I have taken Byju's IAS course by paying a downpayment of 5000/- on[protected] and due to financial issues i requested for cancellation of my course on[protected]. At that day they called me and asked for the reason and said that your request is placed, and asked to wait for 7 to 10 days and give them a callback. I have been calling from from the 10th day i.e.,[protected]. When ever i call them they used to say that my request is under process and they will arrange me a call back and they never called me back after that 10th day i.e.,[protected] till today.please solve my issue and help me from getting some more deep into this financial crises.

And check bounce charge in my bank account

    We enrolled our ward into byjus tablet course for NEET towards the end of October when a sales person came our house. We got the tablet along with se card a week later. But they sent IIT JEE sd card and we got it replaced with right card after many follow ups but even after receiving it, they didn't provide the pin for activation. Despite our constant requests they slept on it and didn't activate the card. When our precious time and efforts were getting wasted, we realised it was a wrong decision to have enrolled into this course and decided to join our ward in Aakash institute and told them we would cancel the product as we didn't have the money to pay for both. They said they would consider it and after a week when we called to check status they've asked about it again as if it was not told a week before. We kept continuously calling them but the mentor keeps telling they would consider it while others tell that cancellation couldn't be done. Since two days they've been trying to deduct money from our account forcefully despite the fact that we've not watched a single video of theirs as the pin was still not provided. The mental pressure that this company puts on parents is extreme. Please, provide solution to this. We feel trapped and regret joining their program.

      I have brought byjus learning kit to my son on 26 sept 2021, the counseller compelled us to buy. So after paying 5000, my son didn't understand the videos, he told its very difficult. So we asked to the counseller to return. According to byjus return policy, there is 15 days free trial, so we asked after the 7th day of buying. Counseller told he will arrange to return, but the 15 day of free trial has been finished. He didn't respond us. Then we talked to byjus support they told we didn't apply for return. The counseller made us fool . Then we called daily to all byjus service, but they they gave a irrelevant reply. After November, the amount was deducted from our bank, we were shocked, the counseller told they will not deduct money. All lies.. The whole month we called to bank, byjus support but no use. Counseller had blocked me. Now December message was that the amount was going to deducted. We called byjus cancellation team, till now they were simply telling "call tomorrow".

      We have told before 15days of free trial, but money was deducted monthly. Kindly ask to cut the auto debit and ask them to take return.

        Dear Sir HV Nagendra have the Byjus to cancel my subscription as the representative will say cooly don't worry sir we will cancel the subscription i[censored] not satisfied the Byjus i have applied for the cancellation of Byjus because of lack o[censored]nderstanding of student ass agap of one and half year due COVID and also loss of crop due to heavy rains in Bellary Karnataka over flooding of riverlet as I am a small farmer belonging to a trible caste we suffer alot no reply from Byjus customer care nor from Avanse finance company Sir kindly get me out of this Hell than you Sir yours sincerely HV Nagendra Bellary Karnataka

          My Name is Rohan.s.Badiger I am here to file a complaint on Byjus Think & Learning Course. Its been 11 months now that i have this useless course because i have taken this course when i was in 10th std. But after my 10th completion i decide to NOT go for 11th and 12th
          PCMB because i am weak in science and maths & thats why I took diploma in Computer Science and its been 3 months now that i have choosen & doing diploma and my 1st semster internal exams also overed now ! I am trying to cancel my byjus course from the last 11 months after my 10th standard overed ! and still no respones from the byjus !
          I have called the byjus helpline team and asked them to cancel my byjus course but they didnt do it and also i have mailed them about my cancellation but still no response from byjus yet to be discovered. and please i and my family members just want t cancellation of this useless course ! And I am telling you byjus ! I never used any of the product given by byjus after my 10th overed. including the tablet and those SD-cards prerecorded videos and never attended the online classes of JEE/NEET 11th and 12th classes. you can check the history of me NOT using your product ! Please After all of this I just want to cancel my course.
          Just Tell ME what is the use of this useless course when i am not doing it !? Our Money is being taken out every month (11330RS)
          but i am not at all using this byjus course and its app !
          Please Cancel My Course Immediately ! or else i will take Legal Actions against you I have to take this to Social Media too and Tell the people how you scam us in the name of education !

