With reference to email dt. 17.07.2021 relating to discontinuation of your Product and issue of Refund of Money amounting Rs. 5000/- paid towards the product as detailed therein a further email was received stating that our concern will be resolved .

But till date, you have not paid the money into their bank accounts .

Whereas, as per your policy, The product was discontinued within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product .

I will appreciate, if you refund the money in the next three days and issue formal confirmation of the discontinuation of the product .

    Hello Team,

    We have Purchases the Byju's plan on 03-OCT-202, and we have been promised that cancellation trail period will start from the day the product is delivered & we have used for 3 days and reached out to mentor because we have found the its not that great as promised and when we reached the sales team who have visited our resident they have started ignoring the calls and said go talk to customer support team, When we reached the support team and asked for cancellation they said there will be call from the Mentor when we informed the Mentor they asked why did you purchase if you want to cancel, We have also got the Threatening calls from the Byju's Team member saying we wont refund the Money we can do whatever we can and we have got a call from Byju's Senior manager who's is forcing us to keep the product or 27000/- Rs will be deducted from 87000/- when i said no i need full refund they said they can't help for refund over the call they are denied to write on email and we have following from 10 days and no response and not ready for refund and they are torturing mentally yo use and they have very rude behavior when we ask for the cancellation and they saying 15days Trail also over they cannot refund our money.

    We have visited the Bangalore Head Quarters of Byju's #4/1, 2nd floor, Tower D IBC Knowledge Park, Bannerghatta Main Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560029
    They sent us saying who gave authority to come here and sent us no one is the right person in Byju's who is willing to help us.

    Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

    We have not yet received the complete refund only 46000/- they have refunded remaining amount is not going to be refund as per the manager Upsana and cancellation team.

    One year plan is mandatory to complete which cost is 41000/- where as 5 years plan is 87000/-

    Never ever think of Byju’s for ur kids

      Byju's Fraud & Scam - Cheated the Parents

      Fully scams are running by the Byjus on of the scammer arun "arun.[protected]@byjus.com ""91 [protected]" Youges ''[protected]''
      cheated the money.

      This is a very big fraud running by byjus and they are not responding on mail. Their license should be cancelled.
      Please help me to get my money back and cancel it....

      Dear Sir
      My self Niraj Kumar Choudhary, father of Mr. Nimish Chandra took Byju's learning Program with Lenovo Tablet and Osmo kit @ 53000/- after visit of byuju's concealer Mr. Abhay Pandey on 26th Sept. with 15 days easy return policy. i have received said kit by courier on 30th Sept. after that i have watched all kit with preloaded learning programs on provided tablet, found it is not useful for our child due to following reasons.

      1. Hindi learning content not available
      2. Pronunciation of rhymes and words is western style not understandable by children including us .
      3. All characters dress and look is western like the dresses of grandmother (escort and top) not able to be identified by children .
      4.Byju's Mathematics syllabus is at a lower level. Our child is learning 3 digit addition and subtraction but in your books only one or two digit. multiplication not available which was also in the UKG syllabus.

      After 1 week of R&D i have decided to return this kit and call to provided byjus helpline no [protected] on 6th Oct. after that mentors took 2-3 days for talk to higher authority for return back the program. After that on 7th october i have received a call forn byjus HR team from no [protected] for convincing to take program on 10000.00 discount will be return back to me but i was requesting for return total program and refund full amount. she was assuring me for 2-3 days process of return will be complete soon but till date i have not received any confirmation message from byjus side for initiate my return. when i am calling on no [protected] from yesterday dt 12th oct 2021 for updation regarding return, then auto recorded message saying me for call back will be done by mentors within 15 second but no call received for the same.

      I have mailed 3 time to support team on 7th, 13th and 22nd Oct for the same on mail id "[protected]@byjus.com" but every time reply received our senior manager call you in next 24 hours . she has called also but said every time for 3-4 days process but till date my return and refund not initiate.
      i have takent this kit on Rs 53 k through bajaj finance loan facility now from 1st nov-21 emi will be start.

      Requesting you kindly help me for this refund process .

      I have not received any mail / information about return process/address to be send kit for the same. Senior manager said me she will provide address where kit should sent by me but till date address not received.
      i also requsting her for collect the kit from my place and courier charge deduct from my refund amount 53 k. But till date i have not received any information from byjus side.

