It have been 8months i have enrolled in byjus program.but From last 3months I am trying to cancel my current byjus program. Due to some financial crisis. So, I decided to drop the course however, byjus team is forcing me to continue the program and are saying the way you buy a product online the same way you have bought a product here. I would like to know is byjus a online education institute or a product on the name of education which frauds youth? I get 10 calls daily regarding my emi which is unpaid but from last 3 months the mentors or byjus never bothered to ask me why am i not attending the lectures? It is really disappointing that they are only interested in money, no institute does that. If you have enrolled in something you have total right to drop it. I am not asking for refund but you cannot force me to continue the program and pay the respective fees. Am not at all satisfied with the service and i want to drop it right now .please help me out

    So my sis has been receiving a call from the biggest scam app BYJUS...I had installed byjus a few years ago out of pure curiosity...but why the ### am i getting calls from it!!! We have told them not to call but still they continue...i wanna report byjus.

      Hello there,

      Concerned people :- Ankur Bhadoriya ( Counsellor )

      Firstly, NOT AT ALL SATISFACTORY.

      I had enrolled my sister into this program in mid of October 2021, upon the counsellor's commitments.
      We did not find the program credible enough with regards to the same, and went for the cancellation process within 15 days.
      As per the refund policy of BYJU's, cancelling the product within 15 days of its activation will ensure full refund.
      As of now, despite of writing multiple emails and calls with the cancellation team, they are not responding with a firm response for cancellation.
      On the other hand the finance team keeps calling for EMIs and is debiting the EMI for the same, stating that until they do not get a confirmation from the cancellation team, they will not be stopping the auto debit.

      I want the same to be resolved.

          They are drebling with me like a foot ball sine last fifteen days I have paid them 5000 rupees as first emi for my daughter for neet course but I cancelled it they told me that you will get the refund amount within 19 days but 25 days have gone they are daily giving me excuse that today you recieve like that today I called them 7 times they assured me that our executive will call you but no body called me.

            We had cancelled the registration of our son in Byjus but till now the payment has not been refunded to us.I am calling and messaging Byjus helpline number continuously for 20 days but not getting any satisfactory reply.
            On talking to the mentor, it is sometimes said that your refund process is going on and sometimes we are forcefully asked to join Byjus. Please our full payment should be returned to us soon. I had deposited the entire amount, I want the deposited amount back.

              My complain against BYJU'S that he is not respond my cancellation and refund request of Rs 80000.The company given my child the Tablet program with the cancellation and refund policy with In 15 days of package.                     I had registered with byjus for online class, the counsellor who attended ensured that they will supply tab within 3 days and believing them I paid total fees in single installment.
                    But more than 15 days passed 5hey have not supplied the tabtill datea d are giving excuses.
                    Due to failure of thecompany to supply tab timely, i ask the company to refund my amount in full, so that I can make alternate arrangement.

                          I was purchased the product 10 days back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount is possible because they said there will be 15 days grace period to cancellation. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. They are cheater. Please cancelle the application and refuno the amount

                            Sir During month of August 2021 I got admission of my chid and paid 8000 rupess to the counsellor for study material and tab. But unfortunately the counsellor Tafauq Ahmad from Baramulla kashmir despite getting fee he failed to deliver the Study material as I provided all the requisite documents to him well in time. Due to lapse of his negligence the career of my child ruined and approx 6 mothi passed but nothing will be happened. Kindly direct the authority to investigate the matter and deliver the justice to my ward.

                              Dear sir,
                              I have ordered for byju's classes on 22.12.2021. I received the tablet on 26.12.2021 and books on 28.12.2021. I wanted to cancel my order within the 15 days trial period. For this reason, I have already talked to your customer service on 06.01.2022. They have told me to cancel the order after listening to the cause behind my cancellation. I have not received with request ID : 26562917.
                              After several attempts since yesterday to reach to the cancellation team, no call back has been received from their end.
                              Already I have mailed to [protected]@byjus.com and asst manager sunidhi.[protected]@byjus.com
                              So I request you to cancel my order and initiate the refund process as soon as possible.

                                I made a refund request on Nov 11 2021 ie before 15 days time period but the mentor is unnecessarily not accepting the refund request and arguing that 15 days time period is over.Now my second EMI amount also debited and they have not provided any service.What’s the solution for this?

                                  I have paid down payment of Rs.10, 000 to purchase JEE Course (class11), my loan couldn't approved to purchase full package. Requested paid amount, but still it is not refunded, I paid on 30th December, 2021 it's almost 10 days even after sending many emails, many calls they didn't initiate refund yet, I have provided all the details they've asked, counsellor also not responding now, pls let me know the status of refund, and pls refund my amount as early as possible.

                                    This complaint is related to Byju’s not processing cancellation/refund despite of multiple calls being made to them. It was a forcefully done sale at first place - it was pathetic behaviour of your sales representative “Naveen Bomula” who fooled innocent parents and misguided them to purchase this product and later ghosting them.

                                    Request you to process the refund of down payment and cancellation of EMI Mandate and amount paid so far.

                                        On dated 23rd October BYJUS representative visit to my house and offered my daughter RADHIKA GUPTA to start BYJUS class and if we don’t like it then within 15 days it will be cancelled and for this I have paid them 5000.00 . Next day we decided that we don’t go for it, and hence we were not processing any links or OTP s . But Priyanka Roy repeatedly forcing me to pass the OTPs but I didn’t do that.
                                        At that time Priyanka Roy generate a new ID with their numbers as canceled checked she have and documents also she has which she collects from my house. And after a month we received courier from BYJUS in which some study materials and tablet. In that Courier address was my, but 2 mobile numbers are different. That day we know that BYJUS staffs cheated us and they generate OTPS with their numbers ( [protected] & [protected] ).
                                        And now they stared EMI s of Rs. 5840.00 which can’t be possible for me as in covid situation we are seating in home without pay. And for collection of EMIs now their staffs are calling repeatedly.
                                        AS FROM THE DAY ONE I REPEATDLY TOLD THEM THAT WE ARE NOT INTERSTED AND WE CANT AFFORED IT. BUT THEY JUST CHEAT US AND HARRESMENT MY DAUGHTER AND WIFE .
                                        SO I AM REQESTING YOU TO CATCH THEM AND CHARGED A Fraud CASE AGAINST THEM .
                                        I AM ATTACHING THE DOCUMENTS PLEASE FIND IT.