              I have returned the package to the Byjus at Bangalore but it's 20 days and I haven't received any call regarding this matter. Also on placing n calls and writing mails, the response is zero. This is terrible and I want my refund back asap.kindly help me out with the same.

                Dear concern,
                I had requested for the cancellation of byju's but they rejected my request.It is not useful as the counsellor said and the tab provided is draining the battery charge fastly even if it is not in use.So kindly cancel the invoice and the capital float loan of Rs 53000.
                Please help us.

                  I have bought the BYjus product for my child, as my child is not showing interest i have placed for cancellation, but they are initiating the cancellation process. even after multiple time calling they are requesting to retain or wait for 03/05 days like that they are answering. Not at all giving proper response to cancel the product.

                    Sir I want to cancel byju course . my daughter's 6th month is going on but we both are not satisfied with the product.They have said that all will be live classes but it's not true all are recorded videos.They have also said that we can revise any chapter when you want but it is also wrong we cannot revise any chapter when we want. When my daughter asked her mentor she replied that you cannot see the recorded videos of live class again. If you have doubt you see the byju app offline videos which are also available free of cost to all students and try to clear your doubt. Due to this type of problems I am severely disappointed as my daughter cannot clear her concepts.Then what is the value of taking byju course .sir please help I want to cancel the byju course.

                      Please refund my money . I have taken trial and it was good .but I not want to cancel this subscription because my elder brother was came to home due to money and financial problems . They did not call me only say cancellation was done but I didn't recieve any cancellations .and at 2 nd of December maney will be debited from my Bajaj Finserv account as payment was done by emi Bajaj Finserv card. Please return it within 7 days.and if I doesn't recieve any cancellation massage within 24 hours then I would file a case against you .and mentor which delivers it doesn't recieve call.

                        I had bought Byju's subscription for my son "Syed Mohd Laraib" for 3 years for RS 55000/- on assurance from Byju's Executive "Mr. Masoom Akhtar" who visited our home to demo the class that If student do not find it comfortable or have problem in understanding the classes, they can cancel the subscription within 15 days and company would refund the full amount.

                        We had registered on 14th Nov 2021 and paid ₹ 5000/- by upi and rest to be paid in EMI's.
                        after a week we had requested for cancellation but it it not getting processed and their toll free no is always assuring to connect us with their manager but we are not connected even once.
                        the Executive to enrolled by son is also not responding to calls for last 10 days.
                        Kindly help us to cancel the subscription and refund the registration amount.

                          I was purchased the product 4 months back but their system and management is horrible. My child grades are decreasing.I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person ms swapna contact but she told refund is not possible because already two months is over but i am paying 2500 per month emi. Now i don't want above product . They are cheater. Please cancelle the application and refuno the amount.

                            I bought byju in the month of April and EMI was set to be deducted from June onwards however on 25 may i had paid the full amount via credit card. And journey started here of such poor services they offered.

                            The EMI which supposedly stop, continously deducted for june, July and August, after long struggle somehow I make the LOAN to be cancelled.

                            Now the story take further turn.. From September onwards I am request them for refund of 18, 021/- rupees but they guys are too ###... They do not want to refund me... I

                            I am continously calling and sending email on Regular basis but they are not ready to refund..

                            Plz help if you can to get the refund.

                                  I took admission in Byju for my daughter course. I was told that they will give me 15 days free look in period if I don't find the course ok in the month of November 21.
                                  Owing to job loss I mailed them to kindly cancel the course within 5days from the date of commencement of the course and also complained it to the customer service. But one month has passed now and they have not done the cancellation process and not refunded the amount.
                                  I request the consumer complaint cell to kindly take strict action against them and help me the refundinng process

                                        Byjus se Neelakshi mame humse milne ayi thi. Unhone hume three year ka plan samjhaya ki apko Rs 56000, 3 year me emi se paid karna hoga mai agree ho gya but some day after i receive msg your emi is 12 month and amount Rs.4853 sir i am not paid a big amount in per month. I call many time byjus cotomer care but they are not solve my problem i return all product to byjus. My first emi date is 1st Dec. 21
                                        So i request to please stop my emi.
