Dear Sir I have taken a 3 years course for my daughter of class II, from BYJU's. Initially, I have deposited Rs. 5000/- and received the course material for class 4thh ihave subscribed on 5th november onb30th november i mailed them for cancellation
Now, I am facing financial difficulties and will not be able to pay such a huge amount on a regular basis.
I have called them and also mailed to stop the course at class 4 and asked them how much I have to pay for it. Instead, they have told me that it is not possible to dis-continue the selected course in mid-way and I have to pay all the dues without fail. its a trap
Kindly suggest & guide in this matter.

      Byjus is not functioning properly and they cheated me by saying me about their false statement and we are cheated. There is no proper guidance, not teaching properly they are not asking my query, etc. I am from a poor family and we are not able to pay my monthly emi amount but my parents struggled to pay those amount. So I need a refund from byjus company.

        I took the Byjus plan for both of my Kids and later came to know that English is not covered in the same, so i asked for the refund with in the first week of booking the request. however till now i have not received the refund. they have not collected the books and Tablet yet. multiple people called and asked about the issue, i explained them, they tried to force me to use this package which is illegal. than they said they will come back to me and never called me back.           We hereby request BYJU'S platform to refund our registration sum fees of 5000/- that we have made pay to BYJU' platform account during online counseling from BYJU'S done by Mrs. Pooja Malviya using Zoom cloud meeting. We have trusted BYJU'S platform but it's not up to the mark. We have already shared with the personal details like cancelled cheque, Aadhar card details, PAN card number with BYJU' platform for completion of registration process but during final process in Mandate details it was failed to process showing it's as Bank Restricts Duplicate Request.
          We are here by request to cancel our registration subscription and refund the amount of Rs.5000/- immediately to our bank account.

              I purchased the product some months back .I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person contact but she told refund is not possible because already months is over but i am paying 8000 per month emi. Now i don't want above product because i am facing financial issue and i am not demanding the refund for the months which i completed i just want refund of the months which are left and they are not helping me. They are not trying to understand the problem and repeating the same thing on phone calls. I think this is totally unfair. Please cancell the application and refund the leftover amount. my request id 24894754

                We have taken course on 27/02/2021 for sslc purpose.to do PUC science.but after the result i decided to do diploma course in computer science. and also to cancel the byju's course i contacted and mailed so many times but its been now 5 months over but nobody from byju's responded to us. And today also they did'nt responded or cancelled our byju's course. One of those employee from byju's orally miss guided us to cancel the byju's course any time after 3 months his name is Anand Tripathi. (His Number is [protected]) But when we tried to cancel the byju's course after 3 months the Byju's team did'nt accepted the cancellation process. (We got scammed and misguided to take this byju's product).Even Today after i am still doing diploma the byju's is still taking out our money from bank through auto debt. and we cant stop this ! Please Help Us by any means. Thank You.

                    I am the parents of ayush lenka. Purchased byjus package through your councillor bindu . She had commited me to refund 10000 rupees after completion of EMI did not refund to my account till date. My EMI have completed in last month. The registered mobile no for the byjus package and address is as under:-

                    4. Photo of login byjus Id attached herewith for your reference.
                    5. Byjus package had confirmed by the councillor at the cost of 43000/-. But the EMI made for the package 53000/- by the condition of 10000 refund within seven days. But she didn't it. After one month she e- mail to me that amount will be refund after completion of EMI period. (Ref your mail to mail id [protected]@gmail.com.

                    Pl check all data and refund 10000 as you had commited with us to returned as higher scholar offer.

                      I'm hinal padia, I purchased the subscription of byju's for 11th and 12th neet. Through the person from whom I purchased, said alot of sweet lies and fake promises, some of them being like "if anything happens, she can call me, I'll arrange her talk to mentor or teacher" but he just suddenly disappeared after the day I purchased. They promised me of live classes but those live classes were also recorded lectures. They just think we are. fool. Live classes were not really interacting, no focus at all. everything just bounces up for doubt they just had a small box for doubt replies, which is clearly not worthwhile. their service what they said. first, was clearly not 1% of it after the day of purchase. Mentor also doesn't help you that much our guide you, their mentor is for asking only one thing "how your studies going?". for neet concept clarity is important, which lacked in their classes coz they are running for completing the portion. they teach alot of subjects a single class, if you miss something then assume it's left for sel[censored]nderstanding. at the end I was getting no help from byjus, all I was doing was self study. my ultimate motive of conceptual clarity was not achieved than it's not worthy for me. They also charge alot of amount for what kind of service they give.they play so smart that they will give you a course on installments through some third party may be capital float or IIFL, and if you stop paying installments you will get random calls from third party asking for money and your cibil score will be affected. So As a student I'm stucked, I want my refund back, coz they clearly said there won't be any sort of changes in the learning app.

                      then offered me for byjus+aakash which is exactly the copyright of it but with a different name That's a request, I don't want it to happen again I'm from a middle class, Don't make me suffer by doing all this. I really need that refund. I can't bear a loss of 1 lakh, which my family needs the most.