        This is to bring in your notice towards Byju's false commitment during admission in IIT-JEE cource.
        I have contacted to Byju's for IIT-JEE-2022 coaching on 11th Oct 2021. Counselor promised that she will enroll my nephew in new batch of IIt-JEE. Based on that I agreed and move forward for the live counseling for the admission in IIt-JEE. During live session counselor done the live evaluation and agreed to give the admission in IIT-JEE achievers batch. I had requested multiple times that my nephew has to join new batch as he has to work on his basics too. Then counselor said that sir, she will let my nephew to join in new iit-jee 2022 achievers batch only, which is going to start in next 2 days only. Then they asked and forced me to pay Byju's registration and fee immediately so that I could not missed the new batch which is goin to start in next 2 days. Once I paid the fee, then Byju's mentor and counselor started behaving like dictator and stop updating us for the new batch. While I keep connected to start class in new batch then they said there is no new achievers batch is going to start in coming 3/4 weeks and forced me to join the the already on-going batch of iit-jee, where teachers have already covered ~20% of iit-jee syllabus.Once I denied to join the running batch then they said its just for time being and in next 2 days they will let join in new batch, but again its false commitment from them. Now they are saying there is no new batch and student they will cover missed syllabus during Diwali vacation. Its very ridicules behavior from them towards student and parents and they have made us fooled and forced to listen whatever they will say as I have already paid the fee.

        PS: There is live recorded session for all the conversation with lady counselor regrind to give admission in new iit-jee 2022 achievers batch which is going to start in next 2 days and forcing me to pay fee immediately on the same days. Kindly review the live session recordings for more details and prof of their false commitment to student /parents.
        I had initially planned to enroll my nephew in Alen Kota but Byju's mentor and counsellor convince with sample video recordings and new batch start from scratch, I dropped my plan of Alen and enrolled my nephew in Byju's [protected]@@ 2022 coaching.

        Its very disappointing for student and parents that Byju's has given false commitment, took fee and forced to join in the iit-jee batch where ~20% syllabus has already completed, whereas they said that there are going to start new kit-jee achievers batch in next 2 das only and my nephew will join this new batch.
        I need to escalated Byju's false commitment and the way they are playing with student of iit-jee aspirate in pro covid-19 situation.

          Paid extra 5k for tablet and they unlocked it. Cancellation done. Thanks. My suggestion would be, they have to work more on sales side for winning common man's trust. Payments should be clean and direct, Not by any loan and people should stop payment if they don't like the tuition.

          Got a call from Byju to pay for return tablet or pay more for tablet. I paid 5k for rest amount and still not yet get confirmation on cancellation. As I paid for tablet, They told me that I can use the tablet as normal tablet. But I found it is locked and can be managed by Byju only. Again have to wait for few more days for unlock the tablet. Byjus process on cancellation and refund is very painful. They should work more on this.

            I have taken baiju's kit for 3 years course.
            Initially they have given a tablet with wrong study material and books were not compatible with tablet.
            After numerous followup, they exchange the tablet and books but they didn't have any quality check and new tablet comes with wrong sylabus.

            the refund policy is for 15 days and now it's more than month my problem is not resolved and my kid has totally lost the interest in the course.

            I do not recommend it to anyone, since the quality check is very poor.

              I have just passed class 12 this year earlier my plan was to do BA along with upsc preparation but now my plan changed to go towards computer science field.
              I decided to cancel my course but they are not approving my cancellation request.

                  I have taken a 3 years course for my daughter of class II, from BYJU's. Initially, I have deposited Rs. 5000/- and received the course material for class II. I have already cleared 5 EMIs - paying Rs. 4, 172/- monthly.
                  Now, I am facing financial difficulties and will not be able to pay such a huge amount on a regular basis.
                  I have approached their Guwahati office and told to stop the course at class II and asked them how much I have to pay for it. Instead, they have told me that it is not possible to dis-continue the selected course in mid-way and I have to pay all the dues without fail.
                  Kindly suggest & guide in this matter.

                        Hello,
                        I am reporting the issue with the program that was sold to me after counselling done by Byju's Counsellor - Ritika Shaw on April 23, 2021. As generally happens they are suppose to fool the public by giving extra-ordinary examples in order to convince for the Brand. I got fooled too but was not convinced about the product - "Byju's Disney Learning Program" since the counsellor herself was not aware of the program other than what she mentioned as Kids have a tendency to not listen to the elders but they are interested in imitating the cartoon characters. That's the idea behind the product although she was not able to convince me how this has helped any kid so far. Anyway registered the program with payment of Rs. 5000.

