      Information said by BYJUS representative and customer care service is different of study course after payment of initial amount. Byjus representative said cancellation can done by one month customer care service says by 15 days. There is not response from Byjus company about COURSE CANCELLATION and doing calls and messages for EMI'S payment. Please help me

      Still today no response and loan department is harassing me i[censored] not pay the EMI penalty amount comes and ur creditscore damages.BYJUS company customercare service department is disconnecting the call or not lifting the call. Please kindly help me

          My daughter was enrolled on february 2022 by coimbatore centre mr. Gowtham.

          He was in hurry and asked us to share OTP S and didnt give clear instructions about the product. He forced us by saying offer is getting closed today you will miss the offer etc.. and did some malpractice through online registration. He hided many facts.

          As per his statement we can discountinue the course within a month..and no more...

          @byju's concerned I had enrolled my son for byju's classes last month. But within the trial classes of 15 days i had to shift my son to hostel for his extra classes. So i wanted to cancel his enrollment. But after my several queries also my counselor neither responded me properly nor guided me with any specific procedure to cancel my son's enrollment. Moreover my son had not attended any online byju's classes as he has shifted to hostel. I am attaching the screenshot for your reference. Please help me out in this regard. Today I recieved a msg for monthly installment which will be deducted from my account on 6th of this month whereas my son has not attended a single online session yet. I have mailed about this to [protected]@byju's.com as well as to byju's support team. But now also if you don't respond then i am bound to file case in consumer forum. I have also informed and mailed to the mentor too.

            I had already requested to cancel the learning program on March8 2022 but it was not processed by our mentor .and now they are asking to pay emi .I am depressed by their calls and sms .please cancell the byjus course as soon as possible.

              Sir I have already unsubscribed your package on 04 Apr 2022 through email but following message has been received to me:-
              Dear Devendra Pratap, INR 6032 will be debited from your IDBI BANK ending with ***********8732 on 07/05/2022 towards Loan A/c [protected] for BYJU'S Product. Please maintain sufficient funds in your Account for successful transaction. As per NPCI Circular, your Bank will process NACH Debit on all days.               Please look into the matter and do the needful unless I am able to register a complaint against your institution.

              I have received a call from senior manager of byjus and confirmed me that he would be cancelled my package and no EMI will be deducted of Rs. 6032/- from my bank account. The conversation between me and senior manager was recorded by me. But till date, I have not received any confirmation and documentation regarding the cancellation of package.

              We had taken Byju's subscription for my son (Class -7). We were living in Aligarh, we had taken this subscription from Aligarh Byju's tuition center. At the time of orientation class, my main concern was online classes for these young kids which I personally don't like after what we have gone through in the Corona pandemic.

              So Mr. Shubham Maheshwari assured us that we would be provided four offline classes in the center and two online classes also in addition whenever our child needs he can come to the center.

              Due to some family reasons, we planned to move to Lucknow. This we informed to the Byju's tuition center Aligarh. They assured us that we would also get the same support and care in Lucknow.

              When we finalized our residence (Asiyamau, Rajajipuram) in Lucknow, we came to know that Byju's tuition centers would be very far from our residence, and it would be very difficult for my son to go to the center and for my wife to drop him to the center leaving three kids at home in a totally new city to us.

              We informed all these to Byju's tuition center in Aligarh (Shubham Maheshwari & Faraz) on[protected]. They assured us that we will be provided a free cab for the pick and drop of my son.

              When we coordinated with Byju's tuition center in Lucknow (Sapna-[protected]) on[protected] she assured us that she will confirm with the center manager and inform us regarding the free cab facility for pick and drop. Then on[protected], she replied back that they will not provide the free cab.

              Now after all this, it will be very difficult for us to continue with our subscription, as my son will not be able to go to the center which was our main concern at the time of admission.

              Despite requesting Aligarh tution center several times regarding cancelation of subscription no action has been taken. Then I called to BYJU'S customer complaints number - [protected], they assured a call back from the customer support team. But still no response.
              We have received a message(screenshot attached) from Fullertonv3 regarding EMI, which will be deducted from my HDFC account

              Hereby I am requesting that please cancel our subscription and provide us a refund.

                I had purchased byjus K3 course but did not satisfied so on calling for cancellation within 15 days they keep passing the time and after 15 days they deny to cancel it. They are scammers please help me.

