I paid money for my son MITADRU SARKAR's live classes in October for 8-10th standard. But no live classes has not been started yet.I contact so many times in your helpline number but there is no solution till date. Mentors are not at all cooperative.I urge that the live classes should be started immediately otherwise I will stop to pay your company through EMI. My son is already enrolled in your premium app till 12th standard. He is now studying in class VIII. Please do the needful.

    Byjus sales representative told that the product is valid for 5 years and mentor will teach child 1 hour per day on daily basis to student through online. However, one mentor namely Mr. Girish is telling differently as they will not call on daily basis and validity of product also expires on yearly basis. So I have raised cancellation request on 31st Oct'21. However, mentor was not accepted the return as cancellation leads to his rating. So He rejected the cancellation. on 5th Nov'21, received call from Byjus mentors stating that we need to teach my children and they will attend weekly once a call. As per Byjus return policy is 15 days for accepting the return. Still they are not accepting the return as they are cheating with customers. They are not behaving as mentioners. I have paid Rs. 77, 000/- for the product which is valid for 5 years through HDFC credit Card EMI options.. So Please refund the total amount.

      We registered our child Master Ibrahim Engineer (Ujjain) for Byjus online classes earlier this year. After taking the classes, we do not find any improvements nor any development in my child's knowledge/understanding.
      We find these online classes not very useful and hence wanted to cancel the enrollment and stop Byjus from processing any further Giro request which is linked to my bank account.
      However, when contacted Byjus, they insist on continuing the services and also collecting payment without any strong reason. Also, there is no option to stop the services through their webiste.
      We therefore, would like to kindly request for Consumer Forum intervention in helping us stop these unwanted services and stopping Byjus from processing any further payment request.

        We purchased the Byjus’ order on the 20th of October 2021 for our child - Rithika class 6.
        I am extremely dissatisfied with the type of support provided by the Byju's HSR centre. Due to technological challenges with the Byju's app, my child has never attended a single session so far in this.
        I am unable to contact the mentor/in-charge ((Ms Aishwarya/ Ms Amrutha) of the centre anytime I have a need. Despite the fact that I receive calls from the team, the issues are never resolved, and no one bothers to follow up. App/services are terrible.
        I have a feeling that we are cheated. I even doubt if the sessions are really going on. We were told that the physical/offline sessions will be starting and after making the payment, the mentors from the centre informed us that the sessions will only be online. I even doubt that the recorded videos are shared instead of the live sessions as promised during the counselling session.
        I need the money to be refunded at the earliest.

          We have enrolled in a 5 year programme with BYJU's for my son Yash Paun, who is studying in ICSE 1st Standard.

          We have received study material and tablet from BYJU's on 07 OCT 2021 and placed refund request on 17 OCT 2021. i.e. within 15 days time line provided to us.

          We have informed BYJU's that my son is not taking interest in learning through tablet and study material provided by you.

          Request BYJU's to refund the fees of Rs. 80, 000 paid by us to the original payment mode (Citibank Credit Card).

                One sales person Kamalee came to my home at 06PM and Kamalee didnt want to leave until i buy the classes worth of Rs.1 Lakh, after enrolling Kamalee left at 10:30PM. I went for emi of Rs.7800 aprrox, Kamalee promised me that after a month of paying one emi, Kamalee told me to call byjus and ask for reduction of emi by extending the tenure. Also she told us to mention that my neighbour also bought the byjus and their emi got reduced. I am sending mails and calling them, but they havent reduced it almost for 2 months. When I try to call Kamalee, she is not responding. Byjus mentor or any other people from Byjus is not even listening to request. its been 2 months I raised this request.So please dont buy byjus and their false promises. I want to reduce the emi

                  I appeared for a Online Test on 14.11.2021 for IAS Preparatory Study.

                  On 19.11.2021, Ms.Anuskha Singh from Byjus called up stating therein that I will get 70% Scholarship.

                  She advised that I will have to pay Rs.5000/- to book the seat and the balance amount of Rs.70750/- either once or in 12 instalments/EMI.

                  I opted for EMI.

                  All documents relating to my and my mother's Adhar Card, signature, PAN Card, Picture, Bank Statement, Cancelled cheque, consent letter were forwarded to her vide whatsapp.

                  I find that even after forwarding the details the process could not be completed and on 22.11.2021 one Ms.Risham Syed took over. Ms.Syed again surrendered on 23.11.2021 and advised us to take up with Ms.Anuskha Singh.

                  Now at around 10.30 p.m. ma and my family are still struggling with Ms.Singh to complete the process.

                  Finding things completely irritating and confusing wherein even after submitting all our important banking and other details, the process remains stagnant other than repeated demand of various details, signatures etc from the above authority.

                  I am no more interested to pursue the Course and request Byjus to refund the amount of Rs.5000/0 paid as advance. I am also withdrawing any authorisation extended by me in this regard and no EMI should be deducted from my account w.e.f.07.01.2022.

                  Please look into the matter and confirm.

