Good morning sir
This is M.Lavanya, my registered mobile number is [protected] sir….we want to cancel our admission because my parents are not getting any information regarding my studies, examinations and also mentor is not in contact with us. So we are ready to pay any charges as per given in instructions and rules for cancelling our admission. Even During our registration process you gave us information that if we face any discomfort with online classes we can transfer to the offline classes of same Aakash institute. If your are not ready to cancel my admission we will not be paying any fee installments further and we will not answer or respond to your calls. Since last one month we are requesting you to cancel my admission but there is no proper response from your side.

      I purchased a byjus product.They have 15 days return policy.I mailed him but they are saying" wait for 24 hrs our senior manager call you" but no call i texted mail them from 5 days but there is no process initiated to refund process.

        Hi,

        I am a migrated worker with limited education. I work as guard and my wife works as a maid. Together we make just enough income to provide education to my two girls. Byju sales team contacted us with a scolarship where I have to give 44k for my two daughters and Byju's will provide adaptive coaching for 2 years under their Premium Integrated Course.
        I had confirmed with them multiple times that if we are not satisfied we will get the money back. My daughters took the trial classes but they didn't find it useful at all. Both my daugthers are very hard working but proper personal teaching was not provided to them.
        Bjyu sales representative had promised 1:1 personal classes but it was all recorded classes which were defenietly not as adaptive as they claimed to be. We then decieded to cancel the classes and spend the money on tution elsewhere.

        We have cancelled the package after multiple calls and Byju's confirmed that they will return the money but its been 2 months and Byju hasn't paid us back even after their confirmation and chasers from us. We feel Byjus is taking money from poor people and ignoring our calls from registered number. Even after picking up the call, they promise to call us back in 15 mins but never call back.

        Please provide resolution as soon as possible.This is really not expected from such a big company whose brand is heavily advertised and we trusted our money with. We are now struggling to pay for other expenses with our money tied up with them especailly during pandemic.

          We are facing financial problems, every month from my account emi which is deducting it's a very big burden for us so we want to cancel it but we are not getting any response from byjus team. Every time I am reminding & requesting for my cancellation but we are not getting any positive response from byjus team

            My sister took admission from byjus. Mediator vinod has been assisting us with admission and all. While paying the fee we're told about this samsung tablet though we insisted..he told us that it has all these recorded videos And all. He asked us to give it a try. So when received we dint like the tab And told the same to vinod. He said he'll raise a complaint And will take the tab back and provide refund. when we called helpline we're told that there's no complaint raised. AND we've told them the same from start. This issue has not been solving. How long we've to call?

              As per commitment by Byjus team, we have not received TAB hence I have requested for cancellation of registration, this request raised by within 8-12 days where no action by Byjus support team, we dropped mail neary 8-10 times in last 15 days where no response from anyone.
              on call they are saying that they are waiting for approval of person who booked this registration and this feedback we are getting from last 10-12 days (5-6 times)

              I marked this mail to Byjus seniors but it no one responsible person in Byjus, they are only making FOOLS to students, it looks like SCAM only.

              I am waiting for another few days, after that it looks i have to raise case in consumer court as this is BIG SCAM for me.

                Even after sending cancellation emails . They are deducting the EMIs
                BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I would like to seek attention of the visitors of this site. I purchased a Byju's Study material in the month of September. I was conveyed during the sales call that this product is available in Hindi also. I said Ok because my wife can't understand English so I thought it would be helpful for her to understand and she can teach my daughter. After 1 month we found that the course is not up to the mark and my daughter is also not interested to learn through it. I sent an email regarding the cancellation but they deducted an EMI in November again. I put my bank balance zero and I got thousands of call from an affiliated bank with Byju's. Unfortunately I got some amount in my bank on 24tn December and again they deducted an EMI. I am surprised that I had a good perception for Byju's but now I would say it's a cheap very cheap finally would say begger mentality of company where they just spread wrong information and they just loot. I will also talk to all my friends who purchased this product. Will definitely convince them for the cancellation. The last 2 EMIs they deducted even after I sent an email for cancellation. Bhikari ho tum log. Aise kabhi bhala nahi hoga tum logo ka. Kisi ki mehnat ki kamai aise loge to zero par aaoge . You cant get success by doing this