                  Cancellation of byjus product as i will opt for graduation instead of one year drop of neet preparation.I am telling them since a week but theyare not replying us back along with that we have told the councellor to cancel the product and theyvare just cheating on us, not replying after giving so many emails theyare just ignoring, telling them the that we are really in financial issues as i will be getting admitted in college and along with that i have not started the live classes then also they are just taking emi and not stopping it.please help us it is very urgent

                    My name is Twinkle Sharma and i have registered into byjus ias course in the registered no. Xxxxxxxxxx, with the registered email id of [protected]@gmail.com . I registered email id of the counsellor is [protected]@byjus.com I have paid an amount of Rs5000 via google payon 29th april, but I don't want to continue further as I changed my mind .Now i want my money back .Yesterday i have called the customer care for the same and they are not solving my problem clearly, hence misguiding me.I have ad attached my payment receipt for their reference and the receipt which i got from the counsellor . I have mailed them several times and called you even several times . I have even reached their grievance team .

                      We need refund of the money we paid you as your have unethically given us a package in which my child is made a sibling of another person whom we dont know. The challenge is all the books and material is delivered to another house and we dont know these people to coordinate with them. Frustrating point is your leader Mrinal Mohit is aware of this issue and still no effort has been made to fix this issue. I would like a complete refund as we have not received services for which we paid the money after following up at least 100 times.

                        From day one we are facing the issue with grade which is not set yet as per our communicated with counselor. still student profile id Inactive mode, when we are trying to call mentor saying that you have enrolled for offline classes but we adopted for online classes with 3 years program, still i am not satisfied with the byjus services yet. i am completely disappointed with them.

                            Hello,
                            This is regarding the cancellation of the subscription of Byju's LKG grade course.
                            I took BYJUs trial program on 10th April and got the kit on 13th April. My kid was not showing any interest. So, the counsellor convinced us to take the trial of 5000 rupees and told us we can cancel it. He set up the EMI of 51000 rupees which will be auto-debit from June. He told us it is required at that time and we can cancel it anytime during the course or before June, So no amount will be deducted.
                            When I called customer care to cancel the subscription she completely denied it.
                            I called the counsellors, one said he left the company and the second one said we will help me. He will cancel it by sending an email to higher management.
                            I followed up with him the second day and he again assured me he will do it by tomorrow evening. After 4 days he stopped responding to my messages and did not pick up the calls.
                            We called the corporate team and they said that it will be cancelled by customer care only. So we should keep calling customer care again and again for cancellation.
                            Customer care is not helpful and they are completely denying the cancellation. When we again called the corporate team they blocked our numbers.
                            After 4 days there is no response to any email and the program is still not cancelled.
                            It is a complete fraud with us. Please help us and cancel the BYJUs subscription. We don't want a refund. But we don't want to pay any EMI as well.
                            We are trapped by counsellors and customer cares. Kindly help.

Also, apart from the course fees, I have paid 6000 rupees for online class support to the counceller. The fee receipt is attached.                                     Hi,

                                    This is regarding Subscription ID: [protected]. At the time of subscrption your senior mangement told me that your subscription if of class 9, 10, 11 and 12 and for jee as well for live classes however now after two years the byjus agents is saying that for 11, 12 and jee it is only tablet course and not live classes course. At the time of subscrption when I asked for the email confirmation of course the person has sent me a manual email that I"ve subscribed for 9, 10, 11, 12 and jee and didnt mentioned about live or jee course. And I haven't received any confirmation email after 1.5 years as well. This is totally a fraud done by byjus agents just to complete their target and you guys are playing with the kids future. I've attached the screenshot of the email sent by you. Please check and resolve asap.

                                    And when I escalate it then your mentor Name: #Rohini gives me false promise for followup multple times, promised to call back multiple times but she never called back. just a pathetic service.

                                      I took a Early Learn Program from Byjus on 10th Apr 2022 and received the initial kit on 14th Apr 2022.

                                      After reviewing the kit, I sent email to Byjus for cancellation of the course (on email id "[protected]@byjus.com") on 18th Apr 2022 (Which was within 15 days of trial period and information Byjus team over the telephone call as well.
                                      Email was sent from email id "[protected]@gmail.com"

                                      I sent email again on 25th and 29th Apr 2022 for request for confirmation for cancellation and process to refund, but did not received any communication from Byjus team.

                                      Request Byjus team to act on the cancellation request asap and help as mentioned in email sent to them.
