I have purchased a byjus ias course. It is not worth not usefull and not working. I have purchased the course 1/111/2021 an shot the items delivered on 11/11/2021. Within ten days itself i have registered complaint about the needs and that course is not going well. Then they executive convinced me by saying all your problems will be solved and you will get a call. No response came after which i took initiative to call them and they put liam exercises and somehow convinced me.
The most worst part of the course is byjus which was thought to be a reputed company is fraud, misleading and unlawful. The cheat their customers. I was totally unaware of the refund and return policy which i got to know now only. Even though the complaint was registered within the period neither the executiveinformed me about this.
The information given by the executor about the course and payment is untruthful (With evidence).
Byjus is a scam and they have a cancellation policy that is told to be active for 24 hours only and refund and return for 15 days which i was totally unaware (Swear).
Byjus and the executive are really a trap that once purchased they go on with the 15 days period without informing by saying all the policies will be mailed which by most times gets unchecked (As of me).
I am a victim of byjus course intolerance.
Till now i have made a downplaymnet of rs5000 and 3 emi of rs4500 each. Due to certain personal issues i was not able to view the classes for more than a month. I have mailed them from jan 24th of which they replied back after continuous mails after the deduction of 3rd emi on 7th frb.
Bujus thought to be a reputed educational institute is a fraud and i trust full and unlawyal. I cannot go with the subscription and needs cancellation.

MY CONPLAINT IS NOT RESOLVED AND WHAT IS MARKED IS FALSE AND UNTRUTHFUL.DONOT BELEIVE THEM.The complaint is not resolved. I haven’t told that it is resolved .Who the company is to mark everything false. They akshaya lie and this is what happened here . I have received a mail that your problem will be resolved and the complaint is transferred to Think and Learn Pvt Lmt and they will receive a reply from company reperesentatives within a several days . This is what I have received and no further updates. The mail is also not specific and doesn’t mention anything relevant. The statement that you will receive a reply within several days proves their false and unlawful attitude towards the customers. They haven’t provided any time limtit or anything relevant.Byjus is a trap. As consumers be cautious. MY COMPLAINT IS NOT AT ALL RESOLEVED TILL NOW DATED ON 12/02/2022. THE ABOVE MENTIONED OS FALSE.

This is what I received . MY COMPLAINT IS NOT RESOLEVED. THE PROVIDE FALSE INFORMATION THEY ARE UNTRUTHFUL AND UNLAWFULL TO THEIR CONSUMERS.DONOT BELEIVE THEM.

Even I'm facing the same issues such an unethical company.Money diggers i applied and trying for cancellation for last 2 months.They hold with stupid policies while they try to trap us they will not spoke about their stupid policies but when we want to leave the course they will spoke about their stupid policy.Worst ever corporate mind

    The process for cancelation is still not approved by team it is just scam with all students who come across this app. It's being 6 month they are not responsive .so pls do not refer byjus to anyone it is not solving prblm after 1 months the team will be disappeared somewhere

      Dear Sir/Madam
      I am Imtiaz Khan from Dibrugarh, Assam.
      I have taken a course from Byju's on 05/02/2022 for my son Aiyan Khan as the mentor ( SOMESH GARODIA) told me. But after calculation i found the loan which i have taken is too high which i cannot afford now as i have taken loan from other banks also. So i want to cancel my cource on Byju's for now. I told the mentor (SOMESH GARODIA) about the condition and he gave me some unwanted reasons that the loan can be cancelled after the 15 days of the product reached and he call me in his hotel room on 7/2/22, i went there and he open his laptop and placed the order summary without my knowledge only took and otp by himself he have also verified the loan to the loan partner from my phone which i have not having any knowledge about it. Afterwards when i hear the recording of the conversation i was shock that he has verified my loan and generated. At a mean time i call the loan verifier at same number and told the matter he raise an complaint against and told me a call will come from mentors after 15 min. A call came and i told the matter to her she also raise a complaint to higher manger and told me that a call will come in 24 to 48 hrs ...till date no call came. Now i am think to go for legal action and I request you to check upon the matter and cancel the course. I not than i will take a legal action.
      I will be very thankful if my application is considered preferably.

