When I opted byju’s product for my nephew studies I thought services will be good, being a SRK as an ambassador. They told me each and everything on a call and in the zoom session which was good experience, there was clause where BYJUS commit 15 days of trial period, I thought my nephew will use it. But after 10 days due to some issue my nephew had to go out of india. Hence there was no use for me to pay more to BYJUS so I requested BYJUs...

I’m filing this complaint as I didn’t get any solution from Byju’s Cancellation Team after repetitive calling them to cancel my EMI of Byju’s IAS course. I have purchased Byju’s IAS Tablet course in the month of November, 2020. At that time i did not had any source for taking loan so I asked my friend to help me by giving his account details for taking loan and his account was verified for loan. I used to pay him cash every month....

I have taken tablet program from BYJUS and paid registration fees as Rs.5000/-, i l clearly told Byjus that this program is on trial basis, if i don't like it, will cancel it, they also agreed for 15 days trail, the Tablet was sent to us on 12th Feb 2021 within Five to Six days i understood this is not worth it, so i decided to cancel, i have called and informed Byjus about cancelation, sent a mail on 22nd Feb for cancelation, three or four...

I had purchased byjus after my 10th hoping that it would help me with my studies...rather it isn't helpful and is too complicated! I tried cancelling it after 2 months but the people never listen to it and the mentors just keep calling to give advises but not listen that I do not want to use it any more. They say they ll have another person call me for the issue but it never happens. I have also been told I can't cancel it.. but it's not...

BYJUs advertised as one-one interactive mentors will support the children.
I think many of them cheated by this lucrative words children will get support from dedicated mentor.
I was cheated the mentor who was dedicated to me is irresponsible not conducted any session with my child upto date.
I feel now Rs 60, 000 is wastely dumped into BYJUs garbage.

I have bought the Byjus tab learning for my child with a assurance from Byjus that the ywill appoint mentor and the mentor will keep in touch with my child .
But after the cancellation period is over they stopped the mentor service and hardly council with the student.

I also complained about their poor service on their portal but of no use.
They assured me for the progress of my child .

We ordered BYJUs package and received it on 17th Dec 2020 through First-Flight Couriers bearing Air Way bill no[protected]. On 27th Dec we have requested for return and refund of the package due to 'answer prompt', the request was on 10th Day of receiving the package- well within 15 days of receiving the package.

BYJU’s assured us that they will check with IT to disable the prompt and this...

I have complained many times that Byjus course is not good for my kid and I want to return it. earlier they were saying it's cancelled and refund will be provided but now they are saying that cancellation not initiated Even after returning the product to them they are not giving refund of my 6k initial payment and I am getting EMI calls many times in a day.

I have Byju subscription for myself and due to some reasons, I am not able to continue paying. They did not inform me that the payment is on loan and auto debit is also mandatory. This is straight FRAUD to parents who are mostly not informed clearly of the process.

I have written my mails and made calls to Sr. Manager SUBHAM Bhardawaj and also to cancellation department of byjus center but they are not cancelling my registration, as my registration number is [protected] with name Vaishnavi verma. They are forcing us to continue my registration but I can't able to continue and at the time of purchase they told me that I can cancel my registration any time I want to.

I have purchase BYJU'S kit for class 1 and 2 rs 35000. Sales person send me email in written if you not satisfied this product you can return it within 15 days date of receiving but after receiving we have call customer care sales person for cancellation but everyone always say I will call tomorrow but tomorrow never comes. On 24th jan 2020 byjus team had a zoom meeting with us and asked me to do a trial for 15 days with their product with 5000 initial payment for trial period. I agreed and paid amount. They called me after two days ans asked about my bank detail gor emi processing. And they said after the emi process only they will send the product. We registered on a course of Rs 2000
For class IV on 28 Jan 2021 and on 1 Feb 2021 we requested to refund our course as per the company guidelines but they are not refunding nor even updating about the same.We have not used any of the material on their course and today is 12 Feb .
