Since the beginning we were not interested in the product but falling into the trap of Mr. Anish Narla we have paid 5000/- RS online payment and he said that product would be cancelled within 15 days trial period even after contacting him 100's of time and raising request the product is not being cancelled I have even submitted the proofs, as the family background is not so well we requested everyone we could to cancel the product we got calls everyday from finance team, it has been 2 months the emi is being raised but still no updates from the support team. I hope the product will be cancelled soon

I'm byjus live classes program student for jee 2023, , their live classes are not actually live they are brodcasted and even they are of 2020, company doesn't even provide the recorded lectures of live classes, the videos of offline tab are not even of jee mains level and are around 4 to 5 years old,
Many of byjus student requested for the recorded lectures of live(broadcast )lectures but nothing happened

My baby harleen yadav, my complaint about not return and not refund my money after many time mail and by call reminder, so please return my money and take your course as soon as possible,

I have take a Byjus course in July-2021, but from 2 months i have not satisfied with the course and i want the cancel my course.at the time we take a course sales person Mr. Sagar patne commit us for cancellation 15 days company policy but if you will face any difficult in future we will cancel the course in the year any time and your money will refund the same.they also commit us we will arrange separate mentor for you they will coordinate to you, till date any one mentor not respond well.
For cancellation we call to customer care they listen all and commit us we will call back you but not call return. so please help us at the time take a course they wrongly commit us.

I had cancelled BYJU's course Class 1 to 5 worth RS. 77000 /- as child not taking interest and not understanding the course and financial issue also. As per their policy, I had placed cancellations request (Request ID #[protected] within 15 days but they are not cancelling the course and not refunding advance money RS 5000 and not cancelling loan amount of RS. 72000. Am M. Sam Stevenson and I brought the byju's offline course before 3 months. I want to cancel my product because of my financial (took home loan) and health issues (got eyes pain, headache and face swelling). So because of this reasons I wanted to cancel my product. I called my sales person for this and she told me to ask my mentor. Now a days my mentor is not at all speaking with me. They are not taking responsibility also they said that if you get a call from the finance team regarding emi say that you are on cancellation process, I told the same to them and the are telling us to pay the money.
Please help me to cancel my product an am *_not even asking the refund_* . Thank you.

Byjus consultant tell me the payment is refunded but not refund my payment

We subscribed the 2 yr class 9 and 10th package in Oct-Nov 2020. We were promised a different subscription by the tutor/mentor would sold us the package and were eventually offered something else. So through oct- Feb 2021 we were continually speaking to 5 different tutors and customer support executives (Muralikrishnan ramesh, Priyadarshani, Gideon Raj, Nikhila, Agalya etc) - we had to reach out to finally move to a subscription that was truly one on one and interactive.

Our current subscription which we have is as follows - 4 one on one interactive live sessions of 30 minutes each per month. The procedure is to login to the byjus app page and choose schedule live session after entering subject, the tutor comes on chat and then we go on the live session. However every time we have attempted to schedule, there is some issue - either no chat response or no tutor available and then we have to call customer care and wait on multiple calls for almost an hour to finally get a session arranged for the next day or so.

What is the point in having an online app and online process if each time we have to spend 60-120 minutes talking to 4-5 different people for scheduling a session which is part of our subscription.

For the last 3 weeks, since exams are nearing, we are just not getting any response when we are trying to schedule a session. And the worse part is, we are supposed to have unlimited phone tutor sessions for asking doubts, but when we call the customer support team to atleast schedule this to clarify doubts, we are again told that there are no tutors available. With exams in another week's time, this is when we need access to tutors. If you do not have tutors why cheat us of our money and then subject us to this torture which is nothing but sheer harassment.

The current assigned tutor, Shashank spoke to us 3 weeks back, we told him that, since the subscription is there till March 2021 and we are not able to schedule classes at any time we want (though that is what the subscription promised), we asked him to permanently fix the slots for every saturday - 1 interactive live session every saturday - 3 for maths and 1 for science every month for all the pending months and come back with the confirmation. Since then he has been absconding and there is no proper response from the customer support team because each time a different person speaks and they have no knowledge of the issue or history. Whenever we ask them to ask the tutor to call us back they say he is out or at lunch and will call back. But call doesnt come. We need immediate resolution or escalation to the right authority.

