I had bought Byju's subscription for my son "Syed Mohd Laraib" for 3 years for RS 55000/- on assurance from Byju's Executive "Mr. Masoom Akhtar" who visited our home to demo the class that If student do not find it comfortable or have problem in understanding the classes, they can cancel the subscription within 15 days and company would refund the full amount.

We had registered on 14th Nov 2021 and paid ₹ 5000/- by upi and rest to be paid in EMI's.
after a week we had requested for cancellation but it it not getting processed and their toll free no is always assuring to connect us with their manager but we are not connected even once.
the Executive to enrolled by son is also not responding to calls for last 10 days.
Kindly help us to cancel the subscription and refund the registration amount.

I was purchased the product 4 months back but their system and management is horrible. My child grades are decreasing.I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person ms swapna contact but she told refund is not possible because already two months is over but i am paying 2500 per month emi. Now i don't want above product . They are cheater. Please cancelle the application and refuno the amount.

I bought byju in the month of April and EMI was set to be deducted from June onwards however on 25 may i had paid the full amount via credit card. And journey started here of such poor services they offered.

The EMI which supposedly stop, continously deducted for june, July and August, after long struggle somehow I make the LOAN to be cancelled.

Now the story take further turn.. From September onwards I am request them for refund of 18, 021/- rupees but they guys are too ###... They do not want to refund me... I

I am continously calling and sending email on Regular basis but they are not ready to refund..

Plz help if you can to get the refund.

My name is Aamir Hussain Tantray I have purchased IAS tablet course from byju's and I received my tablet today on 4 dec. and I have told them earlier I don't want this course but they kept insisting that atleast try once we have a 15 day return policy like something I have paid also a sum of 16000 to byju's. I am putting an complaint so that I can get my money back...

I took admission in Byju for my daughter course. I was told that they will give me 15 days free look in period if I don't find the course ok in the month of November 21.
Owing to job loss I mailed them to kindly cancel the course within 5days from the date of commencement of the course and also complained it to the customer service. But one month has passed now and they have not done the cancellation process and not refunded the amount.
I request the consumer complaint cell to kindly take strict action against them and help me the refundinng process

Due to financial problems I want to cancel my 5 years premium registration link through IIFL finance on emi basis, but they refuse to cancel my registration and they not help me

Sir stop my emi by byjus i return all product to byjus. I call many time byjus cotomer care but they are not solve my problem and not responding any query.

Byjus se Neelakshi mame humse milne ayi thi. Unhone hume three year ka plan samjhaya ki apko Rs 56000, 3 year me emi se paid karna hoga mai agree ho gya but some day after i receive msg your emi is 12 month and amount Rs.4853 sir i am not paid a big amount in per month. I call many time byjus cotomer care but they are not solve my problem i return all product to byjus. My first emi date is 1st Dec. 21
So i request to please stop my emi.

Dear Sir I have taken a 3 years course for my daughter of class II, from BYJU's. Initially, I have deposited Rs. 5000/- and received the course material for class 4thh ihave subscribed on 5th november onb30th november i mailed them for cancellation
Now, I am facing financial difficulties and will not be able to pay such a huge amount on a regular basis.
I have called them and also mailed to stop the course at class 4 and asked them how much I have to pay for it. Instead, they have told me that it is not possible to dis-continue the selected course in mid-way and I have to pay all the dues without fail. its a trap
Kindly suggest & guide in this matter.

As per Byjus cancellation policy I have raised for cancelling my order before 15 days...multiple ppl are calling me but nothing is progressed yet... delaying a lot.

Byjus is not functioning properly and they cheated me by saying me about their false statement and we are cheated. There is no proper guidance, not teaching properly they are not asking my query, etc. I am from a poor family and we are not able to pay my monthly emi amount but my parents struggled to pay those amount. So I need a refund from byjus company.

I took the Byjus plan for both of my Kids and later came to know that English is not covered in the same, so i asked for the refund with in the first week of booking the request. however till now i have not received the refund. they have not collected the books and Tablet yet. multiple people called and asked about the issue, i explained them, they tried to force me to use this package which is illegal. than they said they will come back to me and never called me back. We hereby request BYJU'S platform to refund our registration sum fees of 5000/- that we have made pay to BYJU' platform account during online counseling from BYJU'S done by Mrs. Pooja Malviya using Zoom cloud meeting. We have trusted BYJU'S platform but it's not up to the mark. We have already shared with the personal details like cancelled cheque, Aadhar card details, PAN card number with BYJU' platform for completion of registration process but during final process in Mandate details it was failed to process showing it's as Bank Restricts Duplicate Request.
We are here by request to cancel our registration subscription and refund the amount of Rs.5000/- immediately to our bank account.

Byjus company not refund my amt I mails and calls after 60 times byjus cheats us I need my money back

I purchased the product some months back .I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person contact but she told refund is not possible because already months is over but i am paying 8000 per month emi. Now i don't want above product because i am facing financial issue and i am not demanding the refund for the months which i completed i just want refund of the months which are left and they are not helping me. They are not trying to understand the problem and repeating the same thing on phone calls. I think this is totally unfair. We have taken course on 27/02/2021 for sslc purpose.to do PUC science.but after the result i decided to do diploma course in computer science. and also to cancel the byju's course i contacted and mailed so many times but its been now 5 months over but nobody from byju's responded to us. And today also they did'nt responded or cancelled our byju's course. One of those employee from byju's orally miss guided us to cancel the byju's course any time after 3 months his name is Anand Tripathi. (His Number is [protected]) But when we tried to cancel the byju's course after 3 months the Byju's team did'nt accepted the cancellation process. (We got scammed and misguided to take this byju's product).Even Today after i am still doing diploma the byju's is still taking out our money from bank through auto debt. and we cant stop this ! Please Help Us by any means. Thank You.

I am the parents of ayush lenka. Purchased byjus package through your councillor bindu . She had commited me to refund 10000 rupees after completion of EMI did not refund to my account till date. 5. Byjus package had confirmed by the councillor at the cost of 43000/-. But the EMI made for the package 53000/- by the condition of 10000 refund within seven days. But she didn't it. I'm hinal padia, I purchased the subscription of byju's for 11th and 12th neet. Through the person from whom I purchased, said alot of sweet lies and fake promises, some of them being like "if anything happens, she can call me, I'll arrange her talk to mentor or teacher" but he just suddenly disappeared after the day I purchased. They promised me of live classes but those live classes were also recorded lectures. They just think we are. fool. Live classes were not really interacting, no focus at all. everything just bounces up for doubt they just had a small box for doubt replies, which is clearly not worthwhile. their service what they said. first, was clearly not 1% of it after the day of purchase. Mentor also doesn't help you that much our guide you, their mentor is for asking only one thing "how your studies going?". for neet concept clarity is important, which lacked in their classes coz they are running for completing the portion. they teach alot of subjects a single class, if you miss something then assume it's left for sel[censored]nderstanding. at the end I was getting no help from byjus, all I was doing was self study. my ultimate motive of conceptual clarity was not achieved than it's not worthy for me. They also charge alot of amount for what kind of service they give.they play so smart that they will give you a course on installments through some third party may be capital float or IIFL, and if you stop paying installments you will get random calls from third party asking for money and your cibil score will be affected. So As a student I'm stucked, I want my refund back, coz they clearly said there won't be any sort of changes in the learning app.

then offered me for byjus+aakash which is exactly the copyright of it but with a different name That's a request, I don't want it to happen again I'm from a middle class, Don't make me suffer by doing all this. I really need that refund. I can't bear a loss of 1 lakh, which my family needs the most.
