      I have registered my kids TANISHI ARYA in BYJU (Think & Learn Pvt Ltd) and Registration number is TNL[protected], which head office is in Bangalore. They are doing scam with a big charges and not listening student after getting payment. They have committed to refund full amount, if we dont like services within 15 days. The course fee was Rs. 47000 and I asked for discount, Mr Ayyaz and Pulkit Gupta was ready for Rs. 40000 and said Grade 2 and Grade 3 Material we will give you and written on documents and Grade one we will apply through internal Department and I have authority to Give you Grade one study Material. I had paid Rs. 40000 on 8 March, 2021 and we received study Materials fo Grade 2 on 14th March, 2021. After that no one called us for anything to our kids guidance, We called so many times to customer care [protected] for Mentor and also to Sales Executive (Pulkit-  [protected]. But no solution. I asked for refund before finishing trial period, then no response. In this Scam case Mr. Ayyaz Shaikh has a big role (ayyaz.[protected]@byjus.com) I called regular and sent mail regular. Then they called us after a lot of harassment. Ms. Mahima Saini committed for some points, which I am attaching mail conversation and replied on mail something else. I asked for those points, then she never replied. Again facing same issues, ignore and ignore. Today I called again and they confirm for cancelation and sent mail. In mail they mention send back all materials to them. I asked them, who will bare courier charges and if any damage, then who will be responsible, then no reply. They never said or its not mention in Terms & Conditions that if you dont like our services then you need to send all study materials by your side and all responsibility will be Student's parent side. Now they are not ready to pick the Study materials and I am sure that if we send materials to them, then 100% they will damage the products and will claim from us. My concerns is they should pick themselves and process refund immediate. In summary I can say they are not ready for refund our hard earning money and its big Scam in our country, which is playing with our Kids future. From the 1st day they are cheating with us . Specially Mr. Ayyad Shaikh, Mr, Pulkit Gupta, Ms. Mahima Saini, Please take necessary action against these kind of educational Institute, who are playing with our kids future.

            Cancellation done as per company norms but EMI deducted from account.no refund processed after informing so many times to customer care.product which is delivered inspite of refusing to receive to our door step returned to them.but refund not processed till now.

            Cancellation done as per company norms but EMI deducted.somany times raise the issue to customer care but matter not resolved. Product which is delivered to our door step which was refused to receive but delivery boy told me that you keep it I m only delivey person cannot take it back some else will come to pick it back. This product also being returned to company.but still refund not processed.

                I have taken the product 2 months before i have payed 5000 rupees and one EMI now my father has lost the job due to COVID 19 and we have no way to pay EMI pls cancel the EMI.

                  Already I have sent message about Byjus on April 1 and April 4 but they are not considering our situation. Now kindly help me how to return the product (tablet and study materials) to them. My previous complaint ID are 2845837 & 2848229. I want a correct solution and this was the last message I have sent to cancellation department but not giving proper response.
                  Sir
                  My wife has enrolled in Target 2022 IAS. I have informed you that I am not in the situation to pay the EMI because of my mother's health issue. Only my wife was taking care of my family. We are not financially good. Two weeks before my mother got chest pain so we took her to private hospital there they asked more money so now we are seeing only in government hospital.
                  Already my wife has undergone appendix operation, cyst removal operation and two Caesarean. So normally she is weak but she said that she want to learn only for that purpose I made her to join the course. Now everything was changed, yesterday she got severe back pain so I took her to hospital. Due to this Covid they are not even admitting in hospital also. Doctor checked and advised that she should take complete bed rest she should not sit. She should take complete rest. Day by day the situation is going worse for me and it is too difficult for me to run my family.
                  Now I am inthe worst situation and financially also I am not good. Consider my situation and cancel the course. Your representatives are not listening to our problem. I am not able to give treatment for my mother in private hospital too, till now at least my wife supported me to lead the family. After her health gone worse she can't even continue her work. I request you to cancel the course and get back the products that you have given. One of your representative in Chennai office said that you are the only person to help us. So many messages I have sent but I didn't receive any proper response from your side. Kindly do the needful.

                    I purchased the tablet with the course for 3 years from byjus with refund policy they said even tried multiple times calling and mailed they are not responding .
                    even they proceed the ecs from bank and i have charged 2600 as bouning charged and now i am facing financial issue and student not like the program at all .
                    they are cheaters after taking money they are not responding.

