I had put inquiry for my 6th(Maharashtra State Board) Standard daughter on Byjus app. The salesperson (Aditya Hudar-TNL[protected] Senior Education Counsellor) had called me and fixed an online appointment with the child. After detailed discussion, he had given us the quotation for one year and three years course. We wanted to go for one-year subscription and if the child is comfortable with it we will continue it further. Aditya said with a discount he can make it a minimum Rs. 27000/- with only wifi TAB and Rs. 30000/- with wifi and calling TAB. We decided to go with wifi and calling TAB with Rs. 30000/- for one year. He quoted the market price for wifi and calling TAB is Rs. 16000 in his quote.

I paid Rs. 30000/- on 25th Sept 2021. We were waiting for TAB to come and course to start but after 5 days Aditya called me and said you have to pay additional Rs. 4000/-. Whatever cost was decided I had already paid then why should I pay additional Rs. 4000/-?. He had given some illogical justifications like the system is not permitting discount and minimum Rs. 1000/- you have to pay I can not reduce it further. Without having my fault again I paid Rs. 1000/-.

After few days we received the TAB and we got surprised because TAB was only wifi TAB. I specifically agreed for Rs. 30000/- quote for wifi and calling TAB since we don't have wifi at home. I tried to contact Mr Aditya so many times but has not responded to my calls. I tried to connect with him through the customer care team and mentor of the child but he never responded. It was pure misselling and cheating done by Mr Aditya Hudar and Byjus team. This experience was really mental harassment for us.

    Initially we were hesitant, but the sales person assured us we can cancel the course within 15 days of trial period there will be full refund and no questiosn asked, I had taken 5 year course for my Daughter, but after receiving the product my daughter didn't show any kind of interest in learning the Byju's courses, Also it added her screentime and became an extra burden for us, after 5 days o[censored]sage we became dissatisfied, and decided to proceed with cancellation

    She is already spending 3 hours infront of screen for ongoing online classes from her curriculum school, we have to accompany her everytime, since this is taking much of our time and don't want to extra courses to be a burden

    we have raised cancellation request for Byju's courses within 15 days of trial period, they tried to convince us by many ways, but we opted for full cancellation, they asked us to send the products back via courier, we spent around 900 rupees for courier charges and the mail we got is refund would be processed after receiving the product and will be refunded only after 21 days- 28 days.. 21 days is a very long period and it causes lot of issues, 66000 is a huge amount, please try to process the amount soon, refund my amount and cancel the EMI subscription, my cancellation request id is 22970462

        I Didn't have job properly, I step wrong taken a class in BYJU;S

        Till now didn't cancel my Account BYJU'S Explained several mails to BYJU'S, Please help me from u cancel the My Account Lot of Calls and SMS FROM Loan Department I got bad remark in CIBL Score for I didn't pay the EMI, Even I didn't attend a class (My Daughter CH SHARANYA) since four months. Due she not well
        I explained several time to the BYJU;S,
        But No one bother my account I getting heritage and I am going in depression mood, , My Bank People charging in the account 600rs return charges every month sir,

        For sake my daughter please help me to be cancel immediately my account there calling several time I response they not listening loan department telling they didn't receive any instruction from BYJU;S, There are telling like I purchase the BYJu's from IIFL Loan Department compulsory must pay EMI,

        Daily calls are receiving and SMS for Payment from 8:30 to 9PM


        Please solve this immediately I am in trouble.,

          I purchased Byju's Premium for class 11th and 12th JEE on 2020. After 2 weeks I just informed the mentor that I could not understand the way to teaching and I need to be refunded. The mentor convinced and said try for a month and then give your feedback. After a month I informed to the mentor again that I could understand and I needed to be refunded. But, he told we do not refund after a month. I'm not using the product. But, every month exactly on the day 1 the money is auto debbited. Why should I pay for an product which I do not use ? Byju's has poor customer services and mentors. I hope there would be a proper action on this issue. Now I need to cancel my online class subscription. I want only the offline class subcription. Hence, I needed to be refunded for the extra money I have paid and I need to stop auto debitting.

            I purchased jee 11th and 12th products for my sister three months before. She didn't understand their way of teaching. We spoke to a mentor already, not really helpful. I want to cancel this subscription now. I already send a mail regarding this issue. No good response from their side. I want to stop the EMI auto-debit immediately. Please take an action.

