I took the Byjus plan for both of my Kids and later came to know that English is not covered in the same, so i asked for the refund with in the first week of booking the request. however till now i have not received the refund. they have not collected the books and Tablet yet. multiple people called and asked about the issue, i explained them, they tried to force me to use this package which is illegal. than they said they will come back...

We hereby request BYJU'S platform to refund our registration sum fees of 5000/- that we have made pay to BYJU' platform account during online counseling from BYJU'S done by Mrs. Pooja Malviya using Zoom cloud meeting. I'm hinal padia, I purchased the subscription of byju's for 11th and 12th neet. Through the person from whom I purchased, said alot of sweet lies and fake promises, some of them being like "if anything happens, she can call me, I'll arrange her talk to mentor or teacher" but he just suddenly disappeared after the day I purchased. Byjus sales representative told that the product is valid for 5 years and mentor will teach child 1 hour per day on daily basis to student through online. However, one mentor namely Mr. Girish is telling differently as they will not call on daily basis and validity of product also expires on yearly basis.