                  I joined BYJU's IAS program on 22nd Nov and I'm not happy and not satisfied with the IAS course. I want a cancellation and want a refund. I don't want to waste my money investing in something which I'm not happy with. I contacted Byju's yesterday on 22nd Dec for cancellation and they promised me a callback within 24 hours but I didn't receive any callback, so I contacted them again today. Now those people are saying that I can't cancel the program and I should pay complete amount and continue the course. My family is already going through financial crisis and I don't want to continue with BYJU'S program and want a refund. I can't put my money in Byju's because I'm not happy with the service they provide and also with the IAS program.

                    I made a payment of Rs 8000/- on 23.06.2021 vide transaction ID [protected] towards foundation course for my 2 year daughter however i didnt completed your registration process address verification etc. I have not received any course material too. I submited a refund request throgh mail to mr jatin anand (counsellor) mailid [protected]@byjus.com to cancel my registration process and proceed with refund request but till date i havent received Any reply from him on behalf of byjus. I also visited my neaby byjus office located in vaishali nagar jaipur to know about the status of my request on 06.08.2021 and they assured me that my request will be processed within 5 days and account will be credited within 10days but till date i havent received fee deposited by me . It is very annoying that despite my repeated request and followup no attention is paid. I hereby request you to consider it. My payment receipt already shared with mr awasthi ( handling refund request at vaishali nagar jaipur) and mr jatin anand. Futher i also made a refund request on your support page request id 21702287 and no solutions provided yet. I made repeated requests but not received my refund yet they are still processing it. Making us fool

                      I have purchased the product dated 16.11.2021. I have Contioneously followed the BYJU'S support team. The Mentor or salesperson does not contact me. I have to contact the customer care they said, The concerned team will contact you but no one contacts me regarding the same. I have asked the customer care team for the past two months. I have received one verification call for my confirmation from BYJU's team, at that time am also said, not interested. they said the EMI will be not deducted. But now the EMI Rs, 1111 from the bank. i don't want a product because I don't have money to spend on this product. Am also returned the all materials dated 20.11.2021, even I haven't opened the material and the BYJU'S team also confirm on the telephone they receive the material on 23.11.2021. They are cheaters. Please Cancel my EMI and Refund my amount.

                        I M.Priya registered for Programme : Byju's Tablet Learning Programme for my 4th standard kid R.Prasanna on october 9th, 2021 and paid rs.5000/- Order ID:BYJUS[protected] . Though we said several times we need time to register, we were forced by tutor Bhavani (bhavani.[protected]@byjus.com) to pay the fees, she dint leave our house until we paid money. Later after checking the programme and reviews we decided to cancel and sent mail to [protected]@byjus.com and [protected]@byjus.com on oct 10th. though we sent several mails and several calls, no response from Byjus. Hence i request to refund rs.5000 ASAP and also pay compensation amount to mental stress caused by Byjus

                          Till Now Biju's people didn't cancel my account, several time I mailed for cancellation and requesting them to stop EMI, and Calls/SMS, Till Now Byju's didn't cancel and there pressuring me for payment and continuously calls are coming sir, and giving SMS for EMI Payment, SINCE Three Months I am struggling sir., Please I requesting u sir solved immediately and stop threatening calls and SMS to +91-[protected]

                            This is Oviyavardhini kannan, I ordered the product through registered contact number only but I cancelled within 24 hours but the Byju's team was insisting and compelling to take a look of their product and then return but it's clearly mentioned in their refund policy that if product has no defect then you have to courier by yourself of there is some defect then they would pickup in person. So I decided not to take the product and they will have their terms and conditions to refund. So I asked them to refund but they didn't give me proper response. I called their cancellation team for more then 15 times and even after 2 weeks they didn't give me positive response . Then I raised a complaint in NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE and also in WRITE TO PM and mailed Byju's noting the same with Grievance number within 9 days I was refunded.

