Further to my complaint raised earlier with regards to bad service and unresponsiveness, we had got a call from byjus Dubai office, assuring that the service would be better going forward.
However, we are still facing issues as the mentors are unresponsive regarding any app issues or any clarifications.
We had complained in November that my child is unable to login to the app due to some technical issues. The OTP was not being send to the registered number. But the resolution has not yet been given, although we have almost reached the end of academic year.
After paying around AED 7, 000 for subscription of classes till 10th grade., we are totally disappointed with the kind of service that has been offered to us.
We would like to unsubscribe now, as we do not have further expectation.
Request to please arrange for a refund at the earliest for the rest of the subscription.
Hoping for an urgent response from company's end.

      I have cancelled my subscription within 15 days after receiving the product. I got a call to note details of why I am cancelling the subscription. They noted all the details and said that I will receive a cancellation confirmation call within 2 day. But it's been a week I have not received any call. And I tried calling the Byjus team but, they are not calling back.

          I registered my daughter for 2 year JEE NEET course on 30/10/21 by paying advance and opting for EMI. I was told on 05/11/21 that the course is not available in Oman, it will be cancelled and money will be refunded. I am calling and sending emails since that day for refund but with no result. Now I am being asked to pay EMI for a course which never started.

            We started subscription in Byjus at Nov 24th for my kid and since we are not comfortable with their teaching we wanted to cancel the subscription. Then we sent a request to Byjus for cancelling EMI and subscription before 15days.( As per agreement, 15 days is the trail period for any cancellation)..

            Our cancellation request id is 25202910.

            But they were not cancelling our course and the loan payment is auto debiting from our account. They are not giving proper information about the return policy..

              I was given a tablet and was costed ₹5000 of refundable amount for a trial session of 15 days. I'm don't wish to take the course now and want to return the tablet and get my amount back but neither the mentor who sold us the course is picking the calls nor am I receiving any further information about the process from byjus team. kindly resolve this issue. looking forward for a quick and positive response. thankyou

                  I bought a course from byju's in 60000 INR on 15th of December. But we did not get any course from byjus yet. We are trying to complaint on complaint helpline number but not getting any resolution from there also. Everyone say that I am a senior Manager and wait for 24h. This is really pathetic service of byjus. I need a course as soon a possible.

                    Sir/ Maam,

                    Mr. Devesh Chaturvedi-[protected]/ [protected] (devesh.[protected]@byjus.com) and Mr. Naman Somani (naman.[protected]@byjus.com) came to our residence at Kanpur on 21.11.2021. We were of the opinion to give our son AARAV SALIAN a IIT-JEE course from AAKASH. In the introductory call received on 19.11.2021, we had already mentioned it. On 21.11.2021, we agreed to opt for the course which they (MR. dEVESH) told us The course cost is Rs. 134000/- for IIT JEE and Class 10th will be complimentary.We had paid Rs. 8000/-on 21.11.2021 and the balance amount of Rs. 126000/- on 22.11.2021.
                    Some Suhail Dar introduced him as my son's mentor on 25.11.2021 and the classes started. After two classes, we had lot of doubts as to the working etc to tried to contact the mentor, but he said slowly you will get to know everything. We didn't had any direct phone number of the mentor, only had helpline no. We even called Mr. Devesh Chaturvedi, but he only said "I am looking into this matter, not to worry" Now he dont give a heed to pick our calls, may the payment is already done and we are victims. He tried to consume the 15 days and then we are in trapped position. Then my son started complaining that only classes without any homeworks, practice sheets, response of teachers toetc does not work. The mentor told us that we are going to get homework via whatsapp, which we never got any till date.
                    I called your mentor helpline to say that we do not need a this course and want to quit but never the mentor called us. Nor Mr. Devesh picks our call, we send him messages in whatsapp and he says the team is following up.

                    We are now exhausted, we don't need this any more and want the refund. The statement of our bank account is also attached and in the receipt of application no. nowhere it is written aakash byjus.

