I bought Byjus trial pack for class 8 on 25/03/2021 via my transaction ID [protected] but I don't received any OTP as my registered number is of Thailand to start my learning.
I wrote an email regarding this problem at [protected]@byjus.com on 28/03/2021. They give the reply that they have arranged a call back from concerned department within 24-48 hours and my request ID is 16458887 but no call back had received till date.
At the time of purchase they mentioned that you can cancel the request within 7/15 days so I decided to cancel the service and wrote an email at [protected]@byju.com on 31/03/2021.
A reply on 01/04/2021 has received regarding email that your request forwarded to concerned department and they will reach you shortly regarding the same but no communication had received after that.
Please arrange to cancel the order and refund my money.

      Byju's Ticket Number 16431542. I have 2 accounts from Byju's 4eigered with my email ([protected]@gmail.com) and Number ([protected]) One for my son which is 3 year Disney Byju's subscription for grade 1-3 for which I had paid INR 57600. Second account is for my nephew for grade 8 & 10 for which I have paid 48000. Byjus mentor or support team cannot locate my son's account and are not giving any resolution or a refund s of money. I have tried calling mentor helpline multiple times and send multiple emails for support. I had registered for 3 years Disney Byju's subscription for my son on 17th July. After first few initial interactions with the sales exec, Nobody has bothered to connect with me. They can't even find my son's account. I am not getting a resolution or refund of my money. Ease help me get my money (57600) back since they are not able to give the servicea promised.

        Dear sir I have talked to one of your employee. Who pretend to be the employee of your company and talks in irrelevant manner and abusive language .His name is Arpit Gupta who is unnecessarily calling and disturbing me . Once I disagreed to the terms and conditions provided by him and I am not at all interested in any of the course .I clearly said to him then also he is calling and disturbing through various phone number and doing watsaap too. So I kindly request you to please look into the matter . I have his three contact number which I cannot share because you mentioned in this application to not share number . That's why for future process please contact me as soon as possible and take necessary action against him . Please show some kindness towards me . I will be highly obliged .

                I have purchased Target 2022 IAS from Byjus on February 2021in Chennai office by paying Rs.8000 through DCEMI for my wife. She is working and the Byjus person said only 2hours a day is enough to study daily. Once we received the Tablet and called Mentor, that person said its necessary to spend 4 hours a day. The same day we called the person who gave counselling to us but he didn't pick the call. She somehow managed to study but after 20days my mother who is a heart patient got severe heart pain and doctor advised my mother to take complete bed rest. Now noone is there to look after my two daughters. So we called the Byjus person and he never attended the call. Continuously we called from some other number. Finally he messaged that I should send cancellation through email. After that my wife received the call. They really don't understand our situation and the reply what we got from them was No way to cancel the course. My wife informed them clearly that she don't have time to read but they are saying that they will arrange for Mentor. Really I felt this is a fake promise because while joining the counselling person said since my wife is working and she will be having work pressure so 4 sets of counseling people will take care. But no-one has given counselling. When she calls the mentor they are saying only the schedule and not saying anything else. Finally when I say my mother is not well they said after two months if she gets normal that time my wife can continue. No proper coaching and schedule was given to my wife. Their way of approaching is worst when we ask to cancel the course. We also added next month onwards we can't maintain sufficient amount in bank due to heavy medical expenses they are talking very bad. So kindly help me to return back the tablet and book materials to them. I have informed them not to refund my Rs.8000 which I have paid through DCEMI still they didn't listen to our words.

                  Hi,
                  Im when i see their ad, I just want to download the app to check what they have.
                  Later i think i dont need this app, and unistalled it.
                  after some months, they started to call me daily to buy their monthly plans.
                  I told them everytime im not intrested bt they calling me again and again.
                  Even im not yet married, Everytime they asked my children name, Wife name and school name.
                  How to stop this nonsense?
                  It is so much annoying.

                    I was opting for IAS Tablet Course for 3 years . I paid the registration fees of Rs 10000 and didn't proceed further because I didn't want to share my documents. I want my registration fees refund . I don't have an order id and my counsellor didn't send me a transaction id . I have filed a consumer complaint at the national consumer helpline number. I paid the fees on March 27, 2021 . If my money is not refunded I will definitely move to court . I have the proof of payment.