                      Since Dec-2020 I have sent a request to cancel my child course package and stop ECS for future all due to Corona conditions and mother-in-law expired in sep-20 and my left my job of Kanpur UP return to home Kerala.
                      As I have request to customer care for cancellation of product and after getting confirmation I will return back the Byjus property etc. due to financially situations is poor at present but till today the finance peoples calling for EMI, and the cancellation department person is always saying we are forwarded to concern department and their END is pending.
                      Finally I was filing this complaints this way

                        I bought Byjus trial pack for class 8 on 25/03/2021 via my transaction ID [protected] but I don't received any OTP as my registered number is of Thailand to start my learning.
                        I wrote an email regarding this problem at [protected]@byjus.com on 28/03/2021. They give the reply that they have arranged a call back from concerned department within 24-48 hours and my request ID is 16458887 but no call back had received till date.
                        At the time of purchase they mentioned that you can cancel the request within 7/15 days so I decided to cancel the service and wrote an email at [protected]@byju.com on 31/03/2021.
                        A reply on 01/04/2021 has received regarding email that your request forwarded to concerned department and they will reach you shortly regarding the same but no communication had received after that.
                        Please arrange to cancel the order and refund my money.

                            Byju's Ticket Number 16431542. I have 2 accounts from Byju's 4eigered with my email ([protected]@gmail.com) and Number ([protected]) One for my son which is 3 year Disney Byju's subscription for grade 1-3 for which I had paid INR 57600. Second account is for my nephew for grade 8 & 10 for which I have paid 48000. Byjus mentor or support team cannot locate my son's account and are not giving any resolution or a refund s of money. I have tried calling mentor helpline multiple times and send multiple emails for support. I had registered for 3 years Disney Byju's subscription for my son on 17th July. After first few initial interactions with the sales exec, Nobody has bothered to connect with me. They can't even find my son's account. I am not getting a resolution or refund of my money. Ease help me get my money (57600) back since they are not able to give the servicea promised.

                              Dear sir I have talked to one of your employee. Who pretend to be the employee of your company and talks in irrelevant manner and abusive language .His name is Arpit Gupta who is unnecessarily calling and disturbing me . Once I disagreed to the terms and conditions provided by him and I am not at all interested in any of the course .I clearly said to him then also he is calling and disturbing through various phone number and doing watsaap too. So I kindly request you to please look into the matter . I have his three contact number which I cannot share because you mentioned in this application to not share number . That's why for future process please contact me as soon as possible and take necessary action against him . Please show some kindness towards me . I will be highly obliged .

                                      I have purchased Target 2022 IAS from Byjus on February 2021in Chennai office by paying Rs.8000 through DCEMI for my wife. She is working and the Byjus person said only 2hours a day is enough to study daily. Once we received the Tablet and called Mentor, that person said its necessary to spend 4 hours a day. The same day we called the person who gave counselling to us but he didn't pick the call. She somehow managed to study but after 20days my mother who is a heart patient got severe heart pain and doctor advised my mother to take complete bed rest. Now noone is there to look after my two daughters. So we called the Byjus person and he never attended the call. Continuously we called from some other number. Finally he messaged that I should send cancellation through email. After that my wife received the call. They really don't understand our situation and the reply what we got from them was No way to cancel the course. My wife informed them clearly that she don't have time to read but they are saying that they will arrange for Mentor. Really I felt this is a fake promise because while joining the counselling person said since my wife is working and she will be having work pressure so 4 sets of counseling people will take care. But no-one has given counselling. When she calls the mentor they are saying only the schedule and not saying anything else. Finally when I say my mother is not well they said after two months if she gets normal that time my wife can continue. No proper coaching and schedule was given to my wife. Their way of approaching is worst when we ask to cancel the course. We also added next month onwards we can't maintain sufficient amount in bank due to heavy medical expenses they are talking very bad. So kindly help me to return back the tablet and book materials to them. I have informed them not to refund my Rs.8000 which I have paid through DCEMI still they didn't listen to our words.

                                        Hi,
                                        Im when i see their ad, I just want to download the app to check what they have.
                                        Later i think i dont need this app, and unistalled it.
                                        after some months, they started to call me daily to buy their monthly plans.
                                        I told them everytime im not intrested bt they calling me again and again.
                                        Even im not yet married, Everytime they asked my children name, Wife name and school name.
                                        How to stop this nonsense?
                                        It is so much annoying.