                    We are genuine and we are middle class people, and have been misguided a lot from the helpline mentors that resulted in delay, and request you to return back the amount paid to you as we have not used anything of IIT preparation as my son is in Class 10. The copy of the payment is attached for you

                    TRUST is very important in education and OUR TRUST is almost shattered. Every company flourish only because of the Customers, but in Byjus no one give a heed to contact customer who are trapped with their hard earned money. We request you to settle our refund at the earliest and the set of 7 books, one memory card for 11 and 12 and a 8 inch tablet is with us. As per your guidance it would be safely returned. And my son is not taking his class since yesterday (29.12.2021).

                    We took a course of class 11 and 12th, IIT-JEE and not 10th. We were also told that 190 minutes recording was done after we paid the registration fee of Rs. 8000/-. This is not at all a good gesture to record something without our knowledge from the beginning. We we knew it earlier we would never had allowed Mr. Devesh and his team to allow to our house. That Mr. Devesh Chaturvedi says we are defaming him, but precisely he is giving mental tortures by not attending our call by messaging us that it will be settled in 48 hours, as you very well know your policies that customer can't contact you directly.

                    As we opted for class 11 and 12th, what if we were not satisfied with the working of byjus aakash in May 2022, then how we could have got our refund. We only wanted Aakash curriculum not that of byjus. Studying from pre recorded videos was not that we wanted to purchase. I cleared it to Mr. Devesh on the first day.

                    I request the byjus authorities to settle our claims and update us on our registered email id i.e. [protected]@gmail.com so that we are relieved from so much of pains we are in.

                    Kindly help in refunding our hard earned money,

                      Hi, my sister was forced to enroll for Byju's classes for her 5 years old kid and they have taken an advance payment of 8000 INR. Later my sister decided to not opt for this course as her child is not yet ready to take the classes. So she requested for the cancellation and refund of advance money. They have created a ticket number for the same but so far no progress made on this. My sister is tired of contacting byju customer care executive from last 2 months. Customer care executives kept saying they will arrange a call back from mentor but till now not a single call is received.

                        I am buying your byjus classes for 6th to 10th std at 15 days trial basis on 18.12.2021 with paying advance Rs. 5000/- and balance amount will be payable at EMI option.
                        But after kit received 3days I will inform to the cancellation dept to cancel our purchase.
                        But they calling on 05.01.2022 afternoon and speaking with me not response properly.
                        I want to cancel this product and I want to return back my advance amount at the earliest
                        Incase you should not take seriously this issues I will go media and consumer court too.

                            I have taken my UPSC CSE courses in September 2020 for 2 years. Since then I don't have complete access on student portal. I don't get those MCQ's which are provided along with mains answer writing.I haven't been provided test series except free ones. I called several times, mailed support team but in vein. They just used to either transfer calls or ask me to change settings.
                            This is so unprofessional.Kindly look into it.

                                I enrolled my daughter in the month of December 2021 and initiated the refund under there mentioned refund policy of 15 days.
                                Customer support never responds on the refund they will always say they will arrange a call back but no one cares to do so.

                                I mailed them but they are saying "wait for 24 hrs. our senior manager call you" but no call.

                                I had raised a cancellation request of the Disney BYJU's early learning app subscription that I took for my daughter Najat Inaya.
                                Customer support never responds on the refund they will always say they will arrange a call back but no one cares to do so.
                                It is within 15 days as per your policy and the ticket number I got is '26252103'.

                                Please refund my money.

                                      We have been cheated by Byju's representative Mr. Ankur Singh. He came to us and explained about Byjus. The crux of the conversation with him as under:
                                      1. One mentor will be provided by Byjus for your child to take care of day to day activities.
                                      2. Mentor will report parents about the progress of the child.
                                      3. Mentor will help your child in any difficulties regarding study materials and tablets.
                                      4. Mentor or someone else from Byjus will explain in case your child is not able to understand any concept.
                                      5. We told him that our child is very weak in english unless someone will explain him in hindi he will not understand.
                                      6. We are looking for Byju's only improvement in english.
                                      7. We told him that he is unable to do self study. One teacher is needed to teach him.
                                      8. So far we are teaching him at home but due to lack of time we are looking someone who can teach him so that we can save our time.
                                      9. He gave us assurance that Byjus will take care of everything.

