I have brought byjus learning kit to my son on 26 sept 2021, the counseller compelled us to buy. So after paying 5000, my son didn't understand the videos, he told its very difficult. So we asked to the counseller to return. According to byjus return policy, there is 15 days free trial, so we asked after the 7th day of buying. Counseller told he will arrange to return, but the 15 day of free trial has been finished. He didn't respond us. Then we talked to byjus support they told we didn't apply for return. The counseller made us fool . Then we called daily to all byjus service, but they they gave a irrelevant reply. After November, the amount was deducted from our bank, we were shocked, the counseller told they will not deduct money. All lies.. The whole month we called to bank, byjus support but no use. Counseller had blocked me. Now December message was that the amount was going to deducted. We called byjus cancellation team, till now they were simply telling "call tomorrow".
We have told before 15days of free trial, but money was deducted monthly. Kindly ask to cut the auto debit and ask them to take return.
