Hello,
I've purchased a Byju's product for my exam preparation under EMI and some down payment. I received my product on 17th Dec 2021. I wanted to cancel the course. I have called them on 20th Dec 2021 and they've taken some details from me, I was told to wait for some time and their manager will call me back. I've waited for 4 hours and received no call from their side.
I called them again, the same guy picked up my call. He pretended that my voice is not audible and he cut the call thereafter. I sensed something fishy, I've called them again. Now, another person picked up my call, she has also taken all my details, she told me to wait for 24 hours. They are changing the waiting time period. Also, I've mailed to them regarding cancellation and no one is actually responding.
BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Now, they have increased the time to 48 hours.

    Sir,
    I want to raise a complaint about your associate Mr. Aniket Karmaker and Rushabh Balkrushna regarding forwarding my mandate for EMI to my bank, without varification and obtaining my acknowledgment from me. Your associate and your financer approved me to verify the loan which I denied to do so stating that I have required for refund and refund process is already initiated by your refund team vide request Id 25719979.I am still getting messages from your end for my child to attend the classes to proof a point that my child is still continuing byjus classes. Please that messages for attended classes henceforth.

            Address: BYJUS by the name "Think & Learn Pvt Ltd",Bangalore (KT) Bangalore. Local office Pune, Maharashtra

            I had paid advance Rs.8000/- on 11th December 2021, for BYJUS classes 4th to 7th standard CBSC board which was refundable if the registration is cancelled within 15 days.
            So same day evening I requested the counselor to cancel the registration and process refund also on next day 12th December 2021 shared formal email to [protected]@BYJUS.com with all details for cancellations. And on 15th Dec 2021 again forwarded same email to support team and cancellation team of BYJUS to refund the amount. Lihave been informed that the request is forwarded to Finance Team of BYJUS and request ID is 25725534. But till date I have not got the refund.

                I started my subscription in byjus at September i am not comfortable with their teaching i want to quit that class they were not cancelling my course the loan payment is auto debiting frm my father's account we need to cancel that subscription .They didn't give proper information about the return policy if we cancel now they are saying after 15 days we can't cancel the plan etc..plz cancel my subscription in byjus i request you.

On 17/12/2021, one of your counselor named Ms. Swarna Lata verma and Mr. Sunny Singh visited my house at 8:30 PM about to conduct a counseling session with my daughters and spent an ample time (12:30 AM) with my daughters and after that they told me to purchase Byju's Early Learning Program worth Rs 1, 30, 000/- (for both daughters, upto class 6th for saumya and upto class 5th for srishti) separately for the period of next four years for which I had paid 10, 000/- as down payment instantly through credit card and the remaining amount that is 1, 20, 000/- will be paid as No Cost EMI for the period of 12 month @ 10, 000/- per month.

                  3. In this regard, I wish to inform you that I don't want to pursue this order and I wish to cancel the same order as I am not capable of paying such a huge amount on monthly basis.

                  4. In this connection, I am consistently trying to cancel the order within 24 hours as per your company policy and trying to make calls on your customers care numbers, the counselor's number and other sources available on the website but there is no response given from any of the above mentioned source.

                  5. So, I kindly request to you please cancel my order and refund the amount of Rs. 10, 000/- as soon as possible. I will be highly obliged and thankful to you for this act kindness.

                    I have taken Byju's IAS course by paying a down payment of 5000/- on 19th September 2021 and due to financial issues i requested for cancellation of my course on Nov 17 2021.Totally i paid 14000/-.The cancellation request ID is the request ID is 18765028 and Senior manager Ankitakumari madam spoke with me. and asked medical reports of my mother. i submitted. Still now they didn't cancel my course. .please solve my issue and help me from getting some more deep into this financial crises

                      I have been continuously mailing Aniket Tripathi for the last one month to cancel the course but no hearing is being received.

                      I had made a humble request to you that I have not been able to pay school fees for six months now, you are check in Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay School.

                      Can you find out that I am unable to pay the fees of byjus, I have deposited Rs 5000 +6667 = 11667 with
                      your child for the course.not ready to And he has not attended a single class, so you can deduct
                      whatever you want from my deposited money.Return it and get your tabs and books back.