Despite paying a huge sum for the package, we have only undergone torture and spent hours on calls hoping for resolution. We have not even been able to use the subscription effectively as it doesnt work most of the time. Byjus is nothing but only false promises.

Need a resolution by having atleast sessions for the remaining months pre-scheduled and tutors made available or return our money and save us from further torture!

I have purchased one Course from BYJUS in September 2021 and within due time I had submitted cancellation request on 29.09.21 but so far no response. Many times called to BYJUS +91-[protected] and his representative and BYJUS sales head.

Byju's not refunding amount, requested cancellation with in a week time of receiving kit.
I took BYJU's course for my daughter for 2nd class, The educational consultant who sold me this package promised me, if there is any problem, i can request cancellation with in 15 days of receiving kit,

I dropped email for cancelled with in 10 days of receiving the kit.

but I am continuously sending emails and same reply I am getting every time, "your request is forwarded to concerned department", but no further information. Where is that concerned department.

Please help me in getting my money refund.

I purchased a course in byjus for my upsc preparation they said mentors will be assigned for me to clear all my doubts whenever I want but no such mentors have been assigned till now and when I requested for call back to clear my doubts they are saying you can do Google search.
I am completely dissatisfied with the course and it is not worth for the money, I humbly request for the cancelation

Its just a request. You are charging more amount for neet preparing students compaired to other online coachings. But not doing anything for assessing the progress of the students. Other institutions conduct tests regularly and monitor their students' progress. I want to cancel my subscription. Why don't you club these neet preparing students with Akash. They are doing their neet coaching classes in a better way

I bought byju's a month ago, and I want to cancel it because being from a middle class family the emi loan is causing us a lot of trouble with my classes also going on, so I emailed the cancellation /refund email of byju's they responded us and we had a phone call with the mentor they told us they will call after 4 days but still they haven't and we are also trying to reach the counsellor who bought us the product but he is not recieving any of our calls .
Such a large amount is not a joke. So please cancel the subscription

आम्ही बायज्युस 11 वी आणि 12 वी साठी चा कोर्स घेतला होता चार महिन्यापूर्वी पण आत्ता फायनान्शिअल इशू असल्यामुळे आम्हाला तो कोर्स बंद करावयाचा आहे पण बाय ज्यूस ला बऱ्याच वेळा ई-मेल करून सुद्धा त्यांचा काहीही रिप्लाय येत नाही. बऱ्याच वेळा फोन सुद्धा केलेले आहेत आणि फोनवरती सुद्धा सांगितले आहे की कुर्स क्लोज करावयाचा आहे तरीसुद्धा ते क्लोज करत नाहीत. covid-19 मध्ये जॉब गेल्यामुळे फायनान्शिअल प्रॉब्लेम झाला आहे आहे.

कृपया कोर्स बंद करण्यासाठी मदत करावी.

Rude behaviour of the customer support executive creating lot of mental disturbance. I requested executive on her mobile number [protected] [protected] that the EMI for Nov 2021 will be delayed by 20 days. But ECS has been triggered twice, lead to deduction of Rs.1180 from bank account.
The mental harassment is made me so disturbed. Kindly help me to get back my lost amount of Rs 1180

I purchased a tablet program from byjus before 2 months. Now I am not able to understand the lecturing part. My time is wasting. So I mailed byjus for cancellation and refund of my money. Now they are telling they can't cancel and refund my money.only one subject teaching is good, other subjects teaching are not good.i am not able to understand.Why should I pay my money as EMI, if I am not getting any use from that program. Respected committee, please do solve this complaint and help us.

I've taken Byjus for my two kids who are in 6th and 8th paying around Rs.74000. but now my 6th grade is not able to access Premium app, from this year. 5 months over, but no resolution. Mentor also not responding. Horrible support.