                        I paid money for my son MITADRU SARKAR's live classes in October for 8-10th standard. But no live classes has not been started yet.I contact so many times in your helpline number but there is no solution till date. Mentors are not at all cooperative.I urge that the live classes should be started immediately otherwise I will stop to pay your company through EMI. My son is already enrolled in your premium app till 12th standard. He is now studying in class VIII. Please do the needful.

                          Byjus sales representative told that the product is valid for 5 years and mentor will teach child 1 hour per day on daily basis to student through online. However, one mentor namely Mr. Girish is telling differently as they will not call on daily basis and validity of product also expires on yearly basis. So I have raised cancellation request on 31st Oct'21. However, mentor was not accepted the return as cancellation leads to his rating. So He rejected the cancellation. on 5th Nov'21, received call from Byjus mentors stating that we need to teach my children and they will attend weekly once a call. As per Byjus return policy is 15 days for accepting the return. Still they are not accepting the return as they are cheating with customers. They are not behaving as mentioners. I have paid Rs. 77, 000/- for the product which is valid for 5 years through HDFC credit Card EMI options.. So Please refund the total amount.

                            We registered our child Master Ibrahim Engineer (Ujjain) for Byjus online classes earlier this year. After taking the classes, we do not find any improvements nor any development in my child's knowledge/understanding.
                            We find these online classes not very useful and hence wanted to cancel the enrollment and stop Byjus from processing any further Giro request which is linked to my bank account.
                            However, when contacted Byjus, they insist on continuing the services and also collecting payment without any strong reason. Also, there is no option to stop the services through their webiste.
                            We therefore, would like to kindly request for Consumer Forum intervention in helping us stop these unwanted services and stopping Byjus from processing any further payment request.

                              We purchased the Byjus’ order on the 20th of October 2021 for our child - Rithika class 6.
                              I am extremely dissatisfied with the type of support provided by the Byju's HSR centre. Due to technological challenges with the Byju's app, my child has never attended a single session so far in this.
                              I am unable to contact the mentor/in-charge ((Ms Aishwarya/ Ms Amrutha) of the centre anytime I have a need. Despite the fact that I receive calls from the team, the issues are never resolved, and no one bothers to follow up. App/services are terrible.
                              I have a feeling that we are cheated. I even doubt if the sessions are really going on. We were told that the physical/offline sessions will be starting and after making the payment, the mentors from the centre informed us that the sessions will only be online. I even doubt that the recorded videos are shared instead of the live sessions as promised during the counselling session.
                              I need the money to be refunded at the earliest.

                                We have enrolled in a 5 year programme with BYJU's for my son Yash Paun, who is studying in ICSE 1st Standard.

                                We have received study material and tablet from BYJU's on 07 OCT 2021 and placed refund request on 17 OCT 2021. i.e. within 15 days time line provided to us.

                                We have informed BYJU's that my son is not taking interest in learning through tablet and study material provided by you.

                                Request BYJU's to refund the fees of Rs. 80, 000 paid by us to the original payment mode (Citibank Credit Card).

                                      One sales person Kamalee came to my home at 06PM and Kamalee didnt want to leave until i buy the classes worth of Rs.1 Lakh, after enrolling Kamalee left at 10:30PM. I went for emi of Rs.7800 aprrox, Kamalee promised me that after a month of paying one emi, Kamalee told me to call byjus and ask for reduction of emi by extending the tenure. Also she told us to mention that my neighbour also bought the byjus and their emi got reduced. I am sending mails and calling them, but they havent reduced it almost for 2 months. When I try to call Kamalee, she is not responding. Byjus mentor or any other people from Byjus is not even listening to request. its been 2 months I raised this request.So please dont buy byjus and their false promises. I want to reduce the emi

                                        I appeared for a Online Test on 14.11.2021 for IAS Preparatory Study.

                                        On 19.11.2021, Ms.Anuskha Singh from Byjus called up stating therein that I will get 70% Scholarship.

                                        She advised that I will have to pay Rs.5000/- to book the seat and the balance amount of Rs.70750/- either once or in 12 instalments/EMI.

                                        I opted for EMI.

                                        All documents relating to my and my mother's Adhar Card, signature, PAN Card, Picture, Bank Statement, Cancelled cheque, consent letter were forwarded to her vide whatsapp.

                                        I find that even after forwarding the details the process could not be completed and on 22.11.2021 one Ms.Risham Syed took over. Ms.Syed again surrendered on 23.11.2021 and advised us to take up with Ms.Anuskha Singh.

                                        Now at around 10.30 p.m. ma and my family are still struggling with Ms.Singh to complete the process.

                                        Finding things completely irritating and confusing wherein even after submitting all our important banking and other details, the process remains stagnant other than repeated demand of various details, signatures etc from the above authority.

                                        I am no more interested to pursue the Course and request Byjus to refund the amount of Rs.5000/0 paid as advance. I am also withdrawing any authorisation extended by me in this regard and no EMI should be deducted from my account w.e.f.07.01.2022.

                                        Please look into the matter and confirm.
