I have taken baiju's kit for 3 years course.
Initially they have given a tablet with wrong study material and books were not compatible with tablet.
After numerous followup, they exchange the tablet and books but they didn't have any quality check and new tablet comes with wrong sylabus.

the refund policy is for 15 days and now it's more than month my problem is not resolved and my kid has totally lost the interest...

In spite of lodging complaint several times to stop send SMS's, still why are you sending SMS's. After lodging complaint, you stop for some days, then again you start that trend. Is it a good way to irritate common people in this extreme level?

I purchased Byju's Premium for class 11th and 12th JEE on 2020. After 2 weeks I just informed the mentor that I could not understand the way to teaching and I need to be refunded.
