I have taken byjus program for 3 yrs, the counceller had promised tat, if not satisfied, the program can b cancelled, plus he had assured he would help us in giving the videos of lkg, ukg as well, since it would b difficult to cope up with second standard at a stretch, the main prblm is their communication gap nd false assurances.

      Dear Concern
      I have submitted a cancellation request in byju's and my my order Id - P1-SS03-[protected]. They said that my cancellation is in progress and would get a call from byju's soon. I have not received the call or any messages from them. I want to make sure that my product is cancelled. IIFL loan department is disturbing me by calling me daily for emi. Please help me. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. They are cheater. Please cancelle the application and refuno the amount. Please help me.

        Hi Team,

        Even after so many reminders, calls and mails, this case is still pending
        for the last 2 weeks approx.

        It was discussed with Disha on call, and was assured that the amount of
        16000/- will be refunded in 2-3 days but it has not yet happened.

        As a last option, again I am dropping this mail to you as a reminder on
        this issue.

        Can I have some update on this ?

          I have stop taking your services as my son is failed in class 11, please cancel my monthly EMI of Rs 9417 with immediate effect.

          I already have pay your more for just one year of your services, kindly refund me already paid amount(last three EMI).

            I want to cancel my byjus premium subscription before my trial period ends, it's 14 th day today and no support has been received, everytime I call their consumer support they keep me wait, now they just play the tune, moreover they cut the call in between. Even I have recorded the calls.
            I want to cancel my plans asap, I will not pay any amount if my trial period goes over

              I Tamal Kanti Hazra guardian of Agnimitra Hazra resident of village-Begri Post-Begri P.S. Domjur District -Howrah Pin -711411 here by wish to inform you that I no more wish to an active subscriber of your institution as the is not performing the role they sworn. The told that they are providing all subject online classes. But they didn't do so. They are only providing math and science classes. In this regard I on and from 15th March am trying to reach the cancellation process at my best. But not a little helpful hands are being stretched of behalf of the organization. So it is high time to go through the process of complaining and complaining. If there is no way left then I have to go with legal support. Please do the helpful.

                Respected sir /mam Myself Mrs. RAMYA Upsc aspirant from South. I need to file a complaint against the person name Arun Kumar from Byju's Chennai branch who gave irrelevant and irresponsible answers. He doesn't have rights ask our personal preparation about exams. He urges and give arrogant responses like then if your not interested now then why take byjus and register.. Let me get clarification whether byjus is only paid members and subscribers. Then your ads should indicate the sentences like only for subscribers and paid members. It really hurts us by judging the power of our knowledge. I need good clarification for this underestimation words and talk bu your workers. Even we have so much of sources available in online and guidance by former IAS officers we too trust your platform but disappointed. Thanks and regards

                  We have made the registration on 13th March 2022 and started to attend the classes from 21st (monday) to 30th march Wednesday attended only 7 byjus classes. On 4th April we have mailed to cancel the registration and not able to attend the class it came as expired subscription. And there is no response from byju's team so i have mailed the details again on 6th April to support & Cancellation team. And still date i have not received any feedback. i called the support team first they informed me that the issue has been escalated after constant follow up they are informing me that the process cannot me cancelled after 15 days. if they are dragging me like this my due date for payment will come, I have raised a complaint in the Byju's complaints resolution site also but i have not received any ticket number yet. Though i have done all this till date i am receiving the messages to attend the class . kindly request your support to cancel the course and refund the amount.

                    I had applied for online preparation for NEET preparation course at byjus since the schools have reopened I want my ward to attend offline classes that from them only not from others for that I have called them numerous no. Of time I have mailed them but there has been no response from their side, at the time of admission they promised to be supportive and now they are not even picking up the calls. This is extremely shameful that they are cheating in the noble field of imparting education. Since there has been no reply from their side I shall seek legal help against them

                        I m trying to cancel the order since 30march 2022 through Mentor, emails at support and cancellation, customer care calls, etc but greedy Byjus is making me fool and not responding and deducting money. My counsellor Suyansh Shukla told me that I can cancel till 7 April 2022 (he misguided me and fooled me)

                          Dear Sir/Ma’am,

                          My ward Prakhar Singh is enrolled for BYJU’S online classes. From fee perspective I have opted an EMI option of an amount Rs. 5339 which is already paid until April-2022. Due to this Pandemic I have already lost my job and still struggling to get new job so facing monetary crunch. Hence I am not able to arrange money for further installment.Therefore i requested them to cancel the registration of my ward and stop ECS but they are not listening. Please help.
                          Note: I will return their asset.