                    Since the beginning we were not interested in the product but falling into the trap of Mr. Anish Narla we have paid 5000/- RS online payment and he said that product would be cancelled within 15 days trial period even after contacting him 100's of time and raising request the product is not being cancelled I have even submitted the proofs, as the family background is not so well we requested everyone we could to cancel the product we got calls everyday from finance team, it has been 2 months the emi is being raised but still no updates from the support team. I hope the product will be cancelled soon

                      I'm byjus live classes program student for jee 2023, , their live classes are not actually live they are brodcasted and even they are of 2020, company doesn't even provide the recorded lectures of live classes, the videos of offline tab are not even of jee mains level and are around 4 to 5 years old,
                      Many of byjus student requested for the recorded lectures of live(broadcast )lectures but nothing happened

                        My second complaint for service provider mr prakash paliwal and shubham khandelwal they didnot help me after calling them for help many time, so take a very strong action to Mr shubham khandelwal to not help me, and miss guide about byjus app and talked for second hand app from other his known parents, , its very bad,

                        My last mail and request to you dear sir/mam to return my both app and course (new and second hand) otherwise I help to consumer court to return my payment.

                          I have take a Byjus course in July-2021, but from 2 months i have not satisfied with the course and i want the cancel my course.at the time we take a course sales person Mr. Sagar patne commit us for cancellation 15 days company policy but if you will face any difficult in future we will cancel the course in the year any time and your money will refund the same.they also commit us we will arrange separate mentor for you they will coordinate to you, till date any one mentor not respond well.
                          For cancellation we call to customer care they listen all and commit us we will call back you but not call return. so please help us at the time take a course they wrongly commit us.

                                  Am M. Sam Stevenson and I brought the byju's offline course before 3 months. I want to cancel my product because of my financial (took home loan) and health issues (got eyes pain, headache and face swelling). So because of this reasons I wanted to cancel my product. I called my sales person for this and she told me to ask my mentor. Now a days my mentor is not at all speaking with me. They are not taking responsibility also they said that if you get a call from the finance team regarding emi say that you are on cancellation process, I told the same to them and the are telling us to pay the money.
                                  Please help me to cancel my product an am *_not even asking the refund_* . Thank you.

                                  They called me and asked me to get the complainant back and asked my problem. I explained my problem to them they told that your subscription will get over and the finance team will not call you also you don't need to pay any emi here after also including this Nov month...
                                  But the finance team is calling daily and speaking too badly...
                                  Once the finance team called and told me that just pay for Nov month and nothing more is needed... again past weak they called and asked my father that are you educated while he is in a meeting itself (he is a government higher official) and saying lie that we didn't recieve any updates regarding cancellation...
                                  I told the finance team that the product is cancelled they are not accepting and asking for money...

                                  Please help me ...
                                  To get rid of this worst product and company...

                                      We subscribed the 2 yr class 9 and 10th package in Oct-Nov 2020. We were promised a different subscription by the tutor/mentor would sold us the package and were eventually offered something else. So through oct- Feb 2021 we were continually speaking to 5 different tutors and customer support executives (Muralikrishnan ramesh, Priyadarshani, Gideon Raj, Nikhila, Agalya etc) - we had to reach out to finally move to a subscription that was truly one on one and interactive.

                                      Our current subscription which we have is as follows - 4 one on one interactive live sessions of 30 minutes each per month. The procedure is to login to the byjus app page and choose schedule live session after entering subject, the tutor comes on chat and then we go on the live session. However every time we have attempted to schedule, there is some issue - either no chat response or no tutor available and then we have to call customer care and wait on multiple calls for almost an hour to finally get a session arranged for the next day or so.

                                      What is the point in having an online app and online process if each time we have to spend 60-120 minutes talking to 4-5 different people for scheduling a session which is part of our subscription.

                                      For the last 3 weeks, since exams are nearing, we are just not getting any response when we are trying to schedule a session. And the worse part is, we are supposed to have unlimited phone tutor sessions for asking doubts, but when we call the customer support team to atleast schedule this to clarify doubts, we are again told that there are no tutors available. With exams in another week's time, this is when we need access to tutors. If you do not have tutors why cheat us of our money and then subject us to this torture which is nothing but sheer harassment.

                                      The current assigned tutor, Shashank spoke to us 3 weeks back, we told him that, since the subscription is there till March 2021 and we are not able to schedule classes at any time we want (though that is what the subscription promised), we asked him to permanently fix the slots for every saturday - 1 interactive live session every saturday - 3 for maths and 1 for science every month for all the pending months and come back with the confirmation. Since then he has been absconding and there is no proper response from the customer support team because each time a different person speaks and they have no knowledge of the issue or history. Whenever we ask them to ask the tutor to call us back they say he is out or at lunch and will call back. But call doesnt come. We need immediate resolution or escalation to the right authority.

                                      Despite paying a huge sum for the package, we have only undergone torture and spent hours on calls hoping for resolution. We have not even been able to use the subscription effectively as it doesnt work most of the time. Byjus is nothing but only false promises.

                                      Need a resolution by having atleast sessions for the remaining months pre-scheduled and tutors made available or return our money and save us from further torture!

                                      Despite multiple follow ups, there is no proper response and not even an acknowledgement for the refund request. Need some direction on how to escalate this.

                                        I have purchased one Course from BYJUS in September 2021 and within due time I had submitted cancellation request on 29.09.21 but so far no response. Many times called to BYJUS +91-[protected] and his representative and BYJUS sales head.
