        I have submitted a cancellation request in byju's. They said that my cancellation is in progress and would get a call from byju's soon. I have not received the call or any messages from them. I want to make sure that my product is cancelled. Please help me. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. Please cancelled the application and refund the amount (1st EMI Rs. 2833). Please help me.

          As above cited subject, I have purchased byjus course for my son Dikshant Singh class 3 offline and class 4 to 7 online course by Mansoon mangal (Senior education counselor email id mansson.[protected]@byjus.com) [protected] on dated 2nd September 2021 at my home. I have paid 1lkah 1 thousand rupees for this course. Mansoon mangal ji committed about this course. But after payment he didn't pick my call till date also didn't send invoice. I have call many time but he didn't received my call. Then I call to coustmercare, coustmercare say you have purchased course for 2 child. But I have only 1 child why I will purchased course for 2 child. After many communication your sr. Manager Ma'am committed for resolve this problem also give detail for online class and invoice but problem still pending. I have not received any mail till date. Now mentor say you have purchased course offline for 2 children. If I have purchased course for 2 child then give detail for 2nd child. This mistake by your sales person it's not my mistake.
          Please resolve my problem.

              Hello Sir/Madam,

              I am Raj Kamal Sahu, a Friend of Ishu Srivastava from Praygraj, Uttar Pradesh. Writing this email behalf of my friend ISHU Srivastava.

              He is recently convinced and bought a BYJUS course from BYJUS Employee ( Abhishek Chauhan[protected].

              Here is the BYJUS Product number ( TNL[protected] )

              My concern is as briefed by a BYJUS employee ( Abhishek Chauhan[protected] regarding the product that I was purchased on[protected], The BYJUS employee briefed us please take a trial of 15 days, and if you are not interested in the course simply call us on toll-free number (+91 [protected]) and told us we are not interested in your course anymore and wants refund amount which I was paid INR 15000 cash to BYJUS employee ( Abhishek Chauhan[protected].

              I told everything all about my concern and a response from the support helpline team said after listing my concern will take action in the next 48 hours and resolve your issue.

              As briefed by a BYJUS employee ( Abhishek Chauhan[protected] regarding the product and terms and conditions. We are not interested anymore in the BYJUS course that I was perched on[protected] and Me and My wife decided to take a refund amount of INR 15000 that I was paid in cash to the BYJUS employee ( Abhishek Chauhan[protected].

              I have informed the support helpline team (+91 [protected]) within 15 days of the trial. It has almost 20 days of complaints. But the result is I did not get any response and my issue can not be resolved.

              So I am requesting you, please resolve my issue so I can get relief.

                      I was reached out by Byjus team regarding their Early learn program on 25th April 2022. A consellor came home and tried to convince reagarding the subscription and as I was not sure hence I asked them to take sometime and they suggetsed to to pay a booking amount of 3000
                      and take a decision in a week. I took one day to decide and immediately called them the next day on 26th April to not continue with the subscription and asked them to refund the booking amount.
                      The councellor asked me to send and email to their support team. I emailed them a written request to Byjus Support, Team BYJU'S and the counsellor avesh nigam on 30th April.No body is responding to the email and refund is still pending.

                            Information said by BYJUS representative and customer care service is different of study course after payment of initial amount. Byjus representative said cancellation can done by one month customer care service says by 15 days.                                 My daughter was enrolled on february 2022 by coimbatore centre mr. Gowtham.

                                He was in hurry and asked us to share OTP S and didnt give clear instructions about the product. He forced us by saying offer is getting closed today you will miss the offer etc.. and did some malpractice through online registration. He hided many facts.

                                As per his statement we can discountinue the course within a month..and no more...

                                @byju's concerned I had enrolled my son for byju's classes last month. But within the trial classes of 15 days i had to shift my son to hostel for his extra classes. So i wanted to cancel his enrollment. But after my several queries also my counselor neither responded me properly nor guided me with any specific procedure to cancel my son's enrollment. Moreover my son had not attended any online byju's classes as he has shifted to hostel. I am attaching the screenshot for your reference. Please help me out in this regard. Today I recieved a msg for monthly installment which will be deducted from my account on 6th of this month whereas my son has not attended a single online session yet. I have mailed about this to [protected]@byju's.com as well as to byju's support team. But now also if you don't respond then i am bound to file case in consumer forum. I have also informed and mailed to the mentor too.

                                    I have received a call from senior manager of byjus and confirmed me that he would be cancelled my package and no EMI will be deducted of Rs. 6032/- from my bank account. The conversation between me and senior manager was recorded by me. But till date, I have not received any confirmation and documentation regarding the cancellation of package.

                                    We had taken Byju's subscription for my son (Class -7). We were living in Aligarh, we had taken this subscription from Aligarh Byju's tuition center. At the time of orientation class, my main concern was online classes for these young kids which I personally don't like after what we have gone through in the Corona pandemic.

                                    So Mr. Shubham Maheshwari assured us that we would be provided four offline classes in the center and two online classes also in addition whenever our child needs he can come to the center.

                                    Due to some family reasons, we planned to move to Lucknow. This we informed to the Byju's tuition center Aligarh. They assured us that we would also get the same support and care in Lucknow.

                                    When we finalized our residence (Asiyamau, Rajajipuram) in Lucknow, we came to know that Byju's tuition centers would be very far from our residence, and it would be very difficult for my son to go to the center and for my wife to drop him to the center leaving three kids at home in a totally new city to us.

                                    We informed all these to Byju's tuition center in Aligarh (Shubham Maheshwari & Faraz) on[protected]. They assured us that we will be provided a free cab for the pick and drop of my son.

                                    When we coordinated with Byju's tuition center in Lucknow (Sapna-[protected]) on[protected] she assured us that she will confirm with the center manager and inform us regarding the free cab facility for pick and drop. Then on[protected], she replied back that they will not provide the free cab.

                                    Now after all this, it will be very difficult for us to continue with our subscription, as my son will not be able to go to the center which was our main concern at the time of admission.

                                    Despite requesting Aligarh tution center several times regarding cancelation of subscription no action has been taken. Then I called to BYJU'S customer complaints number - [protected], they assured a call back from the customer support team. But still no response.
                                    We have received a message(screenshot attached) from Fullertonv3 regarding EMI, which will be deducted from my HDFC account

                                    Hereby I am requesting that please cancel our subscription and provide us a refund.
