Byjus team contacted and insisted to commit for the course on the spot. They processed the loan formalities within hours. They promised to lock after the child's education online and contact for every week and also Conduct test and give feedback. They said that they have a continuous interaction and supervision by alloting mentor to each student. But this was not at all practiced. They gave tab and study material for class 10th and 9th without our request. I have joined my son for 10th class and they fixed the fee as 40000.it is equal to any corporate school fee in a town. Due to this pandemic situation we opted for this proposal. But the reality is worst services from byjus. The only thing we got is tab with loaded lessons. I feel it is not worthy of 40000. The monthly EMI s are continuing. Is there any way to stop and take action against the Byjus?can I contact consumers forum? Please take necessary action regarding this.

I bought one year program for Rs 23000/- and and deposit 10000/- and rest of the amount was on Emi. I had been promised that if You are not find product use full then you will return with in 15 days. I received product on 5th of July 2021 and 14th of July 2021. And i ask for create return on 15th of July and 17th of July 2021 but form that day they are cheating me first by saying that it will take 1 week to process then they started saying that you tablet was retained and we canceled you EMI and we don't take product back and not giving money back .
I raised this concern more then 100 times by mails and call's but they are just fake promise and not making it serious
Help me with this i am also taken decision to go on linked, YouTube and other social media and share call recording and all mails that i have as evidence and told people about how BYJU's doing fraud with their customer and users

I am not trust on byju's app because I am not able to paid emi nd I cannot paid all amount altogther so please refund my money argently

After continuously approaching by Byju's personals Mr Aditya Singh Bisht and Mr Garvit Arora we had a meeting at our home where we discussed about the child education and later they offered us a scholarship program after taking a test of my child. They offered 15 days trial online education program specially, where after 15days we may decide whether we want to continue the program or not, If we do not wish to continues the program further then they will refund 100% of the amount (one lakh thirty thousand rupees ) to us.
And after asking for some time to take the decision they pressurized us to take the decision now only as this offer will not be available later, After denying multiple time we have finally agreed to take the offer as it was completely refundable .
Few days after paying the amount we received a call from the Mentor Byjus that my child classes will be started from 8th of November 2021 and will end up by May 2023, And will not be of two years as stated earlier and not be specially for NTSE/Olympiad, as my child is studying in class 8th this time and we have chosen this program specially for NTSE/Olympiad which is not a core part of this program, that's why we do not want to start the program and have asked them to refund my amount back, since we have not received any books/study material and tablet, and we have asked them to cancel the program and refund the money back, But they are now not ready to refund the money and making excuses and pressurizing us to continue the program.

I cancel the course for unsatisfied class. Am joined the course April '21 Now days no improvement in knowledge studying not satisfied they are important money and sale the product then only our aim. We are middle class family nowadays some financial problem so am told more time cancel the course but nobody cancel the course till 3month no study plan caring nobody only theme of money and sale the product only no knowledge improvement am not satisfied the course they told harshly threatening they says ' you will study or not study will you pay EMI amount ' so we are worried

Customer care or mentor not respond call

Their ads features druggies of bollywood who have no association with education, learning and excellence.
This tarnishes byjus image as an educator.
Also it doesn't make any sense.
Students of Bharat don't want the bollywood druggie gunda actors as role model.
This company should keep them away of face brand doom.

I am Satyasarathi Mohanty taking Byju's course for class 11th since 5-month . I am not satisfied with the Byju's service. So want to discontinue the course.

Once again requesting to cancel the deal.

While searching for online learning systems, we came across Byju's website and we got call from customer service, requested for home visit. Later, team visited home and started pressurising to enroll even though we understood that it is not suitable for kids less than 3 years. Still, they enforced to pay 5 K and place the order, if not satisfied asked to place return order within 15 days. We received kit on 1st November and realised that it is not at all suitable for my kid of 2 year 10 months old and send cancellation email on [protected]@byjus.com and rang the call to mentor as well as customer care. Again they started pressurising to keep it, use it etc. As we are firm on our decision, we tried to say that kindly accept the cancellation as it is not suitable for us. But still they denying to do cancellation and do the refund as well as cancelling the EMI of 5 K for next 13 months. Total fees 65 K and order ID BYJUS[protected].
Please help to get the refund and cancellation of EMI pay.

Their staff had promised me that this class would help me a lot and forced to join but this class seemed to completely useless so please stop my service and refund the money

I applied for a 9-month course on Byju's Learning App having a discussion with Byju's Counselor. But one of its counselor called me and misleaded by offering 4-month course at the name of 9-month course. He said that the course will be valid for 9 months and sent me a fake screenshot in the mail of validity period. He made me pay full payment by making false statements and just provided a 4 month course. I don't want to continue this course, so please cancel this order and refund my money as soon as possible.

We have applied for BYJUS children package for 3 years for my daughter -YASHVI by paying 55000/- for which they would provide us with all the study material required for it . We have received everything as told, but we were also told that there would be a mentor for the child who would keep track of the child's learning activities and would interact with the kid every 2 week's to make sure that the kid is benefiting from the course provided. But just after receiving the package of books and tablet for learning. No one is bothering to call or interact with the child . We still don't know who the mentor is as we haven't received any call from them or from any other person from BYJUS . we have contacted BYJUS customer support many times in the past 2 months, but they are least interested to solve the issue. Being fed up with their response we asked them to cancel our membership and initiate the refund process. For this they asked us to send a mail to their registered mail id . We have sent the mail's many times but still have not been responded.

nor the Customer service is resolving the issue.

Hi i, m manmohan sakshena. i want to raise a complaint against for byjus company . byjus client has come my home and tell about byjus course for my children . and i have also tell him i, m not interested this course he said don't worry sir just try free classes not any pay for this, and he not fill any form from byjus. and byjus client pay self amount from your side and he make loan from side without my acknowledge. so. help for cancellation byjus application...

Myself Chauhan Ajay Singh I have subscribed for byjus for IAS tablet program on 30/09/21 fromthe counselor mrs :-susmitha Singh and said them to cancel my subscription on 8/10/2021 but they didn't response
properly since 8/10/2021 I'm calling to them to cancel my subscription but same as usual they are saying we will arrange a call from there cancellation team but I'm not getting any call from. Cancellation team even I have sent number of mail to ther cancellation team same no response