                                      Based on his explanation, assurance and under the impression of the brand of Byju's we purchased your subscription. We purchased your subscription by giving our hard earned money for the bright future of our child. But it is our bad experience of life because of the following reasons:
                                      1. Only study material has been provided by Byju's and there is no teacher to explain concepts. It is like Motor car without a driver.
                                      2. Mentor has no role to play, it is just for name sake. During the more than 3 months of subscription there is no response form mentor.
                                      3.In the first two month of subscription there was no communication from the mentor.
                                      4. After raising a complaint, the mentor called us and we explained our problem that the child is not able to self-study. The mentor informed us that his role is limited to progress report only.
                                      5. Mentor informed us that if a child is not able to understand concepts then he can watch videos for better understanding. But videos are prepared in foreign accent which is next to impossible to understand for my child as at the time of subscription I clearly informed the counselor that my child is very weak in english. When he is not able to understand normal English, how will he understand foreign accent?
                                      6. After a long discussion your counselor told us that I suggest the best plan which will satisfy your needs. Believing in the brand image of Byju's, we purchased a subscription suggested by him.
                                      7. But in three month of subscription there is no improvement in my child. As he is not able to do self study and the best plan suggested by your experienced counsellor is nothing but self study. It is a case of misrepresentation.
                                      8. Mentor provided by you is totally useless as they do not bother to talk to students or parents. You can check in your system how many times your mentor had conversation with us? How many progress reports were provided by him in these 3 months of subscription? How did he help student?

                                      Once again I am telling you that I purchased a subscription of Byju's under the impression of brand image but now I am feeling that I have been cheated by your representative because of the following reasons:
                                      1.There is no improvement in my child in three months?
                                      2. Videos provided by you are totally useless for him as he is not able to understand english in foreign ascent.
                                      He is not able to do self study and the same is well informed to your counsellor at the time of counselling. Though the study plan suggested by your well experienced counsellor is totally based on self study which has no use for my child.
                                      4. Mentor provided by you is of no use as without raising a complaint it is not possible to talk with him. We don't have that much time even after paying money that we follow our mentor to know the progress of a child every time. Though it has been informed to us at the time of taking the subscription that the mentor will provide a weekly report of progress of our child and he will guide for further improvements. But so far we have not received a single report from our mentor.


                                      In light of the above facts we request you to cancel our subscription and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                      The above complaint is already intimated to company through mail dated on 25/11/2021 but still no proper response is received from the company.

                                      Crux of the conversation with company is as under:

                                      1. They are saying I am out of refund policy as refund can be done within 15 days of subscription. The same was never intimated to us neither orally nor in writing.

                                      2. They are not ready to investigate into the matter. They are just trying to convince me anyhow.

                                      3. They are saying now onward mentor will take care as promised but not ready to give in writing.

                                      4. They are not ready to forward my complaint to higher authority.

                                      5. They are not ready to give reason for non refunding in writing.

                                      After raising complaint i received a call from Byju's and one lady representative gave me 3 options over phone call to solve the matter. She also committed to send all three options on mail but no mail has been received so far as. Inspite of sending request on mail no response is received. One more false commitment from Byjus.

                                      Still problem is not resolved. It has been decided over phone call that company will pay me Rs. 30000 and my subscription will be continue same as before. But they are not ready to give anything in writing. Without confirmation in writing how can I rely on them as I have been already victim of false commitments.

                                        Nd thn from byjus I got lots of call that I have to take councellor meet for my child nd I will agree.
                                        Nd one day Vishal chandravanshi from indore he came nd councelling my child thn we told him ok but we don't think that this is good for our 3 yrs old boy but he convince us nd told Dont worry agr apko samjh m na aaye toh ap rtrun kr dena product under 15 days or agr ni hua toh m krwa lunga nd all the fake promises he made which is not fine.
                                        Nd thn the kit arrived nd I use that for 5 days nd my kid is not taking any intrest coz my boy is in nursery nd thy give me for kg 1
                                        By telling ki humara yeh hi lakshya h ki baccha 1 yr aagey rhe school se.
                                        I msg him tht I want to return the product nd he again convenience me ki aap use toh kro abhi 5 days hi huay h ni toh m toh hoon na

                                        Nd I paid 800 rs for the parcel plz refund that amount to nd take right action for your employees