                      Anyway, your consular (Abhijit Gupta) has cheated me by not telling me the right thing before and
                      calling me constantly.Still did not answer any phone.

                      Please cancel the course and get my deposited money back. I will have great favor.

                        Hi All,

                        I have taken a 3 years course for my son of class UKG, from BYJU's. Initially, I have deposited Rs. 5000/- on 28th Nov 21 and received the course material for class UKG on 3rd Dec 21.
                        I have approached their senior Education counselor Arumugam on 10th Dec 21 and told them to cancel the course subscription. Due to my son not showing interest in this app to use,
                        Requesting to recollect the materials received on 3rd Dec 21 and refunding the deposited amount Rs.5000/- and stop the EMI option ASAP.
                        Kindly suggest & guide in this matter if anything is missed.

                        Not yet received any cancellation process details from Byjus end. FYI, already we are waiting for a week. Please do the needful for the cancellation process before EOD and share the status of my request ASAP.
                        Please Note deactivate my EMI option asap. i have requested to Arumugam on 10th Dec 21 and requested to unsubscribe the 3 years byjus package and deactivate my auto-debit EMI too from your end.

                          Some keys are not working like on off . Battery is working for a short period. There is no battery backup. Most probably time tab gone on hang mode.

                            Hello maine lkg k liye byjus se subscription liya tha or product rcv hone k 5 days baad hi maine rtrun rquest ki coz mera baccha uss cheez k liye bhut chota hai he is just 3 yrs old jab home session hua tha maine tb hi mana kiya tha but they told m ki ap lijiye apka baccha aagey rhega nd all or agr apko samjh na aaaye toh rtrun kr lijiyega and all thn I didn't found ki meri money worth h iske k liye
                            Than 15 days tk mijhy manuplate kr rhe h ki cancellation process m h nd all aage apko call ayega 15 min m but call ni aata...
                            I found it fraud that they make fake promise

                              One educational councellor visited our place by saying that delhi govt school student who passed 10th board examination with 80% marks, your child has selected for scholarship then my child has received scholarship. Despite repeatedly asking sum time to decide, he putted us on so much pressure that give me registration amt of 15000 otherwise scholarship will be over as soon as he moves out from our house.
                              We were repeatedly call and told that your children have got scholarship, then they didn't told that it is from Byju's, after consulting at home, at last we were told that it is from Byju's. My child not interested in Byju paid programme.
                              Byju classes is boring and teaching style too bad .
                              When I took this 2 months back and i did byju may complaint during refund period within 15 days but no response.Please refund me my money and Byju take back your product will you please.
                              When We Call For Refund But The Loan Amount can be reduced whenever Call We Forced Your Loan Amount Will Be reduced But Refund Will Not Be able, First Our Loan Amount Was Rs.73, 000, Rs.To Rs.58, 000.And whenever we call for refund, the call is forwarded. We are getting daily calls that EMI is being paid and money is being deducted from our bank account.
                              Doing business in the name of Education and fraud along with the people.

                                I have Tried many times for the Cancel Course but no one provides a proper solution. They always say "I will receive another call for cancellation" but I haven't received any call for cancellation. I have requested at buju's website but no resolution I have received yet, Please tell me what is the status of my cancellation request .
                                I am Not satisfied with the course due to the English Language, My kids and my Family are not familiar with English. My family is traditional/Desi/Hindi Family knows only the Local Hindi language. Do please cancel my course.

                                  I bought three years package from byjus by negotiating the amount to 30K... But when I see my credit card statement the amount deducting counts to 40K for speculated tenure. So they are looting customers with fake promise.

                                    I naveen had taken a subscription of byju's 2 year neet/jee, told the marketing person within the allowed period that i do not want to continue, still he kept convincing us, and later is not picking the calls also. When called from another number, he picked and said you will have to talk to mentor.

                                    Byju's wants a 16 year old to understand it cancellation amd refund policy which the marketing person did not explain

                                    i request byju to be considerate and please cancel my subscription. My father is not in a position to pay the fees.

                                      I made the payment on 31st Oct-21 and I received the tablets on 09th Nov-2021 and on 13th Nov-21 raised the request for cancellation of the service.

                                      I sent multiple emails and made multiple reminders till now my issue is not resolved.
