroom.

We are yet to get the chip for online learning system for std-x of Pankaj Dehury, Jharsuguda, Odisha, pin-768002, India