                        Parents know their child and their habits till the age they gain their own consciousness between wrong and right. my kid is 3 and half years old but she has been a late learner and also late in speaking so we were not really sure but the counsellor had convinced us saying that there is a Demo period of 15 days which will give us a chance to understand if the program is working for the kid or else she will help with the complete refund. (No information/process of program cancellation shared).

                        Agreed upon the verbal communication and blind trust, we pursued with the program as a trial/demo. On July 19, 2021 we made payment of Rs. 48000 via a online EMI(6 x 8000) scheme named as shopse.

                        On July 24, 2021 at 12:26 noon we received the kit/program includes of a tablet with some other learning essentials in a Byju's school bag.

                        On July 26, 10:31 AM - received Byju's mentor common line number via whatsapp by the counsellor to check about the program and further process.

                        On July 29, 23:54 PM - Raised concern to the counsellor about this program not working as expected and there was a gap in understanding between kid and the tablet learning. Attached is WhatsApp chat for complete information.
                        No information about cancellation was shared but a commitment to change the program to fit the kids need. Gave her all the inputs to improvise the program and she agreed upon the changes as well to be done soon.

                        Upon continuous probing for update with no update i asked to take back the program once again on August 22nd but i was assured of the changes to be done soon. I was also able to figure out there was no internal sync between the counsellor and the mentors for the kids learning programs.

                        No update was done till September 1st where i was keep on chasing the counsellor and the mentors to hear back from them but all i got was some excuse. (See WhatsApp chat attached).

                        After the upgrade on the tab was pushed we did not see any change on the program, neither it helped the kid in any aspect. Once again i asked for program cancellation on September 4th.

                        On September 7th, 2021 - after chasing so many times, the counsellor shared me the cancellation mail id "[protected]@byjus.com"of Byju's and asked to drop an email which i did on same day.

                        And then started another chase trail over email, WhatsApp and call but all was a waste of time and nothing else.

                        Now i have landed here hoping get it right what has been on-going wrong for so far.

                        Please help.

                          I am Isham Singh f/o Preeti Rani. I bought an online course, which is designed for the students of class 10th, 11th, 12th and complete preparation of NEET, from BYJU's on 20/02/2021 for my daughter who is studying in class 10th. Total amount of the course is 75000/- from which I have paid total amount of 42500/- from April 2021 to September 2021 through installments of 6250/month. Sandeep Sharp, the dealer, promised me to provide online classes for two hours daily, weekly test with progress report and proper guidance for my daughter. After the course was purchased by me, nothing was provided by the company as promised. After this I also raised a complaint on BYJU's helpline no. but they denied and said to do self study with offline videos which were provided in a memory card. Now they are harassing me to pay rest of the amount. I am totally dissatisfied with the services of the company as none of the promises was fulfilled. I want refund of all the amount which is paid by me from the date of subscription.

                              I placed an order for a BYJUS PREMIUM PACKAGE about 2 months ago. Ever since I have been sending numerous emails and making numerous calls for the refund of my 8000 Rs paid as a registration fee. They have been avoiding the issue and purposely delaying the refund. It has frustrated me so much that I openly declare the entire organization a fraud and purely money centred. It would be very kind if I could get help

                                I call BYJU representative to come home and give demo in Jalandhar location about product on last Saturday dated 09/10/2021, one person named Tayyab came in my home and tell me about the fee structure and how BYJU help in study of child. and no demo give me online about the study. after all things and listening about fee i told him to give me 2 days time to take final comment about the registration in BYJU, and that time i just shocked from his reply, he said sorry sir i came to your home to get your child registered in any how, this is our company policy that if any representative come to home for demo then registration is important to him. and Mr Tayyab forced to do registration and force me many time, and told him lots of time that fist i will check my financial condition and financial planning and after 2 days i will tell you final about the registration. but he continuously force me and scold me. and after this incidence i got my child registered and he block my fund of rs 16000, now i wanna to ask from BYJU is this realy your policy to force your client for registration and scold him. this is not good way to convene your client. i am really harassed from your guy. he fill me lots of negativity.

                                  I have bought byju on emi basis for 12 months, but my emi has to be ended on august even then byju debit money from my account in September, I have been calling them, emailing them, talking to mentor from past 1month they are just making me fool that they are working on it and will credit it
                                  soon within 24 to 48 hours but like this they have wasted my one month and till now they have not refunded me .which is very bad I am tired of writing them again and again 😡 soo plzzz refund my money asap

                                      Byju sales person came to us and offered scholarship for my daughter and told us 15days trial if not satisfied we can return so I pay 175000 but I cancel it next day by email request because he didn't give us and document all promises are verbal after that company forced us to take course after one month they don't provide refund