        I request you to direct Byjus Higher Authorities to issue NME or Stoppage or Cancellation letter so that we can rest in peace after getting fooled by Byjus.

        1. Iam not attending their course from past 3 months still payed them, now will not be able to pay due to financial issues.

        2. We were not even aware that Loan has been given to third party and about cancellation policy Byjus Educational Councellor said you can cancel when you want. What we were said was you can pay monthly installments in EMI to Byjus...I don't understand from where ABFL Loan agent came...Big Scam Of Byjus not providing full proof correct information. They give all detailed explanation about course and Byjus product except these WoW.

        3. No one cares to call you like before after you pay the money and buy the course. Hahah !

            Since 22-jan-22 we are asking for cancellation of byju's subscription and refund. Repeatedly they are asking for the bank details etc. Promised on 3-Feb-22 that it will be refunded within 8-10 working days penny drop test on my bank account also done on 3-Feb-22. Still today, Byju's asked for my bank details again.
            Again they promised to refund by 10 working days. Very unprofessional attitude don't think they are willing to refund.

            Sir, I have been waiting for refund since December 10th.. very low rated attitude by company.

                I have joined 2year IAS course with the down payment of Rs.10000 and the rest of the amount in emi at this time my parents are financially unstable to pay the rest of the amount so I requested byjus to cancel my subscription and refund my money for the past 3 days however no steps had been taken in order to resolve my problem, I kindly request you to help me regarding this and get my money back as soon as possible., thank you.

                    got enrolled on 07/06/2020 on which we already updated you to cancel my classes we haven't taken any of your classes then why the amount is being deducted from my credit card
                    we cancelled and updated you to get cancel after a month as at that time it was a CORONA time 2nd information we updated you on sep, 2020 for so many days the amount was keep on deducting after cancellation for the class . we want refund for the amount it deducted .

                        In the beginning the student Councellor sold me Byjus IAS course stating you can cancel the course whenever you want. I have paid 6EMI to third pary loan provider.

                        My father recently Expired and my uncle is hospitalised, we are spending huge amounts to hospital to save his life. We are not in a condition to pay the EMI. I have also Sent an E-mail to Byjus cancellation department and also spoke with few of them about our condition and help with cancellation process...but they blindly refuse telling we can't do anything.
                        Byjus is doing fraud by giving EMI to people without proper info regarding cancellation policies.
                        Not using their course from 3months no one bothers to ask why? When it comes to money they keep calling.

                        I request to help us in this condition and cancel
                        Byjus EMI...iam mentally tortured.

                              I am Pradeep Kumar. We have paid Byjus 36000/- Rs for online classes for my daughter with the condition that if I will not be satisfied from the same we need to send cancellation mail with in 15 days. We sent the Byjus mail confirmation within the time period. Mail Copy attached for reference. Three months have been passed we are paying emis also from credit card. But Byjus is not refunding our money after so many mails communications. Please help to resolve our issue. Thanks Pradeep Kumar

                                Initailly they told me to quit course anytime, but right now they refuse to do, they told 15 days trails periods over, you cant quit, MY course fees 95, 000 Rupees, Apart from tablet videos none of the things found unfair, Even i am not gonna to write Exam but i need to pay/ automatic debit, Sociology there is no supports from their side, if we ask anything they support other then they never follow you, I need to comeout from this course please help me to do

                                  I have purchased an online tab program of byjus 6 months ago. Till now I've been paying my EMI. But now my family's financial situation is very bad that I can't explain . I asked the customer care service to help me. I got a call from cancellation team of byju's they told that cancellation can't be done. But I requested not debit my emi from now onwards and I don't need any refund. 6k is a very big for a middle class family and there is single earner in my family. We can't imagine how situations can go. Me and my family were facing many financial issues. Plzz cancel my subscription and don't deduct my EMI.

                                      Hi am vadivel working in a reputed concern in senior manager.
                                      I enquired at class one of councilor muthuram Kumar senior educational counselor was contacted and appointment fixed some imp reason am not attended .
                                      He msg me in very roughly and he told my son never come up and some nasty words .how can he say this type of words. I want solution for that otherwise I will give complaint to police and take severe action to him