                  I want to discontinue my subscription plan for my son Chinmay Saoji as the promise made by your employee during the counselling session was not completed and now he is denying it.At the time of final payment me and my husband were agreed to take the plan only on one condition that we need live class for chinmay twice or thrice in a week and he said definitely i will arrange this for chinmay. We asked this 3 or 4 times that we need one to one class between student and mentor. He said no worries it's my responsibility I will take.He has taken 2-3 classes also on the zoom app but now he is denying. As already discussed with you on the phone call, I am attaching all the proofs regarding the issue.You can ask Mr Faiz to send the whole recording of the Counselling session in which he had made the promise.Please take a positive action regarding this.

                    I have updated the customer care and the Mentor Mr. Umang who call me on 7th Sep 21 which is within 15 days about the cancellation of course. But no revert from Byjus. After no update from there I update the Agent Mr. Ankit on 15th Sep 21. But still no success.
                    Kindly give the solution on priority.

                      We start online class with trial. Actual class not start yet..byju's not response our cancellation request. They cheat people once the paid payment. Even we ask them do not return our 5000 rs. Than also not reply.

                      Yes. It's True. I also paid both online and offline. But, after money given to them the service started to degrade, Byju's do not see customers as their. They see has money.

                        Even after saying that I'm not interested, byju's still keeps calling me everyday, this is getting extremely annoying and i will be lodging a complaint soon if byju's doesn't stop, your app is trash anyways, stop harrassing innocent people :)

                              I have purchased 5 years subscription by paying 78000, on the day 2 itself we have requested for cancellation and we have received a call from Diksha where she wants to talk to my kid to confirm for cancellation.

                              This is embarrassing situation I have faced today, I have told her that he cannot speak on phone. Even though wit this reason she is not accepting cancellation.

                              This is a request to cancellations and refund team, to look into my issue and refund my amount ASAP as I am badly in need of money.

                              Do not harass me for giving back my heard earned money.

                                I want to know did we make a mistake if we have downloaded the app of Byjus. What kind of staff Byju's is hiring, is it without checking background? unprofessional people are talking rubbish to the kids and parents... is this kind of services Byju's is offering?

                                This is regarding the promotional calls from Byjus received on 24-Sep-2021. A person with the name of Mr. Rajeev called from number [protected]. He wanted to talk to the father of the child, because of the work from home these days, my kids said he is not available at home, he got panic started talking roughly to the kids and started shouting on them. Father noticed that there is a call received and kids are getting useasy talking to the call. My husband talked to him and said we are not interested then Mr. Rajeev from other side (from Byju's) started shouting on him as well. My husband told him to stay calm and talk properly then Mr. Rajeev threated him that you are taking me light, now I will tell you who I am and you will receive back to back calls and you will be in trouble. And then also he called many times, we just hanged on calls to stop the misbehavior.
                                I want to raise complaint against Byjus for this misbehavior and harrsement done by Mr. Rajeev

                                    I am taking the follow for cancellations since 13.09.2021, you have clearly mentioned on cancellation policy any customer can cancel the order with in 15 days and I have cancelled the order with in 1 days.

                                    I am chasing for refund since 13 sep 2021. If you are acknowledging the customer request with in 11 to 12 days and taking next 20 -28 days settle the refund to customer. It is not good sign for good organization.

                                    I am daily receiving call form byju team for retaing the course. I am also thinking about the same. Yesterday I have received the call from Mr Nadeem Ahmad and I am giving promise to him, I will continue with my one child. First you arrange the student name and address for Karnal.

                                    But after his call I have received the mail you will receive the money 20 to 28 days. I am totally disappointed and my mind creating the bad image of byju.
                                    Even every staff who call me assured me you will received your money with in 2 or 3 days maximum.

                                    When my refund request is accepted I am so happy, this is brand who acknowledging my request immediately and I am expecting my refund process with in time frame.

                                    After the said mail I am totally disappointed.

                                    Request to you kindly arrange my money immediately, I am very thankful to you.

                                        I was purchased the product 3 months back, I paid 5000 rupees Initially after every month they said monthly EMI 2002 rupees am paying right now month of July 20th 2021 i emailed the customer care please discontinue this course due to my financial situations also my child not able to understand this English, also till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us there is no guidance to my child. I send the mail for byjus support team for cancellation the course, but they said not possible to discontinue this course, when we have demo class my Mentor Vidhya/Anish they confirmed, you can discontinue this course in between also, that’s why I have chosen this course, I emailed July 20th am not get any reply form byju’s customer care, I have emailed gentle reminder also, I get call from IIFL finance Team only to make the payment, MY EMI not active am paying manually only, this month they are pulling to me pay 2002 rupees due to financial situation am not pay, I don’t want to my refund, but please discontue the course hereafter am not pay the EMI. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. IIFL team one day they are calling minimum 10 times to pay the EMI even you attend the call also every 30minutes they calling
                                        Please to help me and cancel this course.