                              On about 11/12/2021 i registered myself i.e Amresh sahu for class11th &12th studies. I buyed course for science 11th& 12th of rs77, 000 and paid 5k and rest money on emi . The councellor was litesh kumar, employee id--- TNLTPR001354 told us wrong information about byju's course that I can watch all videos of byju's in Hindi, go to aakash institute offline with online facilities . I am totally not satisfied with the byju's course and not able to continue with this . It has been more than 1 week after coming of tab + books but I am not satisfied with the course and want refund money

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                Recently we have ordered the BYJUS tablet learning program for our kid S.K. Aghilkiruthik for the year (2nd -6th grade) and paid a down payment of Rs. 5, 000/- online through the link generated by the education counsellor Mr. I. Karthik Pandian at the time of his visit to our home last Sunday (12.12.2021). Also, the documentation work for the remaining amount of 72, 000/-, IIFL finance EMI has also been arranged by Mr. I. Karthik Pandian.

                                Our child has gone through the videos of certain topics in Science, Maths, English, etc., but we feel that the language used in these videos is of high standards and our child is facing difficulty in grasping most of the concepts. Also it seems he is not interested to take this tablet learning program as well.

                                Yesterday 20.12.2021 (Monday), I have sent the cancellation request to [protected]@byjus.com and also through the support portal. Yesterday, evening itself, I have received the receipt of my request from [protected]@byjus.com with the request number 25895437.

                                As they said in the mail, I have not been contacted by any of the cancellation team member via phone within 24 hours.

                                Hence I request you to kindly process the cancellation before the 15 days trail period ends. Now we have packed the things well and the package is ready for the return.

                                Kindly confirm our cancellation as early as possible and process the refund request.

                                    I wanted to cancel my course and my counsellor told me it will get cancelled but try again to study. I did but I'm seriously not able to do it. First, there's a fault that he didn't tell me about the loan system. And when I again contacted him he said he'll talk to me but never contacted me or picked up my calls or replied my messages. One should not misguide other.
                                    I've contacted the cancellation team so many times for the cancellation but they say it cannot be cancelled now.
                                    But this isn't a way you can force someone to do what one doesn't want to.
                                    This is a huge amount of money for me to waste. I've been in a mental pressure since then because of this. I need to cancel the course as I'm not able to study and can't waste the money on something I can't give results of.
                                    The tablet is barely touched, books are kept packed as well.
                                    Please take some action on it or else I've to try some other legal ways for this as it is kind of a fraud and misguidance and giving a mental disturbance and one cannot force to do the course according to consumer court also.
                                    Kindly take action soon.

                                      I purchased the byju's course 4 months ago and I was not satisfied with its teaching. There are online classes daily but they are not interactive live classes but just recorded video sessions with a live doubt solving tutor. But that tutor just solve the doubts in chat box. And I am so qurious person and I have so many doubts in my mind. I want my doubts to be cleared face to face only by interactive talks with teacher but I can't do that on the app. I took the JEE course and now I changed my decision of doing engineering for some family reason. I paid Rs.1, 20, 000/- on EMI but I belong to a middle class family and we can't afford this much amount. I want to cancel this course and refund the fees.

                                        Hello,
                                        I've purchased a Byju's product for my exam preparation under EMI and some down payment. I received my product on 17th Dec 2021. I wanted to cancel the course. I have called them on 20th Dec 2021 and they've taken some details from me, I was told to wait for some time and their manager will call me back. I've waited for 4 hours and received no call from their side.
                                        I called them again, the same guy picked up my call. He pretended that my voice is not audible and he cut the call thereafter. I sensed something fishy, I've called them again. Now, another person picked up my call, she has also taken all my details, she told me to wait for 24 hours. They are changing the waiting time period. Also, I've mailed to them regarding cancellation and no one is actually responding.