                            Sir I've been calling and mailing in byjus from last several days with regard to my cancellation matter of classes but neither I received any call nor satisfactory mail from your team. I had even sent all documents which I was asked for by your team and then I received one mail that I'll be receiving one call within 24 hrs but still didn't receive any . I'm highly disappointed from your team . But still hoping for positive response from your team. Kindly do call at my registered alt. Phone no.

                              हमारे यहाँ local MORE mall में मुझे approach किया गया byju's student counselling के लिए, एक दिन बाद मुझे DHEERAJ नाम के COUNSELOR ने फ़ोन किया और SUNDAY ( 10 APRIL 2022 ) को होम MEETING के लिए समय तह हुआ ! COUNSELOR ने आते ही मेरी DAUGHTER से TOUGH QUESTION करना START कर दिया! मेरी DAUGHTER नर्वस हो गई और अच्छे तरीके से जवाब ना दे सकी !

                              DHEERAJ ने हमसे बोला की आपकी बेटी को 2 साल का 8-9 CLASS का COURSE लेना चाहिए हमे भी लगने लगा लेकिन 47000/- सुन कर हमने मना कर दिया तब DHEERAJ बोलने लगा की उनके पास एक और OPTION है EMI ON DEBIT CARD पर जिस में आपको कोई INTEREST नहीं लगेगा INTEREST BYJU'S देगा!

                              हमने सोचा चलो कर लेते है मुझे से 5000/- ADVANCE DEPOSIT करने के लिए कहा मैंने तुरत GOOGLE PAY से कर दिए और आगे का PROCESS करने पर मुझे पता चला की मुझे लोन दिलवाया जा रहा है किसी THIRD PARTY लोन देने वाली से जो मुझे 12 EMI पर 13% INTEREST CHARGE ANNUALLY कर रही है ! मुझे सही नहीं लगा मैंने PROCESS रोक दिया और EXPLANATION माँगा, लेकिन DHEERAJ यही बोलता रहा की INTEREST BYJU 'S देगा, हद से ज्यादा हैरानी तो तब हुई जब DHEERAJ ने अपने SENIOR से बात करवाई और SENIOR भी बहुत बेशर्मी से यही बोलते रहे की INTEREST BYJU'S देगा जब की लोन करने वाली THIRD PARTY कंपनी ने CLEAR DETAILS MENTION की हुई है की DISBURSAL AMOUNT 39186/- है, RATE OF INTEREST 13% है, TENURE MONTH 12 हैं, TOTAL REPAYMENT AMOUNT 42000/- जब मैंने REFUND की मांग की तो DHEERAJ का BEHAVIOR CHANGE हो गया और बोलने लगा आपने मेरा TIME WASTE करदिया, ATTITUDE दिखाने लगा जो बिलकुल भी ACCEPTABLE नहीं था !

                              इसलिए मुझे आपका BYJU'S कोई TRIAL नहीं चाहिए, आपकी किसी SERVICE को लेने की मेरी कोई चाहत ना है ना कभी ज़िंदगी में होगी! मेरा 5000/- DEPOSIT AMOUNT मुझे तुरत वापिस किया जाए !

                                I bought the course in February from byju.. I took trial classes but i faced problems in taking online classes.. I unable to understand topic. And the financial conditions of my family are not good. That's why I want to cancel the course and want my refund back.
                                I tried to contact counselor and customer care through call but I did not get any response from them.

                                    firstly they asked to make down payment and after making the payment they said that now share your personal data and fulfill the loan step for further process.
                                    I found it doubtful so i asked to cancel my plan as it was only 1 day late from the day of payment that is on 31 march 2022 but now they are deniying they are asking to complete the loan step then only they will make a refund

                                      We have cancelled byju's subscription within 15 days of the start. But we are receiving monthly EMIs even after cancellation. We are calling byju's customer support from 2 months regarding the same, but there is no response from them. They will connect our call to cancellation team, but nobody will respond even after we wait for hours. This has happened hundreds of times. Worst customer support ever. Till now we haven't received any resolution. We are getting 20 calls from finance company everyday regarding EMIs bounce backs. Please help us with the resolution of our issue.