                      I have already send many times of mail to the support team of byjus. but confirmation is still awaited of above subject . At now I am again saying to cancel my course immediately and collect the tablets plz. and send me a confirmation for above matter through mail. At present time the learning programme which is installed from byjus in the tablets is closed so that the children are not use/reading in tab. which is provided by byjus. so pl. cancel my course and collect the tab. plz...in this regard i am highly obliged you

                          BYJU'S counsellor (MD EHTESHAM AHMED) came to our house and convinced us to buy the product ( which includes study material from class 8 -12 NEET/ JEE both). I paid rs 10900 cheque for registration and of emi...and the EMI for the month of march has been deducted despite getting not registered in BYJU'S and not getting the products..
                          Very sorry to say that it is of third time I am complaining for the 3rd time...please take necessary action as fast as possible...or I will be forced to take legal action...

                            Their salesman visited us in december 2019, we got trapped in his words, we clearly instructed him to cancel the subscription but he didn't, he stopped responding to calls 1 year had passed and they destroyed our CIBIL and they charged a penalty too all because of their employee's neglegance, please help us

                              When I studied about Byju's app, Founder of Byju's and the their journey I am so impressed. Think it will deliver good value all their products and services. But the things are different.

                              One day I received a call from their counsellor told me my child is selected to a scholarship and arranged a zoom meeting. Then he take some on line tests. After all he introduced their product. If you are not satisfied the product you can return it 15 days and refund without any cost. On the date of 18 th march 2021 i recd above courier. Their was a pre-programmed Tab, OSMO kit ( i think its familier other than you can googled it) and some paper craft. The couse worth is 33, 000 for my 3rd Standard child. The tab contains Disney character based vedios (after the corona pandemic many of institutions developed same things in different ways). My child also get some same education material from her school. So i placed a cancellation request on above product.

                              The interesting games started here. Their is no any responsible coustomer solutions. The web site shows one customer care no and an email address. I emailed about it 3 times no proper response. When call their care no they replayed they will call back soon. Some times they call back and show their pathetic selling strategy. If i don't like a product, i should return it. For the returning process now still on, when it end i don't know. Previous 7 days good portion of time me & my spouse spending to cancell above product. Some time i think... What i say

                              So humble request to you all team Byju's, if you cannot deliver a value you cannot exist too more. And all the peoples who choose Byju's pls study about their back end as well.

                              They are really pathetic. At the time of enrolment, I have asked if they plan as per school syllabus and they told me yes but they are not actually. And their senior counsellor is not even picking up the phone or replying back to messages.

                              Please do not impress by their gloomy promises. Nothing is like that. I am still suffering.

                                Online coaching for +1 and +2 for my son KARTIK MONGA was agreed for an amount of Rs.32, 500/- by Mahima madam (on behalf of Byjus). The amount was to be paid through EMIs funded by Bajaj Finserv vide loan agreement No.424 REM 82730168 indicating gross loan of Rs.38, 400/- (as against the agreed upon amount of Rs.32, 500/).
                                EMI of Rs.3200/- per months (for 12 months) commenced from 2nd September 2018 and concluded on 2nd September, 2019.
                                The Gross Loan amount was not debated upon as the loan agreement indicated the net loan as Rs.32, 509 + the interest part of Rs.5, 891/- indicated as 'INTEREST PAID BY MANUFACTURER/DEALER'.
                                However, instead of 32, 509/- a total amount of Rs.38, 400/- was deducted.
                                The matter was brought to the notice to Mahima madam and the mentor and calls were also received from Byjus office with assurance of making the refund. But the refund has not been made.
                                Several reminders Telephonically as well as to SUPPORT @BYJUS.COM were made (June 2020).
                                Ticket number of 9511033 was also provided for my grievances on 14th June 2020 but the case is still unresolved with the only wordings that it is in the purview of Higher Authorities.
                                Please resolve the issue and do the needful for refunding the excess deduction of 5, 891/-

                                Received a call from 8046195087 stating that it was a call from the Senior Manager After going through my complaint the Company was willing to refund the extra deduction. I was told that soon I would be receiving a mail calling for my bank details for refunding the excess deducted amount. However, neither any mail nor any call was received from the Company. My complaint is still UNRESOLVED. The manner in which the amount would be refunded back to me must also be declared by the Company so as to avoid any fraud

                                      I have purchased the byjus premium service and when I joined the sellsman rushi sir if you want cancel the product you can cancel service there is no limit .if of after 3 months .now when I face some medical issues I want cancel my byjus premium service then they say only within 15 days they cheated me when I say rushi tell me you can cancel after 15 days then they you don't trust on him for that now rushi sir stop taking my call and they always call me for emi please help me

                                        So I'm seriously disappointed with the post sales services.
                                        I've been following up from past 05 days now and I didn't get my invoice.
